昆虫肠道微生物在宿主营养代谢、生长发育、免疫以及抵御病原菌等方面具有重要作用。研究不同蛋白水平饵料饲养对德国小蠊(Blattella germanica)雄成虫肠道细菌群落组成及其功能的作用,探究德国小蠊肠道细菌对宿主营养和健康的影响,以期为发展生物防治的诱食性饵料提供理论支持。分别取连续饲喂低蛋白(LP2组:5%)、高蛋白(HP3组:65%)以及正常蛋白水平饵料(CD1组:25%)21 d的德国小蠊雄成虫,饥饿24 h后无菌条件下分离并提取肠道总基因组DNA,采用特异引物扩增细菌16S rDNA的V4可变区并进行高通量测序,分析德国小蠊肠道细菌群落组成及其功能特征。结果表明德国小蠊肠道细菌主要由拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)等细菌群落组成。饲喂低蛋白饵料LP2组的德国小蠊肠道细菌中拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)细菌丰度(47.44%)显著高于HP3组(23.97%)和对照CD1(7.04%)。饲喂高蛋白饵料的HP3组梭杆菌门丰度显著高于其他两组。LEfSe物种差异分析也表明HP3组德国小蠊肠道细菌中梭杆菌属(Fusobacterium)细菌与低蛋白饵料LP2组和对照CD1组有显著差异。基于Tax4Fun功能预测显示,HP3高蛋白饵料组的德国小蠊肠道细菌中与能量代谢功能相关基因的相对丰度极显著高于对照组CD1组,外源性物质代谢与降解和其他氨基酸代谢功能基因的相对丰度显著高于低蛋白LP2组。本研究结果表明饵料中蛋白质水平的差异能够显著改变德国小蠊肠道中细菌群落结构组成,并影响其代谢功能。  相似文献

茶轮斑病对茶树叶片内生真菌群落结构的影响   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
[目的] 茶树叶片内生真菌长期与茶树协同进化,互利共生,在生物和非生物胁迫的生态系统中对茶树起着重要的保护作用,其群落结构组成相对稳定,但在外界因素的影响下,也会发生一定的变化。然而,关于生物胁迫对茶树叶片内生真菌群落结构的影响还缺乏系统的研究。因此,对生物胁迫下叶片内生真菌群落结构的多样性研究具有重要意义。[方法] 本研究采用高通量测序技术,测序了茶轮斑病发病茶树叶片和健康茶树叶片的内生真菌ITS rRNA基因的ITS1区序列,对比分析了内生真菌的多样性和群落结构组成。[结果] 结果表明,发病组叶片的内生真菌多样性和物种丰度均低于健康组。在门分类水平上,2组样本的优势菌群均为子囊菌门(Ascomycota),在属分类水平上,发病组的优势菌群为炭疽菌属(Colletotrichum)和假拟盘多毛孢属(Pseudopestalotiopsis),而健康组的优势菌为枝孢属(Cladosporium)。此外,2组样本内生真菌在群落结构组成上也有显著差异,发病组中假拟盘多毛孢属(Pseudopestalotiopsis)、炭疽菌属(Colletotrichum)和节菱孢属(Arthrinium)的相对丰度显著高于健康组,健康组中被孢霉属(Mortierella)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、织球壳菌属(Plectosphaerella)、Lectera、葡孢霉属(Botryotrichum)、青霉菌属(Penicillium)、赤霉属(Gibberella)、毛壳菌属(Chaetomium)、Lulwoana和轮枝孢属(Verticillium)的相对丰度显著高于发病组。[结论] 综上,茶轮斑病的发生改变了茶树叶片内生真菌的群落结构,使少数物种优势生长。通过研究,明确了真菌病害对茶叶内生真菌群落结构的影响,为病菌的致病机理研究奠定基础,为茶树病害防治提供理论依据。  相似文献

