The potential non-target effects of genetically modified crops are some of the more debated topics within applied biotechnologies in agriculture and environmental risk assessment. The objective of the present research was to study the potential Bt-toxin uptake by the non-target herbivore Myzus persicae Sulzer (Hemiptera: Aphididae) feeding on transgenic oilseed rape plants (Brassica napus cv. 'Westar' lines GT 2-4) expressing the Cry1Ac endotoxin. A specific aim was to replicate our previous experiment in controlled laboratory conditions to avoid or minimize the risk of contamination leading to potential false positive results. The toxin levels in vernalized (V) and not-vernalized (not-V) transgenic oilseed rape plants was also monitored to better clarify the role of physiological processes on Bt-toxin expression. Cry1Ac expression in not-V plants (mean concentration±SE=167.8±5.7 μg kg-1 FW) showed a pattern of large variability, in comparison with V plants whose expression (mean concentration±SE=227.7±1.9 μg kg-1 FW) was significantly more stable. Cry1Ac toxin was detected in three aphid samples reared on V plants with a mean toxin concentration±SE of 4.8±0.6 μg Kg-1 FW and in three out of six samples of aphids reared on not-V plants (mean toxin concentration±SE=7.1±1.2 μg kg-1 FW). The mean Bt-toxin concentration of all the positive aphid samples was 5.9±1.0 μg kg-1 FW. Our results confirmed the findings of our previous experiment and highlighted the potential for Cry1Ac toxin uptake by aphids feeding on transgenic oilseed rape plants.  相似文献

Many crops transformed with insecticidal genes isolated from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) show resistance to targeted insect pests. The concentration of Bt endotoxin proteins in plants is very important in transgenic crop efficacy and risk assessment. In the present study, changes in levels of Cry1Ac protein in the leaves of transgenic Bt oilseed rape (Brassica napus) carrying a Bt cry1Ac gene under the control of the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter were quantified during vegetative growth by enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay. Plants were grown in a glasshouse, sampled at 2, 4, 5 and 6 weeks, and the concentration of Cry1Ac was quantified in basal, top and previous top leaves. The mean concentration differed between sowing dates when Cry1Ac concentration was expressed as ng g?1 fresh leaf weight but not when expressed as ng mg?1 total soluble protein. It was demonstrated that Cry1Ac concentration increased significantly as the leaf aged, while the total soluble plant protein decreased significantly. Levels of Cry1Ac were therefore higher in leaves at the base of the plants than in leaves close to the growing point. However, even young leaves with very low Cry1Ac concentrations caused high mortality in the larvae of a Cry1Ac‐susceptible laboratory strain of the diamondback moth. The feeding area of leaves consumed by larvae in vivo and in situ was similar. Leaf damage caused by sampling (i.e. artificially) or by feeding of larvae did not affect the levels of Cry1Ac in the leaves under the experimental conditions in this study.  相似文献

Hemipteran pests including aphids are not particularly susceptible to the effects of insecticidal Cry toxins derived from the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis. We examined the physiological basis for the relatively low toxicity of Cry1Ac and Cry3Aa against the pea aphid, Acyrthosiphon pisum (Harris). Cry1Ac was efficiently hydrolyzed by aphid stomach membrane associated cysteine proteases (CP) producing a 60 kDa mature toxin, whereas Cry3Aa was incompletely processed and partially degraded. Cry1Ac bound to the aphid gut epithelium but showed low aphid toxicity in bioassays. Feeding of aphids on Cry1Ac in the presence or absence of GalNAc, suggested that Cry1Ac gut binding was glycan mediated. In vitro binding of biotinylated-Cry1Ac to gut BBMVs and competition assays using unlabeled Cry1Ac and GalNAc confirmed binding specificity as well as glycan mediation of Cry1Ac binding. Although Cry3Aa binding to the aphid gut membrane was not detected, Cry3Aa bound 25 and 37 kDa proteins in aphid gut BBMV in ligand blot analysis and competition assays confirmed the binding specificity of Cry3Aa. This, combined with low toxicity in feeding assays, suggests that Cry3Aa does bind the gut epithelium to some extent. This is the first systematic examination of the physiological basis for the low efficacy of Cry toxins against aphids, and analysis of Cry toxin-aphid gut interaction.  相似文献

