蜂访花与不同品种紫花苜蓿花部特征的相关性   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8

紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa L.为严格的异花授粉植物,其授粉主要由蜂类进行。作者对10个不同品种紫花苜蓿的花萼直径、花冠长度、花朵密度、花蜜量及花蜜糖组成等花部特征与访花蜂数的关系进行了研究。结果表明,花部特征对访花蜂数的影响依次为: 单位面积花蜜量(r=0.93,P<0.01) >花朵密度(r=0.92,P<0.01) > 蔗糖含量(r=0.82,P<0.05) > 花冠长度(r=0.77,P<0.05) > 单花花蜜量(r=0.71,P<0.05)。对不同品种紫花苜蓿分别利用花部特征和访花蜂数进行聚类分析,结果显示小组划分虽然有所不同,但都能分为相同的两大组,即:阿尔冈津、陕北、L173、WL323和拉达克聚为一大组,而三得利、德福、赛特、Prime和德宝聚为另一大组。作者认为,花朵的大小是造成紫花苜蓿各品种间的蜜蜂拜访数量差异的首要因素,再次是花蜜量的多少,最后是花朵的颜色。  相似文献

灌水量对枸杞根茎次生木质部结构和组成的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以4年生宁夏枸杞树为材料,通过非称重式蒸渗器进行定量灌溉试验,研究了不同灌水量对枸杞根和茎内次生木质部结构及其组成的影响.结果显示:(1)随着灌水量的增加,枸杞根内次生木质部导管直径逐渐增加,且两者呈极显著正相关(r=0.942);在灌水量为900 m3/hm2时导管频率最大、纤维面积所占的比例最小,同时,根次生木质部导管面积比例与导管频率的变化趋势一致,而木薄壁细胞面积比例则与灌水量呈不显著正相关(r=0.835).(2)枸杞茎内次生木质部导管直径在灌水量为900 m3/hm2时达到最大,导管频率则与灌水量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.963);茎次生木质部内导管面积比例在灌水量为450 m3/hm2时最大,纤维面积所占的比例则与灌水量呈显著正相关(r=0.964);木薄壁细胞面积比例则与灌水量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.989).(3)枸杞根和茎内木射线频率随灌水量的增加而减少,且分别与灌水量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.96和r=-0.99),即根和茎内木射线的横向运输功能随着灌水量的增加而减弱.研究表明,宁夏枸杞根和茎内次生木质部结构和组成分子的数量随灌水量而变化,适度的灌水量(900 m3/hm2)使枸杞的根茎导管直径增加,导管频率降低,以维持枸杞体内输水系统较适宜的有效性和安全性.  相似文献

采用形态标记和RAPD分子标记相结合的方法,对10个紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种的花萼直径、花冠长度、花序花朵数、单枝花序数、单位面积花朵数、已弹花百分率、花蜜量、花蜜含糖量及花蜜中蔗糖、果糖和葡萄糖含量等花部特征的遗传变异进行了研究,结果表明紫花苜蓿品种间花部特征的变异为0.80%~92.30%,花蜜中葡萄糖变异最大,变幅为0.01~0.53 µmol/L (P<0.05);花蜜含糖量的变异最小,且差异不显著(P>0.05);RAPD分析表明各品种的遗传距离变异范围为0.21~0.35,其中变异最大的是WL323和Shanbei,而变异最小的是Derby和Prime;紫花苜蓿品种间的花部特征具有丰富的遗传多样性。  相似文献

 菊花(Dendranthema morifolium)是异花授粉植物, 具有自交不亲和特性。其自然授粉的主要媒介为蜂类和蝶类。我们对19个菊花品种的花色、花朵繁密度、花冠直径、管状花花盘直径、株高以及花冠精油组分与访花蜂数和访花蝶数的相关性进行了研究。结果表明, 黄花色系较吸引西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera)访花; 菊花的花朵繁密度、花冠直径、管状花花盘直径均与访花蜂数有显著相关性, 而株高与访花蜂数无相关性。大红蛱蝶(Vanessa indica)青睐红色花, 其访花蝶数与花朵繁密度、管状花花盘直径均有显著相关性, 而花冠直径和株高与访花蝶数无相关性。经气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析得知, 不同菊花品种花冠精油的组分不同, 其主要成分均为单萜和倍半萜类及其含氧衍生物; 并且不同品种含有某些特定的花冠精油组分, 其中樟脑萜(r = –0.909, p<0.05)和6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五酮(r=0.882, p<0.05)与访花蜂数呈一定的相关性, α萜品醇(r=0.979, p<0.01)、顺柠檬烯氧化物(r=0.979, p<0.01)、金合欢烯氧化物(r=0.979, p<0.01)、p-mentha-6,8-dien-2-ol,cis- (r=0.973, p<0.01)、p-menth-1-en-8-ol (r=0.962, p<0.01)和4-萜品烯醇(r=0.957, p<0.05)与访花蝶数呈一定相关性。  相似文献