[目的]为详细了解水稻不同组织内生细菌群落多样性。[方法]对宁粳43号内生细菌的总DNA提取后,采用高通量测序技术对水稻内生细菌的16S rRNA基因进行了序列测定,分析了水稻不同组织部位内生细菌群落结构特征。[结果]叶部共获得内生细菌OTUs 610个,茎部411个,根部174个。物种分类显示,叶部内生细菌种类隶属于22门40纲103目198科399属,其中优势类群是红球菌属(Rhodococcus)和乳酸杆菌属(Lactobacillus),它们的相对丰度分别为21.00%和9.19%;茎部内生细菌种类隶属于19门31纲85目169科306属,其中优势类群是红球菌属和罗尔斯通菌属(Ralstonia),它们的相对丰度分别为19.25%和13.52%;根部内生细菌种类隶属于9门19纲44目82科140属,其中优势类群是肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)和埃希氏杆菌属(Escherichia),它们的相对丰度分别为81.13%和10.89%。根茎叶中相同的OTU有78个,放线菌门(Actinobacteria)与大多数细菌具有相关性。根系内生细菌中具有调控各种代谢网络功能的物种丰度高于茎部和叶部。[结论]不同水稻组织内生细菌具有丰富的群落多样性,其中叶部的内生细菌物种最丰富,根系参与各种代谢调控的细菌丰度最高,各个组织部位的优势菌属各不相同,变形菌门是最重要的水稻内生细菌。  相似文献

采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术,对中、低温(中温25 ℃、低温10 ℃)富集驯化所得水稻秸秆降解菌系进行测序;采用生物信息学方法对中、低温秸秆降解菌系群落生物多样性进行分析。结果表明,测序质控后获得601 489条16S rDNA序列,平均长度273 bp,经Silval 132数据库比对,中温降解菌系包括18个门,172个属,302个OTU,其中优势菌属为弓形杆菌属(Arcobacter)、拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、屠场杆菌属(Macellibacteroides)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和梭形杆菌属(Lysinibacillus);低温降解菌系包括16个门,169个属,280个OTU,其中优势菌属为弓形杆菌属、屠场杆菌属、拟杆菌属、丛毛单胞属(Comamonas)和假单胞菌属。温度对降解菌系中优势菌门的相对丰度无显著影响,中、低温秸秆降解菌系主要菌属相对丰度差异显著。  相似文献

探究叶酸对高尿酸血症大鼠肠道微生物的影响,为治疗高尿酸血症提供新思路。将SPF 级雄性大鼠分为空白对照组、模型组和叶酸组,采集大鼠的粪便样本,采用16S rRNA高通量测序技术分析肠道微生物的多样性、群落组成以及结构的变化。研究结果显示,Alpha多样性和Beta多样性分析表明,空白对照组、模型组和叶酸组大鼠粪便中微生物多样性和群落组成存在明显差异,其中模型组大鼠粪便微生物具有较高的物种丰度和种群差异性。对门分类水平上的物种丰度分析发现,微生物种群主要由厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)组成;对属分类水平上的物种丰度分析发现,微生物种群由乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、Muribaculaceae、拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、柯林斯菌属(Collinsella)、梭菌属(Clostridium)、罗姆布茨菌(Romboutsia)、劳特氏菌属(Blautia)和毛螺菌科NK4A136群(Lachnospiraceae NK4A136_group)等菌属组成,与空白对照组相比,模型组中Muribaculaceae和柯林斯菌属的丰度显著升高,乳杆菌属、梭菌属、罗姆布茨菌和毛螺菌科的丰度显著下降;叶酸组中Muribaculaceae、拟杆菌属、柯林斯菌属和劳特氏菌属的丰度显著升高,梭菌属、罗姆布茨菌和毛螺菌科的丰度显著下降。研究探索了叶酸干预调控高尿酸血症大鼠肠道微生物的变化,为治疗高尿酸血症提供参考。  相似文献

