影响阔叶红松林土壤CO2排放的主要因素   总被引:11,自引:2,他引:9  
采用静态封闭箱式技术对长白山阔叶红松林土壤CO2 的排放通量进行 1年的观测 ,并通过多元回归分析了土壤CO2 排放速率与 5个环境因子间的关系。结果表明 ,阔叶红松林土壤CO2 排放与表层无凋落物的土壤CO2 排放速率在测定年度内具有相同的季节变化趋势。在不同的月份中 ,以 7月份最高 ,2月份最低 ;在夏季 18∶0 0为土壤日CO2 排放的最高峰 ;土壤CO2 排放速率与 5个环境因子进行多元回归的结果显示 :林地土壤CO2 排放速率与地表温度和地下 2 0cm土壤湿度呈显著正相关。根据气象资料推算 ,阔叶红松林的年凋落物和土壤CO2排放通量分别为 2 80 4 gCO2 ·m-2 ·a-1和 3911gCO2 ·m-2 ·a-1。阔叶红松林凋落物排放CO2年通量占土壤林地CO2 排放总量的 2 8%。  相似文献

用密闭箱法同时研究了广州地区晚稻田CH4和N2 O的排放通量。结果表明 ,连续淹水、常规连作和水旱轮作等 3种处理的CH4平均排放通量分别为 1 7 63、2 84和0 36mg·m- 2 ·h- 1 ,而N2 O的平均排放通量分别为 6 74、1 1 69和 55 0 7μgN2 O N·m- 2 ·h- 1 ,表明稻田连续淹水显著增加CH4的排放而降低N2 O的排放。水旱轮作降低CH4排放而提高N2 O的排放 ,说明稻田CH4和N2 O排放之间存在着消长关系。讨论了这 2种温室气体排放的影响因素 ,并初步分析了它们对温室效应的相对贡献。  相似文献

长白山四种林分土壤CO2释放通量的研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
对长白山地区 4种典型林分下土壤释放CO2 通量的研究表明 ,在较短的时间尺度上 ,4种林型在CO2 释放通量上有显著的差别 ,各林型CO2 通量的释放表现出明显的空间异质性 ,其释放顺序为 :山杨白桦混交林 >原始阔叶红松林 >白桦林 >山杨林 ,其中山杨白桦混交林对CO2 释放的贡献最大 ,而山杨林最小。 4种林分土壤CO2 通量的全日变化过程并不一致 ,除山杨白桦混交林和气温有较一致性的规律 ,呈较明显的单峰型外 ,其余并无明显的变化规律。凋落物对林地CO2 释放通量的变化有显著的影响 ,有凋落物覆盖的林地土壤CO2 释放量明显大于无凋落物覆盖的林地 ,其平均通量为 2 6 2 86~ 5 5 6 5 5mgC·m-2 ·h-1,而无凋落物覆盖林地土壤CO2 的平均通量为 2 0 5 85~ 395 6 9mg·m-2 ·h-1。凋落物排放CO2 量占林地总排放量的14 %~ 30 % ,并且改变了林地CO2 释放通量大小的排序。  相似文献

森林在调控温室气体排放方面有重要作用,随着人工林的迅速发展,其温室气体通量和对施肥的响应逐渐引起广泛关注。为了解施氮对桉树人工林生长季和非生长季土壤温室气体通量的影响,在广西东门林场尾巨桉人工林样地设置低(84.2 kg N·hm-2)、中(166.8 kg N·hm-2)、高(333.7 kg N·hm-2)3个施氮水平和不施氮对照,采用静态箱-气相色谱法监测土壤CO2、N2O和CH4通量。结果表明:(1)不同施氮处理的桉树人工林土壤CO2、CH4和N2O年均排放通量分别为214~271 mg CO2·m-2·h-1、-47~-37 kg CH4·m-2·h-1和16~203 kg N2O·m-2·h-1;土壤CO2排放通量在生长季高于非生长季,CH4和N2O通量未表现出明显季节变化。(2)施氮显著增加了土壤CO2和N2O年均排放通量,其促进效应主要集中在生长季(施氮后的4个月,即6—9月),且随时间增加,效应减弱。(3)施氮显著降低了土壤CH4年均吸收通量。因此,在维持桉树人工林生产力的基础上,结合季节变化,合理调控施氮量将有助于减少桉树林土壤温室气体排放。  相似文献

