物种-生境关联分析有利于更好地理解物种共存理论和群落构建机制。根据秦岭落叶阔叶林25 hm2固定监测样地的调查数据,将树种分为幼苗、幼树和成树3个生活阶段,利用Torus-translation检验方法分析物种与不同生境类型之间的关联性。结果表明: 生境对各物种的影响不同。与高坡显著关联的物种数最多,其中95.7%为负关联;与低坡呈负相关的物种占89.5%;与山脊呈显著负关联的物种占90.9%;物种与高谷生境多存在显著正关联,呈负相关的只有1种,占0.03%。物种在幼苗、幼树和成树阶段与生境分别存在80、44和23个关联,表明幼苗阶段对生境的依赖程度更大。幼苗阶段的物种中有38个(占总物种数的90.5%)至少与一类生境存在显著的关联性;幼树阶段有25个(占总物种数的58.1%)至少与一类生境存在显著关联;成树阶段只有17个(占总物种数的39.5%)至少与一类生境存在显著关联。同一生境对不同生活史阶段物种的影响存在差异,到生活史阶段后期,生境的影响逐渐减弱。由于特定的环境需求,多数物种在不同生活史阶段表现出不同的生境偏好。  相似文献

领春木(Euptelea pleiosperrnum)系第三纪孑遗植物和东亚特有种,目前已被列为国家Ⅲ级重点保护植物.基于空间定位数据以最近邻体距离统计研究了神农架地区领春木的空间分布特征,比较幼苗(DBH≤2.5cm)、幼树(2.5~7.5cm)和成树(>7.5cm)各径级(代表各生活史阶段)形成的时间序列上的空间格局差异,进而探讨空间格局与立苗、补员、种内竞争等种群动态过程的相互关系.结果显示,在邻域尺度上,领春木的空间格局呈聚集态;幼苗(或幼树)的大小与其距离最近幼树(或成树)的远近没有相关性,幼树(或成树)周围一定距离以内出现同等大小个体的概率约等于幼苗(或幼树)出现的概率,且幼树与最近幼苗(或成树与最近幼树)的平均距离与幼树之间(或成树之间)的平均最近邻体距离没有显著差异;任意个体的大小、任意个体与相应最近邻体的大小之和与相应的最近邻体距离均为显著的正相关关系,但幼树间的最近邻体距离并不大于幼苗随机死亡产生的最近邻体距离,成树间最近邻体距离也不大于幼苗+幼树随机死亡产生的最近邻体距离.这些结果表明,领春木的聚集分布可能与种子散布、生境异质性对立苗格局的作用有关;已定植的大个体可能不限制其邻域内小个体的布局与生长,但是长期的补员过程与邻体间的相互作用不无关系;邻体间存在一定程度的竞争作用,但是竞争强度并未充分激化至发生距离依赖的死亡.  相似文献

海南霸王岭陆均松种群年龄结构与点格局分布特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
陆均松(Dacrydium pectinatum)是构建海南热带山地雨林天然群落的关键种。本文通过实地调查,利用生存分析理论及空间点格局分析法,对陆均松种群龄级结构、空间分布特征及生存现状进行分析。结果表明:1)陆均松天然种群各龄级数量分布呈现前期锐减,波动强烈,中期稳定,后期衰退的特点,种群在生活史初期受到严苛的环境筛选作用;2)陆均松种群存活曲线波动较大,在Ⅰ~Ⅴ龄级阶段种群死亡率及消失率较高,存活曲线表现为Deevey-Ⅲ型,Ⅶ~ⅩⅦ龄级阶段,存活曲线表现为Deevey-Ⅰ型;3)在研究尺度范围内,陆均松种群不同生活史阶段空间分布格局存在明显差异,生活史初期和中期,个体在中小尺度上表现为聚集性分布,聚集强度随尺度的增大及年龄增长逐渐减弱并转为随机分布,生活史后期种群个体在整个研究尺度表现为随机分布;4)不同生活史阶段间的空间关联性不显著,多表现为无关联。  相似文献

