The aims of this study were to investigate steady‐state level of Kit Ligand (KL) mRNA and its effects on in vitro survival and growth of caprine preantral follicles. RT‐PCR was used to analyze caprine steady‐state level of KL mRNA in primordial, primary, and secondary follicles, and in small (1–3 mm) and large (3–6 mm) antral follicles. Furthermore, ovarian fragments were cultured for 1 or 7 days in Minimal Essential Medium (MEM+) supplemented with KL (0, 1, 10, 50, 100, or 200 ng/ml). Noncultured (control) and cultured fragments were processed for histology and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). RT‐PCR demonstrated an increase in steady‐state level of KL mRNA during the transition from primary to secondary follicles. Small antral follicles had higher steady‐state levels of KL mRNA in granulosa and theca cells than large follicles. After 7 days, only 50 ng/ml of KL had maintained the percentage of normal follicles similar to control. After 1 day, all KL concentrations reduced the percentage of primordial follicles and increased the percentage of growing follicles. KL at 10, 50, 100, or 200 ng/ml increased primary follicles, compared to MEM+ after 7 days. An increase in oocyte and follicular diameter was observed at 50 ng/ml of KL. TEM confirmed ultrastructural integrity of follicles after 7 days at 50 ng/ml of KL. In conclusion, the KL mRNAs were detected in all follicular categories. Furthermore, 50 ng/ml of KL maintained the integrity of caprine preantral follicle cultured for 7 days and stimulated primordial follicle activation and follicle growth. Mol. Reprod. Achieving full in vitro growth of oocytes of both domestic animals and humans remains a major challenge. The objective of this study was to examine the in vitro development of primary follicles isolated enzymatically from cryopreserved sheep ovarian tissue. In Experiment 1, isolated primary follicles (mean diameter 60.1+/-0.78microm) were cultured in serum-free medium on fibronectin-coated wells for 42 days. Initially follicular structure was lost as granulosa cells plated down, but by Day 7 two distinct morphologies began to emerge. Nineteen out of 36 oocytes were gradually re-surrounded by granulosa cells, forming follicle-like units (reorganized follicles), and the remaining 17 were not (non-reorganized follicles). On Day 2, there was no difference in diameter of oocytes between reorganized and non-reorganized follicles. The diameter (mean+/-S.E.M.) of oocytes of reorganized follicles increased (P<0.05) from 47.1+/-2.2microm to 65.3+/-2.6microm between Day 2 and Day 42, respectively, but that of oocytes of non-reorganized follicles showed no change. In Experiment 2, oocyte growth and granulosa cell differentiation during long-term culture of primary follicles (>42 days) were examined. Oocytes of reorganized follicles reached a maximum diameter of 75.4+/-2.0microm, a size equivalent to that of oocytes of ovine secondary follicles. Using RT-PCR, mRNA for follicle stimulating hormone receptor was detected in granulosa cells of freshly isolated secondary follicles and of long-term cultured reorganized follicles, but not of non-reorganized follicles. In Experiment 3, we tested if the culture conditions could support further oocyte growth in secondary follicles. The oocytes from enzymatically isolated secondary follicles increased in diameter from 77.7+/-1.6microm to 98.8+/-2.1microm (P<0.05) during 28 days in culture. The changes in oocyte size and in gene expression by granulosa cells support the conclusion that isolated ovine primary follicles developed in vitro to reach the secondary follicle stage.  相似文献

