本文录用了8个水系的盎堂拟鲿标本214尾。分析了实际考察中收集的种群资料。把拟鲿属Pseudobagrus Bleeker中,胸鳍硬刺的前、后缘均有锯齿,前缘的细小;项部有淡色横带纹特征,在生长发育中有幼体和成体,雌鱼和雄鱼的差别,而误定名为盎鲿鱼Pseudobagrus ondon Shaw、信阳(鱼盎)Leiocassissinyanensis Fu 两个种及朝鲜的未定名种 Pseudobagrus sp.Uich。实属同物异名,现依优先权的命名法规,归并为盎堂拟鲿 Pseudobagrus ondon Shaw。论述了归并理由,并给予重新描述。  相似文献

2008年9月,在广西壮族自治区罗城县天河镇附近一洞穴采集到一批条鳅亚科鱼类标本。经鉴定,为岭鳅属(Oreonectes)一新种。新种与岭鳅属的其他已知种类在以下组合特征上有区别:背鳍条3,7;臀鳍条2,5;胸鳍条1,11~12;腹鳍条1,7;尾鳍分枝鳍条为14~16。头平扁;眼正常;下唇表面具浅皱。腹鳍起点位于背鳍起点垂线下方之前,尾柄上、下缘无明显鳍褶;尾鳍后缘平截。体侧具不明显的细小鳞片,或鳞片隐于皮下。头部无侧线感觉系统管孔。成体粉红色,无色素,各鳍透明;浸泡标本体呈乳黄色,不透明,通体无色斑。  相似文献

2007年4月,在广西壮族自治区环江县川山镇乐衣村附近一洞穴采集到一批盲鳅类标本。经鉴定,为高原鳅属(Triplophysa)鱼类一新种,被命名为环江高原鳅(Triplophysa huangjiangensis)。该新种以以下组合特征与高原鳅属的其他已知种类相区别:无眼;通体无鳞;尾鳍分叉;尾柄上、下叶具发达的软鳍褶;背鳍后缘平截;背鳍起点距尾鳍基的距离短于距吻端的距离;背鳍分枝鳍条数为8~9;胸鳍分枝鳍条数为10~11;腹鳍分枝鳍条数为6~7;臀鳍分枝鳍条数为6;尾鳍分枝数为13~14;胸鳍长为胸鳍起点至腹鳍起点间距的52.3%~70.7%;腹鳍起点位于背鳍起点之前下方;外侧吻须最长,为侧面头长的47.0%~73.8%;前鼻孔位于一短管中,末端延长呈须状;鳔后室发达,末端可伸达腹鳍起点。  相似文献

珠江水系鱼类一新纪录——带刺光唇鱼(鲤形目:鲤科)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2008年5月及2010年8月在广东省增城市及河源市采得一批鱼类标本,其中20尾经鉴定为珠江水系鱼类新纪录——带刺光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus spinifer Yuan,WuZhang,2006)。该种主要鉴别特征包括:(1)体侧具有5~6条垂直的黑色条纹,每条约占2列鳞片宽,向下延伸至侧线以下2行鳞片,呈对称或不对称分布;(2)第2条垂直条纹位于背鳍末根不分枝鳍条的下方;(3)背鳍末根不分枝鳍条为粗壮的硬刺,后缘具细小的锯齿;(4)背鳍鳍间膜外缘2/3黑色。标本现保存于华南师范大学生命科学学院鱼类标本室。  相似文献

根据采自广西都安县的16尾鲇类标本鉴定描记了鲇属鱼类1新种,即都安鲇Silurus duanensis sp.nov..新种具有下颌突出于上颌,背鳍条i-3,臀鳍条数较少;颌须长;犁骨齿带分成两片;胸鳍硬刺前缘有颗粒状突起,后缘有明显的锯齿;后鼻孔呈短管状,且呈圆形张开等综合特征.上述性状可区别于属内其他已知种类.  相似文献

现报导中国鱼类4属5种的新纪录。标本分别为杨余光、杨岚、杨德华等同志采自云南省西双版纳。 1.鲃鲤 Puntioplites proctozysron(Bleeker)1959年在勐仑采得两尾,全长为370、270毫米。其臀鳍第三硬刺后缘具锯齿,故应属鲤亚科。背鳍分枝鳍条仅8条而区别于亚科内其他属。鱼体高侧扁,体长为体高的1. 9、2.2倍。侧线鳞36(37)、围尾鳞16。咽喉  相似文献

