在对上海市树附生藻类的调查中,发现了1个中国新记录属——绿叠球藻属(Chlorokybus)。对该属1个新记录种绿叠球藻(Chlorokybus atmophyticus)的主要形态学特征进行了详细描述,对其系统位置讨论结果认为,绿叠球藻是一个比较特殊的藻类,在陆生植物演化上具有特殊的地位,支持将其作为一个独立的目——绿叠球藻目(Chlorokybales)处理。  相似文献

于2013年对江苏茅山溪流水体进行藻类多样性调查时,发现了中国淡水硅藻的1个新记录种——伊拉万短纹藻[Brachysira irawanae(PodzorskiHakansson)Lange-BertalotPodzorski]。伊拉万短纹藻在世界范围内较为少见,此前仅在菲律宾和日本有过报道;早期文献仅简单描述了该种光镜下的形态特征。该研究对伊拉万短纹藻的光镜特征进行了详细描述,并首次用扫描电镜对其超微形态结构进行了观察。并对短纹藻属中7种外形相近的物种进行了比较,对中国报道的短纹藻属物种拉丁文名称进行了整理和修订,确认中国地区共报道短纹藻属7种1变种及其最新的物种名录。  相似文献

由于束丝藻属(Aphanizomenon Mort.ex Born.et Flah.)的藻丝、营养细胞、藻丝末端细胞(Terminal cells)、异型胞(Heterocysts)、厚壁休眠孢子(Akinetes)的形态和大小等特征易变,对鉴定工作造成许多闲难.所以该属的分类一直以来是藻类学者面临的长期难题.基于当今束丝藻属的分类研究,对我国淡水水体束丝藻属进行了研究,比较了该属的藻丝、营养细胞、异形胞、厚壁孢子及末端细胞的特征,发现了我困淡水水体的2个新记录种:柔细束丝藻(Aphanizomenon gracile Lemmermann)和依沙束丝藻(A.issatschenkoi(Usacev)Progkina-Lavrenko),并对其形态特征进行了详细描述.  相似文献

报道了中国淡水红藻一个新记录属——托氏藻属Tuomeya Harvey。标本采于江苏徐州。该属以植物体软骨质, 多层细胞紧密排列组成坚固的皮层, 果胞枝弯曲等特征, 区别于串珠藻科Batrachospermaceae的其他属。除对此种藻类的形态作详细描述外, 还通过rbcL序列比较分析其与北美地区样本的地理差异。该属先前在加拿大、美国和南非有过报道。  相似文献

中国淡水硅藻新记录——偏肿内丝藻兴凯变种   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
于2016年5月对浙江省仙居国家公园进行藻类多样性调查时,发现了中国淡水硅藻的1个新记录种——偏肿内丝藻兴凯变种[Encyonema ventricosum var.hankensis(Skvortzov) RodionovaPomazkina]。该文采用光镜和扫描电镜对偏肿内丝藻兴凯变种浙江种群的形态特征进行了观察和描述,并将其与该种的其他地理种群及内丝藻属其他相似物种的形态特征进行比较,同时讨论了该物种的生境特征。结果表明:(1)偏肿内丝藻兴凯变种壳面均具明显背腹之分,背缘明显拱起,腹缘轻微波曲;端部呈头状至喙状。(2)偏肿内丝藻兴凯变种浙江地理种群在背部中央区域具一孤点,而其兴凯种群对孤点这一特征未有描述。(3)偏肿内丝藻兴凯变种在俄罗斯的兴凯湖和贝加尔湖等地有分布,该种在中国是首次报道。  相似文献