采用静态箱/气相色谱(GC)法,对寒温带兴安落叶松林区6-9月生长季土壤CO2、CH4和N2O通量进行原位测定,研究了土壤温室气体通量的季节和昼夜变化及其与环境因子的关系.结果表明:在生长季,兴安落叶松林土壤为大气CH4的汇,吸收通量为22.3~107.8 μg CH4-C·m-2·h-1,6-9月月均甲烷吸收通量为(34.0±7.1)、(71.4±9.4)、(86.3±7.9)和(40.7-±6.2) μg·m-2·h-1;不同季节土壤CH4昼夜通量的变化规律相同,一天中均在10:00达到最大吸收高峰.土壤CO2日通量呈明显的双峰曲线,月均CO2通量大小顺序为7月>8月>6月>9月.土壤N2O通量变异较大,在-9.1 ~31.7μg·m-2·h-1之间.土壤温度和湿度是影响CO2和CH4通量的重要因子,N2O通量主要受温度的影响.在兴安落叶松林区,10:00左右观测获得的温室气体地-气交换通量,经矫正后可以代表当日气体通量.  相似文献

利用静态暗箱-气相色谱法对三江平原春小麦农田生态系统N2O排放通量进行连续2.5年的田间原位观测.结果表明:三江平原春小麦农田生态系统N2O排放通量具有较明显的季节变化和年际变化,并主要与年际间降水及田间水分管理差异有关;春小麦农田生态系统N2O排放日变化与气温及地下5 cm温度变化有关.生长期N2O的排放较强,休耕期N2O排放量显著下降,冰冻期N2O的排放较微弱,融冻时N2O排放缓慢增强.生长期N2O平均排放通量为0.190 mg.m-2.h-1,收割后到冰冻期间为0.077 mg.m-2.h-1,冻融期间为0.017 mg.m-2.h-1.  相似文献

采用野外原位实验静态箱-气相色谱法,研究了兴安岭多年冻土不同程度退化地区生长季湿地土壤温室气体CH4、CO2和N2O的排放通量特征,同时分析了环境因子对土壤温室气体排放的影响。结果表明:1)3种类型冻土区(季节性冻土区、岛状多年冻土区、连续多年冻土区,分别用D1、D2、D3表示)土壤在生长季时期表现为CO2和N2O的源;D1和D3为CH4的源,D2为CH4的汇。D1、D2、D3土壤在生长季中平均CH4排放通量分别为(0.127±0.021)、(-0.020±0.006)、(0.082±0.019)mg·m^-2·h^-1;CO2排放通量分别为(371.50±66.73)、(318.43±55.67)、(213.19±37.05)mg·m^-2·h^-1;N2O排放通量分别为(24.05±2.62)、(8.07±2.42)、(2.17±0.25)μg·m-2·h-1。土壤CO2和N2O排放通量随多年冻土退化程度的加剧呈现出升高的趋势。2)细根生物量、凋落物生物量、全碳、全氮、可溶性有机碳、总可溶性氮、土壤容重、土壤温度、土壤含水量等均影响温室气体排放,3种不同类型冻土区土壤CH4、CO2和N2O的排放差异是诸多影响因子综合作用的结果。  相似文献

玉渡山水库生长季温室气体排放特征及其影响因素   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了探讨温带水库温室气体排放规律,采用静态箱-色谱分析法,研究了温带地区库龄10年内的北京玉渡山水库生长季3种温室气体CO2、CH4及N2O排放特征,及其影响因子。结果表明:样地类型、测定月份与样地类型交互作用对3种温室气体通量影响极显著,5月消落带CO2通量(664.31mg·m-2·h-1)达到最大,显著高于入库口和浅水区;8月消落带CH4通量(0.87mg·m-2·h-1)及N2O通量(3.05mg·m-2·h-1)最大;8月,切除消落带样地地上植物后,3种温室气体通量均有所降低。CO2通量与地下5cm地温、氧化还原电位和水体总氮显著正相关,与地上生物量和水体pH显著负相关;CH4通量与地表温度、地上生物量、水体pH呈显著相关,与水体总氮和水体铵态氮显著负相关;N2O通量与水体总氮含量显著相关,与水体pH显著负相关。采取平均估值法初步推测,在生长季,水库消落带、入库口及浅水区CO2排放量依次为15960、2160、-70kg·hm-2;CH4排放量依次20.04、-7.05、14.8kg·hm-2;N2O排放量依次83.42、3.79、-1.54kg·hm-2;表明消落带3种温室气体的排放量均较高,为玉渡山水库3种温室气体排放的重点区域。  相似文献