Fetal hamster ovaries were cultured for up to 16 days in the presence or absence of various dosages of insulin to evaluate the induction of folliculogenesis in vitro. In the absence of insulin, a few primordial follicle-like structures appeared by the 4th day, and distinct primary follicles (stage 1) appeared by the 12th day of culture. The organelles in the oocytes and adjacent granulosa cells developed along with follicular growth. Moreover, gap junctions between the oocyte and somatic cell plasma membrane also developed as early as 8 days in culture. In the presence of 0.2 microg/ml insulin, primary follicles developed after 8 days, and approximately 4% secondary follicles with 2-3 layers of granulosa cells appeared after 16 days of culture. However, higher dosages (> 0.2 microg/ml) of insulin retarded primary follicle formation and induced the formation of primordial follicles with larger oocytes. An increased number of larger oocytes with a few granulosa cells accumulated at the periphery of the ovary. The results indicate that although primordial and primary follicles can develop after 12 days in vitro in the absence of exogenous insulin, the latter is required for timely progression of follicular development through primary and secondary stages.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor-A(165) (VEGF-A(165)) on the in vitro development of goat secondary preantral follicles. Preantral follicles (≥150?μm in diameter) were isolated from the ovaries of adult mixed-breed goats and individually cultured for 18?days in αMEM in the absence (control) or presence of VEGF-A(165) at concentrations of 10?ng/ml (VEGF10) and 100?ng/ml (VEGF100). Analyses of follicular survival, diameter, antrum formation and rate of daily growth were performed every 6?days. At the end of the culture period, morphologically normal oocytes (≥110?μm in diameter) were taken for in vitro maturation (IVM). The results demonstrated that all follicles presented oocytes and granulosa cells that were morphologically normal and after labeling with calcein-AM, high rates of oocyte viability were observed in all treatments. The follicular diameter and the growth rate achieved in the presence of VEGF10 were higher than those of the control. Both treatments with VEGF-A(165) showed higher rates of oocyte recovery for IVM when compared with the control. Moreover, only the addition of VEGF-A(165) permitted oocytes grown in vitro to reach metaphase II. Thus, the addition of VEGF-A(165) to the culture medium improves the development of goat preantral follicles cultured in vitro, allowing the production of mature oocytes.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to clarify the developmental and ultrastructual characteristics of oocytes grown in vitro from primordial germ cells. The female genital ridges at 12.5 days post coitus were cultured for 18 days on an insert membrane in Waymouth’s MB752/1 medium, supplemented with 15% fetal bovine serum and 1 mM sodium pyruvate; subsequently, the follicles isolated from the tissue were cultured for eight days in Waymouth’s medium supplemented with 5 ng/ml insulin, 5 ng/ml transferrin, 5 ng/ml selenium, 10 mlU/ml follicle stimulating hormone, and 100 ng/ml stem cell factor. The primordial germ cells developed in vitro into oocytes of more than 60 nm in diameter. The transmission electron microscopic analysis indicated that the oocytes, which developed in vitro, showed no obvious abnormality in their ultrastructure and had organelles appropriate for the oocyte size. However, a delay in the progressive changes of morphology in some of the organelles during oocyte growth was often found when comparing them to oocytes grown in vivo.  相似文献

The aims of the present study were to investigate the effects of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) on survival, activation and growth of caprine primordial follicles using histological and ultrastructural studies. Pieces of caprine ovarian cortex were cultured for 1 or 7 days in minimum essential medium (MEM - control medium) supplemented with different concentrations of FSH (0, 10, 50 or 100 ng/ml). Small fragments from non-cultured ovarian tissue and from those cultured for 1 or 7 days in a specific medium were processed for classical histology and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Additionally, effects of FSH on oocyte and follicle diameter of cultured follicles were evaluated. The results showed that the lowest percentage of normal follicles was observed after 7 days of culture in control medium. After 1 day of culture, a higher percentage of growing follicles was observed in the medium supplemented with 50 ng/ml of FSH. In the presence of 10 and 50 ng/ml of FSH, an increase in diameter of both oocyte and follicle on day 7 of culture was observed. TEM showed ultrastructural integrity of follicles after 1 day of culture in MEM and after 7 days in MEM plus 50 ng/ml FSH, but did not confirm the integrity of those follicles cultured for 7 days in MEM. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that FSH at concentration of 50 ng/ml not only maintains the morphological integrity of 7 days cultured caprine preantral follicles, but also stimulate the activation of primordial follicles and the growth of activated follicles.  相似文献

