Through the use of intravenous pulse injection of L-[U-14C] lysine, the blood-brain barrier transport of L-lysine was studied. The uptake of L-lysine plus metabolites in the brain remained essentially unchanged at approx 0.002–0.005 nmol/g in the low dose (3μg per kg body weight) injection, and 20–40 nmol/g in the high dose (30 mg/kg) injection throughout the time intervals of up to 60 min. The uptake of L-lysine plus metabolites in the heart, however, decreased substantially from 0.03 to 0.003 nmol/g in the low dose injection and from 320 to 62 nmol/g in the high dose injection. The plasma to heart uptake ratio only decreased slightly through the 60 min period: from 6 to 2 in either the low or high dose L-lysine injection. The plasma to brain uptake ratio, however, decreased rapidly from a high of 62 to a low of about 4 in either the low or high dose injection throughout the 60-min time course. Study of labeled L-pipecolate formation in the plasma and individual organs indicates that this compound was formed only in the brain to a significant level within 0.5 min of 14C-L-lysine intravenous pulse injection. Labeled pipecolate was recovered from heart, liver, kidney and plasma in significant quantities only at 2 min or later after pulse-injection. It is concluded that the blood-brain barrier of L-lysine in the rat is not particularly strong and that the rat brain may be primarily responsible for L-pipecolate synthesis from L-lysine. The possible etiology of human hyperpipecolatemia is also discussed in light of the current findings.  相似文献

隐斑瓢虫是近年来在杭州地区发现的日本松干蚧的一种重要捕食性天敌。该虫在杭州一年发生四代,其年发生规律基本上和日本松干蚧的生活周期相吻合,而且能在松林中形成比较稳定的群落。根据测定,隐斑瓢虫对日本松干蚧各虫态的捕食能力较强,一头成虫的日平均捕食量为:显露若虫13.33头,雌成虫4.27头,卵囊3.67个(每个卵囊内平均有卵265.5粒),雄蛹28.27只;一头幼虫全期(或2—4龄和3—4龄)分别能捕食显露若虫39.20—105.56头,雌成虫40.80—47.79头,卵囊39.38—41.79个,雄蛹220.50只。它在引进辽宁省沈阳和旅大地区后,不仅仍能正常的捕食日本松干蚧(显露若虫),其成虫和幼虫喂以各种蚜虫均能正常生殖和发育,并且一年可以繁殖三代:冬季,只要在0℃以上的温度条件下,给予少量的糖水等作补充营养,亦能安全的越冬。据此,作者认为隐斑瓢虫在浙江杭州和辽宁,均具有作为控制日本松干蚧的发生来加以饲养繁殖与利用的价值。  相似文献

用正弦波调制的光点刺激麻痹的清醒猫外膝体神经元感受野中心,当平均亮度改变时,瞬变细胞的时间频率调谐曲线的形状和敏感频率没有或很少变化,与此相应,这些细胞的自发发放也不随未调制的光照水平而改变。持续细胞的调谐曲线的调幅大体随对未调制光照的平均发放水平的升降而增大或减小,但敏感峰不变。衰减平均亮度1—2对数单位,可使多数呈双峰的调谐曲线的高调频峰消失,对产生此变化的原因,曾加以讨论。  相似文献

本工作比较了家兔脊髓背侧1/2进行横切前后刺激中脑中央灰质对束旁核伤害性放电的抑制率的改变。实验表明中央灰质既可通过公认的脊髓下行纤维抑制脊髓水平的痛传递,减弱束旁核单位的痛敏放电,也可通过某种脊髓上机制实现对束旁核的抑制。我们对这两种机制的相对重要性作了分析。用直11个束旁核痛敏单位所作的计算表明,在脊髓切割前,刺激中央灰质可使束旁核痛敏放电抑制67.5%,脊髓背侧1/2横切后,同样的中脑刺激只能使痛敏放电抑制42.9%。如以切割前的抑制率作为直100%,则切割可使抑制减弱36.5%,这一部分抑制应当是由被切断的脊髓下行纤维实现的,其余63.5%则可能主要通过脊髓上机制来实现。考虑到脊髓背半部横切不可能全部切断下行纤维,故实际上脊髓上机制的重要性不会有上述数值表示的那么大。  相似文献

