设施黄瓜烟粉虱的区域生态防控研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
烟粉虱是设施蔬菜上的重要害虫。为探讨烟粉虱的可持续控制方法,在蔬菜试验基地,通过虫源清理、黄板诱杀、诱集剂诱杀和芹菜间作驱虫等综合措施,研究非化学措施对黄瓜烟粉虱的持续控制作用。结果表明:在烟粉虱扩散迁移阶段,虫源的距离与成虫向大棚的迁入量呈负相关,虫源虫量与迁入量呈正相关;虫源扰动对烟粉虱迁入具有促进作用;烟粉虱在扩散过程中对新寄主仍遵循就近选择的原则;对黄板的选择性明显高于黄瓜,两者之间的虫量比在7.91∶1~420.00∶1;在棚内使用黄板加引诱剂及黄板加芹菜对黄瓜上的烟粉虱均具有较好的控制作用,虫口减退率均达到90%以上。结果表明,区域生态防控是对烟粉虱进行可持续绿色控制的有效方式。  相似文献

通过田间系统调查、实验室嗅觉测定、笼内和培养皿内自由扩散观察,对烟粉虱的寄主选择性进行了研究.结果表明,在田间,烟粉虱对不同的寄主植物存在明显的寄主选择性,其中对茄子、花椰菜、黄瓜等植物具有较强的嗜性,而对蕹菜、芹菜、苋菜等植物的嗜性较差;烟粉虱对同一植物的不同品种也有明显的选择性.烟粉虱对寄主植物颜色有明显的选择性,选择结果与烟粉虱对这些寄主的嗜性趋势基本一致.烟粉虱对单株寄主植物的嗅觉反应不敏感,但对植物叶片的乙醇抽提物有明显的嗅觉反应,并表现出较强的寄主选择性.在养虫笼内,烟粉虱从虫源皿向寄主植物自由扩散的过程中,在不同寄主植物和同一植物的不同品种上着落的成虫数量不同,并且在一定的时间范围内,着落在寄主叶片上的虫量还会不断的发生变化.  相似文献

将B型烟粉虱分别从嗜性较强的番茄上转移到嗜性相对较弱的国抗22棉花、泗棉3号棉花和辣椒上, 以及从嗜性较弱的辣椒上转移到嗜性相对较强的番茄、国抗22棉花和泗棉3号棉花上, 观察寄主转移后的F1代、F2代、F3代烟粉虱产卵效应和寄主适应度的变化;将F4代烟粉虱再转移到原寄主, 观察烟粉虱产卵效应和寄主适应度的恢复情况。结果表明, 烟粉虱在不同嗜性寄主上的产卵效应存在明显的差异。在不同嗜性的寄主之间转移, 烟粉虱的寄主适应度变化趋势不同, 从嗜性较强的寄主转移到嗜好性相对较弱的寄主上, 烟粉虱的寄主适应度迅速下降;从嗜性较弱的寄主向嗜性较强的寄主转移后, 烟粉虱的适应度则会迅速提高。烟粉虱对新寄主的适应速度与其对原寄主和新寄主之间的嗜性差异程度有关, 但一般经过1-2个世代后, 产卵效应会逐渐恢复到烟粉虱在该寄主上的正常水平。从过渡寄主转移到原寄主, 烟粉虱的寄主适应度变化符合一般的寄主转移规律, 但嗜性相对较强的过渡寄主可以刺激烟粉虱提高寄主适应性。  相似文献

为探讨利用趋避作用防治烟粉虱的可能性,进行了3方面试验:1)烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) 对黄瓜、花椰菜、油菜和莴苣等4种蔬菜的寄主选择性; 2)互喷烟粉虱不同嗜好的寄主植物汁液对其寄主选择性的影响; 3)不同间作方式对黄瓜叶上烟粉虱成虫密度的影响。结果表明,烟粉虱对供试植物有明显的选择性,其嗜好程度为花椰菜>黄瓜>油菜>莴苣。喷施莴苣和花椰菜汁液对烟粉虱的寄主选择性均有显著影响,喷施莴苣原液后,花椰菜和黄瓜上的成虫数分别减少79.6%和87.4%,花椰菜上的着卵量减少84.3%;喷施花椰菜原液后,莴苣上的成虫数和着卵量分别增加82.4%和79.2%,表明不同蔬菜中的内含物是引起烟粉虱对寄主选择性的重要原因。在黄瓜中间作莴苣可使黄瓜叶上烟粉虱成虫数平均减少76.5%;间作花椰菜时,通过诱集作用,也可使黄瓜叶上的成虫数平均降低69.7%。这些结果为利用喷施蔬菜汁液和间作方式控制烟粉虱危害提供了理论依据。  相似文献

