长白山哈泥泥炭地七种苔藓植物生态位   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用Levins和Pianka公式,对哈泥泥炭地7种苔藓植物的生态位进行了研究.结果表明:7种苔藓在泥炭的全氮、全磷、Ca2+、K+、沼泽水的pH和电导率、乔木郁闭度、灌木盖度以及水位埋深9个环境因子梯度上的平均生态位宽度排序为:沼泽皱缩藓>喙叶泥炭藓>中位泥炭藓>尖叶泥炭藓、桧叶金发藓>大泥炭藓>锈色泥炭藓.锈色泥炭藓倾向于特化种,沼泽皱缩藓倾向于泛化种.在各种环境因子中,以电导率平均重叠值最高,水位埋深、乔木郁闭度、pH和灌木盖度梯度上平均重叠值最低,是影响苔藓分布的主要环境因子.多数苔藓在这4个梯度上产生生态位分异.少数苔藓种对在所有环境因子梯度重叠值均较高,是由于苔藓之间存在水分协作关系.这为苔藓植物的种间竞争提供了间接证据.  相似文献

沼泽湿地是大气甲烷(CH4)的重要来源, 但有关亚热带亚高山沼泽湿地CH4排放的研究却鲜有报道, 特别是对不同覆被类型泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放量的精确估算及其与环境因子的关系尚不清楚。该研究选择鄂西南亚高山泥炭藓沼泽湿地为研究区域, 于2018年11月-2019年10月间, 使用静态箱-气相色谱仪法原位测定3种覆被类型泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4通量, 同步记录大气和地下5 cm土壤的温度以及地下水位变化。结果表明: (1)光照下, 裸露地(B)、泥炭藓(Sphagnum paluster)(S)、金发藓(Polytrichum commune)(P) 3种覆被类型泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4-C通量全年变化范围分别为: 0.012-1.372、0.022-1.474、0.027-3.385 mg·m-2·h-1; 遮光处理下, B、S、P 3种覆被类型泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4-C通量的全年变化范围分别为: 0.012-1.372、0.009-1.839、0.017-2.484 mg·m-2·h-1, 均为CH4排放源。同时, 光照条件下不同覆被泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放量略大于黑暗条件, 但差异不明显。(2)不同覆被类型泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放存在明显的季节变化规律, 即: 夏季>秋季>春季>冬季, 其中夏季CH4排放量显著大于其他季节, 占全年的57%-84%。该研究发现泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4通量均与气温和地下5 cm土壤温度极显著相关, 且CH4排放量随温度升高呈指数增加, 表明温度是影响泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放时间变化的主要环境因子。(3) 3种覆被类型泥炭藓沼泽湿地的年平均和年累计CH4排放量均依次为: P > S > B, P显著大于B。该研究发现植被类型与泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放量存在显著相关性, 表明覆被类型是影响泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放量空间变异的主要因子。(4) 3种覆被类型泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放量均与地下水位变化不相关。该研究进一步丰富了泥炭藓沼泽湿地CH4排放规律, 同时也为区域碳循环提供了详实的基础数据。  相似文献

泥炭藓是陆地生态系统中最重要的固碳植物之一,固碳量约占全球土壤碳的15%。近几十年来,由全球气候变暖导致的泥炭藓沼泽水热状况变化对泥炭藓的固碳量和速率产生影响。选取我国最重要的亚高山泥炭沼泽——神农架大九湖泥炭藓沼泽为试验区,以分析中纬度地区泥炭藓沼泽植被生长状况受气候变化的影响。研究以2000—2017年MODIS植被指数NDVI和EVI为数据源,通过对比Logistic模型订正后的NDVI和EVI时间序列在泥炭藓沼泽植被生长状况监测中的优劣,选出最佳指标以获得18年来泥炭藓沼泽植被生长状况的变化趋势。研究结果表明:1)Logistic模型能够很好的消除泥炭藓沼泽植被指数时间序列的噪声;2)在季节和年际两个时间尺度上,EVI对泥炭藓沼泽植被生长状况的监测效果均优于NDVI。在季节周期上,虽然EVI和NDVI均得到泥炭藓沼泽植被生长周期规律,但EVI更灵敏。在年际分析中,EVI有更大的值域响应空间,以准确反映泥炭藓沼泽植被的年际变化规律;3)由EVI获得18年来泥炭藓沼泽植被变化趋势指出,泥炭藓沼泽植被呈显著微弱增长,年均EVI增长率为3.8‰(R~2=0.45,P0.01)。相比于EVI年均值,EVI年内最大值(R~2=0.47,P0.01)更敏锐的反映泥炭藓沼泽植被生长状况的动态变化。  相似文献

