从马槟榔(Capparis masaikai Levl.)种子分离鉴定了二种甜蛋白:甜蛋白I(mabinlinⅠ或MaⅠ)分子量MWll600,等电点PⅠll.8;甜蛋白Ⅱ(mabinlinⅡ或MaⅡ)MW 10400,PⅠll.3。另一组分mabinlinⅡ MW10200,pl 11.8,可能是提取过程产物。MaⅡ有84个氨基酸残基,比MaⅠ少15个。它们有80个氨基酸残基是共同的,都是缺丝氨酸和蛋氨酸的单一多肽链。MaⅠ还缺赖氨酸和酪氨酸。测不出有自由SH基。在8 M尿素中用巯基乙醇还原处理,两种甜蛋白分子都可转变为二聚体而失去甜味。  相似文献

Six new protopanaxadiol-type ginsenosides, named ginsenosides Ra(4) -Ra(9) (1-6, resp.), along with 14 known dammarane-type triterpene saponins, were isolated from the root of Panax ginseng, one of the most important Chinese medicinal herbs. The structures of the new compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods, including 1D- and 2D-NMR, HR-MS, and chemical transformation as (20S)- 3-O-{β-D-6-O-[(E)-but-2-enoyl]glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-20-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]protopanaxadiol (1), (20S)-3-O-[β-D-6-O-acetylglucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-20-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]protopanaxadiol (2), (20S)-3-O-{β-D-6-O-[(E)-but-2-enoyl]glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-20-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]protopanaxadiol (3), (20S)-3-O-{β-D-6-O-[(E)-but-2-enoyl]glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-20-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]protopanaxadiol (4), (20S)-3-O-{β-D-4-O-[(E)-but-2-enoyl]glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-20-O-[α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]protopanaxadiol (5), (20S)-3-O-{β-D-6-O-[(E)-but-2-enoyl]glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-20-O-[α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]protopanaxadiol (6). The sugar moiety at C(3) of the aglycone of each new ginsenoside is butenoylated or acetylated.  相似文献

Three new saponins, melongosides N, O and P, have been isolated from the methanolic extract of seeds of Solanum melongena and their structures elucidated. Melongoside N is 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosy l-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-26-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(25R)-5α-furostan-3β,22 α,26-triol, whereas melongoside O is 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)β-D-glucopyranosyl]- 26-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(25R)-furost-5-en-3β,22α,26-triol and melongoside P is 3-O- [β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-26-O- (β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(25 R)-5α-furostan-3β,22α,26-triol.  相似文献

Six triterpenoid saponins isolated from the flower buds of Fatsia japonica were identified as 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-hederagenin, 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-hederagenin, 3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-echinocystic acid, 3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-16-epiechinocystic acid and 3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid. Three saponins were isolated from Lysimachia candida Lindl. By spectral and chemical analysis, they were identified as primulagenin A-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosy( 1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→4)-[β-D-glu- copyranosyl(1→2) ] -a-L-arabinopyranoside ( 1 ), protoprimulagenin A-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl( 1→2)-β-D-glu- copyranosyl( 1→4)-[ β-D-glucopyranosyl ( 1 →2) ]-a-L-arabinopyranoside ( lysikoianoside, 2) and a-spinas- teml-glucopyranoside (3) respectively. 1 is a new compound named candidoside.  相似文献

Two steroidal saponins have been isolated from the rhizomes of Dioscorea panthaica Prain et Burkill. collected from Sichuan province. They were identified as 3-0-{α-L- rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)- [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) ]-β-D-glucopyranosyl } -diosgenin (dioscin) and 3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-diosgenin (gracillin) on the basis of mp., m. mp., TLC. acetylation, acid hydrolysis, IR, MS, and 13C NMR.  相似文献

从无柄新乌檀乙醇浸膏的正丁醇部位分离得到7个已知配糖体化合物,经波谱分析为:喹诺酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(28→1)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖酯(1),齐墩果酸-(28→1)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖酯(2),熊果酸-(28→1)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖酯(3),喹诺酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→3)-6-去氧-β-葡萄吡喃糖苷(4),齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→2)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-28-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖酯(5),番木鳖甙(6),7-甲氧基-龙胆苦甙(7)。这些化合物均为首次从该属中分离得到。  相似文献

Two new dammarane-type triterpenoid saponins, 3β-(α-l -arabinopyranosyloxy)-24,25-dihydroxydammar-20-en-12α-yl 6-deoxy-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and (24R)-3β-[(4-O-acetyl-α-l -arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-25-hydroxy-20,24-epoxydammaran-12β-yl 6-deoxy-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 2 ), and fourteen known triterpenoids were isolated from the 70 % MeOH extract of the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus. Their structures were established based on analyses of spectroscopic data. All compounds were tested for their inhibitory activities against the 11β-HSD1 enzyme. Hederagenin ( 13 ) exhibited moderate inhibitory effect for mouse 11β-HSD1 with an IC50 value of 0.16±0.04 μM.  相似文献

Partial acid hydrolysis of asterosaponin A, a steroidal saponin, afforded two new disaccharides in addition to O-(6-deoxy-α-d-glucopyranosyl)-(l→4)-6-deoxy-d-glucose which has been characterized in the preceding paper. The formers were demonstrated as O-(6-deoxy-α-d-galactopyranosyl)-(1→4)-6-deoxy-d-glucose and O-(6-deoxy-α-d-galactopyranosyl)-(l→4)-6-deoxy-d-galactose, respectively.