以福建梅花山自然保护区濒危乔木红豆杉(Taxus chinensis(Pilger)Rehd.)为对象,对红豆杉的种子排放、幼苗更新、幼树更新3个更新阶段的生境特征进行研究,并比较生态位的变化,以此评价红豆杉不同更新阶段的生境需求。结果显示:随着个体发育生长,红豆杉更新生境发生了明显转变,种子排放地与幼苗生境空间一致性较高,而它们与幼树生境存在明显的空间不一致性。从生态位角度来看,种子排放地和幼苗生境重叠指数≤0.5的仅有海拔和坡度2个因子,这说明幼苗的空间格局受到鸟类传播的强烈影响,鸟类传播所排放的种子能萌发并生长成幼苗。幼苗和幼树生境重叠指数≤0.5的因子有海拔、坡向、植被类型,说明在大尺度景观因子和庇护植被层面上,植物的更新需求出现了明显的不一致。研究结果表明红豆杉的更新生境存在明显的阶段变化,可能造成植物更新出现建成限制,使幼树阶段成为更新的瓶颈阶段。  相似文献

生境在鸟类生活史中发挥着重要的作用,关系到鸟类的生存和繁衍。由于鸟类对环境变化的响应发生在等级序列空间尺度上,基于多尺度的研究更能深入刻画鸟类-环境之间关系。以丹顶鹤(Grus japonensis)为研究对象,以其迁徙和越冬的重要地区-黄河三角洲自然保护区为研究区域,应用等级方差分解法和等级划分法,分析丹顶鹤与微生境、斑块、景观尺度因子之间的关系,探求丹顶鹤生境选择的主要影响因素和尺度。等级方差分解结果表明,在第1等级水平,景观尺度因子与微生境、斑块尺度因子之间的联合效应大于独立效应,景观尺度因子的独立效应大于微生境和斑块尺度因子;在第2等级水平,景观尺度上的景观组成因子重要性大于景观结构因子,微生境尺度上的植被和水分因子为重要影响因素。等级划分结果表明,景观尺度上,翅碱蓬滩涂、水体面积大小是主要影响因素;微生境尺度上,植被盖度和水深为主要限制因子;在斑块尺度上,斑块类型对丹顶鹤生境选择最为重要。研究认为,在黄河三角洲自然保护区,景观尺度是影响丹顶鹤生境选择的主要尺度,景观尺度因子通过与微生境和斑块尺度因子的独立和联合作用制约着丹顶鹤在保护区的生境选择和空间分布格局。建议加强对翅碱蓬滩涂、芦苇沼泽、水体等湿地生境的保护和管理,规范和控制保护区内人类活动强度。  相似文献

关于西北干旱区荒漠灌丛草地地面甲虫群落分布与微生境关系的系统研究尚鲜有报道。采用多元回归分析和RDA群落排序分析等方法,定量研究了甲虫群落分布与微生境因子的关系及其季节变异特征。多元回归分析表明,甲虫群落数量分布与土壤粗砂、中细砂和粘粉粒含量存在显著关系,3个因子解释了21%的甲虫群落变异。多元回归分析还表明,甲虫群落数量分布与春季地面/地下日平均温度和土壤含水量有显著关系(3个因子解释了32%的甲虫群落变异),而与夏季和秋季地面/地下日平均温度和土壤含水量无显著关系。RDA群落排序分析表明,土壤粗砂含量、中细砂含量、地面温度和地下温度对春季甲虫种群分布有显著的影响,解释了34.3%的甲虫种群变异;土壤粗砂和中细砂含量对夏季甲虫种群分布有显著影响,解释了18.8%的甲虫种群变异;土壤粗砂含量、地下日均温和土壤含水量对秋季甲虫种群分布有一定的影响,解释了17.1%的甲虫种群变异。Pearson相关分析表明不同甲虫种群对微生境因子的响应模式不同。主要结论是:微生境的非生物环境因子是决定荒漠甲虫群落空间分布格局的重要因子之一,但是环境因子的影响作用存在明显的季节变异,并且因种类不同而异。  相似文献

