危害黄杉球果的实小卷蛾属一新种(鳞翅目:卷蛾科)   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

记述了实小卷蛾属 (小卷蛾亚科,花小卷蛾族)的一个新种,黄杉实小卷蛾Retinia pseudotsugaicola Liu et Wu, sp. nov.。其幼虫危害黄杉Pseudotsuga sinensis Dode的球果,在云南省禄劝县云龙乡球果受害率达80%~90%。该新种雄性外生殖器的抱器瓣在腹面中央凹陷很深,抱器腹拐角几乎呈直角,抱器端的腹角尖,可与该属其它种相区别。该新种的雌性外生殖器与松实小卷蛾R.cristata很相似,但成虫的花纹完全不同,该新种前翅的中横带很宽,且布满了灰绿色和灰黄色的云状纹,而松实小卷蛾前翅的中横带则较窄,翅端有明显的肛上纹。在昆明禄劝县一年发生1代,以蛹在球果中越冬。越冬蛹于翌年3月下旬开始羽化。4月上旬至7月下旬是幼虫危害期。老熟幼虫7月下旬开始陆续化蛹越冬。提供了成虫外形、翅脉、雌雄外生殖器解剖图及幼虫的毛序图。模式标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所。  相似文献

原小卷蛾属Sillybiphora Kuznetsov目前全世界仅知1种,中国已有记载.记述2种,包括1新种:微凸原小卷蛾S.pauliprotuberans sp.nov..文中给出了原小卷蛾属的分种检索表,提供了成虫图及外生殖器特征图.研究标本均保存在南开大学生命科学学院昆虫标本室.新种与庐原小卷蛾S.devia(Kuznetsov)在雄性外生殖器上相似,两者的主要区别是:新种基斑不明显,散布黑褐色条纹和斑点;端斑椭圆形且大,长与前翅宽约等宽;抱器腹近端部有一小的凸起,约为抱器瓣基部洞穴宽的1/10;抱器端端部膨大呈球状.庐原小卷蛾S.devia(Kuznetsov)基斑明显,黑褐色圆斑;端斑圆形且小,长约为前翅宽的2/3;抱器腹近端部有一大的凸起,与抱器瓣基部洞穴约等宽;抱器端端部无明显膨大,从基部到端部约等宽.  相似文献

胡麻短纹卷蛾见”euncaria切S。切已见。’h幼虫俗称胡麻漏油虫,是胡麻重要害虫。在北方胡麻产区的甘肃、宁夏、内蒙、山西等省均有发生,特别是六盘山西麓静宁、庄浪发生猖撅。1990~1992年,笔者对该虫的生物学特性进行了观察,现报道如下。回生活史胡麻短纹卷蛾1年发生1代,以老熟幼虫在胡麻地土壤中作茧越冬,越冬期长达10.5个月。5月下旬越冬幼虫开始出土化蛹,6月中下旬为化蛹盛期,7月下旬为化蛹末期。蛹期8~13天,平均10.6天。6月上旬田间最早发现成虫,中旬成虫大量出现,6月下旬至7月中旬为成虫羽化盛期,6月底至7月初往往出…  相似文献

记述中国圆斑小卷蛾属Eudemopsis 昆虫10种,其中包括1新种:狭瓣圆斑小卷蛾E. angustivalvae sp. nov.。该新种的体型较小,前翅长仅4.0-4.5 mm,雄性外生殖器中抱器瓣狭长,毛刺稀疏,很容易与属内其他种区分。文中还给出了分种检索表、新种的形态特征图和生殖器图以及该属种类在中国的地理分布图。研究标本保存在南开大学昆虫标本室。  相似文献

记述了我国圆点小卷蛾属EudemisHbner的种类,共4种,其中包括1新种:郑氏圆点小卷蛾E.zhengi sp.nov.。提供了分种检索表、新种的形态特征图和生殖器图。模式标本保存在南开大学昆虫标本室。郑氏圆点小卷蛾,新种Eudemis zhengi sp.nov.(图1~2)新种与杨梅圆点小卷蛾E.gyrotis(Meyrick)相似,但可通过下列特征区别:雄性外生殖器之颚形突中部的突起宽短,同时侧缘还具尖角状突起并被细齿,抱器瓣仅在抱器腹近基部具1簇刺丛;后者颚形突中部的突起长指状,侧缘无突起,抱器瓣腹缘具3簇刺丛,分别位于抱器腹基部和端部及抱器端基部2/5处。正模♂,云南勐腊补蚌(21°29′N,101°33′E;海拔650m),25Aug.2005,任应党采;玻片号YHL05159。词源:新种种名以郑哲民教授的姓氏命名,以示对郑先生在我国昆虫系统学研究领域做出显著贡献的敬意。  相似文献