为研究新型转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉对棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover生命表参数及种群动态的影响。2010—2011年以常规棉中棉所49为对照,对新型转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉在室内进行了生物测定和田间进行了系统的调查。结果表明,和常规棉相比,转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉花上棉蚜的净增值率降低81.69%,差异达显著水平;内禀增长率和周限增长率分别降低65.00%和13.01%,但差异不显著;平均世代周期和种群加倍时间分别增加5.54%和154.19%,后者差异达显著水平。和常规棉相比,2010年转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉花百株苗蚜、伏蚜和秋蚜的数量分别降低10.79%、37.18%和17.49%,差异均未达显著水平;2011年转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉花百株苗蚜的数量增加2.03%,伏蚜和秋蚜的数量分别降低37.41%和64.03%,差异均未达显著水平。  相似文献

Climate change factors such as elevated carbon dioxide (CO2) and temperature typically affect carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) dynamics of crop plants and the performance of insect herbivores. Insect‐resistant transgenic plants invest some nutrients to the production of specific toxic proteins [i.e. endotoxins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)], which could alter the C–N balance of these plants, especially under changed abiotic conditions. Aphids are nonsusceptible to Lepidoptera‐targeted Bt Cry1Ac toxin and they typically show response to abiotic conditions, and here we sought to discover whether they might perform differently on compositionally changed Bt oilseed rape. Bt oilseed rape had increased N content in the leaves coupled with reduced total C compared with its nontransgenic counterpart, but in general the C : N responses of both plant types to elevated CO2 and temperature were similar. Elevated CO2 decreased N content and increased C : N ratio of both plant types. Elevated temperature increased C and N contents, total chlorophyll and carotenoid concentrations under ambient CO2, but decreased these under elevated CO2. In addition, soluble sugars were increased and starch decreased by elevated temperature under ambient but not under elevated CO2, whereas photosynthesis was decreased in plants grown under elevated temperature in both CO2 levels. Myzus persicae, a generalist aphid species, responded directly to elevated temperature with reduced developmental time and decreased adult and progeny weights, whereas the development of the Brassica specialist Brevicoryne brassicae was less affected. Feeding by M. persicae resulted in an increase in the N content of oilseed rape leaves under ambient CO2, indicating the potential of herbivore feeding itself to cause allocation changes. The aphids performed equally well on both plant types despite the differences between C–N ratios of Bt and non‐Bt oilseed rape, revealing the absence of plant composition‐related effects on these pests under elevated CO2, elevated temperature or combined elevated CO2 and temperature conditions.  相似文献

Studies of the effects of insect-resistant transgenic plants on beneficial insects have, to date, concentrated mainly on either small-scale "worst case scenario" laboratory experiments or on field trials. We present a laboratory method using large population cages that represent an intermediate experimental scale, allowing the study of ecological and behavioural interactions between transgenic plants, pests and their natural enemies under more controlled conditions than is possible in the field. Previous studies have also concentrated on natural enemies of lepidopteran and coleopteran target pests. However, natural enemies of other pests, which are not controlled by the transgenic plants, are also potentially exposed to the transgene product when feeding on hosts. The reduction in the use of insecticides on transgenic crops could lead to increasing problems with such nontarget pests, normally controlled by sprays, especially if there are any negative effects of the transgenic plant on their natural enemies. This study tested two lines of insect-resistant transgenic oilseed rape (Brassica napus) for side-effects on the hymenopteran parasitoid Diaeretiella rapae and its aphid host, Myzus persicae. One transgenic line expressed the delta-endotoxin Cry1Ac from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and a second expressed the proteinase inhibitor oryzacystatin I (OC-I) from rice. These transgenic plant lines were developed to provide resistance to lepidopteran and coleopteran pests, respectively. No detrimental effects of the transgenic oilseed rape lines on the ability of the parasitoid to control aphid populations were observed. Adult parasitoid emergence and sex ratio were also not consistently altered on the transgenic oilseed rape lines compared with the wild-type lines.  相似文献