应用典范对应分析(Canonical Co rrespondence Analysis, CCA)对长白山主要生态系统30个样点中的13种金发藓科植物分布与环境因子间的关系进行了研究。发现在长白山地区,金发藓科植物在海拔高度、土壤含砂量、含水量、酸度、光照条件等资源维上存在明显的生态分化现象。13种金发藓科植物中,球蒴金发藓(Polytrichum sphaerothecium(Besch.)C.Mull.、高山异发藓短叶变种(Polytrichastrum alpinum var. brevifolium(R.Br.)Brid.)在海拔上,拟异发藓(Polytrichastrum formosum(Hedw.)G.L.Smith)、变形异发藓(Polytrichastrum dicipensLimpr.)、毛尖金发藓(Polytrichum piliferum Schred.ex Hedw.)、桧叶金发藓(Polytrichum juniperinum Willd.ex Hedw.)在光照上以及大金发藓(Polytrichum commune Hedw.)、直叶金发藓(Polytrichum juniperinum ssp. strictum(Brid.)Nhy.&Sael.)在土壤酸度与水分上的生态要求比较接近。  相似文献

以泥炭藓属(Sphagnum)植物为优势种的贫营养泥炭地是陆地生态系统重要的碳汇,其优势植物的生长与分解动态关系着贫营养泥炭地碳汇潜力,但有关氮沉降对贫营养泥炭地优势藓类植物生长与分解的影响还存在很大争议,并且氮沉降对亚热带贫营养泥炭地优势藓类植物生长与分解的研究鲜有报道。该研究以鄂西南贫营养泥炭地为研究对象,通过原位喷洒不同浓度的NH4Cl溶液,采用生物量收割法和分解袋法,探讨模拟氮沉降对泥炭藓(S.palustre)与金发藓(Polytrichumcommune)生长及分解的影响。研究结果表明:(1)氮沉降对两种藓类植物生长高度与生物量均有明显的影响,且两种藓类植物生长存在一定的氮沉降阈值,约为3g·m–2·a–1;(2)氮沉降对两种藓类植物生长影响程度不同,金发藓对氮沉降的响应灵敏度要大于泥炭藓;(3)高浓度氮沉降(6和12g·m–2·a–1)抑制了泥炭藓分解,低浓度氮沉降(3g·m–2·a–1)对泥炭藓分解的影响取决于分解时间,而所有浓度氮沉降均抑...  相似文献

以湖北宣恩县七姊妹山泥炭藓沼泽植被为研究对象,对其物种组成、群丛类型、植物群落生物量、物种重要值及多样性特征进行了分析.结果表明,该沼泽物种组成较为丰富,共计41科65属94种;沼泽植被可区分为9个群丛,其中泥炭藓(Sphagnum palustre ssp. palustre)、野灯心草(Juncus sethuensis)和堇菜(Viola verecunda)为9个群丛共有种.在9个群丛中,大理苔草-泥炭藓群丛(Ass.Carex taliensis-Sphagnum palustre ssp.palustre)的生物量最高,亮鞘苔草-泥炭藓群丛(Ass.Carexfargesii-Sphagnum palustre ssp.palustre)的生物量最低;泥炭藓的生物量占其所在群丛总生物量的74.78%-91.18%.泥炭藓的平均盖度为88.6%,在其中7个群丛中,泥炭藓的重要值大于其他物种的重要值.在群丛物种多样性指数中,丰富度指数(R)最高的为西南小叶地笋 庐山蔗草一泥炭藓群丛(Ass.Lycopus coreanus vat.cavaleriei Scirpus lushanensis-Sphagnum palustre ssp.palustre),优势度指数(C)最高的为亮鞘苔草-泥炭藓群丛,多样性指数(H')最高的为西南小叶地笋 野灯心草-泥炭藓群丛(Ass.Lycopus coreanus vat.cavaleriei Juncus setchuensis-Sphagnum paslustre ssp.palustre),均匀度指数(J)最高的为野灯心草 宜昌苔草-泥炭藓群丛(Ass.Juacus setchuensis Carex alliFormis-Sphagnum palustre ssp.palustre).  相似文献