将烟粉虱分别从嗜性较强的番茄植株上转移到嗜性相对较弱的国抗22(GK22)棉花、泗棉3号(S3)棉花和辣椒植株上,以及从嗜性较弱的辣椒植株上转移到嗜性相对较强的番茄、GK22棉花和S3棉花植株上,观察寄主转移后F1代、F2代和F3代烟粉虱体内α-NA羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶和多功能氧化酶活性的变化,再将F4代烟粉虱转移到原寄主,同样观察这3种抗性酶的变化。结果表明,不同嗜性的寄主上烟粉虱体内3种酶活性的强弱与烟粉虱对这种寄主的嗜性相关,在嗜性较强的寄主上,3种酶的活性相对较低。烟粉虱从嗜性较强的寄主转移到嗜性相对较弱的寄主后,成虫体内α-NA羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶和多功能氧化酶的活性显著上升,从嗜性较弱的寄主转移到嗜性较强的寄主后,羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶的活性下降。在寄主转移过程中,烟粉虱体内的α-NA羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶活性一般在F2代基本稳定,而多功能氧化酶在F1代就能迅速稳定。烟粉虱从过渡寄主再转移到原寄主的过程中,其3种酶的变化规律与上述寄主基本一致。结果提示,在烟粉虱寄主转换过程中,多功能氧化酶具有快速响应特性和较强的稳定性,而α-NA羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶活性的变化与烟粉虱对寄主的适应度变化基本一致。  相似文献

在室内采用笼罩和发育测定方法,研究了烟粉虱成虫对黄瓜叶龄的喜好性及其与后代生长发育、存活之间的关系,同时调查了叶毛密度与成虫喜好性之间的相关关系。结果表明(1)烟粉虱成虫比较喜欢在黄瓜植株的中部叶片取食和产卵。(2)叶龄对烟粉虱的存活率没有显著影响,对烟粉虱的发育历期只在卵期和若虫四龄期表现出显著影响,对其他龄期或整个世代均没有显著影响。(3)叶毛密度随着叶龄的增大而顺次显著减小;在接虫初始阶段,烟粉虱成虫的叶片选择性与叶毛密度成显著负相关关系,但72h后具有中等叶毛密度的叶片上的成虫数量和着卵量均显著高于叶毛密度较大或较小的叶片。研究结果对培育抗烟粉虱的黄瓜品种和改进烟粉虱的防治措施具有一定指导意义。  相似文献

【背景】烟粉虱是设施茄果类蔬菜上的重要害虫。【方法】在温室辣椒和黄瓜田中,研究3种方式(悬挂性诱剂、黄板和性诱剂+黄板)对烟粉虱的诱集作用。【结果】性诱剂和黄板对烟粉虱均有较好的诱杀效果,在黄瓜田悬挂性诱剂和黄板4 h后,性诱剂、黄板、性诱剂+黄板上分别诱集到烟粉虱成虫13.80、7.40和31.20头;随着悬挂时间的延长,诱虫量逐渐增多,悬挂24 h后,3种方式的诱集量分别达到32.20、31.80和52.80头。在48 h以内,性诱剂诱虫量明显多于黄板,但48 h后黄板上的诱集量明显多于性诱剂。对黄瓜上残留成虫的性比调查发现,诱集处理24 h后,悬挂性诱剂和性诱剂+黄板的黄瓜上烟粉虱性比分别为4.05∶1和3.31∶1,而悬挂黄板的黄瓜上烟粉虱性比接近1∶1。不论是性诱剂还是黄板,1 d中以10:00~14:00之间对烟粉虱的诱集量最大。性诱剂不同悬挂高度对烟粉虱的诱集效果不同,在辣椒田,性诱剂白板的下端与辣椒顶部冠层叶相平时对烟粉虱的诱集量显著多于白板下端高出辣椒顶部冠层叶上部10 cm与50 cm的处理。诱集处理4 d后,性诱剂、黄板和性诱剂+黄板对蔬菜烟粉虱的校正防效分别为68.18%、60.42%和77.40%。【结论与意义】性诱剂对烟粉虱雄虫有强烈的专性诱集作用,黄板和性诱剂联用对烟粉虱的诱集具有明显的增效作用。  相似文献