In order to clarify the taxonomy and the interrelationships among Asiatic cultivated rice, Oryza sativa , and its related wild species ( O. rufipogon, O. nivara and O . barthii ), 41 morphological characters were examined. Numerical taxonomic methods were used to analyse the data and to illustrate species relationships.
Distinctive differences among the materials studied suggest the retention of O. rufipogoon, O. nivara and O . sativa as three distinct species. The origin of O. sativa from O. nivara through domestication is discussed. An annual wild taxon from Australia, which had been classified as a form of O. nivara , is shown to be distinct from typical O. nivnra and is raised to specific rank. This species has been named O. meridionalis Ng.  相似文献

我国主要蛴螬种类对乳状菌(Bacillus popilliae Dutky)(以下简称B.p.)敏感性的测定:已有14种蛴螬能注射感染B.p.。超出了Dutky(1963)的记录。敏感寄主毛喙丽金龟(Adoretus hirsutus Ohaus)、四纹丽金龟(Popillia quadriguttata F.)、暗黑鳃金龟(Holotrichia morosa Waterh)、黑棕鳃金龟(Apogonia cupreoviridis Fairm.)的幼虫注射感病率达91.6—100%。E.P.拌种喂食四纹、阔胸犀金龟(Pentodon patruelis Friv.)的幼虫,感病率分别达到68.9%和50%。B.p.拌土喂食阔胸幼虫,感病率为28.5%,田间小区试验,保苗效果达49.5%,虫口减退率达40.0%。定向转主驯化B.p.对华北大黑鳃金龟(Holotrichia oblitaFald.)幼虫,注射感病率已由不感病提高至感染率34.6%。 利用病原微生物防治害虫是综合防治的一个重要环节,应用乳状菌防治金龟子幼虫是以菌治虫方面值得研究的课题之一。 早在本世纪三十年代已发现日本金龟子(Popillia japonicaNewm.)幼虫罹患乳臭病的事实。1940年Dutky首先对其病原菌(B.popilliae)和(B.lentimorbus)进行命名和描述,继之White 1941,Beard 1945等对其生理生化、致病机理等作了较多的研究。五十年代后,对这类菌的超显微结构、离体培养等研究更为广泛。它作为第一个商品化的细菌杀虫剂,美国最早用于防治草地下的日本金龟子幼虫,取得了显著的效果。 我国蛴螬种类在千种以上,在华北、东北、西北的农田里为害十分严重,由于蛴螬的种类多,分布广,因而寄生于蛴螬的乳状菌株也相当丰富。目前已从主要蛴螬种类上陆续分离出一些菌株,将为我国开发利用乳状菌提供资源。近几年来,我们除对我国菌株进行研究外,也做了引进菌种Bacillus popilliae Dutky对我国主要蛴螬敏感性的研究,本文主要报道这方面结果。  相似文献

《蚜虫概论》(1957)中瘿绵蚜属仅有2种。本文记载9种,包括5新种。另记述三堡瘿绵蚜新属新种。这些蚜虫都为害杨树,在枝或叶上形成虫瘿。 中国已知的9种瘿绵蚜和二堡瘿绵蚜(节省篇幅,旧种记述略): 1.早螺瘿绵蚜Pemphigus protospirae Lichtenstein (图1-6,66)寄主:青杨。分布:北京;欧洲。 2.柄脉叶瘿绵蚜 Pcmphigus anobursarius Chang 新种 3.杨柄叶瘿绵蚜Pemphigus populi Courchet(图13—17,65)寄主:小叶杨。分布:北京、黑龙江、  相似文献

