中国短象蜡蝉属一新种记述(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,象蜡蝉科)

记述采自中国海南、贵州、广东的短象蜡蝉属Dictyopharina Melichar(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,象蜡蝉科,象蜡蝉亚科)1新种,即六突短象蜡蝉D.hexasaca sp.nov.。编制了短象蜡蝉属分种检索表,提供了新种的鉴别特征图。新种模式标本保存于贵州大学昆虫研究所。

记述了中国象蜡蝉科1新纪录属平象蜡蝉属IndrivalFennah,1978及该属的模式种泥润平象蜡蝉Indrival nerinusFennah,1978.研究标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆.     

东南亚短象蜡蝉属二新种(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,象蜡蝉科)

记述了采自东南亚地区象蜡蝉科Dictyopharidae短象蜡蝉属Dictyopharina 2新种,长头短象蜡蝉D.longicephala sp.nov.和彭亨短象蜡蝉D.pahangensis sp.nov..研究标本保存于美国Bernice P.Bishop博物馆和中国科学院动物研究所.     

中国长头象蜡蝉属一新种记述(半翅目:蜡蝉总科:象蜡蝉科)

记述中国长头象蜡蝉属Doryphorina 1新种:多刺突长头象蜡蝉D.multifurcella ZhengChen sp.nov.。该新种与团簇长头象蜡蝉D.conglobatus Zheng,YangChen相似,与后者的区别主要在:新种阳茎基端部具有2对膜质突起,背突起细长,端部和基部具有长刺;后者背突起细长,侧面观具有3长刺在基部。详细描述了新种的外部形态特征,绘制了外生殖器鉴别特征图,并附成虫彩色照片及长头象蜡蝉属Doryphorina检索表。模式标本保存于贵州大学昆虫研究所。     

扁足瓢蜡蝉属分类研究(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,瓢蜡蝉科)

对扁足瓢蜡蝉属Neodurium Fennah(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,瓢蜡蝉科)进行了重新描记,该属目前已知3种,其中2新种,即指扁足瓢蜡蝉Neodurium digitiformum Ran et Liang,sp.nov.和平扁足瓢蜡蝉Neodurium flatidumRan et Liang,sp.nov..新种模式标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所.     

中国璐蜡蝉科一新记录属及一新种记述(同翅目:蜡蝉总科)

记述璐蜡蝉科 Lophopidae1个中国新记录属 :阿柯璐蜡蝉属 AcothruraMelichar,new record 和 1新记录种 :红缘阿柯璐蜡蝉 Acothrura impunctata(Jacobi) ,new record以及 1新种 :褐带阿柯璐蜡蝉 Acothrura fucizona,sp.n.。模式标本保存在西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆     

黄瓢蜡蝉属分类研究(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,瓢蜡蝉科)

对东洋区黄瓢蜡蝉属Flavina Stal(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,瓢蜡蝉科)的种类进行了分类研究,描记2新种,即尖胸黄瓢蜡蝉Flavina acuta sp nov.(Laos,Vietnam)和四刺黄瓢蜡蝉Flavina quadrispina sp.nov.(Thailand).新种模式标本保存在Bernice P.Bishop Museum,Honolulu,Hawaii,USA.     

贵州梵净山罗颖蜡蝉属一新种记述(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,颖蜡蝉科)

记述采自贵州省梵净山国家级自然保护区的罗颖蜡蝉属Rhotala Walker 1新种,即梵净罗颖蜡蝉R.fanjingshana sp.nov.。隶属于蜡蝉总科Fulgoroidea颖蜡蝉科Achilidae罗颖蜡蝉族Rhotalini。提供了新种的鉴别特征图。新种模式标本保存于贵州大学昆虫研究所。     

中国蛾蜡蝉科一新记录属并记一新种(半翅目:蛾蜡蝉科:涩蛾蜡蝉族)

报道了中国新记录属长蛾蜡蝉属Gomeda Distant,1906,该属隶属于蛾蜡蝉科Flatidae、涩蛾蜡蝉族Selizini,综述了该属的分类研究历史,并记述1新种——素长蛾蜡蝉Gomeda unicolorata,sp.nov.,提供了新种的形态和雌性外生殖器特征图,编制了本属分种检索表。新种模式标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所。     

华北璐蜡蝉属一新种(同翅目:璐蜡蝉科)

本文记述了璐蜡蝉科Lophopidae华北璐蜡蝉属Boresinia 1新种,模式标本存放在西北农业大学昆虫博物馆。     

Hecabolomorpha n. gen., a new Asian genus from the tribe Hecabolini (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Doryctinae)

A new Oriental genus Hecabolomorpha n. gen. with the type species H. asiatica n. sp. is described and illustrated from India and Central China. The position of this genus in the tribe Hecabolini and its relations with hecaboline genera are discussed.     

Description of Hydrobius orientalis sp. n., the first species of the subtribe Hydrobiusina from the Oriental Region (Coleoptera: Hydrophilidae: Hydrophilini)

The first Oriental species of the water scavenger beetle subtribe Hydrobiusina, Hydrobius orientalis sp. n., is described and illustrated from Guandong Province, China. It is unique in the subtribe by lacking elytral serial punctures. The species appears most closely related to Hydrobius melaenus (Germar, 1824) of eastern North America.     