The expression of a synthetic Bacillus thuringiensis ( Bt ) cry1Ac gene in oilseed rape (OSR, Brassica napus ) was monitored under field conditions in China, and performance against Helicoverpa armigera larvae was compared in intraspecific hybrids with a Chinese OSR variety. Leaf samples from transgenic OSR were collected at various developmental stages in two separate field experiments. The Bt Cry1Ac concentrations in the third uppermost leaves increased before pod formation stage and either increased or decreased after pod formation stage whereas the total soluble protein increased before and decreased after pod-fill in the later growing season. Spontaneously formed intraspecific hybrids between transgenic OSR and a Chinese conventional OSR were obtained in the field and transgenic status was confirmed by a green fluorescent protein (GFP) phenotype and polymerase chain reaction. A bioassay on the neonate larvae of a susceptible strain of H.   armigera was performed to test the efficacy of Bt Cry1Ac toxin in hybrid OSR plants. Both the original transgenic OSR and hybrid plants had a negative effect on body-weight gain of insect larvae. It was assumed that Bt Cry1Ac toxin concentration was similar in hybrids compared to the original transgenic OSR at the investigated developmental stages. The frequency of hybrid production and volunteerism could potentially enhance the evolution of insect pest tolerance in the field.  相似文献

Replicated small plot field experiments were done at two sites growing winter oilseed rape (ADAS Boxworth, Cambridgeshire and ADAS High Mowthorpe, North Yorkshire) and two sites growing spring oilseed rape (ADAS Bridgets, Hampshire and ADAS Rosemaund, Herefordshire) to investigate the effect of cabbage aphid (Brevicoryne brassicae) on crop yield and quality. All four sites were included in the first 2 yr of the experiment in 1994 and 1995 but only those with winter oilseed rape were continued into the final year in 1996. Plots were artificially inoculated with cabbage aphids at either five aphid 4 m-2 or 5 aphids 16 m-2 or left uninoculated to become naturally infested. In 1995 and 1996 the naturally infested treatment was omitted. Sprays of the aphicide pirimicarb at GS 3.3, 3.7, 4.5, 4.9 and 5.5 were used to manipulate aphid populations. Once a plot had been treated at a target growth stage it was sprayed on all subsequent occasions to prevent recolonisation. Aphid numbers were assessed prior to each spray date and their effect on the crop measured in terms of yield of seed and oil and glucosinolate content. Artificial inoculation of aphids was often successful in establishing different populations of the pest at a range of growth stages. Results showed that cabbage aphid sometimes reduced both crop yield and quality. Yield responses to insecticide treatment tended to be larger in spring oilseed rape than in winter oilseed rape mainly because it became more heavily infested at an early growth stage. Tentative thresholds are proposed for control of the pest in both winter and spring oilseed rape. It is stressed that cabbage aphid is a sporadic pest and rarely likely to reach these threshold levels in field crops.  相似文献

田间调查试验表明,合肥市油菜田害虫的发生种类有15种,主要害虫为蚜虫类、油菜潜叶蝇Phytomyza horticola、小菜蛾Plutella maculipennis和菜青虫Pieris rapae。其中,以蚜虫类危害最重,全生育期在冬、春季各有一个峰值。油菜苗期以萝卜蚜、小菜蛾危害较重,后期以桃蚜Myzus persicae、油菜潜叶蝇危害较重。蚜虫防治药剂筛选试验表明,70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂防治蚜虫药效高,持效期长,且对油菜安全,10%烯啶虫胺可溶液剂和25%吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂防效也较好,可作为70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂的轮换药剂。  相似文献

Phloem sap of transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) corn expressing a truncated form of the B. thuringiensis delta-endotoxin Cry1Ab, sap sucking aphids feeding on Bt corn and their honeydew were analysed for presence of Cry1Ab using ELISA. Phloem sap of Bt and non-Bt corn was collected using a newly developed technique with a microcapillary being directly inserted into the phloem tubes. Using this technique, no Cry1Ab was detected in the phloem sap. In contrast, measurable concentrations of Cry1Ab in the range of 1 ppb were detected when phloem sap of pooled leaf samples was extracted using EDTA buffer. This was probably because of Cry1Ab toxin released from damaged cells. When analysing apterous adults of Rhopalosiphum padi L. and their honeydew, no Cry1Ab could be detected. In contrast, Cry1Ab was clearly detected in both larvae of the leaf chewing herbivore Spodoptera littoralis (Boisduval) and their faeces, showing that Cry1Ab is detectable after ingestion and excretion by herbivores. These results suggest that R. padi ingests or contains no or only very low concentrations of Cry1Ab in the range of the detection limit. In consequence it is hypothesized that R. padi as an important prey for beneficial insects in corn is unlikely to cause any harm to its antagonists due to mediating Bt toxin.  相似文献

