建立了红丝线提取物中紫蓝素的测定方法。采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ZORBAXXDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:V(乙腈):V[75mmol/L乙酸铵+0.5mmol/LEGTA(pH7.0)]=8∶92;流速:1mL/min;检测波长590nm。紫蓝素的线性范围为2.5~50mg/L(r=0.9999),回收率97.9%~101.5%。该法简便、准确,重复性好,适用于测定红丝线提取物中紫蓝素的含量。  相似文献

建立了胶束电动毛细管电泳色谱法(MECC)测定红丝线提取物中紫蓝素的含量的方法。毛细管柱内径75μm,长50.2cm;运行电压25kV,检测波长585nm,温度25℃;缓冲液为25mmol/L,β-CD10mmol/L,硼酸盐-20%乙腈(pH值8.0);进样方式:压力进样,进样时间5s。结果表明紫蓝素在10~100μmol/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),回收率为95.3%~103.2%。该方法快速、简便、并且较为准确,适用于测定红丝线提取物中紫蓝素的含量。  相似文献

四种植物精油对德国小蠊的驱避效果   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
室内测定4种蚊虫驱避效果较好的植物精油(香叶醇、芳樟醇、柠檬醛和茴香醛)对德国小蠊雄性成虫的驱避性,并与传统上常用的驱避剂DEET作对比研究,以期从中筛选出对德国小蠊驱避效果较好的驱避剂。每种植物精油设置4个剂量,即1,10,100和1000μg/cm2。结果表明,每种植物精油的驱避性均随剂量的增加而升高,4种精油的驱避性均高于DEET,驱避性最好的是芳樟醇;当剂量为100和1000μg/cm2时,每种植物精油的驱避性与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0·05);除芳樟醇外,其余植物精油在剂量为1000μg/cm2时的驱避性与100μg/cm2的驱避性相比差异显著(P<0·05)。提示芳樟醇可能是一种很有发展前景的德国小蠊驱避剂。  相似文献

用索氏提取法提取丹参的水溶性有效成分,用冷浸法提取丹参的酯溶性有效成分,以HPLC法测得的丹参素、丹参酮ⅡA和原儿茶醛含量为考察指标,对全国几个著名的丹参药材基地种植的丹参中丹参素、原儿茶醛和丹参酮ⅡA的含量及其稳定性进行了比较。不同产地丹参有效成分含量有较大差异。河南和四川产的丹参中酚酸类化合物含量最高,每克药材丹参素含量分别为19.79mg和20.35mg,每克药材原儿茶醛含量分别为5.58mg和4.35mg,贵州铜仁地区产的丹参丹参酮ⅡA含量最高,每克药材达0.4mg。  相似文献

目的测定并比较不同品种菊花和贵州产野菊花中木犀草素的含量。方法用高效液相色谱法测定木犀草素的含量。色谱柱为ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(体积比45:55:0.4),检测波长为254nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果7个菊花样品的木犀草素含量,以贵州野菊花的木犀草素含量最高(3.876mg/g),杭菊的木犀草素含量最低(0.302mg/g)。结论贵州产野菊花中木犀草素的含量均高于其他品种菊花,具有较高的药用价值。  相似文献

目的 建立蛇伤药酒的质量控制方法。 方法 用薄层色谱法对蛇伤药酒制剂中黄连、黄柏、大黄进行定性鉴别 ;用紫外分光光度法测定黄连、黄柏中有效成分小檗碱的含量。测定波长为 ( 2 64± 1 ) nm。 结果 定性鉴别色谱特征明显 ,易于区别 ;盐酸小檗碱的含量测定线性范围在 1 .42~ 7.1 0 μg,r=0 .9996,平均回收率为 99.1 4% ,RSD为 1 .3 4%。 结论 该方法可有效的控制蛇伤药酒的质量。  相似文献

为探究秦巴山区富硒蛹虫草有效成分及硒存在形态,以秦巴山区蛹虫草CM-1518为研究对象,研究不同质量分数亚硒酸钠(0~500 mg/kg)对蛹虫草生长发育的影响,并对其有效成分及硒存在形态进行分析。试验结果表明当亚硒酸钠质量分数为100 mg/kg时,蛹虫草鲜质量最高,为293.41 g/盒。当亚硒酸钠质量分数为200 mg/kg时,虫草素、虫草酸含量最高,分别为1.06 mg/g和2.10 mg/g,表明硒与虫草素和虫草酸可协同增效,但虫草多糖含量变化规律不明显,亚硒酸钠的添加不利于腺苷的合成积累。经计算,富硒蛹虫草中有机硒所占百分比均高达99.9%,低浓度的亚硒酸钠可促进可溶性蛋白和可溶性多糖中硒的合成,但高浓度的硒却降低其合成,且富硒蛹虫草中可溶性多糖中硒含量高于可溶性蛋白硒含量。试验表明适宜浓度的亚硒酸钠可促进蛹虫草生长发育及有效成分合成积累。  相似文献