采用野外静态箱-气相色谱法,研究了小兴安岭典型阔叶林沼泽生长季节土壤CO2、CH4和N2O排放季节变化规律、源/汇功能及主要影响因子。结果表明:①苔草沼泽、毛赤杨沼泽和白桦沼泽生长季节土壤CO2、CH4、N2O排放分别集中在夏季、夏秋季、春夏季,平均排放通量依次为487.89、382.27、514.63 mg.m-2.h-1,1.88、1.03、0.04 mg.m-2.h-1,3.70、58.61、11.73μg.m-2.h-1。②三者生长季节土壤CO2排放通量与气温和0-20 cm土壤温度均呈显著正相关;苔草沼泽CH4排放通量与30-40cm土壤温度呈显著正相关,毛赤杨沼泽CH4排放通量与地表温度呈显著负相关;白桦沼泽N2O排放通量与地表温度呈显著正相关。苔草沼泽N2O排放与水位呈显著负相关;毛赤杨沼泽CH4排放与水位呈显著正相关;白桦沼泽CO2排放与水位呈显著负相关。③三者生长季节土壤均为CO2、CH4、N2O排放源(17.56、13.76、18.53 t.hm-2;67.54、37.05、1.30 kg.hm-2;0.13、2.11、0.42 kg.hm-2),三者CO2排放量相近(5.5%-21.6%);苔草沼泽为CH4的强排放源,毛赤杨沼泽为中排放源,白桦沼泽为弱排放源;毛赤杨沼泽为N2O的强排放源,白桦沼泽为中排放源,苔草沼泽为弱排放源。  相似文献

Diurnal variation of phytoplankton in Loch Lomond   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
A study of diurnal variation over a 48 hour period was undertaken in July 1973 to ascertain the extent and timing of some major chemical, physical and biological variables in Loch Lomond. The phytoplankton population was dominated by the diatom Tabellaria fenestrata, with a maximum abundance between 04.00 and 06.00 h in surface waters on both days. A distinct diurnal variation in cell numbers was also recorded. Chlorophyll a values also showed a regular pattern of variation with a single peak between 10.00 and 14.00 h each day. Some chemical changes appeared to be a direct consequence of phytoplankton multiplication. Nitrate-nitrogen showed a decrease in concentration coinciding with the period of cell multiplication, whereas dissolved silica concentrations only fell on the completion of this process. Other common diatoms displayed less distinct patterns of variation although Fragilaria crotonensis attained its maximum abundance in surface waters. Considerable variation was recorded in the number of organisms and chlorophyll a levels at 25 cm intervals in the upper metre of the water column, with large variations in standing-crop and chemical parameters in the space of one hour. Diurnal oscillations in the position of the thermocline were recorded, with the thermal discontinuity being at its greatest depth in the early hours of the morning. The hypolimnion and thermocline regions clearly acted as a source of nutrient supply to the epilimnion. It is 100 years since Gini noted that in some samples of litters of mice and rabbits, the variances of the distributions of the combinations of the sexes are sub-binomial. In other words, in contrast with binomial expectation, there are too many litters in which the sexes are equally balanced, and there are too few unisexual litters. In the intervening years, this finding has been replicated in a number of further species, but no explanation has become established. Potential explanations are reviewed here, and it is suggested that the most likely cause is that, at the time of formation of the zygotes, p, the probability that a zygote will be male, varies from one zygote to another within litters, thus constituting an example of Poisson variation. And it is a standard result in probability theory that such variation causes sub-binomial variance.  相似文献

Individual animals frequently exhibit repeatable differences from other members of their population, differences now commonly referred to as ‘animal personality’. Personality differences can arise, for example, from differences in permanent environmental effects―including parental and epigenetic contributors―and the effect of additive genetic variation. Although several studies have evaluated the heritability of behaviour, less is known about general patterns of heritability and additive genetic variation in animal personality. As overall variation in behaviour includes both the among-individual differences that reflect different personalities and temporary environmental effects, it is possible for personality to be largely genetically influenced even when heritability of behaviour per se is quite low. The relative contribution of additive genetic variation to personality variation can be estimated whenever both repeatability and heritability are estimated for the same data. Using published estimates to address this issue, we found that approximately 52% of animal personality variation was attributable to additive genetic variation. Thus, while the heritability of behaviour is often moderate or low, the heritability of personality is much higher. Our results therefore (i) demonstrate that genetic differences are likely to be a major contributor to variation in animal personality and (ii) support the phenotypic gambit: that evolutionary inferences drawn from repeatability estimates may often be justified.  相似文献

