综述中国蛭类研究如下内容:(1)生态学。山蛭生态学,包括山蛭的生态分布,海南山蛭(Hhainana)的种群动态,对温度、土壤湿度和pH值的适应,以及对温、光、湿的综合反应和人类经济活动对其种群数量的影响;山蛭行为生态学,山蛭的运动包括慢缩短、快缩短、身体摆动和转动、洗刷运动、亲吻运动、觅食行为6程序,影响山蛭行为的一些因素以及对环境因素刺激的生态学意义;淡水水蜂生态学,包括浙江水田蛭类生活习性、广州水牛光润金线蛭种群数量动态与水体化学因子关系、广州水田吸血菲牛蛭生活水体化学环境;山蛭和水生吸血菲牛蛭的觅食、生长动态、生命周期和生殖生物学;(2)形态学、分类学和动物地理学。形态学包括山蛭机能组织学、山蛭器官系统解剖;分类学,中国蛭类动物有2亚纲(蛭蚓亚纲、真蛭亚纲)、3目(蛭蚓目、吻蛭目、无吻目)、9科、33属、111种,占世界蛭类物种数约1/6;动物地理学,包括世界山蛭科属动物地理,中国山蛭科动物地理、中国医蛭科动物地理。(3)蛭类的防治和驱避,淡水吸血蛭类防治所用农药种类,不同农药对海南山蛭的毒力(LD50、LD95)及使用,并比较了12种驱避剂对海南山蛭的驱避效果。(4)蛭类的医学利用,蛭素是蛭类唾液腺分泌的一种抗凝物质,蛭素有水蛭素(Hirudin)、山蛭素(Haemadin)和吻蛭素(Hementin)。记述了蛭素的分离、纯化和功能以及有关分子生物学内容。  相似文献

五种水蛭对不同P^H值的生物效应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文论述了使用常规试验方法研究5种水蛭:宽身舌蛭(Glossiphonia lata)、八目石蛭(Erpobdella octoculata)、光润金线蛭(Whitmania laevis)、尖细金线蛭(Whitmania acranulata)和日本医蛭(Hirudo nipponia)对12个pH值的24—96小时急性生物效应。结果表明:稻田3个种(尖细金线蛭,光润金线蛭和日本医蛭)均较湖泊近岸2个种(八目石蛭和宽身舌蛭)对pH值的变化要敏感,其中尖细金线蛭最敏感(pH6.0—7.2),八目石蛭的忍耐限度最宽(pH4.0—10.5);当pH值在9.5时,稻田3种水蛭的死亡率在40%以上,其中日本医蛭高达70%;当pH值在3.0时,湖泊近岸2种在24小时内全部死亡,日本医蛭仅死亡10%。日本医蛭是华中农村地区一种主要吸血蛭类,生石灰是一种从稻田消灭蛭类的有效手段,然而水的pH值必须不低于8.6。  相似文献

对金线蛭属Whitmania Blanchard,1888中光润金线蛭Whitmania laevis(Baird,1869)、宽体金线蛭Whitma-nia pigra(Whitman,1884)和尖细金线蛭Whitmania acranulata(Whitman,1886)的颚运用解剖学方法以及环境扫描电子显微镜进行研究。结果表明宽体金线蛭的颚发达,表面有两列钝的齿板,排列很规则;光润金线蛭的颚不发达,表面没有齿板;尖细金线蛭的颚不发达,表面有两列钝的齿板,排列不规则。颚的形态结构很好地区分了物种,为水蛭的分类研究提供了新的形态特征。  相似文献

新种四条纹金线蛭Whitmania qudarivittata sp.nov.1992年4月、1997年8月采集于海南省海口市郊和儋县的水稻田和莲藕田中,其与光润金线蛭Whitmania laevis Baird相似,但有如下不同之处:1)新种无背中条纹,只有4条纵纹;2)新种副睾不分为两段折叠的长短不一的肢段;3)新种阴茎囊呈C型弯曲。模式标本保存于中山医科大学生物学教研室。  相似文献

1984-1991年3-10月,每月中旬在中国农科院草原研究所试验场的不同牧草和作物地进行调查,1984-1991年共捕获鼠4093只,其中黑线仓鼠2920只占71.34%。黑线仓鼠种群数量季节和年度变化明显,利用电子计算机对黑线仓鼠种数量进行分析,提出种群数量繁殖指数和动态模型以及短、中、长期预测公式、预测准确率为90.0%。并对影响种群数量的因素进行了初步分析。  相似文献

