打孔称重法是基于相近叶位叶片的比叶重(单位面积叶片重量)相对恒定的原理,通过测定采样区植物叶片干重和少量叶片比叶重计算叶面积和叶面积指数的方法。比较试验结果表明:打孔称重法与长宽校正法和复印称重法测定的水稻叶面积呈极显著相关;打孔称重法和复印称重法所测定的叶面积指数平均值经统计检验差异不显著。2种方法均能很好地袁征不同处理间叶面积指数的差异。  相似文献

叶面积的准确测定是评价生态系统能流、碳流和水分利用的重要基础.目前常用的叶面积测定方法都有其局限性,有些方法快捷、准确,但仅适用于小批量测定;大多数方法很难在较短时间内准确进行大批量测定.本文以互花米草叶面积测定为例,探讨了以扫描仪和叶片干重为基础,结合PHOTOSHOP图像处理技术,大批量、快捷、准确测定植物叶面积的方法--扫描-干重法.结果表明:虚拟正方形叶片边长与叶子像素成幂函数曲线关系,公式为419.85x1.9693,R≈1.00;用此公式验证扫描-干重法,相对误差仅为3.651%.用扫描-干重法测得的结果与方格法相比无显著差异(P=0.473),表明该方法是可行的.  相似文献

植物的系统发育极大地影响着植物的功能性状,高寒草甸草本植物叶片碳含量、性状及其可塑性是否受植物遗传背景的影响目前仍不明确。为此,本研究测定了土壤氮、磷异质条件下高寒草甸生态系统12种优势植物叶片碳含量、比叶面积及其可塑性,并分析其在种、科水平上的差异以及系统发育保守性。结果显示,在不同土壤氮条件下,植物叶片碳含量和比叶面积在种、科水平差异显著(P0.05)。不同土壤磷条件下,植物叶片碳含量在种、科水平无显著差异,但比叶面积差异显著(P0.05)。叶片碳含量和比叶面积没有相关性,但两者的可塑性呈显著正相关,说明不同植物的这两个性状对土壤氮、磷的变化有相似的响应方式。叶片碳含量、比叶面积及其两者的可塑性均没有检测出显著的系统发育信号,说明相对于遗传背景,叶片碳含量、比叶面积主要受环境变化的影响。本研究有助于理解全球变化背景下高寒草甸碳循环过程,也可以为退化高寒草甸的恢复和管理提供科学依据。  相似文献

为了研究施氮量对马铃薯全生育期光合特性及产量的影响,在田间试验条件下,以延薯四号作为供试材料,设置4个施氮水平CK(不施氮)、N1(低氮)、N2(中氮)、N3(高氮),在马铃薯全生育期进行了叶面积指数、功能叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO_2浓度、气孔导度及SPAD等相关指标的测定。研究结果表明,本试验条件下,合理施氮有助于提高马铃薯叶片的光合性能。在一定范围内,随着施氮量的增加,叶面积指数、SPAD值、生物产量显著增加;全生育期马铃薯SPAD值与产量呈极显著正相关;马铃薯生育前期,叶面积指数与产量呈极显著正相关;块茎膨大后期,光合速率与产量呈极显著正相关。本试验条件下,施氮量为N2(纯氮150 kg/hm2)时经济产量最高。  相似文献

热带雨林中木质藤本植物较为丰富。随着全球气候变化加剧,木质藤本植物的丰富度具有不断增加的趋势,有可能对热带森林的结构、功能和动态产生重要影响。然而,目前对木质藤本响应环境变化的机制所知甚少。本研究以13个科20种热带雨林常见木质藤本植物为材料,测定了冠层叶片的17个形态特征及结构性状,并分析了性状间的相互关系。结果表明,叶片相对含水量的种间变异最小(变异系数为5%),而上表皮厚度的种间变异最大(变异系数为80%),其它性状的种间变异系数为24%~61%。木质藤本植物的叶脉密度、叶片密度均与气孔密度呈显著正相关,叶片干物质含量与比叶面积呈显著负相关。与相同生境的树木相比,木质藤本的叶面积更小、气孔密度和叶片密度更低、比叶面积更高,但两种植物类群的叶片横切面组织结构厚度无显著差异。研究结果对理解木质藤本植物的生态适应性具有重要意义。  相似文献