Paracrine regulations between the oocyte and granulosa cells are likely to be key regulators of early folliculogenesis. Evidence obtained from genetic mutants as well as in vivo experiments suggest that Kit and Kit Ligand (KL) may regulate early follicular morphogenesis and function. In this study, we used in vitro culture of intact mouse follicles to confirm and extend these findings. Two concentrations of Kit Ligand (20 and 50 ng/ml) or an antibody blocking the Kit-Kit Ligand interactions (SC1494) were added to preantral follicles grown individually for 12 days and which were finally triggered to ovulate. Effects on follicle and oocyte survival, granulosa cell function (antrum formation, cell numbers, steroidogenesis), and oocyte function (growth, survival, nuclear and/or cytoplasmic maturation) were then analyzed. In optimal culture conditions (presence of 5% fetal calf serum), 50 ng/ml of KL significantly improved cytoplasmic maturation of the oocyte and increased follicular testosterone output, but other parameters were not altered. In serum-free culture conditions, KL was mitogenic for granulosa cells at 50 ng/ml, but could not induce antrum formation and no differences were observed between control and treated groups for steroidogenesis or oocyte growth. Blockade of Kit-Kit Ligand interactions by addition of a blocking antibody decreased oocyte survival 6-9 days after addition of the antibody, but did not upset granulosa cell proliferation. Antrum formation was, however, strongly inhibited. In addition, the blocking antibody markedly reduced aromatase activity of granulosa cells. We conclude that Kit/KL interactions are important for antrum formation and follicular steroidogenesis and regulate survival and cytoplasmic maturation of the oocyte.  相似文献

Different factors, such as basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and kit ligand (KL), are used in ovarian cortical culture to promote activation of primordial follicles. In the present study, the effects of bFGF and KL, alone and in combination, were evaluated on human follicular activation and growth during in-situ cortical culture. Slow frozen-thawed human ovarian cortical tissues (n = 6) were cultured in 4 different groups: 1) control (base medium), 2) KL (base medium; BM + 100 ng/ml KL), 3) bFGF (BM + 100 ng/ml bFGF) and 4) bFGF + KL (BM + 100 ng/ml KL + 100 ng/ml bFGF) for a week. The proportion of morphologically normal and degenerated follicles at different developmental stages, secreted hormonal levels and specific gene expressions were compared. Although the proportion of growing follicles was higher than primordial counterpart in all cultured groups, no significant differences were observed among the cultured groups. In all cultured groups, anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), progesterone and estradiol hormones levels increased after 7 days of culture; however, this increase was only significant for estradiol in the bFGF + KL group. The expression of Ki67 gene indicated an increase in ovarian cell proliferation in the three experimental groups compared to the control group, however this increment was only significant for the bFGF + KL group. It can be concluded that KL and bFGF factors individually have no beneficial effects on in-situ follicular growth, but their combination positively influences steroidogenesis of granulosa cells without significantly increasing the number of growing follicles.  相似文献