【目的】分析西藏不同种植区青稞根际土壤细菌群落结构及其影响因素,揭示特定环境下根际细菌生物标志物,为发掘研究优异根际促生菌及其作用提供参考。【方法】采用16S rRNA基因高通量测序技术和数据统计分析,比较了西藏5个市青稞种植区根际土壤细菌群落组成和结构差异,分析了青稞根际细菌生物标志物及群落结构变化的驱动因素。【结果】通过测序45个根际土壤样品获得10 715个操作分类单元(operational taxonomic units,OTUs),共43门、1 244属、2 783种,其中放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteriota)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadota)、粘球菌门(Myxococcota)和髌骨细菌门(Patescibacteria)为优势菌门,相对丰度占比94.92%-96.56%。五个市的根际细菌群落结构存在明显的差异,组间差异大于组内差异(R=0.226 9,P=0.001),其中放线菌门、绿弯菌门、酸杆菌门、拟杆菌门和髌骨细菌门丰度存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。五个市青稞根际土壤存在潜在生物标志物,拉萨和山南只有3个和6个特有细菌进化支,共现网络更为复杂、OTUs间联系更为紧密。变形菌门、绿弯菌门、放线菌门和酸杆菌门是青稞根际土壤中主要的关键细菌门,内生菌门、Methylomirabilota和蓝细菌分别是林芝市、日喀则市和山南市的特有关键类群。青稞根际细菌群落结构的变化主要与环境因子pH、全钾(total potassium,TK)、速效钾(available potassium,AK)、碳磷比(C:P)和海拔有关,其中TK是影响根际土壤细菌群落最重要的因子(r2=0.621 4,P=0.001)。【结论】西藏青稞根际细菌多样性丰富,5市间存在显著差异,且不同生长区青稞根际具有特有的生物标志物,为进一步研究特有根际细菌在青稞生长和环境适应中的作用,发掘优异根际促生菌提供参考。  相似文献

为研究异种源复合益生菌对超早期断奶(7日龄)的杜洛克×滇南小耳猪肠道微生物多样性的影响,选取30头7日龄杜洛克×滇南小耳猪,分为DD组哺喂代乳粉,DY组哺喂代乳粉+复合益生菌,对照组(DM组)母乳喂养,每组10头。试验期为21 d,采用IIIumina技术分析粪便菌群组成。结果表明,早期哺喂代乳粉,使杜洛克×滇南小耳猪肠道菌群多样性下降(P<0.05),厚壁菌门(P<0.01)、螺旋菌门(P<0.05)和Epsilonbacteraeota(P<0.01)相对丰度降低,乳杆菌属相对丰度极显著提高(P<0.01),代乳粉中添加异种源复合益生菌后,拟杆菌门和普氏菌属的相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05)),与碳水化合物代谢(Prevotella_7、Prevotella_2、Prevotella_9)及肠道抗炎症(Colilnsella)相关菌群的相对丰度也显著提高,具有降低仔猪断奶应激的潜能。  相似文献

[目的] 为了探究锡林河流域中游不同植被带土壤绿菌门(Chlorobi)成员的空间分布特征及驱动因子。[方法] 本文选择典型河滨带环境为研究对象,沿河流中心至河流阶地(陆向)方向,在无植被带(BC)、水莎草沼泽(BS)、灯芯草沼泽化草甸(LF)、鹅绒委陵菜草甸(HF)、河流阶地羊草草原(LT)、丘陵坡地大针茅典型草原(HT)中分别采集0-10 cm土壤样品。基于16S rRNA基因高通量测序分析土壤绿菌门微生物群落的组成、丰度及空间分布特征;结合土壤理化因子分析绿菌门微生物群落空间异质性的驱动因子。[结果] 在属水平上共检测到来自绿菌目(Chlorobiales)和Ignavibacteriales目的9个类群。Chlorobiales1、2、6及Ignavibacteriales7、9类群的最高相对丰度低于0.40%;Ignavibacteriales3、4、5、8类群的最高相对丰度介于0.54%-1.06%。Chlorobiales1、2类群在HF、LT和HT的相对丰度显著高于BS(P<0.05),Chlorobiales1类群的相对丰度与pH和总有机碳含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);Chlorobiales2类群的相对丰度与粉黏粒含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);Ignavibacteriales3、5、7、9和Ignavibacterium4类群在LF的相对丰度显著高于BC(P<0.05),与含水量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);Chlorobiales6和Ignavibacteriales8类群在BS的相对丰度显著高于其他植被带(P<0.05),与氨态氮含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。变异权重分析表明,土壤含水量解释了绿菌门微生物群落空间变异的65.7%。[结论] 锡林河流域不同植被带土壤绿菌门微生物群落存在明显的空间异质性;土壤含水量是不同植被带绿菌门微生物群落空间异质性的主要驱动因子。  相似文献

