对蒙新区草盲蝽复合组昆虫标本鉴定和资料整理,共得到5属34种。其中,种类最多的是草盲蝽属Lygus13种(38.24%),占绝对优势。在世界动物地理区划中,蒙新区草盲蝽复合组昆虫以古北界为主,种数占15种(44.12%)。在中国动物地理区划中,草盲蝽复合组单独分布于蒙新区的物种有8种,约占物种总数的1/4(23.54%),其次是蒙新区与华北区共有5种(14.72%),蒙新区与东北区共有3种(8.82%),其它动物区系分布的物种均较少。在蒙新区动物地理区划中,蒙新区草盲蝽复合组昆虫以西部荒漠亚区种数最多,共14种(41.18%),其次为东部草原亚区和西部荒漠亚区共有9种(26.47%)。  相似文献

甘肃省蚜虫类物种多样性研究   总被引:13,自引:5,他引:8  
在已有标本采集记录和资料的基础上,从分类阶元、寄主植物、寄生部位、动物地理区系的角度探讨了甘肃省蚜虫类的物种多样性。结果表明甘肃省蚜虫种类丰富,已知9科90属220种;分布在华北区、蒙新区、青藏区、华中区和西南区,其中华北区、蒙新区和青藏区的种类最为丰富,因此甘肃省蚜虫区系以古北界成分为主;寄主植物种类繁多,已知有46科111属;寄生部位多样化,以叶片和茎为主要为害部位。另外就甘肃省所处地理位置的特殊性,初步讨论了在不同地理区划交界处物种生物多样性所受的影响。  相似文献

本研究基于2015年以来对木兰围场国家森林公园昆虫资源实地考察,经物种鉴定、相关文献记录、物种搜集整理和数据分析,获得该地区昆虫物种多样性及其区系组成的初步结果:(1)研究获得4纲25目159科820属1 240种,其基本构成为昆虫纲,占比98.23%,弹尾纲、双尾纲和原尾纲物种数量之和占比1.77%;(2)鳞翅目和鞘翅目是构成该地区昆虫物种多样性的主体,前者482种,占比38.87%,后者421种,占比33.95%,两者的种数占已知总种数的72.82%,其他目的种数之和占27.18%;(3)以属级阶元为例分析该地区昆虫区系组成的数据显示,在世界动物地理区中,该地区昆虫区系组成成分以古北界和中日界最为显著,前者共计767属,占比93.54%,后者724属,占比88.29%;(4)在中国动物地理区中,该地区的昆虫分布类型以跨7个区的广布属最多,共153属,占比18.66%,其次为东北区+蒙新区+华北区共有成分,共计120属,占比14.63%,而与东北区+蒙新区+华北区+华中区+华南区+西南区的共有属为112属,占13.66%;包括共有属在内,该地区所有的昆虫属均与华北区关系最为密切,共计...  相似文献

本文列出江西产跳蛛科蜘蛛30属63种的名录、地理分布以及区系特征。63种跳蛛属古北界的物种仅占6.2%,属东洋界以及东洋界、古北界共有物种分别占42.8%和51.0%。国内分布已基本查清的27种跳蛛区系分析表明:江西种类属华中区,与华南区、西南区共有种最多,其后依次为华北区、东北区、蒙新区,与青藏区共有种最少;江西跳蛛与邻省湖南共有种最多,其后依次为广东、福建、浙江、湖北、安徽,与江苏共有种最少。  相似文献

以中国分布的25种瘿绵蚜属Pemphigus蚜虫为材料,研究了瘿绵蚜属在中国的分布特点。结果表明,该属蚜虫在古北界和东洋界均有分布,但古北界占绝对优势。在中国昆虫地理区划中,7个区均有分布,但以华北区和青藏区最为丰富,华中区和华南区最少。除华中区和华南区外,各区均有特有成分分布,县以华北区和青藏区最盛。由于没有明显的地理阻隔,华北区、东北区、蒙新区之间有种类交流现象存在,而它们与青藏区和西南区之间  相似文献

依据世界动物地理区划及中国动物地理区划,对北洛河流域的食蚜蝇科昆虫进行区系分析。北洛河流域在动物地理区划上隶属于古北界的华北亚区,该区分布有食蚜蝇科昆虫52种,隶属于2亚科11族29属,其中包括2个中国新纪录种和7个陕西新纪录种。其区系组成特点是:古北界有17种,占总数的32.70%,古北界和东洋界共有种有35种,占总数的67.31%。  相似文献

宁夏黄河湿地现已知有44种蝗虫,隶属2总科8科24属,占全自治区蝗虫总种数的50.57%。湿地蝗虫在种类组成上以蝗总科中的斑翅蝗科为优势类群,共计12属15种,占总种数的34.09%。网翅蝗科次之,共计3属11种,占总种数的25%。区系成分分析结果表明,宁夏黄河湿地蝗虫完全为古北界区系成分。在中国地理区划中有17个区系型,以蒙新区特有种所占比例最高,计17种,占总种数的38.64%。其次为蒙新区—青藏区系型,计4种,占9.09%。以宁夏黄河湿地11个自然行政地理区划为分类单元,对其种类生态地理分布进行聚类分析,探讨了地理生态环境与生物物种多样性之间的关系。  相似文献

对河北大学博物馆藏京津冀地区的双翅目定名标本和有关资料进行整理,共得到3亚目51科499属1378种。研究数据表明:环裂亚目的科、属、种的多样性最高,分别占相应阶元总数的58.82%、67.74%和66.55%;科级阶元中以寄蝇科的属、种数最多,分别占18.84%和17.78%;单种属260个,占总属数的5210%。研究结果还显示:京津冀地区的双翅目昆虫区系凸显古北界性质,该界特有属222个,古北-东洋界共有属277个;东北亚界属的多样性(499属,占总数的100%)远高于中印亚界(277属,占55.51%)和中亚亚界(267属,占53.51%);华北区属(499属,占100%)的多样性远高于东北区(293属,58.72%)、蒙新区(264属,52.91%)、西南区(254属,50.90%)和华中区(253属,50.70%),与青藏区(174属,34.87%)和华南区(170属,34.07%)地理渊源关系更远。  相似文献

对宁夏境内贺兰山、罗山和六盘山的蛾类进行了系统性调查和区系分析。结果表明,贺兰山共有蛾类18科146属190种,罗山共有蛾类21科130属164种,六盘山共有蛾类33科397属648种。贺兰山、罗山、六盘山蛾类的G指数分别为5.9590、4.7522、5.7538;F指数分别为20.5551、25.3831、43.3902;G-F指数分别为0.7101、0.8128、0.8674。贺兰山和罗山的物种以古北界型占优势,分别占总物种数的66.84%和52.44%,无东洋型的物种分布。六盘山的蛾类广布型物种所占比例比较高,达70.22%,古北型占25.93%,另外还有少量东洋型物种分布。各天然林区相似性系数为中等不相似水平。  相似文献

互助北山国家森林公园记录到的鸟类有115种,隶属9目28科73属,其中雀形目鸟类有16科47属85种。区系成分以青藏区为主,西南区对其影响最大,华北区与蒙新区影响较小,而华中区没有构成明显影响。虽该森林公园处于祁连山东端,但在动物地理区划上似应划归青藏区青海藏南亚区的青南省。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.