A large number of oocytes are contained in the mammalian ovary. A very small number of these oocytes grow to the final size, mature, and are ovulated. In the ovary there are more early antral follicles than late antral or preovulatory follicles, offering a large pool of oocytes for IVM and IVF if appropriate culture conditions could be devised. In the present study, early antral follicles containing oocytes 90 to 99 microm in diameter were isolated from bovine ovaries. Cumulus-oocyte complexes (COC) with pieces of parietal granulosa (COCG) were then dissected from the follicles. The COCGs were embedded in collagen gels and cultured in Medium 199 with 10% fetal calf serum (FCS) for 8 d. In Experiment 1, the effect of hypoxanthine and FSH on the growth of bovine oocytes was examined. When hypoxanthine (2 and 4 mM) and FSH (10 ng/ml) were added to the culture medium, the number of granulosa cell-enclosed oocytes increased significantly (P < 0.05). All of the oocytes surrounded by granulosa cells showed a normal morphology and were at the germinal vesicle stage, while 75 to 94% of the denuded oocytes were degenerated and had resumed meiosis. The mean diameter of the oocytes showing normal morphology was significantly higher than that measured before culture (P < 0.05). In Experiment 2, the maturational competence of in vitro-grown bovine oocytes was examined. Oocytes which were 90 to 99 microm in diameter before culture did not have meiotic competence. After being in a growth culture of 4 mM hypoxanthine- and 10 ng/ml FSH-supplemented medium for 7 or 11 d, granulosa cell-enclosed oocytes were recovered from the COCGs. No significant difference (P < 0.05) in the diameters of the oocytes was observed between 7 and 11 d of culture (7 d: 107.5 +/- 6.1 microm, n = 30; 11 d: 108.0 +/- 5.3 microm, n = 35). After a subsequent 24 h in a maturation free of hypoxanthine and FSH medium, only 17% of the oocytes cultured for 7 d underwent germinal vesicle breakdown. On the other hand, 89% of the oocytes cultured for 11 d underwent germinal vesicle breakdown, and 11% of the oocytes emitted the first polar body and reached metaphase II. These results demonstrate for the first time that bovine oocytes harvested from early antral follicles can grow, and acquire meiotic competence in vitro.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to test the following hypotheses: (i) that oocyte maturation is controlled by surrounding follicular cells; (ii) that a meiosis-regulating factor of follicular origin is not species-specific; (iii) that one of the follicular regulators of oocyte maturation is IGF-I; and, (iv) that Cumulus oophorus and tyrosine kinase-dependent intracellular mechanisms do not mediate IGF-I action on oocytes. It was found that co-culture of cumulus-enclosed bovine oocytes with isolated bovine ovarian follicles or with isolated porcine ovarian follicles significantly increased the proportion of matured oocytes (at metaphase II of meiosis) after culture. Porcine oocytes without cumulus investments had lower maturation rates than cumulus-enclosed oocytes. Co-culture with isolated porcine ovarian follicles resulted in stimulation of maturation of both cumulus-free and cumulus-enclosed porcine oocytes. These observations suggest that follicular cells (whole follicles or Cumulus oophorus) support bovine and porcine oocyte maturation, and that follicular maturation-promoting factor is not species-specific. The release of significant amounts of IGF-I by cultured bovine and porcine isolated follicles and granulosa cells was demonstrated. Addition of IGF-I to culture medium at 10 or 100 (but not 1000) ng/ml stimulated meiotic maturation of both cumulus-enclosed and cumulus-free porcine oocytes. Neither of the tyrosine kinase blockers, genistein or lavendustin (100 ng/ml medium), changed the stimulating effect of IGF-I on porcine oocytes. The present data suggest that at least one of the follicular stimulators of oocyte nuclear maturation is IGF-I, and that its effect is probably not mediated by cumulus investment or by tyrosine kinase-dependent intracellular mechanisms.  相似文献

Summary Medium that contains 17β-estradiol has been reported to support in vitro growth of bovine oocytes, isolated from early antral follicles, until the final stage. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of androstenedione in medium on such growing bovine oocytes. Oocyte-granulosa cell complexes were collected from early antral follicles and cultured for 14 days in medium supplemented with 17β-estradiol (0, 10 and 100 ng/ml) or androstenedione (0, 10 and 100 ng/ml). The mean diameter of oocytes measured after seeding on the culture substrate was 96.9 μm (n = 191). Either steroid was necessary for maintainance of the organization of oocyte-granulosa cell complexes over the 14-day culture period. In the 17β-estradiol- or the androstenedione-supplemented medium about 80% or 65%, respectively, of viable oocytes were recovered. In both groups the increase in oocyte size was significant after 14 days. The in vitro grown oocytes were cultured for a further 22-24 h for oocyte maturation; 13% and 30% of oocytes grown in the 10 and 100 ng/ml 17β-estradiol-supplemented medium reached metaphase II, respectively; more than 64% of oocytes grown in the androstenedione-supplemented medium matured to metaphase II. These results show that androstenedione, as 17β-estradiol, can maintain the viability of bovine oocyte-granulosa cell complexes and support the growth of oocytes, and that androstenedione promotes the acquisition of oocyte meiotic competence efficiently at a low dose.  相似文献

Factors that control the onset of folliculogenesis are critical to female gamete production, but poorly understood. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of FSH and EGF on the activation and growth of goat primordial follicles in vitro. To this end, pieces of goat ovarian cortex were cultured in vitro for 1, 3 or 5 days, at 39 degrees C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO(2), in minimum essential medium supplemented with insulin, transferrin, selenium, pyruvate, glutamine, hypoxanthine, BSA, penicillin, streptomycin and fungizone and with or without FSH (100 ng/ml) and/or EGF (100 ng/ml). At the end of the culture periods, the relative proportions of primordial, intermediate, primary and secondary follicles were calculated and compared with those in non-cultured tissue. In addition, mitotic activity of granulosa cells was studied by immunohistochemistry for proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). In brief, it was found that goat primordial follicles activate spontaneously during culture in vitro and, while neither FSH nor EGF affected the proportion of primordial follicles that entered the growth phase, both stimulated an increase in oocyte and follicle diameter, especially in intermediate and primary follicles cultured for 5 days. On the other hand, there was no significant effect of culture or either growth factor on the proportion of PCNA-stained growing follicles. Contrary to expectations, neither FSH nor EGF affected follicle viability or integrity during culture, since the percentages of intact follicles did not differ between control, FSH and/or EGF containing medium. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that goat primordial follicles activate spontaneously in vitro, and that both FSH and EGF stimulate an increase in follicle size by promoting oocyte growth.  相似文献