在海南岛橡胶林内,每月观测海南山蛭Haemadipsa hainana种群数量Ba,用逐步回归分析方法研究了10个气象因子对海南山6种数量的影响,结果表明,1)每年海南山蛭种群数量不同,6a间影响海南山蛭种群数量的主要气候因素是X1(月雨量)、X3(月雨日)和X5(月有露日数);2)海南岛5~10月份为雨季,海南山蛭这种群数量明显增大,影响山蛭种群数量的主要气候因素是X5和X16(月最大风速和)和  相似文献

在海南岛五指山腹地橡胶林中系统观测海南山蛭种群数量变动8年.对海南山蛭种群数量Y与气候因素X_(1-n)的关系建立逐步最优回归方程Y=b_0 b_1X_1 b_2X_2 …… b_nX_n计算分析采用国际标准化最新版本SAS(6.11)软件进行分析.逐步回归分析表明:1)每年海南山蛭种群数量变动不同,影响其数量变动主要因素是X_1,X_2和X_3.2)雨季(5~10月)种群数量明显大,其主要影响因素是X_1,X_2和X_5,旱季(11月~次年4月)种群数量小,其主要影响因素是X_1.3)8年19条回归方程,7个气象因素中影响种群数量变动的主要气象因素是X_1,X_2和X_5,X_7,与山蛭生物学特性一致,本研究结果为山蛭防治提供科依据.  相似文献

根据1997年1月至2000年12月的野外观察,对内伶仃岛猕猴种群年龄结构及发展趋势进行了研究,结果表明(1)内伶钉岛猕猴种群雄性比为1:98,各年龄组性比幼年组为1:1.07,青年组为1L0.93,中壮年组为1:0.6,中老年组为1:0.57,老年组为1:1.14;(2)列出了猕猴种群年龄结构图,确定了年增长率为6.9%,种群数量的动态公式是Nt=200e^0.069t;(3)预测了未来10a的猕猴种群的数量和发展,种群数量从2001年到2010年增长到1200头左右;(4)内伶仃岛猕猴种群发展的最适容纳量为900-1100头(平均1000头)。  相似文献

Hirudinea in China were reviewed. The ecological distribution of Hirudinea, the population dynamics of H. hainana, the adaptation of H. hainana to temperature, soil humidity and pH, the response of H. hainana to temperature, relative humidity and light, and the effects of human activities on H. hainana populations were discussed. The land-leeches' behavior ecology, including (1) the locomotion of H. hainana such as shortening, oscillating, rotating, sucking cleaning, rubbing and foraging behaviors; (2) the factors influencing these behaviors; (3) the ecological significance, was also discussed. The ecology of freshwater leeches including (1) behavior in paddy fields of Ninghsien, Zhejiang Province, China; (2) relationship between population dynamics of Whitmania laevis and chemical factors in paddy fields of Guangzhou, China; (3) chemical environment of blood-sucking Hirudinaria manillensis in paddy fields of Guangzhou was described. The study also discussed the foraging, growth dynamics, life recycle and biology of reproduction of blood-sucking land-leech H. hainana and freshwater leech Hirudinaria manillensis, the taxonomy and the zoogeography. In addition, the morphology including histology and anatomy of the organic system of H. hainana was described. The Hirudinea can be classified into 2 subclasses (Branchiobdellidea and Euhirudinea), 3 orders (Branchiobdellida, Rhynchobdellida and Arhynchobdellida), 9 families, 33 genera and 111 species. The response of leeches to pesticides, including toxicity (LD50, LD95) of different pesticides to H. hainana, was presented. Medical usage of the leech Hirudin from salivary glands as anticoagulant material was discussed. Hirudin (from Hirudo medicinalis), Haemadin (from land-leech), and hementi (from Hementeria ghilianii) were identified and isolated.  相似文献

