以大薸(Pistia stratiotes)、凤眼莲(Eichhornia crassipes)和小竹节草(Najas guadelupensis)为福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)的食物,养殖数量设置为0、2、4、8、16和32只,分别在养殖的第1、3、5、7和9天测定养殖水体中的温度、pH、溶氧以及铵态氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮、溶解性磷酸盐的浓度。在此基础上,开展了福寿螺养殖液对福寿螺和铜锈环棱螺(Bellamya aeruginosa)的胁迫实验。结果表明:福寿螺的养殖数量和食物种类对养殖液中的溶氧、铵态氮、硝态氮和溶解性磷酸盐有极显著的影响(P0.01);溶氧量随着养殖数量的增大和养殖时间的延长显著降低,而铵态氮、硝态氮和溶解性磷酸盐的浓度显著升高(P0.05);养殖液中亚硝态氮的含量只受养殖数量的显著影响(P0.05);胁迫实验中,福寿螺养殖液对铜锈环棱螺和福寿螺相对生长率和死亡率的影响存在显著差异(P0.05);福寿螺表现为减速增长,铜锈环棱螺表现为负增长,并且养殖液浓度越高,对铜锈环棱螺的致死效应越大。本研究表明,福寿螺可以通过养殖液改变养殖水体的理化性质,抑制铜锈环棱螺的生长,并对其具有显著的致死效应,这可能是导致福寿螺入侵的一个重要机制。本研究不仅丰富了入侵生态学的理论,也为福寿螺的生态风险评估提供了实验基础。  相似文献

福寿螺是在我国南方地区危害水稻生产的一种外来入侵软体动物,已被世界自然保护联盟入侵生物专家组列为100种危害最为严重的外来入侵物种之一。在水域生态系统中福寿螺主要以摄食各种水生植物而生存。以水稻、大薸、水葫芦、粉绿狐尾藻、水花生和鸭舌草构成的稻田水生植物群落为对象,研究了低密度(4株/m2)、中密度(8株/m2)和高密度(12株/m2)福寿螺处理对稻田水生植物群落的影响,同时结合福寿螺的食物选择性实验分析其相关行为特性。结果表明:1)低密度、中密度和高密度福寿螺处理1周内水稻密度均急剧下降,高密度福寿螺造成水稻密度下降超过70%,2周后福寿螺危害水稻秧苗的程度减轻;2)各密度处理福寿螺均抑制了水花生和鸭舌草扩散,第8周时高密度福寿螺处理中水花生和鸭舌草的密度仅为对照的30%和25%。同时,低密度福寿螺处理中的水花生和鸭舌草的密度显著高于中密度和高密度处理。不同密度福寿螺处理对水葫芦、大薸和粉绿狐尾藻影响不明显;3)水稻的日均密度增长率为负值,低密度、中密度和高密度福寿螺处理间存在明显差异,且均显著低于对照。水花生和鸭舌草的日均密度增长率虽为正值,但显著低于对照,水葫芦、大薸和粉绿狐尾藻的日均密度增长率和对照无差异。福寿螺日均密度增长迅速,各密度处理无显著差异。福寿螺对水稻、水花生、鸭舌草的选择性显著高于水葫芦、粉绿狐尾藻和大薸;4)福寿螺引入8周后稻田水生植物群落物种多样性Simpson指数、Shannon指数和均匀度指数均显著降低。Simpson指数的大小顺序为:对照低密度中密度、高密度,Shannon指数和均匀度指数的大小顺序为:对照低密度中密度高密度。说明福寿螺对供试水生植物有明显的选择性,其入侵会严重危害稻田水生植物群落的物种多样性。  相似文献

水生态系统中存在螺-草互利现象。然而,植食性螺类与水生植物之间是否存在这种互利关系目前尚无定论。椭圆萝卜螺(肺螺亚纲)与铜锈环棱螺(前腮亚纲)是常见的淡水螺类,其中,椭圆萝卜螺能牧食多种水生植物的活体。通过室外实验,研究了这两种螺类在不同密度条件下对沉水植物(苦草)生长的影响。实验结果表明,低密度的椭圆萝卜螺促进了苦草的生长,螺、草之间存在明显的互利关系,高密度时螺类对苦草植株本身的大量牧食则显著限制了植物的生长。对铜锈环棱螺而言,不同密度的螺类均明显促进了受附生生物胁迫的苦草的生长,螺-草互利关系成立。分析认为,螺-草互利关系的存在是有其限制条件的,对植食性螺类而言,只有在较低的螺类密度条件下才存在这种互利关系。  相似文献

