报道了多孔菌3个中国新记录种,其中包括1个新组合种:胭脂红栓孔菌。褐白革孔菌Coriolopsis brunneoleuca采自广西、海南和云南省,该种的主要特征为子实体盖形,菌盖表面浅黄褐色至黄褐色,被绒毛,骨架菌丝和缠绕菌丝有拟糊精反应;婆罗洲榆孔菌Elmerina borneensis采自福建和海南省,子实体平伏,子实层中较多大的菌丝钉,担子纵分隔;胭脂红栓孔菌Trametes coccinea采自吉林省,子实体橘黄色、浅红褐色、红色至砖红色,孔口小。文中对这3个种进行了详细的描述和显微结构绘图并且提供了红色栓孔菌种类(即红孔菌属种类)的检索表。  相似文献

The morphology, cultural features, sexuality, nuclear behavior and dolipore/parenthesome apparatus of Trametes fumoso-avellanea were studied in an attempt to settle its taxonomic position. Microbial metabolism of organosulfur compounds is of interest in the petroleum industry for in-field viscosity reduction and desulfurization. Here, dibenzyl sulfide (DBS) metabolism in white rot fungi was studied. Trametes trogii UAMH 8156, Trametes hirsuta UAMH 8165, Phanerochaete chrysosporium ATCC 24725, Trametes versicolor IFO 30340 (formerly Coriolus sp.), and Tyromyces palustris IFO 30339 all oxidized DBS to dibenzyl sulfoxide prior to oxidation to dibenzyl sulfone. The cytochrome P-450 inhibitor 1-aminobenzotriazole eliminated dibenzyl sulfoxide oxidation. Laccase activity (0.15 U/ml) was detected in the Trametes cultures, and concentrated culture supernatant and pure laccase catalyzed DBS oxidation to dibenzyl sulfoxide more efficiently in the presence of 2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonate) (ABTS) than in its absence. These data suggest that the first oxidation step is catalyzed by extracellular enzymes but that subsequent metabolism is cytochrome P-450 mediated.  相似文献

Trichaptum imbricatum, T. perenne and T. podocarpi are three new species from China. They are described, illustrated and compared in this paper with similar species. Trichaptum imbricatum is unique in its imbricate basidiocarps, white to cream hymenophores, small and regular pores, and scattered and thin-walled cystidia. Trichaptum perenne differs from other species in the genus in its perennial and pileate habit, its large pores and entire dissepiments, and oblong, ellipsoid basidiospores. Trichaptum podocarpi is distinguished in having totally resupinate basidiocarps, distinctly long cystidia, and in its habitat on Podocarpus. A key to species of Trichaptum occurring in China is provided; statistical variations of spore dimensions for each species are included in the key.  相似文献

To explore phylogenetic relationships of Trichaptum species, internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions of nuclear ribosomal DNAs were sequenced and analyzed. Gene trees from ITS1 and ITS2 sequences showed striking discrepancy in relationships of eight T. abietinum strains. All strains of T. abietinum had a single orthologous ITS2 type, but there were three paralogous types in the ITS1 region, which were designated Types I, II, and III. PCR amplification tests using type-specific primers showed that Types I and II are present in all strains of T. abietinum. The results suggest that gene duplication of the ancestral ITS1 region might have occurred prior to evolutionary radiation of Trichaptum and both types have been maintained in Trichaptum. However, Type III was amplified only in three T. abietinum strains collected from Korea, indicating that a new local geographic subtype has arisen in Korean strains.  相似文献

In this work, the resistance of black pine wood (Pinus nigra L.) vacuum-treated with zinc oxide, zinc borate and copper oxide nanoparticles against mold and decay fungi and the subterranean termites was evaluated. Some of the nanocompounds tested were forced with acrylic emulsions to avoid leaching. Results showed that mold fungi were slightly inhibited by nanozinc borate, while the other nanometal preparations did not inhibit mold fungi. Mass loss from fungal attack by Trametes versicolor was significantly inhibited by the zinc-based preparations, while the brown-rot fungus, Tyromyces palustris was not inhibited by the nanometal treatments. Notably, nanozinc borate plus acrylic emulsion imparted very high resistance in pine wood to the white-rot fungus, T. versicolor with a mass loss of 1.8%. Following leaching, all pine specimens treated with nanozinc borate, with or without acrylic emulsion, strongly inhibited termite feeding, i.e. mass losses varying at 5.2–5.4%. In contrast, the copper-based treatments were much less effective against the subterranean termites, Coptotermes formosanus. In general, nanozinc borate possessed favorable properties, that is, inhibition of termite feeding and decay by T. versicolor.  相似文献

The screening for extracellular oxidases and peroxidases from autochthonous filamentous fungi isolated from different substrates is an important step towards the detection of extracellular fungal oxidative systems. Thirty-one autochthonous fungal strains from Argentina, belonging to different ecophysiological and taxonomic groups, were plate-screened for their ability to produce extracellular oxidoreductases. Modified Kirk solid medium containing the chromogen 2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) was used to determine the presence of this extracellular activity. The fungi tested were grouped according to the colour intensity of the modified Kirk medium in: a) species without extracellular ABTS-oxidizing activity; b) species with low extracellular ABTS-oxidizing activity; c) species with moderate extracellular ABTS-oxidizing activity; d) species with high extracellular ABTS-oxidizing activity. The assay revealed extracellular ABTS-oxidizing activity in 90% of the strains tested. All species of Basidiomycetes used exhibited ABTS-oxidizing activity, except Laeticorticium roseum. Aspergillus terreus and Epicoccum purpurascens (Deuteromycetes) did not show extracellular oxidative activity on ABTS. Agrocybe aegerita, Amauroderma boleticeum, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Coriolopsis rigida, Grammothele subargentea, Graphium putredinis, Hexagona hydnoides, Hexagona papyraceae, Loweporus lividus, Peniophora albobadia, Phellinus everhartii, Phellinus gilvus; Phellinus linteus; Pleurotus laciniatocrenatus, Pycnoporus sanguineus, Rigidoporus ulmarius, Steccherinum rawakense, Talaromyces helicus, Trametes elegans, Trametes pavonia, Trametes villosa and Trichaptum sector are reported here for the first time as species capable of producing ABTS-oxidizing extracellular oxidorreductases.  相似文献

The results of the effects of plant growth regulators, kinetin, gibberellic acid, 3-indoleacetic acid and ethrel (2-chloroethylphosphonic acid) on three wood-rotting polypores,viz. Polyporus palustris, Daedalea flavida andTrarnetes badia, are given. 3-Indoleacetic acid, kinetin and gibberellic acid increased the dry mass and protein, and decreased free amino acids, while ethrel decreased dry mass and protein, and increased free amino acids inP. palustris. All the treatments decreased dry mass and protein, and increased free amino acids inD. flavida. Kinetin decreased dry mass and protein, and increased free amino acids whereas 3-indoleacetic acid, gibberellic acid and ethrel increased dry mass and protein, and decreased free amino acids inT. badia over the control. The effects were most pronounced in the three species upon treatment with 50 μm kinetin, 50 μm gibberellic acid, 50 μm 3-indoleacetic acid and 25 μm ethrel. Among the treatments, the effects of 3-indoleacetic acid were most marked in enhancing growth, measured by dry mass ofT. badia out of the three species studied.  相似文献