With colorimetric methods, the concentrations of total phenolics, flavonoids and condensed tannins were analyzed in 9 categories of organs in Populus euphratica, including lanceolate leaves, ovate leaves, green branches, branches (D < 5 mm in diameter), branches (5–10 mm in diameter), barks, roots (D < 2 mm in diameter), roots (2–5 mm in diameter) and roots (5–10 mm in diameter). The results showed that phenolic compounds were present throughout the collected organs with the higher total phenolics concentrations in barks (27.93 mg/g), and the mean total phenolics concentrations in two categories of leaves, three classes of roots and three classes of branches were 17.64, 16.72 and 12.19 mg/g, respectively. The higher flavonoids were present in barks (51.30 mg/g), and the mean flavonoid contents in two categories of leaves, three classes of roots and three classes of branches were 28.45, 39.99 and 23.67 mg/g, respectively. The higher condensed tannin contents were found in roots (mean = 22.10 mg/g for three categories of roots), and the average condensed tannin contents in barks, leaves in two categories and branches in three classes were 8.41, 4.03 and 4.47 mg/g, respectively. There was no significant difference between the phenolic compounds of lanceolate leaves and ovate leaves (P > 0.05). Phenolic compounds in branches decreased with the branches maturing, resulting in the following orders: green branches > branches (D < 5 mm) > branches (5–10 mm). Condensed tannins in roots increased with the root diameter decreasing, and the highest condensed tannin contents were found in small roots (D < 2 mm) (25.95 mg/g). By analyzing correlation between phenolic compounds in all collected organs and soil water contents, it was indicated that the phenolic compounds in ovate leaves had negative relation with soil water contents (P < 0.05), and the r values for total phenolics, flavonoids and condensed tannins were –0.949, –0.923 and –0.944, respectively. Data reported here revealed the variation of phenolic compounds in different organs of P. euphratica, and their relationships with the environmental factors in extremely arid areas were discussed.  相似文献

Regular samples of Gammarus pulex and dace Leuciscus leuciscus and occasional grayling Thymallus thymallus and chub L.cephalus were examined from the River Avon, Hampshire, for the presence of the acanthocephalan Pomphorhynchus leavis . The parasite only occurred in medium sized Gammarus due to lower probability of contact with small gammarids and stunted growth and selective mortality amongst older infected ones. No cycles in incidence or development of the parasite in G.pulex were observed. The parasite infected gammarids and grew in all months, and cystacanths were available throughout the year. Despite seasonal feeding activity and dietary preferences, fish fed on Gammarus and acquired infections in all months. Dispersion of P.laevis within the fish population was related to host feeding behaviour. No evidence of seasonal cycles in incidence or intensity of infection in fish was found, and observed monthly changes in the parasite population were related to changes in size structure of the host sample. In dace and grayling P.laevis grew little and matured only in summer, but in chub it grew and produced acanthors all year. The parasite population in fish appeared to be in a state of dynamic equilibrium and gain and loss of parasites took place throughout the year with the level of infection at any moment being determined primarily by the feeding behaviour of the host. This relationship between host diet, water temperature and parasite population size is discussed, and P.laevis in the R. Avon compared with other localities and other parasites.  相似文献

1. It is important for species recovery and conservation management projects to know the minimum viable population size for rare and endangered species, such as the medicinal leech, Hirudo medicinalis. Therefore, using a catch‐removal method, this study estimated every two years (1986, 1988, 1990, 1992) the total number of medicinal leeches in a tarn in the English Lake District, and the number of mature adults in the population. 2. Four samples were taken each year in June and July, when water temperatures exceeded 20 °C. Population size was estimated both by maximum likelihood and regression methods. All leeches were weighed alive and size groups were separated by polymodal frequency analysis. A small sample of the blood meal in each leech gut was taken before the leeches were returned to the tarn, and was used to estimate the proportion of mammalian and non‐mammalian blood in the meals. 3. Both methods of estimation produced similar values, increasing confidence in the population estimates. Values for the total population in June and July varied among years from 248 to 288, the maximum value being only 16% higher than the minimum. Values for the number of mature leeches varied from 48 to 58 (19–20% of the total population), and this was an estimate of the effective population size. 4. There were four size groups. The largest mature leeches (live weight >5 g) in group IV formed only 1% of the population, and the smallest (0.02–0.5 g) in group I 14–17%. Most leeches were in two overlapping groups of immature (64–67% of population) and mature (18%) leeches with size ranges of 0.4–3.4 g and 2.5–5 g respectively. The percentage of leeches in each size group was very consistent among years. Blood meals were found in 38–44% of the leeches in group I, 45–50% in group II, 70–75% in group III, and 100% in group IV, but mammalian blood was present only in larger mature leeches (>3.5 g). 5. Medicinal leeches were first detected in the tarn in 1980 and are still present in 2007, so the population has persisted for at least 27 years. Compared with minimum viable population sizes for other species, including many endangered species, values for this medicinal leech population are extremely low, but may be typical of some rare freshwater invertebrates in isolated habitats.  相似文献