烟粉虱种群在江苏沿海城市市区的寄主分布与虫源性质   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过2004-2006年3年的调查,初步探明江苏沿海城市市区烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)种群的适生寄主多达300余种,包括农作物47种,园林树木74种,水果林木8种,花卉60种,中药材17种,草坪草5种,杂草近百种,其中尤以锦葵科、茄科、菊科植物发生量大,危害重。市区烟粉虱的虫源性质为:多种适生寄主有利于成虫在市区"安家落户";特殊气侯条件导致虫源多次蔓延扩散而暴发;Q型生物种为市区成虫大发生的优势种群;市区烟粉虱成虫大发生的虫源主要来自于棉花;早春越冬大棚防治不彻底成为市区烟粉虱暴发的原始虫源。  相似文献

Both egg load and levels of vitellogenin and vitellin increased when Bemisia tabaci Gennadius (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae), were deprived of host plants. These increases resulted in significant increases in rates of oviposition. There was no difference in total fecundity between whiteflies temporarily deprived of hosts and a control treatment that had continuous access to hosts. The results of previous exposure to a preferred host, melon (Cucumis melo), and a non-preferred host, cotton (Gossypium hirsutum), were also examined. B. tabaci deposited significantly more eggs during a 6-h period on melon than on cotton, regardless of host species they were previously confined to. In addition, whiteflies previously exposed to cotton, deposited more eggs than females previously exposed to melon. This higher rate of oviposition resulted in a low egg load as well as lower levels of vitellogenin and vitellin. Conversely, a low rate of oviposition led to high egg load and high levels of vitellogenin and vitellin. Individuals from the same treatment exhibited variation in egg load, which was negatively and significantly correlated with previous oviposition activity. We conclude that the effects of previous host plant exposure on oviposition were, in part, due to behavioral differences that are not related to the reproductive physiology.  相似文献

采用非自由选择法,以刺伤孔(包括取食孔和产卵孔)数为指标,在室内测定了南美斑潜蝇对6科、16种、22个蔬菜品种的寄主选择性。结果表明,南美斑潜蝇对供试蔬菜品种的选择性存在显著差异,选择性大小依次为豆科>菊科>葫芦科>茄科>伞形科>十字花科; 菜豆和茼蒿是南美斑潜蝇最喜欢产卵和取食的寄主,而甘蓝和番茄是其选择性最差的寄主。化学分析和解剖镜观察表明,叶片单宁酸、黄酮含量及叶毛密度在供试品种间存在显著差异: 苦瓜的单宁酸含量最高,其次为豌豆、番茄和青椒,含量最低的为金丝搅瓜、茼蒿、菜豆和美国西芹; 黄酮含量最高的为甘蓝和番茄,其次为苦瓜,最低为茼蒿、菜豆和美国西芹; 南瓜和小白菜的叶毛密度最高,其次为西葫芦、金丝搅瓜和甘蓝,最低为青椒、莴苣和苦瓜。相关分析表明,南美斑潜蝇寄主选择性与叶片单宁酸和黄酮含量呈显著的负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.4425( P=0.0392)和 -0.5728( P=0.0053),而与叶毛密度相关关系不显著( R=-0.1807,P=0.4211)。说明黄酮和单宁酸对南美斑潜蝇产卵和取食具有明显的抑制作用。  相似文献

Epidemiological models predict a positive relationship between host population density and abundance of macroparasites. Here I lest these by a comparative study. I used data on communities of four groups of parasites inhabiting the gastrointestinal tract of mammals, nematodes of the orders Oxyurida. Ascarida. Enoplida and Spirurida. respectively. The data came from 44 mammalian species and represent examination of 16886 individual hosts. I studied average prevalence of all nematodes within an order in a host species, a measure of community level abundance, and considered the potential confounding effects of host body weight, fecundity, age at maturity and diet. Host population density was positively correlated with parasite prevalence within the order Oxyurida, where all species have direct life cycles. Considering the effects of other variables did not change this. This supports the assumption that parasite transmission rate generally is a positive function of host population density: It also strengthens the hypothesis that host densities generally act as important determinants of species richness among directly transmitted parasites and suggests that negative influence of such parasites on host population growth rate increase with increasing host population density among host species. Within the other three nematode orders, where a substantial number of the species have indirect life cycles, no relationships between prevalence and host population density were seen, Again. considering the effects of other variables did not affect this conclusion. This suggests that host population density is a poor predictor of species richness of indirectly transmitted parasites and that effects of such parasites on host population dynamics do not scale with host densities among species of hosts.  相似文献