A digital image analysis method previously used to evaluate leaf color changes due to nutritional changes was modified to measure the severity of several foliar fungal diseases. Images captured with a flatbed scanner or digital camera were analyzed with a freely available software package, Scion Image, to measure changes in leaf color caused by fungal sporulation or tissue damage. High correlations were observed between the percent diseased leaf area estimated by Scion Image analysis and the percent diseased leaf area from leaf drawings. These drawings of various foliar diseases came from a disease key previously developed to aid in visual estimation of disease severity. For leaves of Nicotiana benthamiana inoculated with different spore concentrations of the anthracnose fungus Colletotrichum destructivum, a high correlation was found between the percent diseased tissue measured by Scion Image analysis and the number of leaf spots. The method was adapted to quantify percent diseased leaf area ranging from 0 to 90% for anthracnose of lily-of-the-valley, apple scab, powdery mildew of phlox and rust of golden rod. In some cases, the brightness and contrast of the images were adjusted and other modifications were made, but these were standardized for each disease. Detached leaves were used with the flatbed scanner, but a method using attached leaves with a digital camera was also developed to make serial measurements of individual leaves to quantify symptom progression. This was successfully applied to monitor anthracnose on N. benthamiana leaves. Digital image analysis using Scion Image software is a useful tool for quantifying a wide variety of fungal interactions with plant leaves.  相似文献

多尺度遥感综合监测我国北方典型草原区植被盖度   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
利用多尺度遥感影像综合进行全球和区域尺度的土地利用/覆盖变化(LUCC)研究是最近全球变化研究的重要方向之一。本文综合利用野外群落样方、数字相机、ETM+影像、NOAA/AVHRR影像,在遥感、GIS和GPS支持下,对我国北方典型草原区植被盖度进行了综合监测、模拟与分析。结果表明:(1) 利用经处理后的数字相机影像测量盖度的结果准确性较高,可以作为植被盖度测量的标准结果,反映真实的覆盖特征,并用以验证利用其它方法测量结果的精度。(2) 利用野外1 m2样方网格法目视估测的植被盖度结果变化较大,不稳定。本次实验中,与数字相机测量结果相比,样方估测的盖度普遍偏高,平均偏差为9.92%;但两者相关性较好(r2=0.89)。(3) 采用Gutman模型ETM+影像、NOAA/AVHRR影像反演植被盖度的结果与数字相机测量结果偏差分别为7.03%、7.83%,ETM+像元分解NOAA像元后得到的植被盖度与数字相机测量结果偏差5.68%。三者与数字相机测量结果的相关系数r2分别为0.78、0.61和0.76。(4)利用野外实测植被盖度数据直接与NOAA-NDVI影像建立统计模型估算植被盖度的精度较低(r2=0.65),而通过空间分辨率介于两者之间的ETM+影像进行转换后,该精度得到一定的提高(r2=0.80)。利用像元分解的方法提高了大尺度植被盖度监测的精度,是利用遥感数据进行尺  相似文献

Solar energy absorbed by plants results in either reflection or absorption. The latter results in photosynthesis, fluorescence, or heat. Measurements of fluorescence changes have been used for monitoring processes associated with photosynthesis. A simple method to follow changes in leaf fluorescence and leaf reflectance associated with nonphotochemical quenching and light acclimation of leaves is described. The main equipment needed consists of a green-light emitting laser pointer, a digital camera, and a personal computer equipped with the camera acquisition software and the programs ImageJ and Excel. Leaf chlorophyll content provides valuable information about physiological status of plants; it is directly linked to photosynthetic potential and primary production. In vitro assessment by wet chemical extraction is the standard method for leaf chlorophyll determination. This measurement is expensive, laborious, and time consuming. Over the years alternative methods, rapid and non-destructive, have been explored. The aim of this work was to evaluate the applicability of a fast and non-invasive field method for estimation of chlorophyll content in quinoa and amaranth leaves based on RGB components analysis of digital images acquired with a standard SLR camera. Digital images of leaves from different genotypes of quinoa and amaranth were acquired directly in the field. Mean values of each RGB component were evaluated via image analysis software and correlated to leaf chlorophyll provided by standard laboratory procedure. Single and multiple regression models using RGB color components as independent variables have been tested and validated. The performance of the proposed method was compared to that of the widely used non-destructive SPAD method. Sensitivity of the best regression models for different genotypes of quinoa and amaranth was also checked. Color data acquisition of the leaves in the field with a digital camera was quick, more effective, and lower cost than SPAD. The proposed RGB models provided better correlation (highest R 2) and prediction (lowest RMSEP) of the true value of foliar chlorophyll content and had a lower amount of noise in the whole range of chlorophyll studied compared with SPAD and other leaf image processing based models when applied to quinoa and amaranth.  相似文献

The effectiveness of using leveled digital camera for measuring leaf inclination angles was investigated in this study as an inexpensive and convenient alternative to existing approaches. The new method is validated with manual leaf angle measurements for various broadleaf tree species common to hemi-boreal region of Estonia and the tropical forests of Hawai’i Islands. The acquired leaf angle distributions suggest that planophile case might be more appropriate than the commonly assumed spherical as the general approximation of leaf orientation while modeling the radiation transmission through the canopies of (hemi)-boreal broadleaf stands. However, direct leaf inclination measurements should be obtained whenever possible, as there will always exist a large variety of leaf orientation, both among different species and in the space–time domain within a single species. The camera method tested in this study provides a new robust and affordable tool to obtain this information.  相似文献