小麦大粒品种籽粒和旗叶中的GA3 含量高于小粒品种 ,而ABA含量低于小粒品种 ,其变化均为单峰曲线 ;但大粒品种籽粒和旗叶中的GA3 的峰值高于小粒品种 ,而ABA的峰值均低于小粒品种 ,而且大粒品种籽粒中ABA出现峰值的时间比小粒品种晚。大粒品种旗叶中GA3 /ABA与光合速率呈显著正相关 (r =0 .884 0 ) ,籽粒中GA3 /ABA与籽粒灌浆速率呈显著正相关 (r =0 .90 70 ) ,籽粒与旗叶中的GA3 /ABA相关不显著 ,而小粒品种籽粒与旗叶中的GA3 /ABA相关达极显著水平 (r =0 .95 98 )  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术检测中国南方六个省份的249份大豆品种异黄酮主要组分含量.结果显示大豆籽粒中可检测出6种主要的异黄酮组分,分别为大豆甙(Daidzin)、甲氧基黄豆甙原(Glycitin)、染料木甙(Genistin)、丙二酰基大豆甙(Malonyldaidzin)、丙二酰基黄豆甙原(Malonylglycitin)和丙二酰基染料木甙(Malonylgenistin).各组分中以丙二酰基(Malonyl)异黄酮组分含量最高(61.2%),且各组分间相关极显著.大豆品种间异黄酮含量变异较大,变异系数达49.6%.来自江苏省的品种海门红黄豆乙异黄酮含量最高(4932.3μg/g),品种宝应等西风含量最低(367.1μg/g).不同省份间异黄酮含量差异极显著,来自浙江省的大豆品种平均含量最高(2717.2μg/g),来自安徽省的平均含量最低(1181.8μg/g).异黄酮含量与生育期呈极显著正相关(r=0.319* * *),与百粒重呈显著正相关(r=0.132*),而与脂肪含量(r=-0.45* * *)和蛋白质含量(r=-0.136)呈负相关.  相似文献

用15个蛋白质含量和产量均有较大差异的小麦品种为试材,分别测定了以CO2同化速率和光合放氧速率为指标的光合作用状况.相关分析表明,苗期以CO2同化速率表示的光合速率与籽粒蛋白质含量之间呈极显著负相关关系(r=-0.75*),与籽粒产量则达极显著正相关关系(r=0.849**);以光合放氧速率表示的光合速率与籽粒蛋白质含量之间呈显著正相关(r=0.515*),而与产量无相关关系(r=0.415)(图1).用CO2同化速率和光合放氧速率对品种所作的聚类分析表明,15个品种被明显分为两个大类,一是光合放氧速率较高而CO2同化速率较低,另一类则相反(图2).蛋白质含量高的品种其CO2同化速率较蛋白质含量低的品种低,但光合放氧速率却不低,甚至高于蛋白质含量低的品种.籽粒形成期间,蛋白质含量高的品种光合CO2同化速率和光合放氧速率下降幅度相对较小,后期衰老较慢(图3),可能与其体内较高的氮素含量和较强的硝酸还原酶活性有关.  相似文献

