钙、磷摄入对骨代谢及骨组织形态影响的研究进展

骨代谢始终贯穿于动物的生命过程之中,而机体摄入的钙、磷水平和钙、磷比例又是骨代谢的重要影响因素。钙、磷摄入水平和比例的改变会使甲状旁腺激素（PTH）、降钙素（CT）和1α,25-双羟维生素D3[1,25-（OH）2D3]的水平产生变化,影响RANK／RANKL／OPG系统对骨细胞功能的调控,进而对骨代谢及骨组织形态产生影响。骨唾液酸蛋白（Bone Sialoprotein,BSP）是目前评价成骨细胞分化和骨骼矿化情况的新指标,研究BSP表达水平的变化规律,可以从分子水平解释钙、磷摄入水平和比例对骨组织形态影响的机理。而骨组织形态计量学（Bone Histomorphometry）则是研究钙、磷摄入水平和比例对骨组织形态影响的重要方法。     

动态增强磁共振扫描与超声弹性成像对乳腺癌的诊断价值探讨

目的:探讨动态增强磁共振成像扫描与超声弹性成像对乳腺癌良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值,为临床诊断提供影像学依据。方法:回顾性分析2009年10月至2013年5月在我院经穿刺或手术病理证实为乳腺癌的59例患者的临床资料,患者术前均行超声与动态增强MR检查。依据病理组织活检和临床随访分别评价动态增强MR和UE对乳腺癌诊断的准确性。结果:DCE-MRI检测共发现病灶59个,55个初步诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤(BI-RADS 4-5),4个诊断为良性(BI-RADS 3),诊断准确率为93.22%(55/59)。UE对59个病灶进行评分,54个评分为乳腺恶性肿瘤,5个评分为良性,诊断率为91.53%(54/59)。UE检测乳腺癌的敏感性明显低于DCE-MRI及DCE-MRI+UE,DCE-MRI检测乳腺癌的特异性明显低于UE及DCE-MRI+UE,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。DCE-MRI+UE诊断乳腺癌的准确率为96.61%(57/59),明显高于DCE-MRI或UE单独检测的准确率(P0.05)。结论:动态增强MR诊断乳腺癌的敏感性较高,而超声弹性成像的特异性较好,两者联合可提高诊断准确率,对乳腺癌的早期诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。     

Histochemical and Autoradiographic Studies on the Effects of Aging on the Mucopolysaccharides of the Periosteum

An autoradiographic study was made using S³⁵-sulfate for the localization, distribution, and variation in the mucopolysaccharide content of the femoral periosteum of rats from birth to old age. The mucopolysaccharides were also studied histochemically, using toluidine blue O, Rinehart and Abu'l-Haj's colloidal iron method, and the periodic acid-Schiff reaction, before and after hyaluronidase treatment. Autoradiograms revealed the uptake of S³⁵ particularly in the vicinity of the preosseous zone and adjacent osteoblasts. This labelling was highest at the period of rapid bone growth. With increasing age, the S³⁵ uptake became progressively less. The preosseous zone showed γ-metachromatic staining at all ages after treatment with toluidine blue. Active osteoblasts were mostly orthochromatic, however, β-metachromasia was exhibited at a later age. Abundant amounts of intra- and extracellular mucopolysaccharides of both the acid and neutral type were demonstrated in the periosteum. S³⁵ uptake and γ-metachromasia show the presence of sulfated mucopolysaccharides, of which chondroitin sulfate predominates in the preosseous zone. Since S³⁵ uptake is high in active osteoblasts, the inability to demonstrate metachromasia in osteoblasts may indicate either that chondroitin sulfate is liberated as fast as it is being produced, or that it may be present within the cells in a precursor form not detectable by histochemical methods.     

缬沙坦联合吲达帕胺治疗高血压的效果观察

目的:探讨缬沙坦和吲达帕胺治疗高血压的临床效果,为临床治疗提供可借鉴的方法。方法:选取2012年4月-2014年1月在我院接受治疗的87例高血压患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同将所选患者分为缬沙坦组、吲达帕胺组和联合用药组,每组27例。缬沙坦组患者采用口服缬沙坦单药治疗,吲达帕胺组患者采用口服吲达帕胺单药治疗,联合用药组采用缬沙坦+吲达帕胺缓释片治疗。观察三组患者治疗前后的血压变化、治疗总有效率及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,三组患者的血压均不同程度降低(P0.05);联合用药组患者血压下降幅度明显高于缬沙坦单药治疗组和吲达帕胺单药治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。联合用药组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于缬沙坦单药治疗组和吲达帕胺单药治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。三组患者不良反应的发生率无显著差异(P0.05)。结论:缬沙坦胶囊与吲哒帕胺缓释片联合应用治疗高血压具有显著的临床意义,能够有效的控制患者的血压,值得推广采用。     

The effect of cobalt on the structure of chromosomes and on the mitosis

Summary Cobalt exerts an effect on the structure of chromosomes and on the course and intensity of cell division in root tips of Vicia faba is.Despiralisation of chromosomes and an increase of the viscosity of the matrix substance causing stickiness of the chromosomes are induced by the treatment with cobalt.A cytostatic effect of cobalt was observed. The intensity of cell division is strikingly reduced after treatment with cobalt. Cobalt inhibits the passage of interphase cells into prophase so that this element can be considered to be a preprophase poison.     

Effect of lethality on the extinction and on the error threshold of quasispecies

In this paper the effect of lethality on error threshold and extinction has been studied in a population of error-prone self-replicating molecules. For given lethality and a simple fitness landscape, three dynamic regimes can be obtained: quasispecies, error catastrophe, and extinction. Using a simple model in which molecules are classified as master, lethal and non-lethal mutants, it is possible to obtain the mutation rates of the transitions between the three regimes analytically. The numerical resolution of the extended model, in which molecules are classified depending on their Hamming distance to the master sequence, confirms the results obtained in the simple model and shows how an error catastrophe regime changes when lethality is taken in account.
