红臂尾轮虫和壶状臂尾轮虫生活史特征比较   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1

应用单个体培养方法,以浓度为3.0×10^6 cells/ml的斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)为食物,在18、23、28℃和33℃下,对分类存疑种类红臂尾轮虫(Brachionus rubens)和壶状臂尾轮虫(B.urceolaris)的生活史特征进行了比较研究。结果表明,随着温度的升高,两种轮虫的生殖前期和生殖期历时、平均寿命、世代时间和生命期望均逐渐显著地缩短,而种群内禀增长率却极显著地增大。红臂尾轮虫在28℃下的生殖后期历时与23℃和33℃间均无显著的差异,壶状臂尾轮虫在28℃和33℃下的生殖后期历时也无显著的差异。红臂尾轮虫的产卵量和净生殖率均在33℃下最小,在其他3个温度间都无显著的差异;壶状臂尾轮虫的产卵量和净生殖率均在33℃下最小,28℃下最大。18、23℃和28℃下红臂尾轮虫的生殖前期历时、平均寿命、生命期望和世代时间都显著短于壶状臂尾轮虫,而生殖期历时在两者间无显著差异;33℃下红臂尾轮虫的生殖期历时、平均寿命、生命期望和世代时间都显著长于壶状臂尾轮虫,而生殖前期历时在两者间无显著差异。各温度下,红臂尾轮虫的产卵量、种群内禀增长率和净生殖率均极显著地高于壶状臂尾轮虫,但两种轮虫的生殖后期历时无显著的差异。红臂尾轮虫偏向于r-对策者,体现在其较低的生命期望、较高的繁殖率和种群增长率;而壶状臂尾轮虫则显示出较高的生命期望、较低的种群增长率和繁殖率,偏向于k-对策者。  相似文献

为了解汀棠湖冬季出现的萼花臂尾轮虫对水温的适应,探讨其在春季的种群消长机制,运用生命表统计学方法研究了温度(12℃、16℃、20℃和24℃)和斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)密度(1.0×106、3.0×106和5.0×106个/mL)对冬季采自芜湖市汀棠湖水体中的萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)出生时的生命期望、世代时间、平均寿命、总生殖率、净生殖率和种群内禀增长率等生活史参数的影响。结果表明,温度对轮虫出生时的生命期望、世代时间、平均寿命、净生殖率和种群内禀增长率均有显著性影响(P0.05),但对总生殖率无显著性影响(P0.05);食物密度以及食物密度与温度之间的交互作用对轮虫所有生命表统计学参数均无显著性影响(P0.05)。轮虫出生时的生命期望和平均寿命在12℃下较长,16、20℃和24℃下较短且三者间无显著性差异;轮虫的世代时间在12℃下最长,16℃和24℃下最短且两者间无显著性差异;轮虫的净生殖率在16℃下较高,12、20℃和24℃下较低且三者间无显著性差异;轮虫的种群内禀增长率在12℃下最低,16℃下最高,20℃和24℃间无显著性差异。汀棠湖冬季出现的萼花臂尾轮虫在16℃下的适合度最高,这或许是该水体中萼花臂尾轮虫种群密度在3月中旬(此时水温为17℃)达到春季最高峰的重要原因之一。  相似文献

采用生命表实验方法研究了不同浓度(0.10、0.50、3.00、5.50、8.00和10.50mg·L-1)的除草剂草甘膦对萼花臂尾轮虫生活史特征的影响.结果表明,草甘膦对轮虫的胚胎发育时间、幼体阶段历期、生殖期历期、平均寿命、净生殖率和种群内禀增长率均有显著影响.与对照组相比,当草甘膦浓度为3.00和8.00mg·L-1时,轮虫胚胎发育时间显著延长;达3.00mg·L-1时,轮虫的幼体阶段历期开始显著延长;达8.00和0.50mg·L-1时,轮虫净生殖率和种群内禀增长率分别开始显著降低.在各参数中,种群内禀增长率是较敏感的指标,可用于监测草甘膦对萼花臂尾轮虫生活史特征的影响.  相似文献