Accordingly, the structure of carbohydrate moiety being composed of two moles each of 6-deoxy-d-galactose and 6-deoxy-d-glucose, was established as O-(6-deoxy-α-d-galactopyranosyl)-(l→4)-O-(6-deoxy-α-d-galactopyranosyl)-(l→4)-O-(6-deoxy-α-d-glucopyranosyl)-(l→4)-6-deoxy-d-glucose, which is attached to the steroidal aglycone through an O-acetal glycosidic linkage.  相似文献

The antibiotic kanamycin was degraded with methanolic hydrogen chloride and was determined to be composed of three compounds: deoxystreptamine, 6-amino-6-deoxy-d-glucopyranose and 3-amino-3-deoxy-d-glucopyranose. From the chemical and physical data on the antibiotic and its fragments, kanamycin was shown to be O-α-6-amino-6-deoxy-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4 or 6)-O-[α-3-amino-3-deoxy-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6 or 4)]-1,3-diamino-1, 2, 3-trideoxy-myo-inositol.  相似文献

Two new triterpene saponins C and D have been isolated from the aerial parts of Polygala japonica Houtt. Their molecular formulas: C42H68O15 were structural isomers of each other. Acid hydrolysis of the two saponins all produced a sapogenin (2a, 3a, 24-trihydroxyo-lean-12-ene-28-oic acid) and D-glucoses. But only the saponin D could be hydrolyzed in the alkaline solution, the products were identical with those from acid hydrolysis. Their structures have been established by means of 1HNMR,13CNMR and MS as 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(l→2)β-D-glucopyranosyl] 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid, 28-O-[β-D-glucopy-ranosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl] 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid.  相似文献

A bioassay-guided phytochemical analysis of the triterpene saponins from under ground parts of Gypsophila arrostii var. nebulosa allowed the isolation of two triterpene saponins; nebuloside A, B based on gypsogenin and quillaic acid aglycone. Two new oleanane type triterpenoid saponins (nebuloside A, B) and three known saponins (13) were isolated from the root bark of Gypsophila arrostii var. nebulosa. The structures of the two new compounds were elucidated as 3-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl quillaic acid 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-fucopyranosyl ester (nebuloside A) and 3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-d-galactopyranosyl(1→3)-β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl gypsogenin 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-fucopyranosyl ester (nebuloside B), on the basis of extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Nebuloside A and B showed toxicity enhancing properties on saporin a type-I RIP without causing toxicity by themselves at 15 μg/mL.  相似文献

目的:研究银莲花属植物小花草玉梅的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,反相柱色谱并结合制备高效液相色谱等技术分离纯化单体化合物,并根据理化性质及光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别是常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(1)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-齐墩果酸皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(2)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(3)和3-O-β-D-吡喃核糖-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(4)。结论:化合物1为首次从银莲花属植物中分离得到,2-4为首次从小花草玉梅中分离得到。  相似文献

From the roots of Gundelia tournefortii seven saponins have been isolated mainly by DCCC. The main saponins (A and B) were characterized, mainly by 13C and 1H NMR spectroscopy, as oleanolic acid 3-O-(2-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl(1 → 3) -β-d-gentiotriosyl(1 → 6) -β-d-glucopyranosyl]gb-d-xylopyranoside) (saponin A) and oleanolic acid 3-O-(2-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl] (1 → 3)-β-d-gentiobiosyl (1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl β-d-xylopyranoside) (saponin B). The other saponins are also derived from oleanolic acid and contain more sugar units. The saponin mixture and the saponins A and B possess strong molluscicidal activity against the schistosomiasis transmitting snail Biomphalaria glabrata.  相似文献

Two steroidal saponins were isolated from the n-BuOH extract of the rhizome of Aspidistra zongbayi K. Y. Lang et Z. Y. Zhu. Their structures were elucidated as 3-O-{β-D-glucopyr-anosyl (l→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl (l→4)-β-D-glactopyranosyl}-diosgenin (aspidistrin) and proto-aspidistrin by physical and chemical methods. Three steroidal sapogenins were isolated from the acid-treated n-BuOH extract. They were identified as△3.5 deoxyfigogenin, diosgenin and gentrogenin, β-sitosterol was isolated from the rhizome of this plant also.  相似文献