Generalist herbivores can face many challenges when choosing their host plant. This can be particularly difficult if their choice and performance are affected by host experience. Greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum Westwood (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae), is an invasive generalist herbivore, which has established in year‐round greenhouses at northern latitudes where it cannot overwinter outdoors. It mainly uses crops such as cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.), and ornamentals as host plants. However, every summer the insect escapes greenhouses and is exposed to natural vegetation. We evaluated the performance of T. vaporariorum on diverse vegetation outside greenhouses after prolonged experience of greenhouse crops. First, we surveyed the vegetation near infested greenhouses. Development success of the insect differed among wild hosts. We identified five new hosts among 12 plant species that bore pupae and were thus considered suitable as the insect's host plants. Members of the Urticaceae and Onagraceae were the most preferred and frequently inhabited by all insect life stages. The highest abundance of insects occurred in plots with low plant species richness, independent of plant family in these habitats. We then studied experimentally the impact of 1 year of preconditioning to one of three common greenhouse crops, cucumber, tomato, or poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. ex Klotzsch), on the performance of the preconditioned adults and their progeny on four wild plants. Adults from tomato and poinsettia preferred the novel host species over the species to which they were preconditioned. The whitefly population preconditioned to cucumber was the most fecund on all offered hosts. We conclude that generalist herbivores can have large variation in performance, despite polyphagy, on novel hosts as shown by the variable abundance of T. vaporariorum pupae among outdoor hosts. Furthermore, performance of whiteflies on natural vegetation was affected by experience on greenhouse crops. Based on our observations, we provide insights and recommendations for pest management.  相似文献

The use of measures of host infestation as a reliable indicator of a flea population size to be used in interspecific comparisons was considered. The abundance of fleas collected from host bodies and collected from host burrows was compared among 55 flea species, controlling for the effect of flea phylogeny. The mean number of fleas on host bodies correlated positively with the mean number of fleas in host burrows/nests both when the entire data pool was analysed and for separate subsets of data on 'fur' fleas and 'nest' fleas. This was also true for a within-host (Microtus californicus) between-flea comparison. The results of this study demonstrate that, in general, the index of host body infestation by fleas can be used reliably as an indicator of the entire population size.  相似文献

1. The study reported here examined growth and developmental interactions between the gregarious larval koinobiont endoparasitoid Cotesia glomerata (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) and two of its hosts that vary considerably in growth potential: Pieris rapae and the larger P. brassicae (Lepidoptera: Pieridae). At pupation, healthy larvae of P. brassicae are over twice as large, in terms of fresh body mass, as those of P. rapae. 2. Clutch size of C. glomerata was manipulated artificially, and the relationship between parasitoid burden and the maximum weight of the parasitised host (= host–parasitoid complex) was measured. In both hosts, the maximum complex weight was correlated positively with parasitoid burden. Compared with unparasitised hosts, however, the growth of P. rapae was increased at significantly lower parasitoid burdens than in P. brassicae. Emerging wasp size was correlated negatively with parasitoid burden in both host species, whereas development time was less affected. 3. After larval parasitoid egress, the weight of the host carcass increased slightly, but not significantly, with parasitoid burden, although there was a strong correlation between the proportion of host mass consumed by C. glomerata larvae during development and parasitoid burden. 4. Clutch size was generally correlated positively with instar parasitised in both hosts, and greater in P. brassicae than in P. rapae. Sex ratios were much more female biased in L1 and L2 P. rapae than in all other host classes. Adult parasitoid size was correlated inversely with host instar at parasitism, and wasps emerging from P. brassicae were larger, and completed development faster, than conspecifics emerging from P. rapae. 5. The data reveal that parasitism by C. glomerata has profound species‐specific effects on the growth of both host species. Consequently, optimality models in which host quality is often based on host size at parasitism or unparasitised growth potential may have little utility in describing the development of gregarious koinobiont endoparasitoids. The results of this investigation are discussed in relation to the potential effectiveness of gregarious koinobionts in biological control programmes.  相似文献