The pattern of colonisation of dwarf hops (Humulus lupulus) by damson-hop aphid (Phorodon humuli (Schrank)) migrating from Prunus spp. was investigated at six plant spacings and where some of the hops were replaced by oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.), a non-host of the aphid. The number of migrant aphids that accumulated on hop stems (bines) increased with increasing bine size and density. The numbers of aphids that colonised hops interplanted with oilseed rape reflected the density of the hop plants only and not the overall plant density. As the physical size of the wind shadow within which flying aphids can manoeuvre and land was unimportant unless provided by a host plant, the finding supports the theory that flying aphids respond to olfactory stimuli associated with their hosts. Variation in bine height (as a measure of plant size) explained 29–93% of the variance in aphid counts during the 3 years' study and bine density 1–14%. Standardising the data as the numbers of aphids per metre of bine and taking a square-root transformation of these standardised counts improved the precision of the analyses and, by stabilising variances, facilitated comparisons between years as growth became more vigorous as the plants matured. Each year, the rate of increase in numbers of aphids settling on plots of hops declined curvilinearly with increasing bine density. Maximum colonisation by P. humuli occurred at a bine density of five per metre row, a density similar to that used commercially by growers of dwarf hops.  相似文献

Bt cotton plants expressing Cry1Ac protein have high specificity for the control of lepidopteran larvae. However, studies conducted in several countries have shown these plants have a differential impact on nontarget herbivores. The aim of this study was to compare the colonization rates and population abundance of the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae) and the boll weevil, Anthonomus grandis Boheman (Coleoptera: Curculionidae), in plots of Bt (Nuopal) and non-Bt cotton (Delta Opal) in an experimental field in Brasilia, DF, Brazil. No difference was observed in the preference and colonization by winged aphids to plants from the two treatments. There was no significant difference in abundance of wingless aphids or in the production of winged aphids between treatments. Apparently, the parameters that control factors such as fecundity, survival, and dispersal were similar on both Bt and non-Bt plants. Monitoring of plants for coccinellids, a specialist predator of aphids, and ants that act on the dispersal of aphids among plants showed no significant difference between Bt and non-Bt plants, supporting the inference above. Regarding the effect on boll weevil, there was also no significant difference between treatments in the total number of fruiting structures attacked in each plot, the percentage of fruiting structures attacked per plant or on the number of weevils emerging from fruits with boll weevil damage from egg-laying, when damaged fruit samples were held in the laboratory. Based on these results, we conclude that there is no impact of Bt cotton crop expressing Cry1Ac on the nontarget herbivores tested under field conditions.  相似文献

According to the nutrient-translocation hypothesis, yellowing tree leaves are colonized by aphids at the end of the growing season owing to improved availability of nutrients in the phloem sap after chlorophyll degradation. We measured aphid densities on potted Betula pendula seedlings in a field site where a small proportion of foliage rapidly turned yellow before normal autumn coloration as a consequence of root anoxia. The number of adults and nymphs of the birch-feeding specialist aphids Euceraphis betulae, Betulaphis brevipilosa and Callipterinella tuberculata were counted from leaves on each of the 222 plants. Aphids were detected on 19 per cent of green leaves and on 41 per cent of yellow leaves. There was no indication of aphid avoidance of yellow leaves, and the number of winged (alate) viviparous E. betulae adults and their nymphs were significantly higher on yellow leaves than on green leaves, while the numbers of apterous B. brevipilosa and C. tuberculata did not differ between the leaf colour types. Our result suggests that only aphid species with alate generation during colour change can take advantage of yellowing leaves. This may explain the exceptional abundance of E. betulae compared with other aphid species on birches.  相似文献

