Potent and selective activity of a new carbocyclic nucleoside analog (carbovir: NSC 614846) against human immunodeficiency virus in vitro

Carbocyclic 2',3'-didehydro-2',3'-dideoxyguanosine (Carbovir: NSC 614846), a novel nucleoside analog, emerged as a potent and selective anti-HIV agent from a large screening program conducted by the National Cancer Institute and its contractors. Its hydrolytic stability and its ability to inhibit the infectivity and replication of HIV in T-cells at concentrations of approximately 200- to 400-fold below toxic concentrations make carbovir a top-priority candidate for development as a potential antiretroviral agent in the treatment of AIDS patients.     

Human liver alkaline phosphatase, purification and partial sequencing: homology with the placental isozyme

Human liver alkaline phosphatase (AP) has been purified to homogeneity. The enzyme has a molecular weight of 150,000 in its native state and consists of two identical subunits of Mr 75,000. After treatment with endoglycosidase F the molecular weight is reduced to 50,000 indicating a high degree of glycosylation. The amino-terminal sequence up to 22 residues was found to be Leu-Val-Pro-Glu-Lys-Glu-Lys-Asp-Pro-Lys-Tyr-(Ala)-Arg-Asp-Gln-Ala-Gln-?- Thr-Leu-Lys-Tyr. The amino-terminal portions of human and bovine liver AP are identical. The amino termini of the human liver and human placental AP isozymes have appreciable homology. Conformationally the amino termini are very similar.     

日本血吸虫童虫在终宿主体内的生长发育

本文对日本血吸虫童虫从终宿主的皮肤至肝门脉系移行过程的生长发育特点进行观察和分析,发现皮肤、肺、秆门三型童虫的体形、体长、体积、面积,发育率及生长速度均呈动态变化,而且这些变化与其生理功能是相适应的,因而为童虫体外培养、血吸虫病的免疫和药物预防研究提供材料来源和评价标准。     

草鱼血液的研究

本文报道了212尾池养草鱼Ctenopharyngodon idellus的血液中红细胞数、自细胞数、血红蛋白值、红细胞脆性值、比积及比重值、血细胞沉降率、白细胞分类计数和各型血细胞体的大小等正常数值和上述常数值在雌雄个体上的差异,以及鱼体年龄和繁殖季节产卵前后的差异等,为草鱼血液的常数值提供了较为系统的资料。     

利血平和丘脑下部促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A)对大鳞副泥鳅促性腺激素细胞的分泌活动和排卵的促进作用

利血平能使神经分泌细胞的儿茶酚胺贮存量减少甚至消耗殆尽,导致多巴胺作为GRIF的作用减弱,从而显著增强LHRH-A促进GtH分泌和诱导排卵的效应。对大鳞副泥鳅,利血平和LHRH-A同时注射或者利血平比LHRH-A提前3小时注射,都能激活GtH细胞,显著增强其分泌活动并诱导排卵。利血平的最低有效剂量为1—5微克/克体重。利血平(25微克/克体重) LHRH-A(0.05微克/克体重)的催产效果和多巴胺拮抗物pimozide(1微克/克体重) LHRH-A(0.05微克/克体重)的催产效果一样,排卵率都达到了100％。     

Selective destruction by formaldehyde fixation of an H-2Kb serological determinant involving lysine 89 without loss of T-cell reactivity

In preparation for functional analyses, a study of the binding of H-2K^b-specific monoclonal antibodies (mAb) to formaldehyde (FOR)-fixed H-2^b spleen or tumor cells revealed that three of nine mAb tested had lost reactivity with the FOR-fixed cells, whereas the reactivity of the other mAb generally did not diminish. Comparison of the reactivity of these mAb on untreated H-2K ^bm mutant cells and on FOR-treated H-2K^b cells suggests that for three mAb the total loss of reactivity on the latter could be a consequence of the alteration by FOR of lysine 89, which is substituted by alanine in mutant bm3. H-2KP^b-specific alloreactive polyclonal or monoclonal CTL, all of which had retained reactivity with bm3 target cells, had also retained reactivity with FOR-fixed H-2^b cells as indicated by cold target inhibition studies. The H-2K^b-specific CTL were probably reactive with conformational determinants of H-2K^b, which are dependent on the integrity of both the 1 and the 2 domains of the H-2K^b molecule. 兔边缘系统隔区呼吸相关神经元

本实验在42只家兔给与 Urethane 半量麻醉,在边缘系统隔区用玻璃微电极方法记录了60个自发的呼吸相关神经元单位放电:吸气型30个单位;呼气型16个单位;跨时相型14个单位。断双侧迷走神经,静脉注入尼克刹米后,呼吸相关神经元单位放电与呼吸节律变化具有伴随性,呈正相关。窒息可以诱发隔区神经元呼吸节律放电。延髓第四脑室局部注入2%Sod。pentothal 后,随呼吸节律抑制、隔区呼吸相关神经元单位放电立即消失。上述结果提示:到达边缘系统隔区的呼吸信息在自主功能及情绪活动的协调方面,可能被认为是有意义的。     

棘跳虫属一新种(弹尾目:棘跳科)

1980—1982年,我们连续在广东自然保护区鼎湖山考察跳虫,采到大量标本,种类也很丰富。我们使用漂浮法,仅一个上午就采到近千头棘跳虫科棘跳虫标本,经鉴定是一新种。该种生活于落叶层的土壤和腐烂叶片之间。取食腐烂叶片,可能对肥沃土壤有一定意义。故对其形态作较详细的描述并作扫描电镜观察。模式标本保存于广东省昆虫研究所。     

向日葵未受精胚珠培养时胚状体发生的显微观察

由开花前1—4天的向日葵子房中取出胚珠,在液体培养基上进行漂浮培养,诱导了未受精的卵细胞发育为单倍体的胚状体.亦诱导了珠被绒毡层产生胚状体。对两种胚状体的发生和发育过程及其形态发生特点作了显微观察与描述。