记述了潜蛾属(潜蛾亚科)1新种,枇杷潜蛾Lyonetia eriobotryae sp.nov..该文提供了成虫外形、茧与幼虫的危害状照片及雌雄外生殖器解剖图.模式标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所.成虫将卵产在枇杷嫩叶反面的端部边缘,位于内外表皮之间.卵孵化后向叶基部钻蛀,沿叶片的主脉蛀入嫩梢内,导致嫩梢枯死,严重影响枇杷的生长和结实.老熟幼虫爬到一片新叶的背面结一白色丝茧,在其中化蛹.在云南省蒙自县枇杷的受害株率达80%~90%.该虫在云南蒙自1年发生多代,世代重叠.枇杷潜蛾,新种Lyonetia eriobotryae sp.nov.(图1~8)正模♂,副模5♂♂,5♀♀,云南省蒙自县,2005-07-10,武春生、李正跃采.新种的外生殖器与桃潜蛾L.derkella(Linnaeus)很相似,但成虫前翅无中室端斑,雄性外生殖器的颚形突末端小四叉形(桃潜蛾为大二叉形),雌性外生殖器的囊突明显长于桃潜蛾.成虫花纹与台湾产的石楠潜蛾L.anthemopaMeyrick(也分布在日本)相似,但新种前翅缺前缘纹,雌性外生殖器有1枚长的囊突(石楠潜蛾前翅有前缘纹,雌性外生殖器无囊突).词源:新种名来自寄主植物的属名.  相似文献

作者系统研究了中国小卷蛾族标本,发现了五个新种:(1)曲茎小食心虫GrapholitacurviphalaLiuetYan,因其雄性外生殖器阳茎长而端部弯曲命名,分布在四川峨眉山;(2)顶平小食心虫G.globelaLiuetYan,因其雄性外生殖器的抱器顶端平截而命名,分布在吉林长白山;(3)手指小食心虫G.dactylaLiuetYan,因其雄性外生殖器的抱器腹有手指状突起而命名,分布在广东广州植物园;(4)球小食心虫G.globovalvaLiuetYan,因其雄性外生殖器的抱器端呈圆球形而命名;分布在山东泰山;(5)弯瓣小卷蛾Cy-diacurvivalvaLiuetYan,因其雄性外生殖器的抱器瓣从中部开始强烈向上弯曲而命名,分布在浙江,江西。新种的所有模式标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所。  相似文献

本研究首次发现带小卷蛾属Metacosma在我国分布,记述了采自安徽、湖南和贵州的2新种:三角带小卷蛾Metacosma triangulata,sp.nov.和梯形带小卷蛾Metacosma trapezia,sp.nov.。文中给出了新种的成虫及雄性外生殖器照片,编制了本属分种检索表。研究标本保存在南歼大学生命科学学院昆虫标本室。 1.三角带小卷蛾Metacosma triangulata,新种(图1,3) 翅展10.0mm。 正模:♂,安徽岳两(30.52°N,116.22°E)温泉,1995-Ⅷ-05,胡祥富采,玻片号ZAH04002。 本种与M.impolitana Kuznetsov相似,区别是:本种雄性外生殖器爪形突大,三角形,抱器端对称;而Mimpolitana Kuznetsov爪形突小,乳突状,抱器端不对称(左侧具5根粗刺,右侧6根)。 2.梯形带小卷蛾Metacosma trapezia,新种(图2,4) 翅展11.0mm。 正模:♂,湖南石门(27.34°N,110.01°E)壶瓶山南坪,504m,2002-Ⅴ-04,于海丽采,玻片号YHL0246。副模:1♂,贵州省道真县仙女洞,600m,2004-Ⅷ-17,肖云丽采;1♂,贵州江口黑湾,600m,2001-Ⅶ-27,李后魂,王新谱采。 本种与Mimpolitana Kuznetsov相似,区别是:本种爪形突梯形,抱器端对称;而坛impolitana Kuznetsov爪形突小,乳突状,抱器端不对称(左侧具5根粗刺,右侧6根)。本种与三角带小卷蛾Metacosma triangulata,sp.nov.的区别主要在爪形突形状上,本种爪形突为梯形,后者为三角形。  相似文献

在室内研究核型多角体病毒(HaSNPV)感染对棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera(Htibner)幼虫同类相残行为的影响。结果显示:感病棉铃虫随感病程度的加重,越容易被健康棉铃虫残食,而自然死亡的感病棉铃虫、冻死的感病棉铃虫和冻死的健康棉铃虫三者被健康棉铃虫残食的百分率无显著差异。表明感病棉铃虫和病虫尸体更易于被健康棉铃虫残食,是由于棉铃虫体力减弱而失去反击能力,不是由于病毒本身的影响。以健康棉铃虫、感病棉铃虫为残食者,冻死的病虫为被残食者,相残率无显著差异,表明病毒并未改变棉铃虫残食同类的天性。残食病虫的健康棉铃虫的化蛹率和羽化率均低于正常的健康棉铃虫,残食者为相残行为付出了很高的代价。  相似文献

