报道了中国兰科(Orchidaceae)一新记录种——白苞石豆兰(Bulbophyllum albibracteum Seidenf.),它的主要特征是花苞片白色,大且显著,外弯,边缘具细锯齿;萼片背面沿中脉具短毛;蕊柱齿直立细长,长达1 mm。鞍唇沼兰(Malaxis matsudai (Yamamoto) Hatusima)与全唇叉柱兰(Cheirostylis takeoi(Hayata) Schltr.)为中国大陆新记录。  相似文献

报道了中国兰科植物的三个新记录种,裂唇卷瓣兰(Bulbophyllum picturatum),长柄虾脊兰(Calan-the allizettei)和绿花毛兰(Eria lanigera)。裂唇卷瓣兰的中萼片全缘前部具一粒状附属物,唇瓣基部两侧具耳。长柄虾脊兰的中裂片非常小并具三条褶片。黄花毛兰的花黄绿色,唇瓣不裂。  相似文献

对中国兰科两新种--麻栗坡卷瓣兰(Bulbophyllum malipoense) 和赵氏蜘蛛兰(Arachnis zhaoi)作了描述和绘图.前者与直立卷瓣兰(B.unciniferum)相近,区别点在于新种的假鳞茎聚生,卵球形;叶较小,长2~3.5cm;侧萼片较短,长1.4~1.7 cm,仅中部合生;后者与窄唇蜘蛛兰(A.labrosa)有亲缘关系,但新种花淡黄绿色,无红棕色斑,花瓣稍宽于萼片,易于区别.  相似文献

描述并绘制了云南南部兰科石豆兰属一新种:斯勒卷瓣兰(Bulbophyllum dresslerianum Z. D. Han & H. Wang)。该新种属于双叶卷瓣兰组(section Tripudianthes Seidenf.),在形态上与该组的4种,即狄氏卷瓣兰(B. dickasonii)、堪布里石豆兰(B. kanburiense)、皱掌卷瓣兰(B. rugosisepalum)和拟双叶卷瓣兰(B. tripudians)近似,主要区别在于该种唇瓣前缘具囊泡,侧面及腹面被稀疏的短腺毛;侧萼片棕黄色,表面光滑。编制了斯勒卷瓣兰及其近缘种的检索表。目前,该种仅在云南南部墨江县发现一个居群,濒危状况有待评估。  相似文献

报道了中国兰科(Orchidaceae)鹿角兰属(Pomatocalpa)一新记录种——纹瓣鹿角兰[P. tonkinense (Gagnep.) Seidenf.],凭证标本保存于广西植物研究所标本馆(IBK)。纹瓣鹿角兰的花序疏生多数花,萼片、花瓣均具2条紫色条纹,中萼片及花瓣远长于侧萼片,与中国原记录的2种鹿角属植物容易区分。该研究提供了新记录种的形态描述、中国鹿角兰属植物图版及分种检索表。  相似文献

描述了中国石豆兰属Bulbophyllum一新种——天贵卷瓣兰(Bulbophyllum tianguii K.Y.Lang & D.Luo),并提供墨线图。该种产于广西乐业县,与富宁卷瓣兰B.funingense Z.H.Tsi&S.C.Chen外貌颇相似,但中萼片先端渐尖并具3mm长的芒,侧萼片宽4~4.5mm,花瓣先端渐尖并具1.5mm长的芒,唇盘具2条肉质、具缘毛的纵脊,可与后者明显区别。  相似文献

报道了2个新异名,1个新等级和35种蕨类植物在广东的分布新记录。正安肋毛蕨(Ctenitis changanensis Ching)和信宜铁角蕨(Asplenium xinyiense Ching et S.H.Wu)分别作直鳞肋毛蕨(Ctenitis eatoni (Bak.) Ching)和厚叶铁角蕨(Asplenium griffithianum Hook)的异名处理;齿翅井栏凤尾蕨(Pteris serralata(Miau)Y. H. Yan)被提升到种的等级;假芒萁属(Sticherus Presl)、柄盖蕨属(Peranema D. Don)、蛾眉蕨属(Lunathyrium Koidz.)和革舌蕨属(Scleroglossum Alderw)等4个属为广东分布新记录,小笠原卷柏(Selaginella boninensis Baker)为中国大陆分布新记录。广东现有蕨类已达到56科144属502种。  相似文献