利用硼砂与芦荟中两种主要有效成分的不同作用将可见分光光度法和荧光分光光度法结合提出了测定芦荟素和芦荟大黄素含量的新方法.芦荟素的测定下限为0.00004g/L;芦荟大黄素的测定下限为0.0005g/L.此方法重复性好,样品分析结果相对标准偏差小于7%,加标回收率92~110%.  相似文献

对蔷薇属 (Rosa) 38个野生种果实 (以下简称蔷薇果 )的经济性状进行了分析 ,并测定了 VC、VE 和胡萝卜素等重要维生素的含量。蔷薇果 VC 含量在该属种间差异很大 ,以秦岭蔷薇 (R.tsinglingensis)的含量为最高 (2 576mg/ 1 0 0 g) ,德钦蔷薇 (R.deqenensis)的含量为最低 (49mg/ 1 0 0 g)。胡萝卜素含量种间差异明显 ,以软条七蔷薇 (R.henryi)的含量为最高 (1 9.2 4 mg / 1 0 0 g) ,黄刺玫 (R.xanthina)的含量为最低 (0 .0 6 mg/ 1 0 0 g)。 VE 含量种间差异较小 ,在 1 .34 mg/ 1 0 0 g(黄刺玫 )至 3.86 mg/ 1 0 0 g(硕苞蔷薇R.bracteata)之间。对蔷薇亚属 54种野生种果实重要维生素含量的统计分析表明 ,维生素含量与分组具有一定相关性 ,尤以 VC 含量与分组的相关性最为明显 ,桂味组和小叶组 Vc含量很高 (均值都高于 1 80 0mg/ 1 0 0 g) ;合柱组、月季组、木香组和硕苞组含量很低 (均值都在 30 0 mg/ 1 0 0 g以下 ) ,芹叶组除宽刺蔷薇 (R.platyacantha) VC含量很高外 ,其余种类含量都很低 (均值为 1 90 mg/ 1 0 0 g)。胡萝卜素含量与分组也具有一定相关性 ,桂味组、芹叶组、合柱组和硕苞组的胡萝卜素含量较高 ,均值在 6 mg/ 1 0 0 g以上 ;月季组、小叶组和木香组含量较低 ,均值在 0 .4mg/ 1 0 0 g以下。V  相似文献

研究制首乌醇提物及其主要成分大黄素对斑马鱼非酒精性脂肪肝疾病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)的治疗作用。选取野生型斑马鱼若干,随机均分为对照组、模型组、制首乌醇提物(RPMP)组和大黄素(emodin)组,于胚胎受精后5天,对照组给于普通饲料AP100,模型组给予2 mg/mL蛋黄粉(EY powder),制首乌醇提物组分别给予2 mg/mL蛋黄粉与低剂量组(1 mg/mL)、中剂量组(1.5 mg/mL)、高剂量组(2 mg/mL),大黄素组分别给予2 mg/mL蛋黄粉与低剂量组(0.25μg/mL)、中剂量组(0.5μg/mL)、高剂量组(1μg/mL)。72 h后观察斑马鱼存活率和体重、体长、BMI的变化■,用整体油红染色评判脂肪肝发生率,石蜡切片观察肝组织病理形态,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)试剂盒判断斑马鱼体脂含量。制首乌醇提物组与大黄素组能显著降低非酒精性脂肪肝斑马鱼的死亡率、BMI、TG含量,并显著改善斑马鱼幼鱼肝脏脂质沉积情况(P<0.05)。由此可见制首乌醇提物与大黄素可有效治疗斑马鱼NAFLD,且大黄素可能为制首乌治疗NAFLD的主要有效成分。  相似文献

Potato root water (PRW) contains ~1.5% protein. In this study, expanded bed adsorption (EBA) chromatography with Amberlite XAD7HP resin adsorbent was used to isolate native protein from crude PRW. The optimal pH and ionic strength for potato protein binding onto Amberlite XAD7HP were 5.0 and 20 mmol/L. The EBA-refined proteins were dried by vacuum freeze drying and spray drying at varying outlet temperatures. Results indicated that low temperature spray drying was the most cost effective method with respect to retaining protease inhibitor activities. The dried protein concentrates appeared bright yellow or dark reddish brown, with a total glycoalkaloid content of ~170 μg/g. The protease inhibitor activity was ~400 mg/g and 11 ~ 12 mg/g for trypsin inhibition and chymotrypsin inhibition, respectively. The results presented here suggest that EBA using Amberlite XAD7HP as the adsorbent is a feasible strategy for the direct adsorption of native protein from crude PRW.  相似文献