对大兴安岭硅藻进行了形态分类学研究, 发现了部分中国新记录属及中国新记录种。研究共报道大兴安岭硅藻10属10种, 对这些属、种的形态学特征进行了详细的描述, 并提供了图片资料。其中3个属为中国新记录属, 分别为: 北方藻属Boreozonacola Lange-Bertalot、Kulikovskiy Witkowski、矮羽纹藻属Chamaepinnularia Lange-Bertalot Krammer、微肋藻属Microcostatus Johansen Sray。本文给出其余7个属的详细特征描述, 为其他相关研究提供参考。观察到中国新记录种9种1变种, 分别为: 胡斯特北方藻Boreozonacola hustedtii Lange-Bertalot, Kulikovskiy Witkowski、海塞矮羽纹藻Chamaepinnularia hassiaca (Krasske) Cantonati Lange-Bertalot、墙生微肋藻Microcostatus maceria (Schimanski) Lange-Bertalot、异辐节卡维藻Cavinula heterostauron (Germain) Van de Vijver、类印加等列藻Diadesmis ingeaeformis Hamilton Antoniades、沼地盖斯勒藻Geissleria paludosa (Hustedt) Lange-Bertalot Metzeltin、忽视蹄形藻Hippodonta neglecta Lange-Bertalot, Metzeltin Witkowski、沙拉泥生藻Luticola charlatii (Peragallo) Metzeltin, Lange- Bertalot、原子麦尔藻特许变种Mayamaea atomus var. permitis (Hustedt) Lange-Bertalot、莱维迪细篦藻Neidiopsis levanderi (Hustedt) Lange-Bertalot Metzeltin。    相似文献

Summary

In this publication, a subdivision of the genus Annenica O. Boettger, 1877 sensu Auct. is proposed. One result of our study is the recognition of the genus Sprattia O. Boettger, 1883 for most of the South Anatolian species of the former genus Armenica. The genus Astrogena Szekeres, 1970, which was synonymised by H. NORDSIECK (1975: 98) with Armenica is redefined and used as a subgenus of Armenica for some species. Extensive recent collections contain new species and subspecies of this genus, which are described here.  相似文献

A new desmid genus, Actinodontum Alfinito et Coesel, is described from mountain areas of tropical Africa. The newly described genus differs from the allied genus Actinotaenium by the presence of marked teeth at the base of each semicell that alternate with those on the other semicell. Morphology of the type species, Actinodontum lomaense (Alfinito et Mazzoni) Alfinito et Coesel, is dealt with in much detail. Cosmarium basituberculoides Bourrelly et Couté and Cosmarium elgonense Kusel-Fetzmann are transferred to the new genus. The geographical distribution of the genus Actinodontum is discussed.  相似文献

Within the frame of the study of the Western Palaearctic Issidae, two generic and four specific synonyms are established: Logvinenkoana Gnezdilov, 2002 is placed as a synonym for Anatolodus Dlabola, 1982; Falcidiopsis Kusnezov, 1930, for Kervillea Bergevin, 1918; Hysteropterum ignavum Dlabola, 1981, for Aeluropsis karabachica Logvinenko, 1975; Hysteropterum alciranum Gnezdilov, 2003, for Hysteropterum alicantium Dlabola, 1986; Hysteropterum tangirum Matsumura, 1910, for Hysteropterum guadarramense Melichar, 1906, and Mycterodus syriacus Gnezdilov, 2008, for Mycterodus bicornutus Dlabola, 1986. Subgenus Corymbius Gnezdilov, 2002 is upgraded to genus. 12 new generic combinations are established: Aeluropsis karabachica Logvinenko, 1975, A. midica Logvinenko, 1975, Hysteropterum pictifrons Melichar, 1906 and H. transcaucasicum Melichar, 1914 are transferred to the genus Anatolodus Dlabola, 1982; Bubastia carinata Logvinenko, 1978 and B. parva Logvinenko, 1977, to the genus Inflatodus Dlabola, 1982; Quadrastylum tubulatum Dlabola, 1989, to the genus Rhissolepus Emeljanov, 1971; Hysteropterum laminatum Horváth, 1911, to the genus Libanissum Dlabola, 1980; Hysteropterum drahamense Linnavuori, 1965, to the genus Bergevinium Gnezdilov, 2003; Conosimus ochaninei Puton, 1890, to the genus Quadriva Ghauri, 1965; Hysteropterum guadarramense Melichar, 1906, to the genus Tingissus Gnezdilov, 2003; Agalmatium corsicum Dlabola, 1982, to the genus Fieberium Dlabola, 1980. The genus Lobatiriccardia Furuki is reported as new to China, from the Dulong River valley, Gaoligong Shan range, Yunnan Province and this material is described as a new species endemic to China, Lobatiriccardia yunnanensis Furuki & D.G. Long, the fifth known species in the genus. The differences between the new species and the other members of the genus are enumerated, along with a key to all known species of Lobatiriccardia.  相似文献