Three aphid species were compared with respect to ability of enhancing the nutritional quality of their host plants. Rhopalosiphum padi, which does not induce macroscopic changes in its host plants, was compared with Schizaphis graminum and Diuraphis noxia, both of which induce distinctive types of chlorotic lesions. Phloem sap samples were collected from severed stylets of feeding aphids and from exudates of cut leaves of plants uninfested or infested with each aphid species. Samples were analyzed for concentrations of individual amino acids.Compared to R. padi, S. graminum ingested phloem sap with a two-fold higher concentration of amino acids and a much higher proportion of essential amino acids. Similar differences between these two aphid species were observed on both wheat and barley. For each aphid species, the absolute concentrations of amino acids and the relative proportions of essential amino acids were similar between the two host plants. Effects of D. noxia were similar to those of S. graminum, though less dramatic. Exudates from leaves infested with each aphid species showed relative concentrations of individual amino acids that were similar to those in the corresponding stylet exudates. Based on comparison of stylet exudates and cut leaf exudates from infested and uninfested plants, R. padi seems to have little effect on amino acid composition of phloem. Changes in the phloem induced by both S. graminum and D. noxia appear to be systemic, affecting at least the whole leaf they are feeding on. The changes observed for D. noxia and for S. graminum are likely to be nutritionally advantageous for the aphids and are expected to affect the aphids' dependence on nutritional supplementation by intracellular symbionts (Buchnera).  相似文献

Exposure of oilseed rape (Brassica napus) plants to increasing leaf temperatures between 15 degrees C and 25 degrees C increased photorespiratory NH(4)(+) production from 0.7 to 3.5 micromol m(-2) s(-1). Despite the 5-fold increase in the rate of NH(4)(+) production, the NH(4)(+) concentration in root and leaf tissue water and xylem sap dropped significantly, whereas that in the leaf apoplastic fluid remained constant. The in vitro activity of glutamine synthetase (GS) in both leaves and roots also increased with temperature and in all cases substantially exceeded the observed rates of photorespiratory NH(4)(+) production. The surplus of GS in oilseed rape plants was confirmed using GS2 antisense plants with 50% to 75% lower in vitro leaf GS activity than in the wild type. Despite the substantial reduction in GS activity, there was no tendency for antisense plants to have higher tissue NH(4)(+) concentrations than wild-type plants and no overall correlation between GS activity and tissue NH(4)(+) concentration was observed. Antisense plants exposed to leaf temperatures increasing from 14 degrees C to 27 degrees C or to a trifold increase in the O(2) to CO(2) ratio did not show any change in steady-state leaf tissue NH(4)(+) concentration or in NH(3) emission to the atmosphere. The antisense plants also had similar leaf tissue concentrations of glutamine, glycine, and serine as the wild type, whereas glutamate increased by 38%. It is concluded that photorespiration does not control tissue or apoplastic levels of NH(4)(+) in oilseed rape leaves and, as a consequence, that photorespiration does not exert a direct control on leaf atmosphere NH(3) fluxes.  相似文献

Wild-caught Phlebotomus ariasi Tonnoir, starved until their sugar meals had been digested, were caged for 24 h with plants or plants infested with aphids and then tested for fructose, a constituent of plant sap. No evidence was found that the flies took sap directly from nine types of plants present in their habitat. About two-thirds of flies caged with oak (Quercus ilex L.) infested with an aphid [Lachnus roboris (L.)] and about a fifth kept with leaves of the french bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) infested with an aphid took honeydew. Experiments with three other aphid species gave negative results. Of sandflies caught in an oak tree infested with aphids, half of the females and three-quarters of the males contained fructose. Tests on females caught in a house and grouped according to state of engorgement showed that, having taken blood, the females stop taking sugar until the bloodmeal is completely digested. It is predicted that honeydews are important in the development of Leishmania infantum Nicolle in the gut of P. ariasi.  相似文献