【背景】土壤细菌对环境变化非常敏感,是土壤环境质量检测的重要指标。【目的】为研究不同季节冬水田紫色土细菌的垂直分布规律,揭示土壤细菌群落结构和物种多样性与土壤环境因子的相互关系。【方法】以冬水田紫色土为研究对象,分别于2020年8月(夏季)和2021年 1月(冬季)采集不同深度土壤样品,对土壤细菌16S rRNA基因进行Illumina MiSeq高通量测序,分析在不同季节细菌群落组成和多样性的垂直分布规律。【结果】冬水田紫色土细菌ACE指数、Chao1指数和Shannon指数均呈现出夏季高于冬季,并且随土层深度增加呈现降低的趋势。冬水田紫色土优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes),优势菌属为DesulfobaccaHaliangiumAnaeromyxobacterCandidatus_OmnitrophusDefluviicoccusChloroflexiActinobacteria在夏季相对丰度较高,ProteobacteriaNitrospirae在冬季相对丰度较高;AnaeromyxobacterCandidatus_Omnitrophus在夏季相对丰度较高,DesulfobaccaHaliangiumDefluviicoccus在冬季相对丰度较高。冗余分析(redundancy analysis,RDA)和环境因子热图分析结果均表明,总氮(total nitrogen,TN)、土壤有机质(soil organic matter,SOM)和土壤氧化还原电位(soil redox potential,Eh)是显著影响紫色水稻土细菌群落的主要因子。【结论】本研究丰富了对冬水田紫色水稻土细菌群落组成和多样性的认识,证实了不同季节冬水田紫色土细菌群落组成和多样性存在差异。  相似文献

为了探讨天山北麓中段水库细菌的多样性及其功能,选取蘑菇湖水库(MGW)、奎屯/车排子水库(KCW)、安集海水库(AJW)和八一水库(BYW)为典型水库进行宏基因组学分析。多点采集水库水样,收集水样中的微生物,CTAB法提取总DNA,用细菌16S rDNA通用引物扩增V3-V4区,扩增产物进行高通量测序,使用BLAST、USEARCH、QIIME等软件和在线工具分析水库细菌的多样性,使用PICRUSt软件和KEGG数据库预测细菌功能基因组成。结果表明,水库细菌分属18个门、38个纲和181个属,其中AJW的操作分类单元(Operational taxonomic units,OTUs)数量和多样性指数较高。4个水库菌群组成有一定的共性,在门分类阶元上优势菌为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes);在纲分类阶元上优势菌为黄杆菌纲(Flavobacteriia);在属分类阶元上优势菌为黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)。然而各水库菌群组成也存在较大差异,在变形菌门中,γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)的相对丰度在MGW和BYW较高,α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacterial)和β-变形菌纲(Betaproteobacteria)分别于AJW和KCW具有较高丰度;芽孢杆菌纲(Bacilli)在AJW和MGW具有较高丰度;相对丰度较高的菌属还包括AJW的动性杆菌属(Planomicrobium)、KCW的马赛菌属(Massilia)、MGW的不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)和动性杆菌属以及BYW的假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和嗜冷杆菌属(Psychrobacter);另外,AJW特有多种丰度较高的菌纲和菌属,其中微小杆菌属(Exiguobacterium)和CL500-29_marine_group均有利于水质和菌群多样性的维持。PICRUSt功能预测分析表明,4个水库菌群的多种代谢以及遗传信息处理、信号传递和细胞生长相关功能基因丰度较高,并含有环境异生物降解代谢相关基因,其中苯甲酸、氨基苯甲酸酯、氯烷烃和氯烯烃以及萘降解相关基因的相对丰度较高。以上结果提示,天山北麓中段不同水库菌群组成存在差异,其与水源、周边环境和人类活动等因素相关。水库菌群含有芳香族和有机氯等化合物降解相关基因,其可在污染物的降解和生物修复中发挥作用。  相似文献