为了解陆均松(Dacrydium pierrei)的自然更新能力,对海南霸王岭陆均松进行为期3年的种子雨、种子库及幼苗幼树观测,并分析其与环境因子的关系。结果表明,陆均松种子雨和种子库有效种子数量太少并存在季节性差异;其结实存在大小年现象;种子雨的扩散密度随着距母树距离的增加而逐渐减少;土壤种子库种子数量在枯枝落叶层所占比例最大,但有活力种子数量极少。幼苗幼树适宜生存的海拔范围为800~1 400 m,经度、纬度、坡度与幼苗幼树分布有明显相关性。因此,选择适宜季节采摘种子,提高种源数量和质量,清除林下枯枝落叶,增加种子萌发能力等以减少陆均松更新的限制条件的人工抚育措施应适当考虑。  相似文献

优势树种对群落的构建和形成起主要作用。该文以海南岛尖峰岭60 hm2样地内重要值第二大的树种白颜树(Gironniera subaequalis)为研究对象, 探索其种群分布格局特征, 讨论环境异质性、密度依赖死亡、扩散限制等机制在格局形成过程中所起的作用。将白颜树10022个植株分为6个径级, 分别归属于幼树、中龄树、成年树三个生活史阶段, 采用成对相关函数分析各径级的空间分布特征; 双变量成对相关函数和标签关联函数分析不同生活史阶段之间的空间关系; Berman检验方法检验3个地形因子分别对幼树、中龄树、成年树分布影响的显著度。结果表明: 白颜树种群内I、II、III、IV径级呈现聚集分布, 聚集程度随径级的增加减弱; V和VI径级小尺度上均匀分布, 大尺度上以随机分布为主。幼树与中龄树空间正关联; 幼树与成年树空间负关联; 成年树与中龄树在较小的尺度上负关联, 大尺度上微弱正关联。但是不同生活史阶段的个体之间彼此分离, 个体间无直接的促进作用。地形因子中, 坡度、海拔、凹凸度对幼树的分布影响显著; 坡度、凹凸度对中龄树的分布影响显著; 仅坡度对成年树的分布影响显著。从现有的空间格局可以推断出环境异质性和密度依赖死亡对格局形成起作用, 但是种子的扩散限制对空间格局的影响没有明确地表现出来。  相似文献

生境片断化对濒危植物景东翅子树种群结构与动态的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
生境的破坏及其片断化是生物多样性丧失的主要原因, 了解生境片断化对植物种群动态的影响十分必要。本文比较分析了不同大小生境片断(5 ha和15 ha)和连续森林中濒危植物景东翅子树(Pterospermum kingtungense)种群的结构与动态, 目的是明确影响景东翅子树种群动态的关键生活史阶段及其种群保护的目标, 为濒危植物种群保护和管理策略的制定提供科学依据。在上述3种生境中分别设立3个50 m × 100 m的1.5 ha固定样地, 调查景东翅子树所有个体的胸径(其中幼苗和幼树为地径)和高度、个体的存活及幼苗的补充情况。基于上述统计参数, 建立预测种群动态的Lefkovitch矩阵模型, 同时应用矩阵模型的弹性分析方法量化种群统计参数对种群增长率的相对贡献。结果表明: (1)在5 ha和15 ha生境片断及连续森林各1.5 ha的样地中, 2018年首次调查到景东翅子树的个体数分别为34、82和88株, 2019年复查时的个体数分别为33、82和87株。3种生境中景东翅子树种群的年龄结构均以幼树为主, 但5 ha生境片断森林缺乏幼苗和大树(包括成树和亚成树), 而15 ha生境片断森林幼苗较丰富。(2)在3种生境中景东翅子树种群的增长率等于1 (15 ha生境片断)或趋近于1 (5 ha生境片断和连续森林), 说明不同生境中的景东翅子树种群比较稳定, 这主要是因为其各生活史阶段的存活率均较高。(3)景东翅子树成树和亚成树阶段的存活率对种群增长率的贡献最大, 是影响其种群动态的关键生活史阶段。因此对于大树(包括成树和亚成树)的保护是极度濒危植物景东翅子树种群维持的关键。研究结果揭示小生境片断降低了景东翅子树种群的数量, 改变了种群的结构, 但对种群动态的影响效应尚未显现。因此对于这些小生境片断中濒危植物种群的保护和恢复是可行的, 也是有价值的。  相似文献