Systematic revision,molecular phylogeny and biogeography of the antlion tribe Acanthoplectrini (Neuroptera: Myrmeleontidae: Dendroleontinae), with emphasis on the Oriental lineage

The tribe Acanthoplectrini (Myrmeleontidae: Dendroleontinae) includes a group of antlion genera widely distributed across the Australasian and Oriental regions. The intergeneric and interspecific relationships between or within the Australian and Oriental lineages of this tribe as well as their historical biogeography remain largely unexplored. Here, we present a molecular phylogenetic and biogeographic analyses of Acanthoplectrini to infer the diversification history of this tribe, with emphasis on the Oriental lineage. Both the Oriental and Australian lineages are monophyletic and recovered as sister groups. Ancestral area reconstruction suggests that the ancestor of Acanthoplectrini might have been once widely distributed from Indochina to Australia and then split into the Oriental and Australian lineages during the early-Miocene. Our analyses recovered northeastern Indochina and south China as the ancestral range of the Oriental Acanthoplectrini. During the mid-Miocene to the mid-Pliocene, orographic events such as the rising of mountain ranges (including the Himalayas) and the formation of major islands in southeastern Asia triggered several dispersal and vicariance events in the Oriental Acanthoplectrini, driving their speciation. We revise the classification of the Oriental Acanthoplectrini, establishing the new genus Paralayahima gen. n. , which is recovered sister to Layahima Navás. Moreover, we describe four new species of Layahima, Layahima aspoeckorum sp. n. , Layahima monba sp. n. , Layahima lhoba sp. n. and Layahima xinliae sp. n. , and we reinstate two previously synonymized species, Layahima melanocoris (Yang) stat. rev. and comb. n. and Layahima nebulosa Navás stat. rev.     

Phylogenetic Systematics and Biogeography of the Neoephemeridae (Ephemeroptera: Pannota)

A revision of species of the pannote Holarctic and Oriental mayfly family Neoephemeridae is presented. Three genera are recognized in a strictly phylogenetic classification. Potamanthellus [=Neoephemeropsis Ulmer syn. n.] includes P. caenoides (Ulmer) comb. n., P. amabilis (Eaton) [=N. cuaraoensis Dang syn. n.], P. ganges sp. n., P. chinensis (Hsu) [=P. rarus (Tiunova and Levanidova) syn. n.], P. edmundsi sp. n., and the Oligocene fossil Potamanthellus rubiensis Lewis. Neoephemera [=Leucorhoenanthus Lestage syn. n.] includes N. maxima (Joly), N. purpurea (Traver), N. youngi Berner, N. bicolor McDunnough, and N. compressa Berner. Ochernova gen. n., includes O. tshernovae (Kazlauskas) comb. n. Taxa are described, illustrated and keyed. Species cladistics and biogeography are presented.     

Contribution to the revision of Oriental Aulacus Jurine, 1807 (Hymenoptera: Aulacidae): description of A. ceciliae sp. nov. from Laos and redescription of A. bituberculatus Cameron, 1899 from India

A remarkable Aulacus Jurine, 1807, A. ceciliae Turrisi, sp. nov., is described from Laos and A. bituberculatus Cameron, 1899 from India is redescribed from the type material, which has been recently rediscovered. For the latter species, a lectotype is formally designated. Both species are very characteristic due to the presence of two tooth‐like processes on the vertex, an autapomorphic feature probably related with the endoxylic bionomy. References to the other two Oriental species of Aulacus, A. philippinensis (Kieffer, 1916) and A. sinensis He & Chen, 2007 and a key to all four species of the genus presently known for the Oriental Region are provided.     

Review of the genus Hartemita Cameron, 1910 (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Cardiochilinae), with the description of six new species from Vietnam

The Oriental and East Palaearctic genus Hartemita Cameron, 1910 (Braconidae: Cardiochilinae) is recorded for the first time from Vietnam. Sixteen species of the genus Hartemita are currently recognized from Oriental and East Palaearctic regions. One species is newly recorded for Vietnam, Hartemita singaporensis (Mao, 1945)and six new species from Vietnam are described and illustrated: Hartemita coffeanasp. n., Hartemita daklakasp. n., Hartemita khuatbaolinhaesp. n., Hartemita similissp. n., Hartemita maculatasp. n. and Hartemita vietnamicasp. n. A key to species of the genus Hartemita Cameron is included.     

TAXONOMICAL STUDIES ON ARGIDAE (HYMENOPTERA) OF CHINA— A NEW GENUS AND FIVE NEW SPECIES OF STERIC-TIPHORINAE*

Abstract A key is given for the known Palaearctic and Oriental genera of the family Argidae including a new genus from China. Ortasiceros gen. nov. with five new species, O. nigriceps sp. nov., O. zhengi sp. nov., O. breoicornis sp. nov., O. curvata sp. nov. and O. elevata sp. nov. are described and figured. A new tribe, Ortasicerini trib. nov., is erected for the new genus and Copidocerus Forsius 1921. The type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South Forestry University, Zhuzhou, China.     

陕西省蝉科二新种（半翅目: 蝉亚目）

描述了1936年6月采自陕西省的蝉科两新种： Neotanna shensiensis sp.n. 和 Terpnosia. shaanxiensis sp.n.。正模标本保存在北卡罗来纳州立大学昆虫标本馆(NCSU); 副模保存在作者处。     

Revisional notes on the genus Toxopoda Macquart (Diptera,Sepsidae) in the Oriental and Australasian regions

I herein revise the genus Toxopoda Macquart of the Oriental and Australasian regions. A total of 16 species is discussed. Six new species are described: T. cavata sp. nov., T. angulata sp. nov., T. elephantina sp. nov., T. zuskai sp. nov., T. malayana sp. nov., and T. ozerovi sp. nov. The species T. contracta (Walker), T. viduata (Thomson) and T. simplex Iwasa, which can be easily confused with other species, are correctly redescribed and illustrated. Distributional notes and a key to the species of the Oriental and Australasian regions are provided.