大豆微核心种质蛋白质及脂肪含量的遗传变异   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
大豆是人类最重要的植物蛋白和油脂来源。提高大豆蛋白质及脂肪含量一直是大豆品质育种的重要研究方向。采用NIR检测方法,对77份大豆微核心种质进行蛋白质及脂肪含量分析,探讨微核心种质蛋白质及脂肪含量的遗传变异特性及其与主要农艺性状的相关性,为种质利用及品质育种提供依据。结果表明,蛋白质含量和脂肪含量在品种间和生态区间均存在极显著的差异,变异丰富;蛋白质含量和脂肪含量的变异幅度为40.68%~50.03%和13.81%~21.51%,平均含量为45.95%和17.42%,变异系数为4.42%和7.96%;不同生态区品种蛋白质含量为南方品种>黄淮海品种>北方品种>国外品种,脂肪含量则相反。蛋白质含量与脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.825**),与单株粒数和单株荚数呈极显著和显著负相关(r=-0.205**,r=-0.156*),与底荚高度呈极显著正相关(r=0.240**)。主成分分析显示,4个主成分可解释82.25%信息,分别为产量构成因子、品质因子、株型因子和粒重因子。  相似文献

为探明二代亚洲玉米螟发生量对玉米产量损失的影响,本试验在田间采用人工密度梯度接卵法(0、20、50、100和200块·百株-1),模拟自然情况亚洲玉米螟发生量,研究辽宁地区二代亚洲玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis Guenée)对玉米的经济阈值。结果表明:百株接卵量与虫孔数呈极显著正相关(P0.01),百株虫孔数与产量损失率呈极显著正相关(P0.01),回归方程分别为y=3.1999x+24.8416(R2=0.953,P0.01),y=0.0234x-1.6167(R2=0.988,P0.01),推导出百株接卵量与玉米产量损失率的方程为z=0.0749x-1.0354,即落卵量每增加1块,虫孔数增加约3.2个,产量损失率增加7.49%;隧道长度与雌穗长度、穗粗及粒重呈极显著负相关(P0.01),与产量损失率呈极显著正相关(P0.01),表明玉米茎秆隧道长度每增加10 cm,玉米平均减产7.02 g,产量损失率平均增加4.38%;根据经济阈值定义,在产量8411 kg·hm~(-2)的玉米田,使用松毛虫赤眼蜂(Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura)进行单次防治时,辽宁地区防治二代亚洲玉米螟的经济阈值为百株玉米累计落卵量17.39块。  相似文献

种子大小和数量关系是植物繁殖对策研究的重要问题之一。为了解不同海拔下滇重楼(Pairs polyphylla var.yunnanensis)种子数量和大小的差异及其关系,以云南省普洱地区滇重楼为研究对象,对该地区景东(海拔1984 m)和镇沅(海拔1025 m)2个不同海拔点滇重楼种子数量与大小进行比较研究。结果表明:不同海拔下滇重楼果实内种子总数差异不显著(P0.05),但景东县滇重楼果实内饱满种子数量显著高于镇沅县(P0.05),败育种子数显著低于镇沅县(P0.01),种子百粒重以镇沅县高于景东县(P0.05);不同海拔下滇重楼种子败育与种子数量和大小的关系不一致,低海拔试验点种子败育率与种子数量呈极显著正相关关系(P0.01),而高海拔试验点种子败育率则与种子大小呈显著正相关关系(P0.05);不同海拔下滇重楼果实内种子数量与大小呈显著或极显著负相关,即滇重楼果实内种子数量与大小在不同海拔下均存在权衡关系,但海拔1025 m试验点的回归斜率显著低于海拔1984 m试验点(P0.05),表明滇重楼种子数量和大小之间的权衡关系对海拔的响应具有敏感性。  相似文献

一些研究显示盗蜜对自交植物的结实和结籽没有显著影响。然而, 对于既有传粉者为其传粉实现异交又能通过自交实现生殖保障的兼性自交植物来说, 盗蜜对其生殖的影响还知之甚少。由于兼性自交植物可以自交, 盗蜜对其总体结实可能不会有显著影响, 但可能会通过影响传粉者行为而影响传粉者介导的结实。为了验证这一假说, 本研究以兼性自交的一年生角蒿(Invarvillea sinensis var. sinensis)为研究材料, 通过野外调查和控制实验, 探讨了盗蜜对传粉者介导的结实(传粉者行为)和总体结实率的影响。结果表明: 角蒿的盗蜜者和主要传粉者相同, 均为密林熊蜂(Bombus patagiatus)。熊蜂盗蜜频率平均为20.24% (范围为0-51.43%)。盗蜜对角蒿总体结实率、每果结籽数和每果种子重量没有显著影响。然而, 被盗蜜花的柱头闭合比率显著高于未被盗蜜花, 说明盗蜜影响传粉者的访花行为和传粉者介导的结实率。另外, 被盗蜜花的高度显著高于未被盗蜜花, 说明盗蜜者倾向于从较大较高的花上盗蜜。这些结果为全面认识盗蜜对植物生殖的影响提供了新的信息。  相似文献