泥炭藓属(Sphagnum)植物的持水特性在泥炭湿地形成过程中起着重要作用,研究其与土壤营养元素之间的关系有助于地区湿地保护和退化湿地的修复。以贵州麻若平台分布的泥炭沼泽为对象,采用方差分析、相关性分析和冗余分析等方法对沼泽内泥炭藓的生物量、蓄水量、吸水率和土壤营养元素含量等进行研究。结果显示,该区域泥炭藓物种组成主要包括狭叶泥炭藓(Sphagnum cuspidatum Ehrh.)、多纹泥炭藓(Sphagnum multifibrosum X. J. LiM. Zang)和卵叶泥炭藓(Sphagnum ovatum Hampe.) 3种,狭叶泥炭藓为优势种,占泥炭藓总盖度的87.2%。沼泽中泥炭藓的生物量为(0.62±0.01) kg/m~2,自然蓄水量为(9.42±0.45) kg/m~2,饱和吸水率达1827.41%±34.56%,说明泥炭藓具有很强的持水能力。RDA分析表明,泥炭藓的生物量、饱和吸水量和饱和吸水率主要受沼泽土壤总钾、总磷、有效磷、有效氮、有效钾的影响,泥炭藓的鲜重、自然蓄水量和自然吸水率受土壤pH和水位的影响较大。泥炭藓的生物量、饱和蓄水量、饱和吸水率与土壤总钾含量呈正相关,与土壤总磷、有效磷、总钾、有效氮、总氮、有机质含量呈负相关,说明土壤总磷、有效磷、有效钾、有效氮、总氮、有机质对沼泽中泥炭藓的持水能力具有抑制作用。  相似文献

在长白山哈尼泥炭沼泽,应用“固有年际标记”,对有孢子体和无孢子体生产的桧叶金发藓种群进行了年龄结构与生长分析.结果表明,在两种群中,分株均由6个龄级组成,分株数量和生物量年龄结构均呈衰退型,有孢子体生产的种群尤为明显.总体分株生物量无显著差异(P>0.05),各龄分株干物质积累量均随龄级增加呈相似线性增长规律.总体分株平均高度相差6.17%(P<0.05),孢子体生产限制了分株高度的生长.各龄分株的平均高度均随龄级增加而呈相似线性增长规律.无孢子体生产的种群内,分株高度的变异程度仅为2.44%,体现了高度一致性对营养株存活的意义.有孢子体生产的种群内,分株高度变异系数为25.07%,分株生物量变异系数仅为8.25%,反映干物质积累量的一致性对种群实现有性繁殖的意义.两种群分株生物量与高度间呈极显著线性正相关(P<0.001),未表现出异速生长规律.  相似文献

高纬度和高海拔区为气候变化敏感区,该区域湿地碳循环与气候反馈关系倍受关注。为探究在全球变暖背景下高海拔区沼泽湿地碳源/汇功能是否发生了转化,以长白山高海拔区沿水分环境梯度分布的5种沼泽类型(草丛沼泽-C、灌丛沼泽-G、落叶松泥炭藓沼泽-LN、落叶松藓类沼泽-LX、落叶松苔草沼泽-LT)为对象,采用静态箱-气相色谱法和相对生长方程法,同步测定各沼泽类型全年尺度上的土壤异养呼吸碳排放量(CO2和CH4)、植被年净固碳量及相关环境因子(温度、水位和土壤有机碳等),并依据生态系统净碳收支平衡,量化各沼泽类型的碳源/汇作用,揭示其沿水分环境梯度变化规律及形成机制。结果表明:(1)5种沼泽类型土壤CO2年均通量((97.68±8.64)—(291.01±18.31)mg m-2 h-1)沿水分环境梯度呈阶梯式递增规律性(环境梯度上部生境地段的落叶松苔草沼泽和落叶松藓类沼泽最高,中部生境地段的落叶松泥炭藓沼泽和灌丛沼泽居中,草丛沼泽最低);(2)CH4年均通量((-0....  相似文献

We determine fixation probabilities in a model of two competing types with density dependence. The model is defined as a two-dimensional birth-and-death process with density-independent death rates, and birth rates that are a linearly decreasing function of total population density. We treat the 'quasi-neutral case' where both types have the same equilibrium population densities. This condition results in birth rates that are proportional to death rates. This can be viewed as a life history trade-off. The deterministic dynamics possesses a stable manifold of mixtures of the two types. We show that the fixation probability is asymptotically equal to the fixation probability at the point where the deterministic flow intersects this manifold. The deterministic dynamics predicts an increase in the proportion of the type with higher birth rate in growing populations (and a decrease in shrinking populations). Growing (shrinking) populations therefore intersect the manifold at a higher (lower) than initial proportion of this type. On the center manifold, the fixation probability is a quadratic function of initial proportion, with a disadvantage to the type with higher birth rate. This disadvantage arises from the larger fluctuations in population density for this type. These results are asymptotically exact and have relevance for allele fixation, models of species abundance, and epidemiological models.  相似文献