本文报告了对四川省马边县、平武县的果梅果肉的主要营养成分的测定结果。研究表明:果梅肉中总酸含量为6.4%,还原糖含量为1.3%。还含钙29.7mg/100g,含磷29.1mg/100g。含铁为1.4mg/100g。其钙磷比为1:1。在维生素方面,果梅肉含与其它几种水果相近数量的V_C(3.gmg/100g)和V_(B_1)(0.062mg/100g),但其V_(B_2)含量是其它几种水果的数百倍,达到5.6mg/100g。此外,本文尝试定义出糖酸比(T值)。作为表征某水果(或其制品)口味酸或甜的相对量化指标。  相似文献

Lycopene is an acyclic, biologically active carotenoid that constitutes foods, its preventive role in several cancerous diseases have been proved by epidemiological and experimental data. Its beneficial role in maintenance of human health is related to its significant antioxidant properties. Data of dietary lycopene intake of the Hungarian population is not available. The aims of the present complex study were 1) to measure the lycopene content of foods frequently consumed in Hungary, 2) to investigate the effect of agrotechnological procedures and food processing on lycopene content of tomatoes, 3) to estimate the lycopene intake in two groups of the Hungarian population with the use of a three-day dietary record. The best lycopene sources are the raw (5.0-16.0 mg/100 g) and processed tomatoes and tomato products (3.0-80.0 mg/100 g), and also watermelon (3.6-6.2 mg/100 g). The variety of the plants, the growing circumstances, and the weather conditions significantly influence the lycopene content of freshly consumed and processed tomato fruits. Mild technological processes can preserve a considerable amount of the original lycopene content in tomato. The estimated average dietary intakes of the Hungarian children (n=521) and adults (n=205) were 2.98 +/- 4.71 mg/day/capita, and 4.24 +/- 8.47 mg/day/capita, respectively. Optimal climate conditions of Hungary makes possible to produce tomato fruits with high dietary value including significant amount of health protective lycopene. Increased consumption of tomato and tomato products with high concentration of lycopene may improve the antioxidant capacity of human body, and the risk of several cancerous diseases may be reduced.  相似文献

研究在橄榄叶加工过程中,加工因素对橄榄叶提取物中抗氧化活性的影响,这些因素包括:(1)干燥方式(微波炉干燥,烘箱干燥,低温冷冻干燥和熏蒸及烘箱结合干燥);(2)提取方式(超声波提取和搅拌式提取);(3)提取溶剂的酸度(pH 4、7、10).实验将总多酚含量和清除自由基活性作为衡量提取物抗氧化有效成分和活性的指标.研究结果表明,通过低温冷冻干燥、调节pH至4和采用超声波提取的方式,橄榄叶提取物中的抗氧化有效成分最多.本研究对橄榄叶等天然植物中抗氧化成分提取工艺的制定具有参考价值.  相似文献

This review critically evaluated literature on proximate composition and nutritional value of Marula in comparison with other tropical and indigenous fruits in order to identify areas for future research. It was found that nutrients content and processing methods of Marula fruit varied greatly from study to study and according to place of origin, soil, climate, handling, analytical methods used and time that lapsed after harvesting before analysis took place. Marula fruit pulp is reported to have vitamin C content higher than that of most fruits, ranging from 62 mg/100 g to over 400 mg/100 g. Additionally, Marula fruit is reported to have an antioxidant capacity of between 8 and 25 mM, (ascorbic acid equivalents) and a total phenolic content ranging from 7.5 to 24 mg/g dry weight gallic acid equivalent. Marula kernels are also a good source of protein, oil, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium and their oil is used in food preparations. Marula fruits could play a vital role in terms of nutrition to rural community who rely on the usage of the fruits, as they do not have easy access to other sources of nutrients. Recommendation given for future research includes improving Marula fruits juice extraction and yields, investigating the effect of processing and storage on the retention of nutrients such as vitamin C and its antioxidant capacity in processed and unprocessed Marula products and further identifying Marula fruits flavor compounds and their effect on processing and storage.  相似文献

A microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) method has been applied for the first time to the extraction of the main lignan, secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG), and the two most concentrated hydroxycinnamic acid glucosides in flaxseed. The effects of microwave power, extraction time and alkaline treatment were investigated. It was shown that a 3 min MAE resulted in an SDG content of 16.1+/-0.4 mg/g, a p-coumaric acid glucoside content of 3.7+/-0.2 mg/g and a ferulic acid glucoside content of 4.1+/-0.2 mg/g. These values were compared with those obtained using conventional extraction methods and the results demonstrated that MAE was more effective in terms of both yield and time consumption.  相似文献