Male and female nectar robbers may show significantly different behaviour on host plants and thus have different impacts on reproductive fitness of the plants. A 4-year study in natural populations of Glechoma longituba has shown that male carpenter bees (Xylocopa sinensis) are responsible for most of the nectar robbing from these flowers, while female bees account for little nectar robbing, demonstrating distinct behavioural differentiation between male and female bees in visiting flowers. The smaller male bee spends less time visiting a single flower than the larger female bee, consequently, the male bee is capable of visiting more flowers per unit time and has a higher foraging efficiency. Moreover, the robbing behaviour of female carpenter bees is more destructive and affects flower structures (ovules and nectaries) and floral life-span more than that of the male bee. According to the energy trade-off hypothesis, the net energy gain for male bees during nectar robbing greatly surpasses energy payout (17.72 versus 2.43 J), while the female bee net energy gain is barely adequate to meet energy payout per unit time (3.78 versus 2.39 J). The differences in net energy gain for male and female bees per unit time in nectar robbing are the likely cause of observed behavioural differences between the sexes. The differences in food resource preference between male and female bees constitute an optimal resource allocation pattern that enables the visitors to utilise floral resources more efficiently.  相似文献

Floral nectar characteristics of nine inbred lines of onion (Allium cepa L.) were examined to determine their influence on the attractiveness of the onion flowers to honey bees (Apis mellifera L.). Potassium concentrations and sugar concentrations of the nectar did not significantly correlate with the number of bee visits received by an umbel. The average amount of nectar produced by both the umbels and the individual florets was significantly positively correlated with the number of bee visits. Our results suggest that selection for flowers with high nectar production may lead to a higher rate of pollination of the onion seed crop.  相似文献

Oilseed rape (OSR; Brassica napus L.) is a major crop in temperate regions and provides an important source of nutrition to many of the yield‐enhancing insect flower visitors that consume floral nectar. The manipulation of mechanisms that control various crop plant traits for the benefit of pollinators has been suggested in the bid to increase food security, but little is known about inherent floral trait expression in contemporary OSR varieties or the breeding systems used in OSR breeding programmes. We studied a range of floral traits in glasshouse‐grown, certified conventional varieties of winter OSR to test for variation among and within breeding systems. We measured 24‐h nectar secretion rate, amount, concentration and ratio of nectar sugars per flower, and sizes and number of flowers produced per plant from 24 varieties of OSR representing open‐pollinated (OP), genic male sterility (GMS) hybrid and cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) hybrid breeding systems. Sugar concentration was consistent among and within the breeding systems; however, GMS hybrids produced more nectar and more sugar per flower than CMS hybrid or OP varieties. With the exception of ratio of fructose/glucose in OP varieties, we found that nectar traits were consistent within all the breeding systems. When scaled, GMS hybrids produced 1.73 times more nectar resource per plant than OP varieties. Nectar production and amount of nectar sugar in OSR plants were independent of number and size of flowers. Our data show that floral traits of glasshouse‐grown OSR differed among breeding systems, suggesting that manipulation and enhancement of nectar rewards for insect flower visitors, including pollinators, could be included in future OSR breeding programmes.  相似文献

The two widespread tropical Solanum species S. paniculatum and S. stramoniifolium are highly dependent on the visits of large bees that pollinate the flowers while buzzing them. Both Solanum species do not offer nectar reward; the rewarding of bees is thus solely dependent on the availability of pollen. Flower visitors are unable to visually assess the amount of pollen, because the pollen is hidden in poricidal anthers. In this study we ask whether and how the amount of pollen determines the attractiveness of flowers for bees. The number of pollen grains in anthers of S. stramoniifolium was seven times higher than in S. paniculatum. By contrast, the handling time per five flowers for carpenter bees visiting S. paniculatum was 3.5 times shorter than of those visiting S. stramoniifolium. As a result foraging carpenter bees collected a similar number of pollen grains per unit time on flowers of both species. Experimental manipulation of pollen availability by gluing the anther pores showed that the carpenter bees were unable to detect the availability of pollen by means of chemical cues before landing and without buzzing. Our study shows that the efficiency of pollen collecting on S. paniculatum is based on large inflorescences with short between‐flower search times and short handling time of individual flowers, whereas that of S. stramoniifolium relies on a large amount of pollen per flower. Interestingly, large carpenter bees are able to adjust their foraging behaviour to drastically different strategies of pollen reward in otherwise very similar plant species.  相似文献