利用RAPD标记研究几种淡水腹足类的亲缘关系   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
以软体动物腹足纲、中腹足目的光滑狭口螺、长角涵螺、纹沼螺、赤豆螺、大沼螺几个形态分类的近缘种及梨形环棱螺(对照)作为研究对象,用随机扩增多态DNA技术对上述动物进行了20个引物的扩增,共获得117条扩增谱带,单个引物扩增的RAPD标记在3-12个之间,片段长度在30—3000bp之间。试验结果显示:淡水螺类的RAPD标记具有明显的多态性,而且种间的扩增标记及差异程度可以反映出物种间系统演化过程的亲缘关系。通过数值聚类制图后得到:长角涵螺、纹沼螺、大沼螺、赤豆螺之间的亲缘关系较近,而光滑狭口螺、梨形环棱螺与上述4个种的亲缘关系较远,其结果与新修订的淡水中腹足目科级分类方案相当吻合。  相似文献

动物牧食可以调节植物种间的相对竞争能力,从而改变物种在群落中的竞争地位.外来植物伊乐藻生长迅速、具有较强的光竞争能力,土著种苦草根系发达、具有较强的地下资源竞争能力.选择这两种各具竞争特色的沉水植物为模式生物,通过室外受控实验研究了螺类牧食对两种沉水植物种间关系的影响.结果表明:不管有无螺类牧食,伊乐藻的相对生长率为苦草的2~5倍,伊乐藻具有明显的竞争优势.苦草低密度种植时,螺类牧食与种间竞争对其生长没有显著影响;高密度种植时,螺类牧食活动促进了苦草的生长,种间竞争则使苦草的生长率明显降低.无论伊乐藻种植密度如何,螺类牧食均使其生长率明显降低,混栽高密度的苦草也能抑制伊乐藻生长.探讨了螺类牧食对沉水植物的种间竞争关系的作用机理.  相似文献

3种入侵和本地沉水植物形态和生理性状对螺类牧食的响应 沉水植物水盾草(Cabomba caroliniana)已成为中国太湖流域的优势入侵水生植物。与外来物种的原产地环境相比,引入地新环境中存在的专食性天敌较少。外来物种可能会逃避其原产地环境中的天敌牧食,又因为它们的适口性相对较差,从而导致在引入地外来物种通常比本地物种遭受的牧食者影响更低(天敌逃逸假说)。本研究的目的是比较水盾草与共生的本地沉水植物对本地牧食者的响应。我们进行了一个中宇宙尺度实验,研究了水盾草和两种共生的本地沉水植物黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)和穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)对两种本地广食性腹足纲螺类萝卜螺(Radix swinhoei)和环棱螺(Sinotaia quadrata)的牧食响应。记录了它们的形态性状指标(总生物量、冠根比和相对生长率)和生理性状指标(叶片总非结构性碳、木质素和纤维素)。研究结果表明,环棱螺对3种沉水植物性状指标的影响较少。随着本地广食性螺类萝卜螺数量的增加,黑藻和穗花狐尾藻大部分植物性状发生了改变,而水盾草的植物性状表现出相对稳定的趋势。水盾草对萝卜螺的牧食更具抵抗力,这与天敌逃逸假说的假设一致。这一发现说明牧食性螺类促进了水盾草的入侵,这可能会改变沉水植物群落中的物种组成。  相似文献

为阐明稻田养殖模式下铜锈环棱螺的繁殖特点及仔螺的生长规律, 于2019年5—11月对稻田养殖的铜锈环棱螺进行逐月采样分析。研究结果表明, 稻田养殖铜锈环棱螺的产仔高峰期为6月, 仔螺的产出规律为2个月1个周期。最小繁殖体重为0.9 g, 最小繁殖月龄为2月龄。不同体重规格的性成熟雌螺, 其怀胚量与体重呈显著正相关, 随体重增加, 怀胚量呈显著增加的趋势。不同体重组间, 体重为1.00—3.99 g的铜锈环棱螺间的怀胚量没有显著差异, 而其他各体重组间均存在显著差异。仔螺生长特性, 6月和7月为铜锈环棱螺仔螺的快速生长期, 壳高相对增长率分别为47.95%和36.99%, 体重相对增长率分别为180.60%和128.43%。铜锈环棱螺仔螺壳宽、壳口宽与壳高呈正相关的线性关系, 壳高和体重呈正相关的幂函数关系, 壳高-体重拟合方程为W=0.0005H2.785, 壳高生长方程为Ht=19.368/(1+3.608e–1.056t), 拐点壳高为9.684 mm, 拐点月龄为1.215月, 最大月增高5.113 mm。体重生长方程为Wt =2.012e–5.051exp(–0.753t), 拐点体重为0.740 g, 拐点月龄为2.151月, 最大月增重0.557 g。综上, 稻田养殖铜锈环棱螺的产仔高峰期为6月, 2月龄达到性成熟, 6月和7月是仔螺的快速生长期。  相似文献