Aim To develop a landscape‐level model that partitions variance in plant community composition among local environmental, regional environmental, and purely spatial predictive variables for pyrogenic grasslands (prairies, savannas and woodlands) throughout northern and central Florida. Location North and central Florida, USA. Methods We measured plant species composition and cover in 271 plots throughout the study region. A variation‐partitioning model was used to quantify components of variation in species composition associated with the main and interaction effects of soil and topographic variables, climate variables and spatial coordinates. Partial correlations of environmental variables with community variation were identified using direct gradient analysis (redundancy analysis and partial redundancy analysis) and Monte Carlo tests of significance. Results Community composition was most strongly related to edaphic variables at local scales in association with topographic gradients, although geographically structured edaphic, climatic and pure spatial effects were also evident. Edaphic variables explained the largest portion of total variation explained (TVE) as a main effect (48%) compared with the main effects of climate (9%) and pure spatial factors (9%). The remaining TVE was explained by the interaction effect of climate and spatial factors (13%) and the three‐way interaction (22%). Correlation analyses revealed that the primary compositional gradient was related to soil fertility and topographic position corresponding to soil moisture. A second gradient represented distinct geographical separation between the Florida panhandle and peninsular regions, concurrent with differences in soil characteristics. Gradients in composition corresponded to species richness, which was lower in the Florida peninsula. Main conclusions Environmental variables have the strongest influence on the species composition of Florida pyrogenic grasslands at both local and regional scales. However, the limited distributions of many plant taxa suggest historical constraints on species distributions from one physiographical region to the other (Florida panhandle and peninsula), although this pattern is partially confounded by regionally spatially structured environmental variables. Our model provides insight into the relative importance of local‐ and regional‐scale environmental effects as well as possible historical constraints on floristic variation in pine‐dominated pyrogenic grasslands of the south‐eastern USA.  相似文献

木本植物种子产量的时间和空间变化格局对植物更新以及群落组成和结构有着重要影响, 是种子雨研究的一个重要方面。2006年6月在古田山亚热带常绿阔叶林24 hm2样地布置了130个面积为0.5 m2的种子雨收集器, 每周收集一次。利用4年的种子雨数据, 研究了种子雨的时间和空间变异。主要结果如下: (1)共收集到124227粒成熟种子, 属于29科51属63种, 每月降水量与平均每月种子数、物种数均呈显著负相关; (2)种子产量在每年干季(秋季)有明显的高峰, 有10个物种在湿季扩散种子, 不同物种结实物候起始和终止时间有差异; (3)基于4年的种子雨数据, 几乎所有物种的种子雨均存在很大的年际变异, 收集到的所有物种的种子产量年际变异系数的中位数为1.72; (4)种子雨在不同收集器之间有很大的变异, 变异系数的中位数为8.06; 几乎所有物种的空间变异都远远大于时间变异, 这可能是由于母树的稀有性、种子传播距离的差异, 以及地形等因素造成。通过与巴拿马Barro Colorado Island 50 hm 2样地108个物种种子产量的年际变异系数相比较, 古田山种子雨数据支持了高纬度地区种子产量变异高于低纬度地区的假说。  相似文献

Wild emmer wheat (Triticum dicoccoides, WEW) is an immediate progenitor of both the cultivated tetraploid and hexaploid wheats and it harbors rich genetic diversity against powdery mildew caused by Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici (Bgt). A powdery mildew resistance gene MlIW172 originated from WEW accession IW172 (G-797-M) is fine mapped in a 0.048 centimorgan (cM) genetic interval on 7AL, corresponding to a genomic region spanning 233 kb, 1 Mb and 800 kb in Chinese Spring, WEW Zavitan, and T. urartu G1812, respectively. MlIW172 encodes a typical NLR protein NLRIW172 and physically locates in an NBS-LRR gene cluster. NLRIW172 is subsequently identified as a new allele of Pm60, and its function is validated by EMS mutagenesis and transgenic complementation. Haplotype analysis of the Pm60 alleles reveals diversifications in sequence variation in the locus and presence and absence variations (PAV) in WEW populations. Four common single nucleotide variations (SNV) are detected between the Pm60 alleles from WEW and T. urartu, indicative of speciation divergence between the two different wheat progenitors. The newly identified Pm60 alleles and haplotypes in WEW are anticipated to be valuable for breeding powdery mildew resistance wheat cultivars via marker-assisted selection.  相似文献