Laboratory feeding experiments using two transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) rape cultivars (Bt‐Westar and Bt‐Oscar) both expressing the Cry1Ac protein, and the corresponding untransformed lines, were carried out to study the effects of transgenic Bt rape on the non‐target herbivore Athalia rosae (L.) (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae). Furthermore, Cry1Ac protein concentration in Bt rape leaves, A. rosae larvae fed Bt rape, their faeces, eonymph instars, pupae, and adults were quantified using an enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). There were no significant differences in mortality, larval development, and weight between transgenic Bt rape and non‐transgenic rape fed A. rosae. Additionally, we did not detect any significant differences in the fecundity and fertility of adult females either fed as larvae with transgenic Bt or with non‐transgenic rape. However, results of the ELISA indicated that Cry1Ac protein was detectable in larvae and faeces (Bt‐Westar 1.1 ± 0.2 and Bt‐Oscar 0.3 ± 0.2 µg Cry1Ac protein/g fresh weight) although this was less than in the leaf material, where concentrations were 2.2 ± 0.8 µg Cry1Ac protein/g fresh weight for Bt‐Westar and 7.5 ± 2.9 µg Cry1Ac protein/g fresh weight in Bt‐Oscar. In contrast, Cry1Ac protein could not be detected in eonymphs, pupae, or adults of A. rosae. Our results suggest that Cry1Ac protein in Bt rape does not have a significant effect on the herbivore A. rosae but the protein is still detectable after ingestion and excretion by these herbivores, thus providing the possibility of exposure to organisms other than herbivores.  相似文献

Plant penetration behaviour (probing) of the cabbage aphid, Brevicoryne brassicae, and the pea aphid, Acyrthosiphon pisum, was studied on excised leaves of broad beans, Vicia faba, kept in water or in a 1% aqueous solution of sinigrin. Using the DC EPG (Electrical Penetration Graph) technique it was shown that the cabbage aphid on sinigrin-untreated bean leaves showed numerous short probes into epidermis and mesophyll. None of these aphids showed either phloem salivation or ingestion waveforms on untreated leaves. In contrast, on sinigrin-treated bean leaves, 35% of the probing time was spent on phloem sap ingestion (E2) and almost all aphids reached phloem vessels and started feeding. The duration of phloem salivation before phloem ingestion and the mean duration of phloem ingestion periods were similar on a host and a sinigrin-treated non-host plant. However, the total probing time by B. brassicae was 10% longer, the total phloem sap ingestion time was twice as long, and the time to the first phloem phase within a probe was three times shorter on the host plant compared to sinigrin-treated broad beans. Acyrthosiphon pisum also responded to the addition of sinigrin to broad beans, but in this case sinigrin acted as a deterrent. On sinigrin-treated leaves, A. pisum terminated probes before ingestion from phloem vessels, and none of these aphids showed phloem salivation and ingestion on treated leaves. Glucosinolates were detected in the mesophyll cells of the brassicaceous plant, Sinapis alba. Based on this finding and in addition to the foregoing EPG analysis of aphid probing on these plants and broad beans, our hypothesis is that aphids may recognise their host plants as soon as they probe the mesophyll tissue and before they start ingestion from phloem vessels.  相似文献

The reproductive rate of the Indian mustard aphid (Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae), a serious pest on Brassica oilseeds in India, was compared with that of Swedish strains of mustard aphid (L. e. erysimi) and cabbage aphid (Brevicoryne brassicae) on six common Indian and Swedish Brassica oilseed cultivars. There were clear differences between L. e. erysimi and L. e. pseudobrassicae in the relative suitability of the cultivars, emphasisipg the biological differences between these aphids. B. brassicae had similar reproductive rates on all cultivars.
In addition, the reproductive rate of L. e. pseudobrassicae was measured on both young and old plants of the six Brassica oilseed cultivars and 14 Indian rai (B. juncea) cultivars. Among the six Brassica cultivars, the reproductive rates were highest on turnip rape and toria (B. campestris), and lowest on yellow sarson (B. campestris) and rai (B. juncea). The ranking of the cultivars was similar for young and old plants. There were no significant differences between the rai (B. juncea) cultivars tested, neither among young nor among old plants. These results from laboratory studies are compared with field data from India on the relative susceptibility of different Brassica oilseed cultivars to L. e. pseudobrassicae.  相似文献