Eleven animal taxa were identified as prey of the Deepwater Goby, Chasar bathybius (Kessler, 1877), by analysing stomach contents: these were some species of Gobiidae, Clupeidae, Atherina boyeri, Carassius gibelio, Liza sp., Cardium sp., and Rhithropanopeus sp. With a frequency of 66%, Neogobius fluviatilis was the most prevalent food item, and was the dominant prey taxon in all seasons and age groups. C. bathybius exhibited a specialist feeding strategy on this fish and the other prey types. The dietary breadth is highest in spring according to the Shannon index.  相似文献

The fish assemblage of a traditional Kata fishery and the stomach contents of Wallago attu were studied over a period of one year from a large floodplain system in Bangladesh. A total of 19 species of fish and 2 species of shrimp were recorded. W. attu (9.7–17.8%), Mystus vittatus (6.0–11.3%), M. aor (5.0–12.1%), Amblypharyngodon mola (4.4–9.3%) and Mastacembelus armatus (3.5–10.5%) dominated the catch. W.␣attu occupied the top position in abundance throughout the year, followed by M. vittatus and M. aor. Bagridae, Siluridae and Cyprinidae were three major families that contributed respectively 21.0, 17.4 and 16.1% of the total catch. Considerable seasonality was observed in the abundance of different fishes. A total of 14 different prey items were recorded, belonging to three major groups (fish, prawn and plant matters). The fish fed on at least eight species of small fishes (A. mola, M. vittatus, M. cavasius, Puntius stigma, P. ticto, Puntius sp., Glossogobius guris, and Heteropneustes fossilis) and some other unidentified small fishes. Other major prey items were small prawn, fish and prawn remains, and macroalgae. A. mola was the most important food item, contributing 23.7% of the total amount of diet by weight and 19.9% by frequency of occurrence. A. mola was followed by unidentified small prawn (13.7%), M. vittatus (13.1%), and unidentified small fishes (8.8%) by weight and by unidentified small fishes (15.9%), fish remains (12.5%), and M.␣vittatus (12.3%) by occurrence. Of the major diet categories, fish contributed 74.3% of the total diet by weight and 80.9% by occurrence, prawn contributed 18.5% by weight and 11.0% by occurrence and plants contributed 7.2% by weight and 8.1% by occurrence. A. mola and small shrimps were positively selected by W. attu. We concluded that W. attu is a piscivorous predator with potential impacts on prey fish communities; we also hypothesized that a specialized food-web based on the Kata fishery exists in and around the Katas which is of particular ecological significance.  相似文献

Artificial reefs are often deployed by many countries for the purpose of enhancing fishing after a period of several years. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of a pilot artificial reef system deployment in enhancing the demersal fish assemblages, investigated using both acoustic methods and bottom trammel nets, during four years between 2011 and 2017, in Xiangshan Bay, Zhejiang Province, China. Comparisons of community indices, including fish biomass, species richness and species diversity, indicated relatively consistent trends between the control sites and the artificial reefs following their deployment in 2012. Fish density, represented by the value of the nautical area scattering coefficient, and fish biomass were significantly higher on the artificial reefs than at the control sites in 2015 and 2017, and species richness and diversity were significantly greater at the reefs from 2013 to 2017. Blackhead seabream (Acanthopagrus schlegelii) and false kelpfish (Sebastiscus marmoratus) were the dominant fishes on the artificial reefs, and the average body lengths of these two species were significantly greater 40 and 64 months after deployment. Thus, construction of the artificial reefs appears to have achieved their primary purpose as fish-attraction devices, thereby contributing to ecological restoration in Xiangshan Bay.  相似文献