2008年10月在广西北海市侨港镇渔港码头采获金线鱼科Nemipteridae、金线鱼属Nemipterus鱼类标本2尾,经鉴定为红棘金线鱼Nemipterus nemurus(Bleeker,1857),系我国鱼类1新纪录.其主要特征为:体延长,侧扁,体背缘前部陡高;眼较大;上颌前端具大犬牙3~4对;第1鳃弓上鳃耙钝而短,鳃耙数12~13枚;体被中等大薄弱栉鳞,侧线鳞50~53枚;背鳍X-9,臀鳍Ⅲ-7;胸鳍和腹鳍长,末端可达肛门;尾鳍叉形,上叶末端呈丝状延长.新鲜标本全身桃红色,具银白色金属光泽;体侧有2条较宽的黄色纵带;背鳍鳍膜浅黄色,背鳍前2枚鳍棘间的鳍膜上半部鲜红色;尾鳍浅红色,尾鳍上叶丝状延长呈金黄色.  相似文献

查看云南大学生物系收藏的鱼类标本时,发现1号圆唇鱼标本,1984年4月采自云南省西双版纳州勐腊。经鉴定系短须圆唇鱼Cyclocheilichthys repasson(Bleeker),现将其主要性状简记如下:短须圆唇鱼Cyclocheilichthys repasson(Bleeker)全长86毫米,体长70毫米,体长为体高的3.2倍,为头长的3.7倍。尾柄长与其高约相等。背鳍条3,8;臀鳍条3,6;胸鳍条1,16;腹鳍条1,9。鳃耙7。侧线鳞(数至最末1枚具孔鳞片)37,侧线上鳞6.5,侧线下鳞(至腹鳍起点)4.5;背鳍前鳞12;围尾柄鳞18。口端位,上颌略突出。缺上颌须,一对口角须极微小。唇后沟在颏部相通,但较浅。头背…  相似文献

采用PCR技术获得了中国鲿科鱼类代表种类线粒体DNA控制区基因的全序列,对控制区基因结构进行了分析,并选用粒鲇科的中华粒鲇,鮡科的三线纹胸鮡作为外类群,用最大简约法(MP)和邻接法(NJ)构建了系统发育树。结果显示鲿科鱼类中控制区基因适于系统发育分析,鲿科鱼类构成一个单系类群;圆尾拟鲿应该放入鮠属里。  相似文献

2002年6月于云南省河口瑶族自治县采集到鱼类标本3尾,经鉴定为我国华吸鳅属鱼类之新纪录种-红河华吸鳅(Sinogastromyzon chapaensis),测定标本3尾均保存在台湾清华大学,体长35-50mm。背鳍iii,8;臀鳍ii,5;胸鳍xiv-xv,14-16;腹鳍x-xi,11-12,侧线鳞60-64,体长为体高的7.0-7.2倍,为体宽的4.3-4.6倍,为头长的4.9-5.1倍,为尾柄长的5.4-6.0倍,为尾柄高的12.7-14.0倍,为背鳍前距的2.2倍,为腹鳍前距的2.4-2.7倍,头长为头高的1.8-1.9倍,为头宽的0.9-1.1倍,为吻长的2.0-2.1倍,为眼径的4.7-5.0倍,为眼间距的2.0-2.3倍,尾柄长为尾柄高的2.2-2.6倍,头宽为口宽的3.7-4.6倍。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

传染性法氏囊病(Infection bursal disease, IBD)是由鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(Infectious bursal disease virus, IBDV)引起的鸡和火鸡的一种高度接触性传染病,给世界各国的禽养殖业带来了巨大损失.自IBDV发现至今新的变异株不断出现,分子结构的改变导致病毒致病力的改变及宿主对疫苗应答的改变,使得传统的疫苗已不能控制其流行,因此各国学者对其基因组结构和功能进行了广泛深入的研究,并积极研制新型有效的疫苗以达到防治的目的.  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献