种群空间分布格局是研究种群特征、种间相互作用以及种群与环境关系的重要手段。青冈(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)是岩溶生态系统顶极群落的建种群,为进一步了解其种群空间分布格局特征,该研究根据样地调查规范对面积为60 m×60 m样地中的木本植物进行空间定位且进行每木调查,并运用点格局方法中的g(r)和L12(r)函数对青冈幼苗(DBH<2 cm)、幼树(2 cm≤DBH<10 cm)和成树(10 cm≤DBH)进行空间分布特征和关联性分析。结果表明:(1)青冈种群的径级结构符合倒“J”型分布。(2)幼苗、幼树和成树在较小尺度上表现为聚集分布,而幼树和成树在中、大尺度上基本表现为随机分布。(3)不同径级个体空间关联性主要表现为幼苗与幼树在0~15 m尺度上呈正相关;幼树与成树在0~10 m尺度上呈不相关,而在10~15 m尺度上呈正相关;幼苗与成树在0~2 m尺度上呈不相关,而在2~15 m尺度上呈正相关。因此,青冈种群的分布格局及其关联性随空间尺度和发育阶段而变化,这是由种群自身的生物学特性、种内种间关系以及环境条件共同作用的结果。该研究...  相似文献

Questions: Can gender of nurse plants affect regeneration patterns and spatial population structure? Is there a seed‐seedling conflict in the regeneration process? What factors are responsible for the clumped spatial population structure observed for adult trees? Location: Mediterranean cold semi‐arid high mountains in Spain. Methods: The spatial pattern of adult Juniperus thurifera trees was studied by means of Ripley's K‐analysis. χ2 analyses were used to test for natural seedling frequency in each of three main microhabitats: (1) under female and (2) male tree canopies and (3) in open interspaces. The observed pattern was explained experimentally by studying seed and seedling survival for two years. Survival probabilities were calculated across life stages for each of three main microhabitats. Results: Adult J. thurifera trees were aggregated in space. Most seedlings were found underneath female J. thurifera trees. Experimental studies demonstrated that from seed dispersal to seedling survival all life stages showed the same positive or negative trend within a given microhabitat, indicating stage coupling and no seed‐seedling conflicts. Attraction of frugivo‐rous birds by reproductive female junipers and improvement of environmental conditions beneath tree canopies were the main factors responsible for the variation in seedling density among microhabitats; highest underneath female trees and lowest in open interspaces. Conclusions: In dioecious species, the gender of nurse plants can significantly determine the spatial population structure. In J. thurifera forests, facilitation beneath female trees occurs among all life stages without any sign of seed‐seedling conflict. The most critical factors shaping the spatial population structure were directed seed dispersal and environmental amelioration beneath female conspecific trees.  相似文献