The feeding interrelations and foraging of juvenile fish and shrimp were investigated in estuaries of Peter the Great Bay in summer and fall 2006 and 2007. In total 3483 specimens were analyzed. The trophic spectra of 34 fish species and 3 shrimp species were described for the first time. Three trophic groups were singled out depending on differences in diet compositions: (i) detritophages (3 species of bitterlings—Acanthorhodeus sp., A. chankaensis and Rhodeus sericeus, redlip mullet Liza haematocheila and two species of shrimp-Palaemon macrodactylus and Crangon cf. septemspinosa); (ii) predators (lookup Culter alburnus and Amur catfish Silurus asotus); (iii) euryphages (28 fish species and the shrimp Palaemon paucidens). The detritus food chain was found to be the primary one in estuaries of Peter the Great Bay. Most of the species had two peaks of feeding activity each day. Values of daily feeding rations were determined for 21 fish species; these varied from 1.6% to 8.0% of body weight. Similarity in diet composition was significant only for 10% of the species, which shows a low level of competition for food in the community.  相似文献

Diet composition and prey selection of pike (Esox lucius) were studied in Çivril Lake, Turkey. The lake is eutrophic in character with a surface area of ca. 64 km?2 and mean depth of 3 m. Stomach contents of 409 specimens were collected between October 2003 and April 2005. Pike diet included 10 prey fish species, two Crustaceae, four Insecta, one Hirudinae and one Amphibia. Feeding was homogeneous, with most pike specializing in prey fish and a few pike specializing on miscellaneous items. Feeding activity varied by season and ontogeny. Stomach fullness and the percentage of fish with prey were highest in spring and in small pike, while feeding intensity was lowest in winter and in large sized pike. Diet composition was dominated by fish, including Carasius gibelio, Chondrostoma meandrense, Esox lucius, Gambusia affinis, Gobio gobio, Hemigrammocapoeta kemali, Leuciscus cephalus, and Tinca tinca. Crustacea were also a significant component in spring and in small sized pike. The most important prey items were C. meandrense, Gammarus sp., H. kemali, and L. cephalus. Pike feeding in winter and summer was homogeneous, specializing mainly on fish as prey, while the diet in spring and autumn was heterogeneous with some pike specializing on Gammarus sp. Cannibalism at 8.7% was observed only in the large sized pike (>40 cm). Pike strongly preferred C. meandrense (Selectivity index V = 0.372; χ2 = 27.739; P < 0.01), G. gobio (V = 0.192; χ2 = 7.350; P < 0.01) and T. tinca (V = 0.146; χ2 = 4.257; P < 0.05) despite their low abundance in the lake. Hemigrammocapoeta kemali was the most abundant prey fish in the environment; however, it was a negatively selected food item (V = ?0.358; χ2 = 25.642; P < 0.01). Cyprinus carpio also inhabits the lake, but was not preferred by pike (V = ?0.056; χ2 = 0.625; P > 0.05).  相似文献

研究海州湾小眼绿鳍鱼摄食习性的空间异质性,对于海州湾食物网构建和资源保护具有重要意义。根据2011及2013-2016年秋季在海州湾海域进行的渔业资源底拖网调查数据,结合小眼绿鳍鱼(Chelidonichthys spinosus)的空间分布特征及其胃含物样品的分析结果,研究了海州湾小眼绿鳍鱼的摄食热点海域及其摄食习性的空间异质性。结果表明,小眼绿鳍鱼是海州湾秋季底层鱼类群落中的优势鱼种,且各年均主要分布在海州湾35 °N附近及以北海域。细螯虾(Leptochela gracilis)、戴氏赤虾(Metapenaeopsis dalei)和疣背宽额虾(Latreutes planirostris)是小眼绿鳍鱼最重要的三种饵料生物。研究发现,海州湾小眼绿鳍鱼的摄食热点海域主要集中在30 m等深线附近,且尚未呈现出明显的年间变化趋势。根据各站位小眼绿鳍鱼食物组成的相似性,将调查海域划分为两个区域,即近岸区和远岸区,近岸区小眼绿鳍鱼的体长和体重均显著小于远岸区(P < 0.05),小眼绿鳍鱼在近岸区主要摄食细螯虾和疣背宽额虾,在远岸区则主要摄食戴氏赤虾。近岸区小眼绿鳍鱼的空胃率显著小于远岸区(P < 0.05),条件指数显著大于远岸区(P < 0.05),平均胃饱满指数大于远岸区,但尚未呈现出显著差异(P > 0.05),表明海州湾秋季小眼绿鳍鱼的摄食习性存在明显的空间异质性。  相似文献