We report the current status of Taimen (Hucho taimen ) population in Wusuli River of China. The amount of catch per year was only 1 800 - 5 400 individuals ranging from 2 - 15 years old during 1998 - 2002. Of all the captured, individuals with sexual maturity were up to 30% - 70% (female maturity at 5 years old and male 6 years old). Sex ratio varied greatly among different localities. Its breeding population mainly consisted of males aged 5 - 10 years and females aged 8 - 13 years‘‘old, which spawned in May each year. Females breed once with about 4 000 - 23 000 eggs produced every 2 - 3 years, Taimen grows fast and average growth rate is about 10 cm per year prior to 10 years‘‘s old, which corresponded with von Bertelanffy‘‘s equation calculated as Lt = 246.41 [ 1 -e 0.0407(t 0.4625)] and Wt = 174 075.72 [ 1 -e ^0.0407(t-0.4622)12.9537, and the relationship between body length and weight was W 0.015018L^u2020.  相似文献

The seasonal occurrence of medicinal leeches was studied at two lakes in the Black Sea coastland of north-western Turkey. The number of leeches attracted by a collector per hour was taken as an indicator for population density. Leeches were most abundant in May/June, and were almost absent during the cold season (November – March). Leeches with a weight of less than 1 g occurred principally between July and October with a peak in July. It is thought that these individuals represent newly hatched leeches. Although both study areas are close to each other, significant differences were found in respect to mean leech size and the seasonal frequency of leeches (both total number and certain age classes). It is suggested that leech biology is greatly dependent on factors such as microclimate and the availability of hosts, and no general conclusions on phenology can be drawn. There is therefore no scientific basis for restricting commercial leech collecting to certain months of the year.  相似文献

Samples of Gammarus pulex and dace, Leuciscus leuciscus , taken from the River Avon, Hampshire, at intervals over a period of 9 years were examined for the presence of the acanthocephalan. Pomphorhynchus laevis. Changes in the incidence and intensity of infection of P. laevis in dace and in G. pulex and in the frequency distribution of P. laevis in dace were used as indicators of the population size of the parasite. Throughout the period of observation, the parasite showed a similar pattern of distribution along the length of the river, although at some sites its abundance varied from year to year. Levels of both incidence and intensity of infection of P. laevis in both hosts at one specific locality remained fairly constant over the 9-year period, and the annual variations fell within the natural range of monthly variation over any 12-month period. The frequency distribution of P. laevis in dace also exhibited a similar pattern throughout the period. It was thus concluded that the population size of P. laevis had not changed to any great extent over the 9 years. The factors responsible for this constancy are discussed in the light of conclusions drawn from earlier work.  相似文献

The principles of Henri-Michaelis-Menten kinetic analysis were applied to directly relate the concentration of serum growth factors and individual nutrients in the culture medium to the multiplication rate of a population of normal (N-HLF) and SV40 virus-transformed (SV-HLF) human lung fibroblasts. When all nutrient concentrations were optimal and in steady state, the concentration of serum factors that was required to support a half-maximal rate of proliferation of both N-HLF and SV-HLF was similar. When the serum factor concentration was optimal and constant, SV-HLF cells exhibited a reduced requirement (p less than 0.001) for 12 of 27 individual nutrients that were examined. Serum factors control the cellular requirement for Ca2+, K+, Mg2+, phosphate ions, and 2-oxocarboxylic acids for multiplication of N-HLF (McKeehan, W. L., and McKeehan, K. A. (1980) Proc. Natl, Acad, Sci, U. S. A. 77, 3417-3421). SV-HLF exhibited a constitutively reduced requirement for Ca2+, K+, and Mg2+ which partially removed the requirement for the 3 ions for multiplication of SV-HLF from the control of serum factors. The results suggest that SV40 virus transformation confers a growth advantage on human lung fibroblasts by alteration of their quantitative requirements for specific nutrients.  相似文献