As one of the important vegetation parameters, vegetation fractional coverage (VFC) is more difficult to measure accurately among a good many parameters of plant communities. The temperate typical steppe in the north of China was chosen for investigation in the present study and a digital camera was used to measure herb community coverage in the field, adopting methods of ocular estimation, gridding measurement, visual interpretation, supervised classification, and information extraction of color spatial transformation to calculate the VFC of images captured by the digital camera. In addition VFC calculated by various methods was analyzed and compared VFC, enabling us to propose an effective method for measuring VFC using a digital camera. The results of the present study indicate that: (i) as two common useful and effective methods of measuring VFC with a digital camera, not only does the error of estimated values of visual estimation and supervised classification vary considerably, but the degree of automatization is very low and depends, to a great extent, on the manipulator; (ii) although the method of visual interpretation may assure the precision of the calculated VFC and enable the precision of results obtained using other methods to be determined, as far as large quantities of data are concerned, this method has the disadvantages of wasting time and energy, and the applications of this method are limited; (iii) the precision and stability of VFC calculated using the grid and node method are superior to those of visual estimation and supervised classification and inferior to those of visual interpretation, but, as for visual interpretation and supervised classification, gridding measurements are difficult to apply in practice because they are not time efficient; and (iv) in terms of the precision of calculation of the VFC, an information-extracting model based on an intensity, hue, saturation (IHS) color space-multi-component series segmentation strategy is superior to methods of ocular estimation, gridding measurement, and supervised classification. In terms of practical efficiency, the information-extracting model is superior to visual interpretation, supervised classification, and gridding measurement. It has been proven that estimating the VFC of the north temperate typical steppe using this model is feasible. This is very fundamental research work in grassland ecology.  相似文献

随着数码相机的日益普及,利用数码相机进行作物叶面积指数(LAI)测量不断得以应用。由于数码相机成像时会对入射光辐射强度进行Gamma编码变换,输出的相片DN(Digital Number)值与入射光辐射强度呈非线性关系,会造成在确定相片中植被叶片与背景的分割阈值时出现误差,并最终导致LAI估算存在较大不确定性。以水稻为研究对象,获取不同生长期水稻冠层相片并结合同步LAI 2000测量的LAI数据,基于相片Gamma校正原理,对水稻不同生长期冠层相片进行Gamma校正,在此基础上利用冠层孔隙率方法,估算不同生长期水稻LAI。结果表明,经过Gamma校正相片估算的水稻LAI总体精度有显著提高,相片估算的IMAGE LAI与LAI-2000测量值比较的决定系数达到0.71(P0.05)。在整个观测期内,两种方法观测的LAI值在时间变化趋势上表现一致,但在不同生长期内存在差别,在水稻分蘖期和拔节期相片估算的IMAGE LAI要高于LAI-2000测量值,孕穗期到抽穗期期间IMAGE LAI低于LAI-2000测量值,乳熟期到成熟期IMAGE LAI又高于LAI-2000的观测结果。  相似文献

The present work describes a digital image analysis method based on leaf color analysis to estimate chlorophyll content of leaves of micropropagated potato plantlets. For estimation of chlorophyll content, a simple leaf digital analysis procedure using a simple digital still camera was applied in parallel to a SPAD chlorophyll content meter. RGB features were extracted from the image and correlated with the SPAD values. None of the mean brightness parameters (RGB) were correlated with the actual chlorophyll content following simple correlation studies. However, a correlation between the chromaticity co-ordinates ‘r’, ‘b’ and chlorophyll content was observed, while co-ordinate ‘g’ was not significantly correlated with chlorophyll content. Linear regression and artificial neural networks (ANN) were applied for correlating the mean brightness (RGB) and mean brightness ratio (rgb) features to chlorophyll content of plantlet leaves determined through a SPAD meter. The chlorophyll content as determined by the SPAD meter was significantly correlated (RMSE = 3.97 and 3.59, respectively, for linear and ANN models) to the rgb values of leaf image analysis. Both the models indicate successful prediction of chlorophyll content of leaves of micropropagated plants with high correlation. The developed RGB-based digital image analysis has the advantage over conventional subjective methods for being objective, fast, non-invasive, and inexpensive. The system could be utilized for real-time estimation of chlorophyll content and subsequent analysis of photosynthetic and hyperhydric status of the micropropagated plants for better ex vitro survival.  相似文献

根据烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)1龄后期若虫固定取食后不再移动的现象,采用数码相机拍照,然后打印输出到A4纸上的方法,使得对烟粉虱若虫位置的标定简单易行。利用该方法,观察烟粉虱发育过程中若虫的形态变化,分析烟粉虱若虫龄期和身体尺寸的关系,结果表明,可以根据若虫大小,结合形态特征识别烟粉虱若虫的龄期。  相似文献