Nectar is a vital source of energy for bees and other pollinators and pollen represents the only source of protein in the diet of bees. Nectar and pollen quality and quantity can therefore affect foraging choices. Strawberry, Fragaria × ananassa (Rosaceae), is a flowering crop that requires insect pollination for the berries to develop optimally. The solitary red mason bee, Osmia bicornis L. (Hymenoptera: Megachilidae), occurs naturally but like the eusocial western honeybee, Apis mellifera mellifera L. (Hymenoptera: Apidae), it is also a commercially reared pollinator used in strawberry production. We hypothesized that strawberry nectar and pollen quality would affect the foraging choice of these two types of bees. In this study nectar and pollen quality is represented by various levels of sugar and protein content, respectively, as well as the number of open strawberry flowers in the experimental field, would affect the foraging choice of these two types of bees. Consistent with previous studies, we found significant and major differences between strawberry varieties in proportions of sucrose in the nectar sugar and in pollen viability – a proxy for pollen protein content. All measured parameters had a significant effect on red mason bee visitation frequency. Contrary to expectations, honeybee foraging behavior was only affected by the number of open flowers and not by any of the quality parameters measured. Our findings indicate that red mason bees were capable of assessing nectar and pollen quality and prioritize accordingly. The pattern observed indicates that individual red mason bees changed foraging focus between strawberry varieties depending on whether nectar or pollen was collected. Our results suggest that targeted breeding of varieties toward high levels of nectar sugar and sucrose concentrations and high pollen protein content may increase pollination success from red mason bees and possibly other solitary bees.  相似文献

意大利蜜蜂Apis mellifera ligustica和小峰熊蜂Bombus hypocrita是我国设施农业中的两种主要授粉昆虫, 二者的传粉方式和传粉效率因不同作物而各有不同。为了选用最理想的蜂种为温室作物授粉, 提高作物的授粉效率, 我们于2008-2010年连续3年在北京的温室桃园进行了意大利蜜蜂和小峰熊蜂的传粉行为及其影响因素的研究。结果表明, 两种蜂的日活动规律不同, 和意大利蜜蜂相比, 小峰熊蜂的活动起点温度低、 日工作时间长、 单花访问时间长, 采集蜂在温室内距离蜂巢不同距离之间扩散比较均匀。而意大利蜜蜂采集蜂的数量随授粉半径的增大而明显减少。温室内环境因子对两种蜂传粉活动的影响基本一致, 温度对两种蜂的传粉活动影响最大, 其次是湿度、 单花花蜜浓度和光照强度, 而单花花蜜体积对蜂活动无明显影响。本研究认为对于温室桃授粉应优先选用授粉性能稳定的小峰熊蜂, 并且适当调节温室内环境条件, 以提高其授粉效率。  相似文献

 We assessed nectar and honey potential of Phacelia tanacetifolia, an American plant, under Mediterranean conditions. Its flowering occurred during the major flowering season unless intensely irrigated, whereas duration and flower life span were shorter compared to continental conditions. Mediterranean climate limitations to nectar secretion were assessed on plants grown under natural conditions (xeric) vs. regular irrigation. May flowering xeric plants produced less nectar per flower than the irrigated ones, but had the same nectar potential per surface area. On the contrary, at the cost of intense irrigation, July flowering plants produced much higher nectar per flower and per surface area compared to xeric ones. In all flowering periods and sections honeybees were the most constant and numerous visitors, visiting the flowers mainly for nectar, whereas solitary bees were scarce. Based on our results, we suggest that although the plant may be a good nectar source for honeybees in some cases, we have serious reservations for a generalised use in the Mediterranean.