设计了3组微尺度可控实验研究环棱螺的生态功能及其对水体各要素的影响机制,结果表明:受控条件下,环棱螺代谢释放氮、磷,使水体中不同形态氮、磷浓度均明显增加,430 h后溶解性总氮和溶解性总磷分别较初始增加0.73~2.56倍和1.85~3.41倍,且高营养盐浓度条件下,环棱螺的代谢释放受到抑制.环棱螺对水体悬浮颗粒物具有显著的短期促沉效能,且与水体中悬浮颗粒物浓度及成分有关,初始浊度较高的高岭土溶液和藻华水体的沉降速率与螺密度呈正比.短期内环棱螺能显著降低水体叶绿素a浓度,且去除率与螺密度呈正比,但随着时间增加叶绿素a浓度迅速升高.环棱螺对微囊藻的摄食和营养盐释放促进绿藻取代蓝藻成为优势种.  相似文献

本文通过围隔试验研究了淡水腹足纲动物铜锈环棱螺(Bellamya aeruginosa)对藻华水体中浮游动物群落的影响。实验根据铜锈环棱螺生物量设置了高、中和低3个密度组和一个不投放螺的对照组。分别于试验开始后0、3、7、11、15、23、31、46和61 d采集样品并计数浮游动物的种类和数量。结果表明:试验期间共鉴定出浮游动物33属52种,其中原生动物15种、轮虫28种、枝角类6种、桡足类3种;桡足类无节幼体、晶囊轮虫(Asplanchra)、多肢轮虫(Polyarthra)和臂尾轮虫(Brachionus)为浮游动物优势类群;主响应曲线分析显示,所有处理组中的浮游动物群落均与对照组存在显著差异;铜锈环棱螺的存在显著减少了有壳肉足虫、砂壳纤毛虫和轮虫种群数量,其中丰度降低最多的为螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga)和砂壳虫(Difflugia sp.),在高密度组中的数量分别由试验开始时的481、545.3和359.7 ind·L~(-1)下降至试验结束时的0.1、0.1和9.2 ind·L~(-1);铜锈环棱螺的存在还导致高密度组中剑水蚤(Cyclops sp.)的数量由试验开始时的46.4 ind·L~(-1)增加至试验结束时的420.1 ind·L~(-1)。这些结果说明,铜锈环棱螺的存在显著影响了藻华水体中浮游动物的群落动态,而这些影响更多的是来自于铜锈环棱螺的间接影响而不是直接滤食。  相似文献

通过传统的敲片、Giemsa染色的方法, 本文首次对果蝇属黑腹果蝇种组的5种果蝇 (D. constricta、D. ohnishii、D. ogumai、D. pseudobaimaii、D. tani)染色体的数目和形态进行了分析报道。分析发现:这5个种具有相同的染色体数目(2n=8)和不同的形态。D. pseudobaimaii和D. tani 为2V,1R,1D型;D. constricta染色为2V,1R,1D型且其点状染色体难以辨认;D. ohnishii和D. ogumai 具有相同形态为2V,2R。另外,还发现核型与亲缘关系之间有一定的对应性。  相似文献

The potentials and limitations of different approaches to revealing species boundaries and describing cryptic species are discussed. Both the traditional methods of species delimitation, mostly based on morphological analysis, and the approaches using molecular markers are considered. Besides, the prospects of species identification using digital image recognition and machine learning are briefly considered. It is concluded that molecular markers provide very important material for species delimitation; the value of these data increases manifold if they can be compared with information on morphology, geographic distribution, and ecological preferences of the studied taxa. In many cases, only a practicing taxonomist who knows his or her group thoroughly can correctly interpret the molecular data and incorporate them into the existing knowledge system in order to make a taxonomic decision.