Recent work suggests that the ability to delay reproduction as resistant haploid gametophytes may be important for seaweeds that experience unpredictable disturbances or seasonal periods of poor conditions that result in adult sporophyte absence. Further, delayed gametophytes of some kelp species (order Laminariales) may produce sporophytes more rapidly than if they had never experienced a delay, conferring a competitive advantage when conditions improve or after disturbance events. Here, it was determined that the gametophytes of the canopy‐forming kelp Macrocystis pyrifera (L.) C. Agardh could delay reproduction in a one‐ to two‐cell state (<50 μm) for at least 7 months when grown under nutrient‐limiting conditions. These stages retained reproductive viability and produced sporophytes within 5 d once nutrients were increased. This finding suggests that gametophytes could potentially promote recovery of M. pyrifera populations after extended periods of sporophyte absence. In addition, the time required for sporophyte production between gametophytes of the four most conspicuous kelp species in Southern California that had delayed reproduction and gametophytes that had not was compared. For these four kelp species, a delay of at least 30 d conferred a 40%–76% reduction in the time required for sporophyte production once nutrients were received. Fecundity did not decrease with delay duration, suggesting there is no apparent cost of delayed development for kelps as has been observed in other organisms. Thus, delayed development may be a viable strategy for surviving and initially dominating in environments with variable quality.  相似文献

If colonization of empty habitat patches causes genetic bottlenecks, freshly founded, young populations should be genetically less diverse than older ones that may have experienced successive rounds of immigration. This can be studied in metapopulations with subpopulations of known age. We studied allozyme variation in metapopulations of two species of water fleas (Daphnia) in the skerry archipelago of southern Finland. These populations have been monitored since 1982. Screening 49 populations of D. longispina and 77 populations of D. magna, separated by distances of 1.5-2180 m, we found that local genetic diversity increased with population age whereas pairwise differentiation among pools decreased with population age. These patterns persisted even after controlling for several potentially confounding ecological variables, indicating that extinction and recolonization dynamics decrease local genetic diversity and increase genetic differentiation in these metapopulations by causing genetic bottlenecks during colonization. We suggest that the effect of these bottlenecks may be twofold, namely decreasing genetic diversity by random sampling and leading to population-wide inbreeding. Subsequent immigration then may not only introduce new genetic material, but also lead to the production of noninbred hybrids, selection for which may cause immigrant alleles to increase in frequency, thus leading to increased genetic diversity in older populations.  相似文献

Many algal life cycles alternate between two free‐living generations. Life histories in which the two generations look identical (isomorphic) are common, particularly in the Rhodophyta. Reports of natural populations dominated by one generation of the life history have sought explanation in terms of phase‐specific differences in mortality and reproductive output, yet in many cases identification of these adaptations has been elusive or inconsistent with predictions. We hypothesized that the gametophyte‐to‐sporophyte ratio of ecologically equivalent isomorphs could result from variation in fertilization rate. We developed two models to test this hypothesis: one representing a generalized isomorphic life history and the other specific to red algae with a Polysiphonia‐type life history. Fertilization rate affected the gametophyte‐to‐sporophyte ratio, especially at low fertilization rates. In the general model, gametophytes dominated the population regardless of fertilization rate unless egg production greatly exceeded meiospore production. In the red algal model, phase dominance depended on the combination of fertilization rate and the number of carpospores produced per fertilization. The generational composition of model multiphasic algal populations results from their inherent reproductive characteristics and the dynamic environment to which fertilization and mortality rates are tied.  相似文献