The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) has been found in mammalian ovarian tissue; however, its physiological role is unclear. This study examined the content of angiotensin II (Ang II) in porcine follicular fluid (pFF), Ang II localization and its receptors in ovary, and the effects of Ang II on porcine oocyte maturation. The concentrations of Ang II were 6951.82 +/- 1295.83, 3502.99 +/- 679.10, 3147.89 +/- 690.60, and 2545.92 +/- 407.01 pg/ml in pFF from small, medium, large, and extra-large follicles, respectively. In addition, Ang II was found on zona pellucidae (ZP) and granulosa cells by immunoreactive staining. The distribution of AT1, an Ang II receptor subtype, was in accordance with that of Ang II. However, AT2, another Ang II receptor, was mainly distributed in the stroma and thecal layers of follicles. When oocytes were cultured in media containing various concentrations of Ang II, a higher (P<0.05) proportion of oocytes reached metaphase II (MII) in the medium with 100 ng/ml (87.0%) than without Ang II (61%). When oocytes from different sizes of follicles were separately cultured in media containing 100 ng/ml Ang II, maturation rates were significantly higher in oocytes from small (61.5%) and medium (85.1%) follicles than that of their controls (45.1 and 72.6%, respectively). However, addition of Ang II inhibited nuclear maturation in oocytes from large follicles (77.8% versus 87.3%). Fertilization and male pronuclear (MPN) formation rates of oocytes matured in medium containing 100 or 1000 ng/ml of Ang II were higher (P<0.05) than that of oocytes matured in medium containing 0 or 10 ng/ml Ang II. Glutathione content in oocytes cultured for 44 h in medium containing 100 or 1000 ng/ml of Ang II was also higher (P<0.01) than that of oocytes cultured in medium containing 0 or 10 ng/ml Ang II. In conclusion, Ang II was present in porcine ovaries and may regulate follicle growth and oocyte maturation.  相似文献

Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFalpha) is a multifunctional cytokine present in oocytes and macrophages in the neonatal rat ovary. The presence of both TNFalpha and its receptors in the neonatal rat ovary suggests a potential role for it in follicle assembly or oocyte atresia. Previous studies have provided support for effects of TNFalpha on isolated granulosa and theca cells and intact follicles; however, to our knowledge, this is the first study to investigate the effects of TNFalpha on the earliest stages of follicular development. Effects of TNFalpha on oocyte/follicle number and apoptosis were investigated using an ovarian organ-culture system that supported assembly of primordial follicles in vitro. Ovaries were collected on the day of birth and treated with TNFalpha (0, 0.1, 1.0, 10, or 50 ng/ml), a function-blocking TNFalpha antibody (5 microg/ml), or control immunoglobulin (Ig) G. At 1 ng/ml, TNFalpha decreased follicle and oocyte numbers during 3 days of culture, whereas higher (10 and 50 ng/ml) or lower (0.1 ng/ml) doses had no effect. Treatment with TNFalpha antibodies increased the number of oocytes and follicles compared to nonspecific IgG control. To determine whether the decreased oocyte/follicle numbers were due to an apoptotic effect of TNFalpha, apoptosis was examined by DNA laddering. At 1 ng/ml, TNFalpha increased apoptotic DNA laddering twofold, with no significant effect from lower or higher doses. The cells undergoing apoptosis, as determined by in situ end-labeling, were oocytes, interstitial cells, and granulosa cells. These findings suggest that TNFalpha may be involved in oocyte atresia that normally occurs during the perinatal period.  相似文献