林窗是森林更新演替的重要环节, 揭示林窗环境下功能性状变异来源及其相对贡献, 有助于阐明植物对林窗环境的响应。该研究以中亚热带格氏栲(Castanopsis kawakamii)天然林为对象, 设置9个不同大小的林窗样地, 运用方差分解探讨林窗、物种和个体对叶性状变异的相对贡献, 采用线性回归分析不同大小林窗下群落性状变化及种间和种内性状变异的重要性。研究发现: (1)格氏栲天然林林窗植物比叶面积、叶干物质含量、叶厚和叶绿素含量由种间性状变异主导, 叶氮含量由种内性状变异主导, 叶磷含量受林窗大小影响最大。(2)群落叶磷含量与林窗大小具有显著正相关关系, 土壤温度和水解氮含量对群落叶磷含量具有显著正效应, 土壤有效磷含量具有显著负效应。(3)沿林冠开放度的群落叶磷含量变化主要由种内性状变异引起, 优势种扮演着重要角色。结果表明, 格氏栲天然林林窗环境下植物功能性状仍以种间性状变异为主(平均41%), 但沿林窗环境梯度的群落性状变化主要源自种内性状变异, 通过植物表型可塑性响应环境改变, 优势种作用明显。  相似文献

黑线姬鼠(Apodemus agrarius)是我国广大地区的主要害鼠之一,是余庆县农田害鼠优势种,占总鼠数的94.81%。探讨其种群繁殖参数的变动规律及其地理分异特征,对其种群数量预测预报具有重要意义。通过对1987-2005年贵州省余庆县黑线姬鼠种群繁殖参数分析结果表明:研究期间共解剖标本5497只,其中,雌鼠2698只,雄鼠2799只,黑线姬鼠在当地1-11月份均可繁殖,主要繁殖期在3-10月份,每年4-5月份和8-9月份出现2次妊娠高峰。种群总性比(♀/♂)为0.96,多年平均怀孕率为36.91%±6.79%,平均胎仔数为5.33±1.07只,平均繁殖指数为0.81±0.17,平均睾丸下降率为59.13%±7.89%。不同年龄组种群繁殖力存在显著差异,随着种群年龄的增长繁殖力不断增加,成年Ⅰ组、成年Ⅱ组、老年组是种群繁殖的主体。种群繁殖参数不同年度之间比较稳定,不同月份、不同季节之间变化差异较大,具有明显的季节变化特征。年均种群密度与年均繁殖指数呈极显著正相关,与胎仔数显著正相关,与年均怀孕率、睾丸下降率、性比相关性不显著,繁殖指数是影响黑线姬鼠种群密度的重要因子。比较全国各地黑线姬鼠种群繁殖参数的地理分异特征认为,黑线姬鼠种群繁殖参数具有明显的地理分异现象,胎仔数、生殖强度由南向北逐渐增加,具有随纬度的升高趋向增加的特征;在高纬度地区繁殖时间较短;性比与纬度、经度的变化关系密切;各繁殖参数与海拔的变化相关性不明显,可排除海拔因素的影响。  相似文献

This paper analyzes nonmetric trait variation in 11 late Late Woodland (ca. AD 700-1000) and one Mississippian (AD 1000-1300) skeletal samples from west-central Illinois from a population-structure perspective. Most of the sites are of the Bluff phase of Late Woodland in the lower Illinois River valley; others are from a nearby, contemporary archaeological phase. Late Woodland as a whole era (ca. AD 250-1000) was a period of marked population growth and expansion into new regional environments, trends that accompanied horticultural intensification in the area. Overall variation between sites was low, but males, females, and the total sample exhibited a significant geographic component to variation due to interregional morphological differences. The Bluff sites tended to group together relative to the non-Bluff sites. However, there was no significant geographic component to variation among the Bluff sites. The results are only partially consistent with archaeological data suggesting population growth and expansion through fissioning. Previous studies have demonstrated significant heterogeneity for nonmetric trait frequencies among Middle Woodland (ca. 100 BC to AD 250) sites, suggesting a Middle to Late Woodland change in population structure that lowered levels of morphological variation. This supports a model of increased intra- and interregional interaction from Middle to Late Woodland times developed from ceramic data by Braun and by Braun and Plog.  相似文献

Three populations of Pratylenchus coffeae and two of P. brachyurus, each originating from a single female, were maintained on Citrus spp. or Solanum nigrum L. for several years under greenhouse conditions. Nematodes were extracted from roots, and adult female specimens were killed, fixed, and mounted in glycerine for microscopic study. Variables measured were distance between vulva and anus and lengths of the stylet, posterior uterine sac, and tail. The mean data and coefficients of variability suggest that styler length had the least variability, and length of posterior uterine sac the most. When males and distinct spermathecae are not evident in P. coffeae populations, the species can he distinguished from P. brachyurus by a shorter mean stylet length, longer mean posterior uterine sac length, and much longer distance between the vulva and anus.  相似文献