The effect of predator and prey body size on the feeding success of the British lake-dwelling leeches Glossiphonia complanata and Helobdella stagnalis was examined in the laboratory, and any involvement of size difference between the leeches in allowing coexistence in the field assessed. G. complanata breeds in advance of H. stagnalis and maintains a body size advantage throughout their annual life-cycle. In experiments, conducted at 14 °C and a photoperiod of 16 hrs L: 8 hrs D, three size classes of leeches of each species were each exposed to each of three size classes of each of five prey species, viz. Tubifex sp., Chironomus sp., Asellus aquaticus, Lymnaea peregra and Potamopyrgus jenkinsi. For each prey species, three different types of experiments were performed: one leech exposed to four prey individuals; four leeches of the same species with sixteen prey; and two leeches of each species with sixteen prey. In the first experiment, all sizes of G. complanata were capable of feeding on all sizes of the prey types offered; the same was true for H. stagnalis with exceptions of feeding on large A. aquaticus and large L. peregra. For both species, but especially for G. complanata, there was a trend within each size class of leech for decreasing proportions of fed leeches with increasing prey size, and within each size class of prey for an increasing proportion of fed leeches with increasing leech size; however there were several exceptions to these trends. Both leeches fed extensively on Tubifex sp. but there were significant differences in the proportions feeding on other prey types; G. complanata fed more on A. aquaticus and the two snail species, and less on Chironomus, than H. stagnalis. The effect of increasing the number of leech individuals from one to four individuals, of the same or mixed species, had little effect on the proportion of leeches which had fed. It is concluded that large G. complanata will have access to large individuals of certain prey taxa denied H. stagnalis, which may lessen the intensity of interspecific competition.  相似文献

Temporal changes in larval fish species composition and abundance compared with other components of the seston are described in four estuarine habitats in the Atrato Delta, Colombia. In comparison with zooplankton, fish larvae and egg density and anthropogenic debris abundance were low in the South Atrato Delta. Transparency, water temperature and chlorophyll a were the major factors influencing the spatiotemporal distribution of ichthyoplankton in the delta. The most abundant fish larvae were Astyanax sp. 1, Anchovia clupeoides, Cetengraulis edentulus, Anchoa sp., Bathygbius curacao, Dormitator maculatus, Hyporhamphus sp., Atherinella blackburni, Gobiosoma sp. 1 and Menticirrhus americanus (92·8% of total abundance). Spatial temporal analysis shows that in this delta, shrub (arracachal) and grass (eneal) habitats are important for freshwater and estuarine species, whilst mudflat and mangrove are important for estuarine species and estuarine–marine species, since most flexion and post‐flexion stages of these species were found there. Anthropogenic debris density never surpassed the total ichthyoplankton density, but was ubiquitous. Shrub and mangrove habitats had higher densities of anthropogenic debris, since these are flood‐stem habitats that trap solids.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the species composition and distribution of fish larvae in relation to hydrographic conditions in the waters surrounding Taiwan Island (TI) in February 2003. In total, 242 kinds of fish larvae belonging to 127 genera and 75 families were recognized. Among these, 109 taxa were identified to the family or genus level, others to the species level. The 12 predominant types, which constituted 71% of the total fish larvae, were Engraulis japonica, Scomber sp., Diaphus spp., Benthosema pterotum, Carangoides ferdau, Embolichthys mitsukurii, Maurolicus sp., unidentified Myctophidae, Gonostoma gracile, Trichiurus lepturus, unidentified Gobiidae, and Myctophum asperum. The distribution of fish larvae showed a clear association with water masses around TI, with higher abundances and lower species richness northwest of TI where the China Coastal Current prevails, and lower abundances and higher species diversity east of TI where the Kuroshio Current dominates. Cluster analysis distinguished three station groups and four species groups, and the distribution patterns of fish larvae also corresponded to hydrographic conditions. The total abundances of fish larvae and eight of the 12 predominant taxa showed significant and positive correlations with zooplankton abundance, which suggests that food source might be a key factor determining the abundance and distribution of fish larvae during the winter.  相似文献
