目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白对急性脑梗死患者病情严重程度及预后的影响,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法:将106例合并糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者根据其入院48h内HbA1c水平分为3组,对3组进行神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死损伤程度、治疗后疗效评价比较。结果:治疗前A组和B组神经功能缺损评分均明显高于C组(P〈0.05),治疗后各组较治疗前均有所降低,但A组和B组神经功能缺损评分仍明显高于C组(P〈0.05);入院时A组和B组脑梗死损伤程度中度、重度者明显高于C组(P〈0.05);总有效率A组和B组明显低于C组,且A组与B组比较,A组明显低于B组(P〈0.05),A组和B组脑梗死急性期加重率和死亡率明显高于C组(P〈0.05);A组与B组相比,A组神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死损伤程度以及急性期加重率和死亡率明显高于B组,总有效率较B组低(P〈0.05)。结论:HbA1c水平与脑卒中的严重程度以及急性期预后不良密切相关,可以作为反映脑卒中发病时病情严重的指标之一。值得推广。  相似文献

降纤酶与尼莫地平治疗脑梗死的疗效比较   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的 观察纤纤酶对急性脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原的变化,探讨溶栓与一般离梗死的临床效果。方法 治疗组静脉滴注降纤酶,对组一胸脉滴注尼莫地平。两组分别于用药前,治疗第1天、第7天、第14天测定纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间、肝肾功能、神经功能缺损评分及头颅CT。治疗14天进行疗效评定。结果 治疗组治疗前后比较血浆纤维蛋白原明显降低,对照组无明显变化,两组治疗前后比较凝血酶原时间均延长,组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.025)。结论 降纤酶对血浆纤维蛋白原有明显降低作用,可起到直接溶解和预防血栓形成,是治疗和预防脑梗死的有效药物。  相似文献

目的探讨血尿酸水平与急性脑梗死发病及预后的关系。方法检测129例急性脑梗死患者与120例健康组的血尿酸水平及相关指标进行比较,分析其相关性。结果急性脑梗死患者血尿酸水平及异常率明显增高,与对照组之间差异存在非常显著性(P0.01),在急性脑梗死患者中,血尿酸异常组高血压、高血糖、高血脂及高纤维蛋白原血症的发生率比正常组明显增高,血尿酸异常组较正常组入院第21天神经功能缺损的程度差异存在非常显著性(P0.01)。结论血尿酸水平与急性脑梗死的发病密切相关,是预后不良的预测因素。  相似文献

目的 探讨降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法 106例发病在72h内的急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组患者年龄、性别、伴发疾病和既往史积分、治疗前神经功能缺损程度评分相似,具有可比性。治疗组给降纤酶10u静脉滴注,每天1次;对照组给东菱精纯克栓酶(DF-521)10IU静脉滴注,隔天1次,7天为1个疗程。动态监测血浆纤维蛋白原浓度,并进行疗效和安全性评价。结果 降纤酶具有纤维蛋白原  相似文献

目的观察转化糖注射液联合肌氨肽苷注射液治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法对我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的发病6h~7天的脑梗死患者100例,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组50例患者给予常规抗凝、降血液粘滞度、降低纤维蛋白原、脑细胞保护药物和对症处理,研究组50例患者在对照组的治疗基础上给予静脉滴注转化糖注射液和肌氨肽苷注射液治疗,并对两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分进行统计分析。结果两组患者的临床疗效比较,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组患者的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论转化糖注射液联合肌氨肽苷治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的效果显著,可有效促进神经功能恢复,降低脑梗死致残率,值得临床推广使用。  相似文献

目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清心肌酶学变化与预后的关系及导致急性脑梗死患者心肌酶学变化的相关危险因素。方法:回顾性分析临床及影像资料齐全且确诊的140例急性脑梗死患者(发病14天内),根据有无血清心肌酶学升高分为血清心肌酶学升高的急性脑梗死组A组(43例),血清心肌酶学正常的急性脑梗死组B组(97例),应用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)比较两组神经功能缺损情况,并对两组病人血清心肌酶学(包括天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原和血压等结果进行分析。结果:A组(31%)患者血清心肌酶学均增高,与B组比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.01);发病后1天A、B两组患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分无显著性差异,发病后4、8、10天A、B两组患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分有显著性差异(P〈0.01);A组高血压、糖尿病与B组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);而血脂及纤维蛋白原两组比较无显著性差异。结论:急性脑梗死患者血清心肌酶学升高者预后不良;高血压、糖尿病是急性脑梗死患者血清心肌酶学升高的相关危险因素。  相似文献

目的:观察丁苯酞联合法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死的有效性及安全性.方法:将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为3组:常规治疗组,法舒地尔组,丁苯酞联合法舒地尔组(每组各40例).分别于治疗前、治疗后14天、治疗后28天使用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)进行神经功能缺损评分,抽血检测治疗前和治疗后14天、治疗后28天清晨空腹hs-CRP水平,观察治疗前后患者NIHSS评分、hs-CRP水平的动态变化,以及治疗期间的不良反应.结果:三组患者治疗后NIHSS评分及hs-CRP水平均有所下降,其中丁苯酞联合法舒地尔组与其他两组相比下降更明显(P<0.05).结论:丁苯酞联合法舒地尔可有效改善脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损症状,减轻炎症反应,是治疗急性脑梗死安全有效的治疗方法.  相似文献

目的 探讨多靶点治疗在急性脑梗死患者中的临床效果.方法 选择急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,分别测定入院时、治疗后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C3水平,并观察两组患者治疗前后NIHSS积分和BI评分.结果 两组患者治疗后血清IL-6、C3水平及NIHSS积分较治疗前均降低,BI评分较治疗前均升高(均P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清IL-6、C3水平、NIHSS积分及BI评分均较对照组明显改善(均P<0.05).结论 多靶点治疗急性脑梗死可明显降低血清炎症介质水平,并有助于脑梗死后神经功能的恢复.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献

对我国花型Hemibarbuspattern鱼类作了骨骼系统比较,结果表明,此类型鱼类脑颅较长,副蝶骨平直或稍弯曲,眶蝶骨腹纵嵴发达(铜鱼Coreius septentrionalis例外),下颞窝和咽突中等大,基枕骨后突发达;脑颅中的上筛骨的后突、侧筛骨的外筛突,蝶耳骨的外突、上耳骨的后突、围眶骨和后颞窝等均有明显的差异;咽颅中的舌颌骨、尾舌骨、鳃盖骨和下咽齿的列数等又有显著的区别;附肢骨骼中的腰带骨、脊椎骨中的复合神经骨和第4椎骨腹侧的悬器等也有不同之处。据此,这些差异和区别可作为属间或种间的分类依据。  相似文献