为探究麻栎种群不同发育阶段的空间分布特征及关联性,以黄土高原南部桥山林区麻栎天然次生林为研究对象,用L(r)函数对麻栎种群不同发育阶段空间分布特征及关联性进行分析。结果表明:(1)样地内麻栎种群各发育阶段数量结构均为不规则倒"J"型,种群结构稳定,能实现持续更新。(2)麻栎种群总体的空间分布特征受生境异质性影响较大,纯林样地中,种群在0—10 m尺度上表现为高强度聚集分布,5—35 m尺度表现为低强度聚集;混交林样地中,0—5 m尺度上表现为高强度聚集分布,5—35 m尺度上则表现为低强度聚集分布。(3)随着种群的发育及尺度的增大,麻栎种群空间聚集强度减弱,纯林样地内,麻栎幼苗在0—6 m的小尺度表现为聚集分布,6—12 m尺度上表现为随机分布;幼树在各尺度上均表现为聚集分布;中龄树与成龄树在各尺度上均表现为随机分布。混交林样地中,仅幼苗在0—6 m尺度上表现为聚集分布,其余各阶段在各尺度下均趋于随机分布。(4)种群不同发育阶段不同尺度空间关联性不同,纯林样地中,幼苗与幼树在1—2 m小尺度上呈负相关,幼树与中龄树在8 m尺度呈正相关,其余各生长阶段之间在任意尺度上均无关联性;混交林样地中,幼树与中龄树在2—12 m尺度上表现为正相关,其余各生长阶段之间在各尺度上均无关联。在未来的森林经营中,应对不同发育阶段、不同生境的种群进行不同抚育措施,促进种群良性发育。  相似文献

为研究陆均松(Dacrydium pectinatum)种群生存现状及分布格局,对BWL、DLS、JFL三种不同分布区域的陆均松天然种群进行了调查,分析了其天然群落乔木层物种多样性及优势种组成、龄级结构及分布格局三个方面的空间异质性,结果表明:(1)三种陆均松天然群落乔木层物种丰富度及多样性指数均较高,基本表现为BWLJFLDLS,且远高于中高纬度温带及亚热带森林群落;群落内多为小密度种群,少有占绝对优势地位的树种,符合热带山地雨林物种组成的一般规律。(2)龄级结构有所差异,BWL和JFL种群呈衰退趋势,共同特点是幼年树数量较少,成年和老年树比例较高;DLS种群幼年树数量在所有个体中比例最高,属于增长型种群。(3)BWL和DLS种群整体呈聚集分布,幼年至老年阶段由聚集分布转变为均匀分布,JFL种群整体及不同发育阶段均呈均匀分布状态;聚集强度表现为DLSBWLJFL,幼年树成年树老年树。陆均松是热带山地雨林的关键种和建群种,对研究海南热带雨林的起源及其区系特征具有重要意义,针对其生存现状,可根据实际情况,利用人工辅助措施如开辟林窗、合理疏伐等方式进行保护及更新复壮。  相似文献

This study investigates the effect of microhabitat and seed burial on the main demographic processes operating during the early recruitment of Quercus ilex, such as postdispersal seed predation, seed germination, and seedling emergence, survival and growth. The effect of burial was positive over all the processes analysed in this study, since predation rate was lower (63.6% vs. 88%), whereas germination (53.1% vs. 21.8%) and emergence (32.0% vs. 5.5%) were higher for buried acorns. The quality of some microhabitats remained similar throughout the stages and processes studied. Thus, afforestation provided especially suitable microhabitats for oak establishment, since seed predation was lower, while germination, emergence and seedling survival were higher, than in any other microhabitat. By contrast, the quality of some microhabitats, such as open sites and Holm oaks, differed between recruitment stages. Acorns in open sites escaped predation and germinated easily, but most seedlings died due to summer drought. Similarly, although acorns under Holm oaks can germinate and survive drought, they cannot survive to postdispersal predators. This uncoupling results in a post-dispersal change in the spatial distribution of Q. ilex recruits. Furthermore, there were significant interactions between burial and microhabitat for some demographic processes. The recruitment was in afforestations high irrespective of burial, suggesting that burial is not as beneficial in high-quality habitats as it is in lower-quality ones. An accurate understanding of plant recruitment requires the determination not only of the direct effects of limiting factors but also the potential interactions occurring between them.  相似文献

