在整理青海省蚤类标本中,发现长刺双蚤 Amphipsylla longispina Scalon, 1950一新亚种,记述如下。 长刺双蚤共和亚种 Amphipsylla longis pina gongheensis新亚种 鉴别特征 新亚种可动突前缘较直,不动突较细长,阳茎钩突端部似鸟头状;     

Structural relatedness of lysis proteins from colicinogenic plasmids and icosahedral coliphages

The host-lysis-inducing functions of phi X174 protein E and MS2 protein L were recently shown to reside on the N-terminal and C-terminal halves of the two respective lysis proteins. In the present study it is shown that the small lysis proteins encoded in various colicinogenic plasmids share local sequence similarities and certain structural characteristics with the essential peptides of their coliphage-coded counterparts. Despite their dissimilar sizes and origins, it is suggested that the colicinogenic lysis proteins are functionally analogous and evolutionarily related to those of icosahedral single- stranded DNA and RNA phages.      

氟碳乳剂与右旋糖酐对犬缺血心肌侧支循环供氧的影响

本实验在14只麻醉开胸狗心脏上观察了氟碳乳剂与右旋糖酐稀释血液对心肌耗氧量与供应缺血心肌氧量关系的影响。以左室压力-时间指数(SPTI)作为心肌耗氧量的指标,根据冠脉有效侧支血流量(ECF)、PaO_2和 Hb 浓度计算供应缺血心肌的氧量。实验结果表明,低分子右旋糖酐稀释血液后,SPTI 暂时性轻度增加(稀释后30min 时较对照增加7.1±2.7%,P<0.05,稀释后60min 时增加2.8±1.2%,P>0.05),ECF 明显增多(稀释后30min 时较对照增加58.5±6.1%,P<0.01),缺血区边缘心肌氧供需关系未发生明显变化。氟碳乳剂稀释血液后,SPTI 的变化规律与右旋糖酐稀释后相同(稀释后30min 和60min 时分别较对照增加2.5±0.7%和1.9±0.8%)ECF 和 PaO_2升高(稀释后30min 时分别较对照增加53.9±6.7%和93±8.9%),供应缺血心肌的氧量显著增加,缺血区边缘心肌氧供需矛盾明显改善。     

Comparison of antibiotic complexes formed by cultures of Streptomyces griseoruber

Physico-chemical properties of antibiotic complexes formed by various strains of Streptomyces griseoruber: VNIIA 1195, VNIIA 1193-INA 2022/55 and IMiV 1618 were compared. It was shown that the antibiotic complex 1195 differed by the electron absorption spectrum, chromatographic mobility and indicator properties from lateriomycins A and B produced by the type culture of S. griseoruber, Jamaguchi et Saburi, 1955 and strain 70717, as well as from prodigiozin produced by S. griseoruber, VNIIA 1193. By the absorption spectra and chromatographic mobility the components of the antibiotic complex 1195 were identical with cinerubins A and B, pyrromycin and eta- and xi-pyrromycinones included in the composition of antibiotic 1618 produced by S. griseoruber 1618 and differed in their quantitative contents and absence of epsilon-pyrromycinones.     

Relation of the progestagenic activity and conformation of the 17beta-acetyl side chain in the D'6-pentarane series

The synthesis of 2' beta-methyl-16 alpha,17 alpha-cyclohexanoprogesterone and its MM2 conformational analysis have been performed. The acetyl side chain was shown to have an unusual conformation with the torsion angle C13-C17-C20-O20 being -32.1 degrees. This conformation is by 5.4 kJ.mol-1 more stable than the usual one with the torsion angle 130.3 degrees. 2' beta-Methyl-16 alpha,17 alpha-cyclohexanoprogesterone proved to be inactive as a progestogen (pregnancy maintenance and McPhail tests). The lack of the activity may be due to the additional methyl group in D'-ring causing a change of the conformation of the 17 beta-acetyl side chain, thus hindering the formation of the conformation necessary for binding to the progesterone receptor.     

Comparative study of different variants of Actinomyces roseoflavus producing the polyene antibiotic roseofungin

The respiration chain in the membranes of whole Actinomyces roseoflavus (var. roseofungini) cells from the parent and secondary cultures is sensitive to KCN, non-sensitive to Triton X-100 treatment removing the antibiotic roseofungin from the cells, and has a very high for the bacteria respiration control. When the cells are in contact with atomic tritium at the temperature of liquid nitrogen, roseofungin is tritiated and binds to A. roseoflavus isolated membranes and whole cells, mostly to those of the parent culture as compared to the secondary culture. A fraction of membranes which lost NADH dehydrogenase in the course++ of purification was isolated from the cells disintegrated in the frozen state.     

灭幼脲引起两种幼虫表皮组织病变的显微观察

本文研究了灭幼脲引起黄粉(虫甲)(Tenebrio mclitor)和粘虫(Mythimna separata)幼虫的中毒征象和组织学病变.低剂量能引起幼虫蜕皮障碍,但看不到明显的组织学病变.高剂量处理,不仅引起了严重的中毒征象,而且伴有明显的组织学病变:内表皮生长停滞,真皮细胞排列异常,在内表皮和真皮细胞之间出现附加层和球状颗粒.对这些现象进行了较细致的讨论.     

蚤数量与宿主数量关系

无论在自然条件下或在人为条件下,蚤指数和染蚤率的高低与宿主密度的高低是一致的.宿主密度的升降,会导致其寄生蚤指数和染蚤率的升降. 本文讨论了宿主数量下降导致其寄生蚤数量下降的原因,仅是分析推测,提出几方面的看法.