Taxonomy of the genus Cristulariella is revised, retaining Cristulariella (Crist.) depraedans as the type. Two new species, Crist. cercidiphylli and Crist. corni, are additionally described under the genus. The new anamorphic genus Hinomyces is erected to accommodate Botrytis (Cristulariella) moricola and Cristulariella pruni. A new genus and species, Nervostroma depraedans, is erected in the Sclerotiniaceae to accommodate the teleomorph of Crist. depraedans, with an additional species, Nervostroma cercidiphylli.  相似文献

The new genus, Acryptolechia (Lepidoptera, Cryptolechiidae), with the type species Cryptolechia malacobyrsa Meyrick, 1921 is described. The differences between this species and the type species of the genus Cryptolechia, Zeller 1852 (C. straminella Zeller, 1852) are shown. The genus Meleonoma Meyrick, 1914 is the closest to the new one. In addition to the type species, the new genus includes Acryptolechia facunda (Meyrick, 1910) comb. n. from India and A. torophanes (Meyrick, 1935) comb. n. from China.  相似文献

A new species of the genus Clausia associated with the polychaete Arenicola brasilliensis Nonata is described from intertidal sands in Korea. The new species, as a primitive member of the genus, has a large, non-transformed body and fully segmented rami on legs 1–4. This is the second record of Clausiidae in the Far Eastern seas. The genus Doviella Rocha, originally placed in the Clausidiidae, is synonymized with the genus Clausia in the Clausiidae.  相似文献

In this review, literature data on phytochemical and biological investigations on the genus Pluchea are compiled. Pluchea is a genus of flowering plants in the Asteraceae family and comprises ca. 80 species distributed mainly in Northern and Southern America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Sesquiterpenoids and flavonoids are the main constituents of this genus. Compounds isolated from plants of the Pluchea genus display a variety of biological properties, viz., anticancer, antileishmanial, immunosuppressive, antioxidant, anti‐acetylcholinesterase, antimicrobial, trypanocidal, hepatoprotective, cytotoxic, larvicidal, anti‐ulcer, anti‐inflammatory, and antinociceptive activities.  相似文献

Evidence suggesting polyphyly of the traditionally recognised tick genus Aponomma Neumann, 1899 is summarized. Continued recognition of this genus in its current concept leaves a polyphyletic genus Aponomma and a paraphyletic genus Amblyomma Koch, 1844. To improve the correlation between our understanding of phylogenetic relationships in metastriate ticks and their classification, a few changes in classification are proposed. The members of the `indigenous Australian Aponomma' group (sensu Kaufman, 1972), A. auruginans Schulze, 1936, A. concolor Neumann, 1899, A. glebopalma Keirans, King & Sharrad, 1994, A. hydrosauri (Denny, 1843) and A. undatum (Fabricius, 1775), are transferred to Bothriocroton Keirans, King & Sharrad, 1994, which is raised to full generic rank. The remaining members of Aponomma are transferred to Amblyomma. Uncertainty remains on relationships of Bothriocroton to other metastriate lineages and on the systematic position of the two species formerly included in the `primitive Aponomma' group, A. elaphense Price, 1959 and A. sphenodonti Dumbleton, 1943.  相似文献

Barnacles of the genus Galkinius occupy a large spectrum of host corals, making it one of the least host‐specific genera within the Pyrgomatidae. Molecular analyses show that within the genus Galkinius there are highly supported clades, suggesting that the genus Galkinius is a complex of evolutionarily significant units (ESUs). The morphology of the opercular valves has been used as the basis for the separation of species of Galkinius. In this study, morphological variability was found both between specimens within ESUs extracted from different host species and between specimens extracted from the same colony. Identifications based on the opercular valves cannot therefore be assigned to different species despite being genetically distinguishable. It is proposed that in many cases the differences between valve morphology of different species of Galkinius are the outcome of ontogeny. Allometric growth of the valves has resulted in differences in the proportions of the parts of the valve. © 2015 The Linnean Society of London  相似文献
