昆虫核酸分子系统学研究进展

本文从研究对象、方法、类群、内容等方面综述了近十年来昆虫核酸分子系统学研究进展概况。文中首先介绍了ＲＦＬＰＡ、探针杂交及ＤＮＡ指纹、ＰＣＲ与ＲＡＰＤ－ＰＣＲ、顺序分析方法及应用情况,列举了在双翅目、膜翅目、同翅目、直翅目等目昆虫中的研究进展,并从居群遗传结构、分类学研究、系统发育和分子进化４个方面总结了昆虫核酸分子系统学的研究内容和主要成果,最后指出ＲＡＰＤ－ＰＣＲ与ＲＦＬＰ联合用于测序是近期昆虫分子系统学上最有应用价值的方法。     

Visualization of Golgia apparatus as an intracellular calcium store by laser scanning confocal microscope

Using laser scanning confocal microscopy,we have found that the in cells loaded with fluo-3/AM,highest intracellular Ca^2 in the perinuclear region is associated with the Golgi apparatus.The spatiotemporal subcellular distribution of Ca^2 in living human fibroblasts exposing to calcium-free medium in response to agonists has been investigated.PDGF,which releases Ca^2 from intracellular stores by inositol(1,4,5)-trisphosphate pathway ,produced a biphasic transient rise in intracellular calcium.The initial rise was resulted from a direct release of calcium from the golgi apparatus.Calcium could be also released from and reaccumulated into the Golgi apparatus by the stimulation of thapsigargin,an inhibitor of the Ca^2 transport ATPase of intracellular calcium store,Permeablizing the plasma membrane by 10μM digitonin resulted in the calcium release from the Golgi apparatus and depletion of the internal calcium store.These results suggest that the Golgi apparatus plays a role in Ca^2 regulation in signal transduction.     

肿瘤坏死因子－α（TNF－α）对常见呼吸道病毒的抑制作用

用人重组肿瘤坏死因子－α（Ｔｕｍｏｒｎｅｃｒｏｓｉｓｆａｃｔｏｒ－α,ＴＮＦ－α）和人天然α干扰素（Ｉｎｔｅｒｆｅｒｏｎ－α－,ＩＦＮ－α）在人胚胎肺纤维母细胞（ＨＥＦ）和Ｈｅｐ－２细胞系上对常见呼吸道病毒所致细胞病变抑制进行比较观察。病毒包括不同型别的腺病毒５株,单疱病毒Ⅰ型（ＨＳＶ－Ｉ）１株,鼻病毒１株,仙台病毒１株,ＶＳＶ１株。结果提示ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＦＮ－α均具有广谱抗病毒活性。ＴＮＦ－α的抑毒作用能被ＴＮＦ－α申抗和ＩＦＮ－β单抗完全去除,被ＩＦＮ－α单抗部分去除ＴＮＦ－α的抗病毒效应。ＴＮＦ－－α中和试验的结果提示：ＴＮＦ抗病毒活性仍为ＩＦＮ－β诱生所介导。     

结构化设计思想及Quick BASIC编程环境在实验设计和数据管理中的应用

结构化设计思想及ＭＳＤＯＳ（Ｖ５．０）中的ＱｕｉｃｋＢＡＳＩＣ编程环境通常用于计算机程序设计。作者利用其合理的设计思想及其优越的编辑环境,不需编程或购置更多的软件即能方便地进行实验设计、实验数据管理、文献检索及论文编辑等,可提高实验设计的逻辑性及实验数据管理的效率。     

新型生物——人工复合血管研制的初步报告

本文设计一种由胶原和高分子聚合物组成的新型生物一人工复合血管。其研制过程是将包绕有聚酯网的硅胶棒埋入羊的皮下组织,再将形成的经聚酯网为支架的胶原管经醛化处理。作者通过肉眼和SEM观察提出了研制生物——人工复合血管的要点:聚酯网网孔要合适,其与硅胶棒的间隙要恰当,理化处理方法更要选择好。     

青霉素和NAA与6—BA配合在离体草莓器官建成中的作用

本实验研究了青霉素和ＮＡＡ与６－ＢＡ配合对离体草莓器官建成以及体内过氧化物同工酶的影响。结果表明：青霉素促进不定根的分化,但抑制不定根的伸长和不定芽的分化,并且不同程度地影响器官建成过程中过氧化和抽工酶的谱带和活性。青霉素与植物激素一样,参与了植物体内的生理代谢而引起植物器官建成。     

中国樟科新分类群

描写了西藏墨脱县的９个新种和两个新变种,它们是墨脱油丹、西藏球楠、扁果木姜子、勃生木姜子、少花木姜子、树志木姜子、柔毛长蕊木姜子（变种）、西藏新木姜子（变种）、纤枝钓樟等。     

皖南汉族的趾纹研究

本文对皖南地区520例汉族大学生的趾纹进行了调查分析,计算出了各型趾纹频率、趾纹组合、趾嵴纹计数等项参数。比较了不同性别、不同侧别和不同人种间的差异,分析了趾纹类型和趾嵴纹计数在各趾的分布特点,并对差异的原因进行了讨论。Abstract: The authors inverstigated and analysed the toe prints of 520 cases of good healthy students in Wannan area of Aahui, and calculated the frequency of various toe patterns, combinations of toe patterns, toe ridge counts (TRC) and so on. The differences between sexes, sides and reces were compared. The distributive character of toe patterns and toe ridge count on every toe were analysed. The different cause were discussed.