In order to assess the genome homologies of a number of diploid and tetraploid species of Avena, two meiotic characters — mean chiasmata per cell and frequency of types of pairing configurations — have been studied in the species and in a number of diploid, triploid and tetraploid hybrids. The results indicate extensive structural differentiation of the genome of A. longiglumis from that which is common to the other diploids A. strigosa, A. brevis, A. hirtula, A. glabrata and A. wiestii. Structural differentiation is found also between the genomes of the three tetraploids A. vaviloviana, A. abyssinica and A. barbata. Chromosome pairing in triploid hybrids indicates the similarity of the genome in the A. strigosa group to one of those in the tetraploids and a partial but significant affinity with the other. These data, though derived from a very limited range of genotypes, lead to the conclusions that (a) structural differentiation of chromosomes may be common in the genus and important in its evolution, and (b) that current ideas on evolution of the polyploid species through simple allopolyploidy are unlikely to be true. The polyploids probably have a more complex origin in which autopolyploids or near autopolyploids and structural change of chromosomes have played a part.  相似文献

Summary Comparing species assemblages given incidence‐based data is of importance in ecological studies, often done by a visual inspection of estimated species accumulation curves or by an ad hoc use of 95% pointwise confidence bands of these curves. It is shown that comparing species assemblages is a challenging problem. A χ2 test is proposed. An adjustment using an eigenvalue decomposition is proposed to overcome computational difficulties. The bootstrap method is also suggested to approximate the distribution of the proposed test statistic. The eigenvalue adjusted (Eva) χ2 test and the Eva‐bootstrap test are assessed by a simulation study. Both the Eva‐χ2 and the Eva‐bootstrap tests are applied to a study that involves two woody seedling species assemblages.  相似文献

Although interfertility is the key criterion upon which Mayr’s biological species concept is based, it has never been applied directly to delimit species under natural conditions. Our study fills this gap. We used the interfertility criterion to delimit two closely related oak species in a forest stand by analyzing the network of natural mating events between individuals. The results reveal two groups of interfertile individuals connected by only few mating events. These two groups were largely congruent with those determined using other criteria (morphological similarity, genotypic similarity and individual relatedness). Our study, therefore, shows that the analysis of mating networks is an effective method to delimit species based on the interfertility criterion, provided that adequate network data can be assembled. Our study also shows that although species boundaries are highly congruent across methods of species delimitation, they are not exactly the same. Most of the differences stem from assignment of individuals to an intermediate category. The discrepancies between methods may reflect a biological reality. Indeed, the interfertility criterion is an environment-dependant criterion as species abundances typically affect rates of hybridization under natural conditions. Thus, the methods of species delimitation based on the interfertility criterion are expected to give results slightly different from those based on environment-independent criteria (such as the genotypic similarity criteria). However, whatever the criterion chosen, the challenge we face when delimiting species is to summarize continuous but non-uniform variations in biological diversity. The grade of membership model that we use in this study appears as an appropriate tool.  相似文献

据认为果蝇求爱歌的脉冲间隔(ipi)在种特异性配偶认识系统(SMRS)中起着重要的作用。果蝇D.takahashii亚群中各物种求爱歌的ipi值和种间亲缘关系的相关性如何?迄今尚未见报道。我们测定了此亚群中能饲养存活的6个种的ipi,并用O’Farrell双向电泳方法及杂交实验研究了它们之间的亲缘关系。在近缘种D.takahashii和D.lutescens之间,D.takahashii和D.paralutea之间,D.lutescens和D.paralutea之间,其求爱歌的ipi值,不论平均数或众数都相差甚远。而D.paralutea和D.prostipennis是2个亲缘关系较远的种,两者不能杂交,但其ipi的平均数在统计学上无差异,众数亦很相近。本实验可导出这样的见解:ipi值在不同果蝇种群或亚群的SMRS中的作用可能并不相同。在D.takahashii亚群中ipi值对于杂交成败似乎不起支配性作用。  相似文献

Invasive species can cause shifts in vegetation composition and fire regimes by initiating positive vegetation-fire feedbacks. To understand the mechanisms underpinning these shifts, we need to determine how invasive species interact with other species when burned in combination and thus how they may influence net flammability in the communities they invade. Previous studies using litter and ground fuels suggest that flammability of a species mixture is nonadditive and is driven largely by the more-flammable species. However, this nonadditivity has not been investigated in the context of plant invasions nor for canopy fuels. Using whole shoots, we measured the flammability of indigenous-invasive species pairs for six New Zealand indigenous and four globally invasive plant species, along with single-species control burns. Our integrated measure of flammability was clearly nonadditive, and the more-flammable species per pairing had the stronger influence on flammability in 83% of combinations. The degree of nonadditivity was significantly positively correlated with the flammability difference between the species in a pairing. The strength of nonadditivity differed among individual flammability components. Ignitability and combustibility were strongly determined by the more-flammable species per pair, yet both species contributed more equally to consumability and sustainability. Our results suggest mechanisms by which invasive species entrain positive vegetation-fire feedbacks that alter ecosystem flammability, enhancing their invasion. Of the species tested, Hakea sericea and Ulex europaeus are those most likely to increase the flammability of New Zealand ecosystems and should be priorities for management.  相似文献