An intra-species comparison of the life history of various populations ofPolystichum tripteron was undertaken in Hokkaido and Honshu in Japan with respect to some leaf-size characters and fertility during sporophyte development. The developmental process of sporophytes was quantitatively estimated by counting the number of venation (NV: number of midrib branches of the leaf). The mean NV of the fertile leaves decreased slightly with increasing altitude on Mt. Teine near Sapporo and with increasing latitudes from Honshu to Hokkaido. The blade length was longer at any NV in Hokkaido populations than in those of southern Honshu. Longer blade (BL) and pinna length (PL) and lesser number of pinnules of the lowest pinna (NPLP) versus NV were observed in leaf populations from Hokkaido than in those from southern Honshu. The maximum values of lowest pinna length (LPL), NV, number of costa branches (NVLP) and number of pinnule (NPLP) were larger in southern Honshu than in Hokkaido. In the course of leaf-shape formation represented by the ratio of PL to BL versus NV, the Kyoto population seemed to be more differentiated into long-lanceolate fronds than did the Hokkaido population. Initiation of fertility in the sporophyte development and the maximum NV seemed to decrease with increasing altitudes and latitudes in Japan. Female reproductive success in the unisexual perennial clonal moss Hylocomium splendens was examined by recording, if the segment was reproductive [produced sporophyte(s)] or not, together with several distance-to-male and male density variables, and segment size. This was done for every female segment in a population over a 5 year study period. A high fraction of the population could be sexed because we monitored the population in situ for 5 years, and thereafter harvested the population for electrophoretic analysis from which the clonal identity and expressed sex could be deduced. Fertilization distances in H. splendens were short, indicated by the fact that as many as 85% of the female segments with sporophytes were situated within a distance of 5.0 cm from the nearest male. The longest distance measured between a sporophytic female and the closest male was 11.6 cm. However, analysed within a generalized linear modelling (GLM) framework, the year was the best single predictor for the presence of H. splendens sporophyte although female-segment size and distance to the closest situated male were also strongly significant. The two latter factors explained larger fractions of variation in sporophyte presence in a GLM model with three predictors than in single-predictor models. This is because (i) the large variation in sporophyte production among years partly obscures the strong general increase in sporophyte production with increasing female-segment size and vitality, and (ii) the between-year variation and the size obscure the effect of the distance to the most proximate male. To our knowledge, this study is the first to incorporate into one model the relative importance of several factors for bryophyte reproductive success. Our results demonstrate the value of multiple-predictor approaches in studies of reproductive success.  相似文献

笔者自1986年起对仅存于海南大田国家级保护区围栏内外两个坡鹿种群进行了连续4年追踪研究,就数量、年净增长率、年均增长率、年龄组成、性比、成幼比、母仔比、及补充率和死亡率进行了分析。围栏内外坡鹿年均增长率22.5%和10.6%,年净增长率逐年呈下降趋势。补充率下降是围栏内坡鹿年净增长率下降的主要原因,而这是由于密度过高、食物不足造成的;围栏外坡鹿年净增长率下降是死亡率增加的结果,偷猎是主要因素。对性比、成幼比、母仔比变化的分析也得出了同样的结论。本文最后提出了保护建议。  相似文献

The genetic variation within spore banks of Athyrium filix-femina (L.) Roth from three sites in north-eastern Switzerland was investigated. At two sites spore banks were located beneath sporophyte populations. One collection site was 10Om away from a sporophyte population. The gametophytes grown from the soil samples, the dimensions of which were 4 × 4 × 1.5 cm, and sporophytes from each site were analysed electrophoretically for either three or four variable allozyme loci. The spore banks from the different soil samples within and between populations revealed a considerable amount of genetic diversity. The most frequent alleles within the two sporophyte populations were, with a few exceptions, also the most frequent within the spore banks. The influence of single sporophytic individuals on the genetic composition of microsites seems to be considerably reduced by stochastic processes such as soil movement or the action of earthworms, which promote the mixing of spores from different spatial and temporal origins. It was shown that spores remain viable after passing through the gut of earthworms and that spore banks from even small soil samples revealed genetic diversity and could lead to a large number of genetically distinct sporophytes. The results suggest that fertilization seems to be close to random because the sporophyte populations sampled were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and had fixation index ( F is) close to zero.  相似文献

Abstract

The sex ratio and factors that affect sporophyte production were studied by following one population of the clonal moss Hylocomium splendens growing on top of a boulder in a S.E. Norwegian boreal spruce forest valley for 5 years. Sex of ca 75% of all segments recorded during the study period could be determined from records of occurrence of sporophytes, gametangia and branching patterns. The population had a 4:1 female-biased sex ratio. Of 1005 female segments recorded during the 5-year study period, 29.8% carried sporophytes. The frequency of sporophyte production in female segments varied more than threefold among years, and was apparently related to climatic favourability for bryophyte growth and development. At the scale of H. splendens segments, sporophyte production was favoured by large size of segments and high relative growth rates. A distinct low-size threshold for sporophyte production occurred in all years. This threshold was higher in years of low sporophyte frequency, with an absolute low limit of ca 2 mg segment dry weight. The fraction of female segments with sporophytes, and the number of sporophytes per sporophyte-carrying segment, increased with segment size from the low threshold to an upper size threshold, beyond which further increase in segment size did not imply increased sporophyte frequency. This may be caused by the spatial distribution of sex organs. Sporophyte production increased strongly upwards in the bryophyte carpet, even after vertical variation in size had been taken into account. This indicates that radiation plays a key role in initiation of sexual branches, and that the processes previously demonstrated to regulate vegetative branching apply to branching in general.  相似文献