A rapid procedure for the identification of Paenibacillus larvae subsp. larvae, the causal agent of American foulbrood (AFB) disease of honeybees (Apis mellifera L.), based on PCR and restriction fragment analysis of the 16S rRNA genes (rDNA) is described. Eighty-six bacterial strains belonging to 39 species of the genera Paenibacillus, Bacillus, Brevibacillus, and Virgibacillus were characterized. Amplified rDNA was digested with seven restriction endonucleases. The combined data from restriction analysis enabled us to distinguish 35 profiles. Cluster analysis revealed that P. larvae subsp. larvae and Paenibacillus larvae subsp. pulvifaciens formed a group with about 90% similarity; however, the P. larvae subsp. larvae restriction fragment length polymorphism pattern produced by endonuclease HaeIII was found to be unique and distinguishable among other closely related bacteria. This pattern was associated with DNA extracted directly from honeybee brood samples showing positive AFB clinical signs that yielded the restriction profile characteristic of P. larvae subsp. larvae, while no amplification product was obtained from healthy larvae. The method described here is particularly useful because of the short time required to carry it out and because it allows the differentiation of P. larvae subsp. larvae-infected larvae from all other species found in apiarian sources.  相似文献

以温度为单因素变量,在人工饲养环境中,分析水温对拟目乌贼幼体日生长率与存活率的影响。实验结果表明,当水温处于28.1~32℃之间时,拟目乌贼幼体的日生长率与水温呈正相关关系;当水温处于32~32.67℃时,拟目乌贼幼体的日生长率与水温呈负相关关系;当水温处于29.5~32.6℃时,拟目乌贼幼体不易出现幼体死亡(死亡率<6.25%),适宜拟目乌贼幼体的存活;而当水温处于32.3~34℃之间时,拟目乌贼幼体出现了13.16%~61.16%的幼体死亡,不适宜拟目乌贼幼体的存活。实验结果表明,当水温处于29.5~32℃之间时,拟目乌贼幼体的存活率高(存活率>93.75%),且日生长率处于0.24%~1.76%,适宜拟目乌贼幼体的存活。  相似文献

Abstract.  Even though overwintering larvae of the rice stem borer, Chilo suppressalis , are freeze-tolerant, they cannot survive below −30 °C. Furthermore, nondiapausing larvae cannot survive freezing. However, the cause of death due to freezing is unclear. To identify the cause of death by freezing in larvae, those tissues most injured by low temperatures are identified using the vital stain trypan blue. In overwintering larvae, the midgut of dead larvae stains blue, and remarkable colour density differences between dead and surviving larvae are observed in the midgut. In nondiapausing larvae incubated at −10 °C for several hours, the fat body of dead larvae is strongly stained. Furthermore, increases in mortality with treatment time correspond with increases in the area of the fat body stained. Sterile nondiapausing larvae with lower supercooling points, below −20 °C, do not freeze at −10 °C and survive the treatment. However, all the larvae die when subjected to inoculative freezing at −10 °C, and the fat body stains blue. These results suggest that the midgut in overwintering larvae and the fat body in nondiapausing larvae have the lowest tolerance to freezing.  相似文献

In this study we investigated predation rates on third instar larvae of Chrysomya putoria and C. megacephala by third instar larvae of C. albiceps in a two-choice situation. The highest predation rate occurred on C. putoria larvae and this result is compared to previous experiments, in which C. macellaria larvae were present. Our results suggest that, when C. macellaria is absent C. albiceps larvae attack more C. putoria than C. megacephala larvae. Prey choice decisions and its implications for introduced and native blowflies are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract  The glycerol contents in diapause larvae of the orange wheat blossom midge, Sitodiplosis mosellana (Gehin), collected from various seasons, were measured. The results showed that there was less glycerol content in larvae during living on the wheat head. Content of glycerol began to increase significantly when the larvae left the wheat head and entered the soil. A change trend of upper- lower- upper- lower in larvae glycerol contents during diapause in soil was observed from June to April of next year. More glycerol could be examined in larvae collected in summer and winter than in spring and autumn. There was not more glycerol in cocooned larvae than that in non-cocooned larvae during various seasons from the point of statistics. Comparing the glycerol content of larvae being diapause in the first year with that of larvae in the second year, there was yet no obvious difference when larvae were collected in the same season belonged to different years. Therefore, it is shown that the content of glycerol in larvae of the wheat midge in diapause is affected mainly by the seasons or diapause intensity.  相似文献