赤眼蜂能在多种宿主卵中产卵寄生,并且还具有在人工物体上产卵的习性。Holloway早在1912年即观察到秋葵植物汁滴干燥结膜后,广赤眼蜂(Trichogramma evanescen)企图在其表面产卵。Salt(1935)观察到赤眼蜂有企图将产卵器插入玻璃珠,水银滴,植物种子等表面的行为。Hagen等(1965)试制人工蜡卵饲喂草蛉幼虫时,偶然发现赤眼蜂可以产卵在这种蜡卵内。近年来,Rajendram和Hagen(1974)曾用上述蜡卵引诱赤眼蜂产卵于盐水或氨基酸溶液内。总之,赤眼蜂可在不少的非天然的宿主或物体上产卵,并且所报道产过卵的物体都是球形的。Salt(1937)认为决定赤眼蜂产卵的因素是化学感觉,夜蛾中促使赤眼蜂产卵的物质是22—25碳的直链烷烃成分。但影响产卵行为的各种因素尚缺乏详细的分析。  相似文献

AMPH1, an abundant protein in nerve terminals, plays a critical role in the recruitment of dynamin to sites of clathrin‐mediated endocytosis. Recently, it is reported to be involved in breast cancer and lung cancer. However, the impact of AMPH1 on ovarian cancer is unclear. In this study, we used gain‐of‐function and loss‐of‐function methods to explore the role of AMPH1 in ovarian cancer cells. AMPH1 inhibited ovarian cancer cell growth and cell migration, and promoted caspase‐3 activity, resulting in the increase of cell apoptosis. In xenograft mice model, AMPH1 prevented tumour progression. The anti‐oncogene effects of AMPH1 on ovarian cancer might be partially due to the inhibition of PI3K/AKT signalling pathway after overexpression of AMPH1. Immunohistochemistry analysis showed that the staining of AMPH1 was remarkably reduced in ovarian cancer tissues compared with normal ovarian tissues. In conclusion, our study identifies AMPH1 as a tumour suppressor in ovarian cancer in vitro and in vivo. This is the first evidence that AMPH1 inhibited cell growth and migration, and induced apoptosis via the inactivation of PI3K/AKT signalling pathway on ovarian cancer, which may be used as an effective strategy.  相似文献

Psoralea corylifolia (P corylifolia) has been popularly applied in traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating osteoporosis and promoting fracture healing since centuries ago. However, the bioactive natural components remain unknown. In this study, applying comprehensive two‐dimensional cell membrane chromatographic/C18 column/time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (2D CMC/C18 column/TOFMS) system, neobavaisoflavone (NBIF), for the first time, was identified for the bioaffinity with RAW 264.7 cells membranes from the extracts of P corylifolia. Here, we revealed that NBIF inhibited RANKL‐mediated osteoclastogenesis in bone marrow monocytes (BMMCs) and RAW264.7 cells dose dependently at the early stage. Moreover, NBIF inhibited osteoclasts function demonstrated by actin ring formation assay and pit‐formation assay. With regard to the underlying molecular mechanism, co‐immunoprecipitation showed that both the interactions of RANK with TRAF6 and with c‐Src were disrupted. In addition, NBIF inhibited the phosphorylation of P50, P65, IκB in NF‐κB pathway, ERK, JNK, P38 in MAPKs pathway, AKT in Akt pathway, accompanied with a blockade of calcium oscillation and inactivation of nuclear translocation of nuclear factor of activated T cells cytoplasmic 1 (NFATc1). In vivo, NBIF inhibited osteoclastogenesis, promoted osteogenesis and ameliorated bone loss in ovariectomized mice. In summary, P corylifolia‐derived NBIF inhibited RANKL‐mediated osteoclastogenesis by suppressing the recruitment of TRAF6 and c‐Src to RANK, inactivating NF‐κB, MAPKs, and Akt signalling pathways and inhibiting calcium oscillation and NFATc1 translocation. NBIF might serve as a promising candidate for the treatment of osteoclast‐associated osteopenic diseases.  相似文献