The recruitment of a dioecious bird-dispersed tree, the hollyIlex aquifolium (Aquifoliaceae), was studied consideringthe stages of fruit removal by birds, seed rain, post-dispersal seed predation,seed germination and seedling survival. The main objective was to test theeffect of different microhabitats within a beech forest on recruitment stages.Migrant thrushes were the main dispersers of this tree whose fruit crops wereentirely removed during two study years. Seed rain was greatest beneath hollytrees regardless of their sex and lowest in the open sites. Post-dispersal seedpredation was examined by two experiments and did not differ betweenmicrohabitats despite its quantitative importance (about 70%). Seedlingemergence, which probably corresponded to seeds from several cohorts, wasgreater beneath trees than in open sites and the density of second-yr to 5cm seedlings depended on the presence-absence of ungulateherbivores and litter. While the former had a detrimental effect, the latterhada beneficial effect on seedling abundance. Seedling survival showed nosignificant variations between microhabitats but depended on seedling densityinsome microhabitats (holly, beech). Finally, the initial seed arrival seemed todetermine microhabitat suitability for holly seedling establishment. However,under heavy browsing the density of seedlings may be strongly reduced leadingtomicrohabitat homogeneity for holly seedling establishment.  相似文献

There is a growing body of evidence demonstrating that tree survival is influenced by negative density‐dependence, but it is still controversial how the effect may vary with life‐stage, and to what extent it plays a role in regulating tree survival in heterogeneous subtropical forests. In this study, we investigated density‐dependent effects on tree survival of six tree species in a 5‐ha subtropical forest in eastern China. The roughly 45 000 individuals in the forest were fully censused in 2003 and 2008. For each of these species, we used an inhomogeneous pair‐correlation function to quantify the change in spatial distribution for different size classes, and a case‐control design to study seedling–adult associations in 2003. Autologistic regression was used to determine the influence of neighborhood factors on individual survival from 2003 to 2008. We found that seedlings of five species were repulsed by distance to nearest conspecific adults in terms of their survival, consistent with predictions of the Janzen–Connell mechanism. By contrast, only the least shade‐tolerant Schima superba had a negative relationship with individual survival and conspecific distance‐weighted basal area. This suggests that the Janzen–Connell effect is only prevalent at the early seedling stage or seed‐to‐seedling phase. The strength of clustering significantly declined at sapling–pole and pole–adult transitions for Sycopsis sinensis and at seedling–sapling transition for Cleyera pachyphylla. Correlations between individual survival and conspecific abundance for these species were consistent with trends in the strength of clustering. These results suggest that density dependence plays a limited role in individual survival and species spatial structure beyond the early seedling stage (i.e. after true leaves growing) in this forest. In addition, this study indicates that including individuals from early life‐stages and factoring out potential confounding factors such as habitat preference are important in studies that seek evidence for density dependence in forest trees.  相似文献

The initial spatial pattern of seed deposition influences plant population and community structure, particularly when that pattern persists through recruitment. In a vertebrate‐dispersed rain forest tree, Virola calophylla, we found that spatially aggregated seed deposition strongly influenced the spatial structure of later stages. Seed dispersion was clumped, and seed densities were highest underneath V. calophylla females and the sleeping sites of spider monkeys (Ateles paniscus), the key dispersal agent. Although these site types had the lowest per capita seed‐to‐seedling survival, they had the highest seedling/sapling densities. Conversely, seed and seedling/sapling densities were lowest, and seed survival was highest, at sites of diurnal seed dispersal by spider monkeys. Negative density‐dependent and positive distance‐dependent seed survival thinned seed clumps. Nonetheless, the clumped dispersion at sleeping and parental sites persisted to the seedling/sapling stage because differences in seed deposition were large enough to offset differences in seed survival among these site types.  相似文献