Both theoretical arguments and empirical evidence suggest that parasite transmission depends on host density. In helminths with complex life cycles, however, it is not clear which host, if any, is the most important. Here, the relationships between the abundance of metacercariae in second intermediate hosts, and the local density of both the first and second intermediate hosts of two trematode species, are investigated. Samples of the snail Potamopyrgus antipodarum, the amphipod Paracalliope fluviatilis and the isopod Austridotea annectens were collected from ten stations in a New Zealand lake. In the trematode Coitocaecum parvum, neither the density of the snail first intermediate host nor that of the amphipod second intermediate host correlated with infection levels in amphipods. In contrast, in the trematode Microphallus, infection levels in isopod second intermediate hosts were positively associated with isopod density and negatively associated with the density of snail first intermediate hosts. These relationships are explained by a negative correlation between snail and isopod densities, mediated in part by their different use of macrophyte beds in the lake. Overall, the results suggest that, at least for Microphallus, local infection levels depend on local intermediate host densities.  相似文献

For hundreds of years, the unmanaged Soay sheep population on St Kilda has survived despite enduring presumably deleterious co-infections of helminth, protozoan and arthropod parasites and intermittent periods of starvation. Important parasite taxa in young Soay sheep are strongyles (Trichostrongylus axei, Trichostrongylus vitrinus and Teladorsagia circumcincta), coccidia (11 Eimeria species) and keds (Melophagus ovinus) and in older animals, Teladorsagia circumcincta. In this research, associations between the intensity of different parasite taxa were investigated. Secondly, the intensities of different parasite taxa were tested for associations with variation in host weight, which is itself a determinant of over-winter survival in the host population. In lambs, the intensity of strongyle eggs was positively correlated with that of Nematodirus spp. eggs, while in yearlings and adults strongyle eggs and coccidia oocysts were positively correlated. In lambs and yearlings, of the parasite taxa tested, only strongyle eggs were significantly and negatively associated with host weight. However, in adult hosts, strongyles and coccidia were independently and negatively associated with host weight. These results are consistent with the idea that strongyles and coccidia are exerting independent selection on Soay sheep.  相似文献

The braconid parasitoidOpius dissitus Muesebeck (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) produced 1.7 to 3 times more offspring when provided second and third instar leafminers (Liriomyza sativae Blanchard) as compared to first instars. Females arising from parasitization of different instars did not differ significantly in numbers of chorionated eggs in their ovaries at adult eclosion. Development time was prolonged by about two days when parasitoid oviposition occurred in first, as compared to third instar hosts. Parasitoid length was positively correlated with host weight (r2=0.75). Because only 7% of variation in host weight could be explained by host density, parasitoid length varied considerably among hosts reared at the same density. Longevity and lifetime fecundity of parasitoids were inversely related to the weight of their hosts.  相似文献

Epidemiological theory predicts positive correlations between host population density or body mass and species richness among parasite communities. Here I test these predictions by a comparative study of communities of directly transmitted mammalian parasites, gastrointestinal strongylid nematodes. I use data from 45 species of mammals, representing examination of 17 200 individual hosts. The variable studied was the average number of gastrointestinal strongylid nematode species per host population, and three different methods were used to obtain estimates of parasite species richness that are unbiased by number of host individuals examined. Analyses were done using the phylogenetically independent contrast method. Host population density and parasite species richness were strongly positively correlated when the effects of host body weight had been controlled for. Controlling for other variables did not change this, and the relationship was found regardless of method used to correct for uneven sampling effort among host species. A positive relationship between parasite species richness and host body weight was also found, but the effect of host densities had to be controlled for to see this. These relationships between host traits and species richness of directly transmitted parasites are stronger than patterns found using data on indirectly transmitted mammalian parasites, and suggests that links between host traits and parasite species richness are stronger than previously suggested. The results are consistent with parasite species richness being positively linked to pathogen transmission rates and reductions in transmission rates possibly increasing extinction probabilities in parasite populations. The results also suggest that parasites may exert a cost of increases in rate of population energy usage, and thus show that pathogens may be important in generating independence between body mass and rate of population energy usage among host species.  相似文献