Changes in life tables of Rhodnius neivai due to variations of environmental temperature were studied, based on nine cohorts. Three cohorts were kept at 22 degrees C, three at 27 degrees C and three at 32 degrees C. Cohorts were censused daily during nymphal instars and weekly in adults. Nine complete horizontal life tables were built. A high negative correlation between temperature and age at first laying was registered (r=-0,84). Age at maximum reproduction was significantly lower at 32 degrees C. Average number of eggs/female/week and total eggs/female on its life time were significantly lower at 22 degrees C. Total number of egg by cohort and total number of reproductive weeks were significantly higher at 27 degrees C. At 32 degrees C, generational time was significantly lower. At 27 degrees C net reproductive rate and total reproductive value were significantly higher. At 22 degrees C, intrinsic growth, finite growth and finite birth rates were significantly lower. At 22 degrees C, death instantaneous rate was significantly higher.  相似文献

稻螟赤眼蜂Trichogramma japonicum Ashmead是水稻二化螟Chilo suppressalis(Walker)的优势卵寄生蜂。本文构建了以黏虫卵为中间寄主,稻螟赤眼蜂在20℃、25℃、30℃、33℃四个温度条件下的生命表。研究结果表明利用黏虫卵繁育稻螟赤眼蜂时,不同温度下其生长发育和繁殖均存在显著差异,雌蜂平均寿命随温度的升高呈下降趋势,在20℃条件下,雌蜂平均寿命为1.44 d,显著长于其它温度,当温度为30~33℃时,雌蜂寿命最短,平均为0.59 d。在温度为20℃和25℃时,稻螟赤眼蜂的羽化率显著高于温度较高的30℃和33℃,平均为94.73%。在25℃条件下,黏虫卵繁育的稻螟赤眼蜂的净生殖力(R 0)最大,达到31.9176,单雌寄生卵数最多,为32.88个,表现出最强的繁殖能力,而在30℃条件下,瞬时增长率r m和周限增长率λ达到最大值。综合生命表参数、单雌寄生黏虫卵数、寿命、羽化率等指标,利用黏虫卵工厂化繁殖稻螟赤眼蜂的最佳温度为25℃。本研究为利用黏虫卵大量繁殖稻螟赤眼蜂提供了有价值的参考。  相似文献

To understand how nest temperatures influence phenotypic traits of reptilian hatchlings, the effects of fluctuating temperature on hatchling traits must be known. Most investigations, however, have only considered the effects of constant temperatures. We incubated eggs of Takydromus septentrionalis (Lacertidae) at constant (24 degrees C, 27 degrees C, 30 degrees C and 33 degrees C) and fluctuating temperatures to determine the effects of these thermal regimes on incubation duration, hatching success and hatchling traits (morphology and locomotor performance). Hatching success at 24 degrees C and 27 degrees C was higher, and hatchlings derived from these two temperatures were larger and performed better than their counterparts from 30 degrees C and 33 degrees C. Eggs incubated at fluctuating temperatures exhibited surprisingly high hatching success and also produced large and well-performed hatchlings in spite of the extremely wide range of temperatures (11.6-36.2 degrees C) they experienced. This means that exposure of eggs to adversely low or high temperatures for short periods does not increase embryonic mortality. The variance of fluctuating temperatures affected hatchling morphology and locomotor performance more evidently than did the mean of the temperatures in this case. The head size and sprint speed of the hatchlings increased with increasing variances of fluctuating temperatures. These results suggest that thermal variances significantly affect embryonic development and phenotypic traits of hatchling reptiles and are therefore ecologically meaningful.  相似文献