Synopsis Relatively little is known of the pelagic portion of the life history of butterflyfishes. Eggs are small (<1 mm), pelagic and hatch in less than 30 hours. Most species pass through a so-called tholichthys larval interval characterized by elaborate, distinctive head spination:Coradion larvae have different head spination. While older chaetodontid larvae can be identified by adult characters, young (preflexion) larvae generally cannot now be identified below family. In tropical plankton studies chaetodontid larvae averaged <0.1% of larvae captured, and occurred in 13% of samples. This rarity is a major hindrance to further work, but is not unexpected in view of adult abundance. Larvae of a few taxa are most abundant in shelf waters, but larvae of many chaetodontid taxa seem to be most abundant in oceanic waters. In either case, waters near reefs have the fewest chaetodontid larvae. Offshore maxima of larvae appear to exist a few kilometers seaward of Great Barrier Reef ribbon reefs. Chaetodontid larvae may prefer the upper portion of the water column. Both size and age at settlement vary widely within the family and the large genusChaetodon, and the latter varies widely within species. Average size at settlement is less than 20 mm and age is less than 40 days. No correlation was found between size and age at settlement. Behaviour and feeding of chaetodontid larvae are essentially unstudied. Chaetodontid larvae seem to be least abundant in winter. The implications of these conclusions are discussed and some suggestions for further research are made. In all areas more work is needed.  相似文献

The physiological expression of a short-day-induced dormancy (Oligopause) of 4th-instar Chironomus plumosus larvae was investigated by measuring the oxygen consumption. By means of a polarographic continuous-flow respirometer the oxygen consumption of single larvae or groups of larvae (up to 5) could be measured continuously over a period of several hours. The oxygen consumption of dormant larvae is lower than in non-dormant larvae: in relation to the individual it is reduced by about 13, in relation to 1 g of dry weight by about 12. Dormant larvae are heavier than non-dormant larvae. In the dormant larvae, the proportion of dry weight to total weight is higher than in the non-dormant larvae. The increased proportion of dry weight is composed of a size-specific (dormancy-independent) and a dormancy-specific component. Independent of the sex and dormancy state, the larger larvae have a lower oxygen consumption per weight unit than the smaller larvae. A sex-specific difference can be observed: when animals with identical oxygen consumption per weight unit are compared, the females are considerably heavier than the males.  相似文献

Abstract. Sesamia nonagrioides Lefebvre diapauses as mature larvae. Once diapause is induced, larvae continue to grow and moult with no apparent changes, so distinction between non-diapausing and diapausing larvae is difficult. In the present work two physiological markers of diapause induction are obtained and their efficacy in detecting diapause onset and in monitoring diapause development in field populations is evaluated. The first marker is based on the differential capacity of two photoregimes, LD 0:24 h and LD 16:8 h, to reverse diapause induction. When larvae of the first and second stadia were subjected to the diapause-inducing LD 12:12 h light cycle and then transferred to LD 0:24 h, larvae pupated after a development duration significantly higher than that of the larvae transferred to LD 168 h. This criterion was used to monitor diapause development in overwintering larvae until field-collected larvae submitted to LD 0:24 h pupated synchronously with those submitted to LD 16:8 h. This occurred between late January and early March. The second marker refers to development of imaginal wing discs. A relative index of the tracheal mass area divided by the total disc area diminishes steadily during development in non-diapausing sixth-instar larvae until it becomes zero just before pupation, whereas it remains constant in diapausing larvae. Though wing disc development was blocked in diapausing sixth-instar larvae, the disc continued to grow and, consequently, the total area of the disc was not a suitable marker of diapause induction. When the constancy of the relative area index was used to monitor diapause development and termination in overwintering larvae, the results agreed with those obtained using the first criterion and with previous field observations.  相似文献

The ability of queens of the paper wasp Polistes fuscatus to recognize larvae on the basis of colony origin was investigated in the laboratory. In a blind, binary choice paradigm, queens discriminated between larvae from their own colony and unrelated larvae, and between larvae from a sister colony and unrelated larvae. However, queens failed to discriminate between larvae from their own colony and larvae from a sister colony, indicating that queens of multiple-foundress colonies may lack the ability to make intracolonial brood discriminations on the basis of relatedness. These results demonstrate that recognition of larvae is mediated by larval-borne, genetically specified odors. Gas chromatograph/mass spectral analysis revealed that adults and larvae have similar cuticular hydrocarbon profiles, suggesting that the cues mediating larval and adult recognition may be the same.  相似文献