葡萄座腔菌属ITS-nrDNA的分子系统学分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对收集的22株和GenBank下载的40株葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria ITS序列构建了MP(Maximum parsimony)进化树。在以Leucostoma为外群的情况下,来自我国(主要是陕西)的葡萄座腔菌树木溃疡病菌总体上可分为2个大群,BDGroup1与GenBank上报道的B.dothidea被聚在一起,BD Group2菌株全部来自我国关中咸阳,独立成群,与Botryosphaeria属其他种亲缘关系远。培养特征、分生孢子大小和致病性测定显示:来自我国的苹果轮纹病菌、苹果干腐病菌、梨轮纹病菌、桃树流胶病菌同B.dothidea亲缘关系近,在MP树中聚在一起(BD Group1)。ITS序列分析结果支持B.dothidea与B.berengeriana为同物异名的观点。B.ribis与B.parva亲缘关系近,而与B.dothidea亲缘关系远,支持B.ribis与B.dothidea为不同种的观点。  相似文献

Among the previously recorded taxa of the genus, a new combination, Byssosphaeria hainanensis, is made and a new Chinese record, B. alnea, is reported. Feeding behaviour of the specialist Brassicae aphid, Brevicoryne brassicae (L) (cabbage aphid) and the generalist, Myzus persicae, (Sulzer) (peach potato aphid) was monitored electronically on the susceptible cauliflower, Brassica oleracea var. botrytis cv Newton Seale, and a range of 17 Brassica species, B. carinata, B. juncea, B. nigra, B. macrocarpa, and B. villosa var. drepanensis and cultivated brassica varieties, B. oleracea, B. campestris and B. napus. Aphids, monitored for 10 h on the underside of leaves, performed recognisable feeding behaviour on all brassica species. The main differences in feeding behaviour, between M. persicae and B. brassicae, on the susceptible cauliflower Newton Seale, were fewer probes, shorter times to initially reach the phloem but longer times to establish sustained phloem ingestion and the longer times spent, by M. persicae, in xylem ingestion.Feeding behaviour on the range of brassica species tested indicated that generalist and specialist aphids are influenced differently by the host plant. A longer time spent in xylem ingestion was again the major difference in the feeding behaviour of the two aphids. In addition, rejection of passive phloem ingestion, by M. persicae, was not related so closely to increased time spent in non probing activities, as for B. brassicae. This observation indicates that M. persicae does not generally accept or reject brassica species due to the presence of phagostimulants, such as glucosinolates at the leaf surface or along the stylet pathway, unless the concentration is very high. Differences in feeding strategies employed by generalist and specialist aphids on the same plants are discussed.  相似文献

The present study deals with external morphology, chromosome number, pollen morphology and seed anatomy of three species of Brassica in China. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Brassica xinjiangensis is described as a new species based on the chromosome number n=9, and 3-4-colpate and reticulate pollen grains. In the transverse section of seed, epidermal cells are triangular, semiterete or irregular, subepidermal cells consist of one series, palisade cells terete and equal in length. Leaves are petiolate or not; stems, sepals, pistils and siliquae are usually covered with retrorse-pilose hairs; rostrum stout, 12 mm long. By the above characters this species differs from others in this genus. 2. Relationship between B. nigra and B. xinjiangensis. In the former all leaves are petiolate, and the lower part of stems and leaves usually bristly; sepals, pistils and siliquae are glabrous; pedicels are erect and appressed to the axis of infructescence; rostrum is gracile, 2.5 mm long. The chromosome number is n=8. Pollen grains are 3-colpate; the exine is cerebroid-reticulate under SEM. In the transverse section of seeds, epidermal cells are undulate, subepidermal cells in 1-2 series, palisade cells terete, short and unequal in length. These characteristics are the same as reported by Koch (1833), Darlington and Wylie (1955), Goldblatt (1981), Vaughan et al. (1971), Lan (1986). 3. Taxonomical position of B. celerifolia. It was treated as B. juncea var. celerifolia by Tsen et Lee (1942). According to the chromosome number n=10, 3-4-colporate pollen grains, it deserves specific rank. This species differs from B. juncea, which has the chromo-some number n=18 and 3-4-colpate pollen grains.  相似文献

本文通过对芸苔属(Brassica L.)几个常见种芥蓝(B. alboglabra Bailey)、芥菜(B.juncea(L. )Coss.)、油菜(B. campestris L.)和花椰菜(B. oleracea var. botrytis L.)等花粉形态的光学显微镜和扫描电镜的观察比较,得知它们的花粉形态特征比较一致。而与杨萍等关于芥蓝的花粉形态特征——无极,具散孔这一报道截然不同;亦与黄增泉(Huang Tseng-chieng)关于芥菜的花粉特征——不具萌发孔的报道不同。作者的研究表明,上述几个种的花粉均具3沟,沟长而明显。外壁具网状纹饰,网眼较粗。但种与种间其花粉大小有所不同。作者不同意杨萍等关于“由于芥蓝的花粉形态与芸苔属其它种的花粉明显区别,说明芥蓝与芸苔属其它种不很亲缘”的观点,而认为,从花粉形态看,芥蓝与芸苔属其它种是基本一致的,把它们置于同一自然类群是合理的。  相似文献