Oocyte control of granulosa and theca cell function may be mediated by several growth factors via a local feedback loop(s) between these cell types. This study examined both the role of oocyte-secreted factors on granulosa and thecal cells, cultured independently and in co-culture, and the effect of stem cell factor (SCF); a granulosa cell derived peptide that appears to have multiple roles in follicle development. Granulosa and theca cells were isolated from 2–6 mm healthy follicles of mature porcine ovaries and cultured under serum-free conditions, supplemented with: 100 ng/ml LR3 IGF-1, 10 ng/ml insulin, 100 ng/ml testosterone, 0–10 ng/ml SCF, 1 ng/ml FSH (granulosa), 0.01 ng/ml LH (theca) or 1 ng/ml FSH and 0.01 ng/ml LH (co-culture) and with/without oocyte conditioned medium (OCM) or 5 oocytes. Cells were cultured in 96 well plates for 144 h, after which viable cell numbers were determined. Medium was replaced every 48 h and spent medium analysed for steroids.  相似文献

Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) is involved in the regulation of ovarian follicular development and has been shown to potentiate the FSH responsiveness of granulosa cells from preantral follicles. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of IGF-I during preantral follicular culture on steroidogenesis, subsequent oocyte maturation, fertilization, and embryo development in mice. Preantral follicles were isolated mechanically and cultured for 12 days in a simplified culture medium supplemented with 1% fetal calf serum, recombinant human FSH, transferrin, and selenium. In these conditions, follicles were able to grow and produce oocytes that could be matured and fertilized. The first experiment analyzed the effect of different concentrations of IGF-I (0, 10, 50, or 100 ng/ml) added to the culture medium on the follicular survival, steroidogenesis, and the oocyte maturation process. The presence of IGF-I during follicular growth increased the secretion of estradiol but had no effect on the subsequent oocyte survival and maturation rates. In the second experiment, IGF-I (0 or 50 ng/ml) was added to the culture medium during follicular growth, oocyte maturation, or both, and subsequent oocyte fertilization and embryo development rates were evaluated. Oocyte fertilization rates were comparable in the presence or absence of IGF-I. However, the blastocyst development rate was enhanced after follicular culture in the presence of IGF-I. Moreover, the total cell number of the blastocysts observed after differential labeling staining was also higher when follicles were cultured or matured in the presence of IGF-I.  相似文献

Nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation of porcine oocytes collected from different sizes of follicles were examined. Oocyte-cumulus complexes were collected from small (1-2 mm in diameter), medium (3-6 in diameter) and large (7-8 mm in diameter) follicles and cultured in a modified tissue culture medium 199 for 44 h. Nuclear maturation was evaluated after orcein staining, and cytoplasmic maturation was evaluated by intracellular glutathione (GSH) assay. Oocyte diameter, cumulus morphology, steroid hormones and glutathione in the follicular fluid (FF), were also examined. Significantly higher proportions of oocytes collected from large and medium follicles reached metaphase II than did oocytes from small follicles. Oocytes from small follicles also had a smaller size. GSH content was significantly higher (p < 0.05) in oocytes from large (14.24 +/- 2.1 pmol/oocyte) and medium (13.69 +/- 1.5 pmol/oocyte) follicles than in oocytes from small (9.44 +/- 1.28 pmol/oocyte) follicles just after collection. After maturation, oocytes from medium follicles had a higher GSH concentration than oocytes from small follicles. It was found that between 49.7 +/- 5.18 nM and 52.25 +/- 0.78 nM GSH was present in FF but there was no statistical difference between follicle sizes. A significantly higher (p < 0.001) estradiol level was present in FF from large follicles (299.2 +/- 68.6 ng/ml) than from medium (40.0 +/- 6.4 ng/ml) and small (41.2 +/- 3.7 ng/ml) follicles. Progesterone concentrations in FF from large (281.6 +/- 45.9 ng/ml) and medium (267.5 +/- 38.6 ng/ml) follicles were significantly higher than that (174.7 +/- 22.0 ng/ml) from small follicles. These results indicate that the oocyte's ability to accumulate intracellular GSH during maturation, and extracellular steroid hormones and cumulus cells, affect the competence of porcine oocytes to undergo nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation.  相似文献