The reproduction of an undescribed species of the genus Chiloplacus from the Canadian High Arctic was studied at 10°C. The mean number of eggs laid per female was 317.8±89.2, of which 46.8±7.8% hatched, resulting in net reproduction of 148.8 juveniles per female. Beginning as new-laid eggs the observed maximum age attained was 99 d, and the calculated generation time was 52.6 d. Egg-laying began 26 d after hatching and the reproductive period spanned 56 d. The intrinsic rate of increase was 0.095, and the first 12 reproductive days contributed 80.587% of the value of r. When r = 0.095 the stable age distribution was calculated to be 91.5% immatures and 8.5% adults. Chiloplacus sp. is intermediate in fecundity for free-living soil nematodes. lying between the generally highly fecund Rhabditidae on the one hand, and the much less fecund Dorylaimidae on the other. Chiloplacus sp. lays a larger portion of its eggs early in the reproductive period at 10°C than do species from warmer environments, suggesting that reproduction of Chiloplacus sp. is low-temperature compensated.  相似文献

We measured reproductive and population parameters of adult sand flies, Phlebotomus papatasi (Scopoli, 1786) (Diptera: Psychodidae), in environmental chambers maintained at temperatures of 15, 18, 20, 25, 28, and 32 degrees C. Based on cohorts of adults at each temperature regime, horizontal life tables were constructed using established laboratory colonies initiated from specimens collected in Sanliurfa Province, southeastern Anatolia, Turkey. The fecundity and longevity of the insects were both highly variable, depending on the temperature. At 15 degrees C, all of the cohort females died before laying eggs, so the construction of a life table for this temperature regime was not possible. Within a range of 18 to 32 degrees C, the longevity of adult P. papatasi increased as the temperature decreased; at 15 degrees C, the mean survival times of females and males were 19.04 +/- 6.94 days (9-35) and 17.84 +/- 7.11 days (9-33), respectively. While the highest number of eggs was found in the cohort at 28 degrees C (44.08 +/- 7.79), this was only 3.60 +/- 1.55 in the cohort at 32 degrees C and 2.8 +/- 0.9 in the cohort at 18 degrees C. This result showed that extreme temperatures negatively affect the fecundity of this species. The cohort reared at 28 degrees C exhibited the highest intrinsic rates of population increase (r(m)) for P. papatasi. The r(m) ranged from 0.098 at 28 degrees C to 0.007 at 18 degrees C. The cohort placed at 28 degrees C was found to be significantly different (P < 0.01) from the other cohorts producing the fewest progeny in terms of net reproductive rate, R(0), (15.87). The values for mean generation time (T) were estimated to vary from 36 days to 271 days depending on temperature. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) confirmed results from the previous studies that the cohort at 28 degrees C orientated and clustered as a distinct group along the first two PCs.  相似文献

Wild-caught, tethered females of the reindeer warble fly, Hypoderma tarandi (L.) (= Oedemagena tarandi (L.)), (Diptera, Oestridae) were stimulated to oviposit on hairs of a reindeer hide. Newly laid eggs incubated at constant temperatures and relative humidities hatched within 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the experimental conditions. Over a range of 7-40 degrees C, hatching only occurred between 20 and 37 degrees C. Eggs held at 100% relative humidity had lower hatchability and longer time to hatch relative to eggs held at 77% relative humidity. The average number of degree-days for hatching was 50.35. Between 20 and 33 degrees C there was a temperature-dependent linear trend in developmental rate, and the proportion of eggs hatching was highest, and least variable, at the mid-temperature ranges. The temperature range found in the natural host micro-habitat where H. tarandi commonly affix their eggs (close to the skin at the base of a host hair) was consistent with the experimental temperature treatments that produced the highest hatching rate. Newly emerged larvae displayed positive thermotaxis, while showing no phototaxic or geotaxic behaviour. Results indicate that constraints of the host environment, coupled with temperature-dependent hatching success, may impose a selective pressure on oviposition behaviour.  相似文献