Aim Brown's principle predicts that a species will peak in density near its range centre, and decline gradually towards the margins of its geographical distribution. The decline is assumed to reflect a decrease in individual performance near range margins. I test this abundance–performance hypothesis by comparing patterns in density and size across the northern half of the geographical distribution of the marine patellogastropod Collisella scabra (Gould, 1846). Location Collisella scabra is a high intertidal patellogastropod species distributed along the Pacific coast of North America from Cape Mendocino (CA, USA) to southern Baja California (Mexico). I surveyed 11 research sites spanning c. 36–44° N. Methods In each of the 11 research sites I surveyed four distinct microhabitats, and compared spatial patterns in density and in the size of solitary limpets. Results Both density and size were highly variable across the species range. Density peaked near the northern range margin, and showed greater variance at small spatial scales (< 10 km) than at large scales (> 100 km). In contrast, large size occurred uniformly across the survey area, and size was strongly associated with microhabitat. Main conclusion Collisella scabra does not show spatial patterns of density or performance that are consistent with Brown's principle. The underlying assumptions of Brown's principle may conflict with specific characteristics of C. scabra's life history and/or patterns of environmental variation across its range. Because such conflicts may be common in a large number of marine and terrestrial species, the generality of Brown's principle is questioned.  相似文献

采用野外调查、样品采集和统计分析等相结合的方法,对小兴安岭天然红松混交林3种不同林型(椴树红松混交林(TP)、枫桦红松混交林(BP)、云冷杉红松混交林(PAP))的林隙及其邻近郁闭林分的土壤特征因子和树木更新的相关性进行了研究,旨在阐明林隙土壤特征因子对树木更新的影响,从而为小兴安岭天然红松混交林植被更新、退化生态系统的恢复和可持续经营提供基础数据和实践参考。结果表明:郁闭林分土壤有机质、全氮质量分数显著高于3种不同林型的林隙。有效磷和速效钾含量在BP内与其他林型之间差异显著。3种林型林隙内p H值均略高于其郁闭林分,但与其差异均不显著。3种林型林隙内更新总密度、幼树更新密度与郁闭林分差异显著(P0.05),PAP林隙中更新总密度和幼树更新密度最高。BP林隙面积与更新密度相关不显著,乔木幼苗、幼树更新密度与有机质(r=-0.400,r=-0.475)、全氮均呈显著负相关(r=-0.519,r=-0.603)。TP林隙内全氮与乔木幼苗更新密度呈正相关(r=0.092),而与乔木幼树更新密度呈显著负相关(r=-0.585)。PAP林隙内全氮与乔木幼苗、幼树更新密度均呈负相关。郁闭林分幼苗更新密度分别与有机质、全氮、速效钾、p H值、脲酶和蛋白酶呈负相关。主成分分析表明,全氮是影响林隙和郁闭林分树木更新的关键因素。  相似文献

An animal's microhabitat requirements can impact its ability to colonize restored areas, particularly species requiring slow developing microhabitats, such as logs and woody debris piles. Introduction of these microhabitats may be required to facilitate colonization by some species. Restored bauxite mine‐pits in the Jarrah (Eucalyptus marginata) forest of south‐western Australia contain introduced log piles at densities of 1 ha?1. However, these have not facilitated colonization by Napoleon's skink (Egernia napoleonis), which rely on logs for habitat and are largely absent from restored sites. We radio‐tracked 12 skinks in unmined forest to determine their microhabitat preferences and examined differences in vegetation structure, and microhabitat and food availability, between restored and unmined forests to identify reasons for their absence. Restored and unmined forests differed in canopy, mid‐ and understory cover and ground substrates, which were all potential barriers to colonization. Food availability was similar between restored and unmined forest, thus not a barrier to colonization. Skinks primarily utilized long logs, large woody debris piles, and large trees; microhabitats that were scarce or absent in restored sites and, therefore, potential barriers to colonization. Using this information, we introduced small woody debris piles into restored sites in close proximity to unmined areas containing skinks to facilitate skink colonization. This showed early signs of success and suggested that the lack of logs and woody debris were barriers to colonization. However, further monitoring is required to accurately determine the long‐term value of woody debris piles in facilitating skink colonization.  相似文献
