脊椎动物在吐鲁番盆地坎儿井区的分布格局

坎儿井为动物开辟了地下生存空间。据调查,在叶鲁番盆地计有１８种脊椎动物在坎儿井区栖息、取食或繁殖。分布在坎儿井区的土堆,井壁、暗渠、明渠或涝坝等处,其中鱼类３种,两栖类、１种,爬行类５种,鸟类６种,兽类３种。     

中国西部黑蛋巢属之二新种

从中国西部地区发现两个黑蛋巢菌新种,它们是甘肃黑蛋巢（Cyathus gansuensis）和嘉峪关黑蛋巢（Cyathus jiayuguanensis）。模式标本保存于西南林学院真菌标本室（MHSFC）。

本文报道了黑蛋巢菌属Cyathus四个新种和二个新变种,它们分别是:内蒙黑蛋巢菌Cyathus neimonggolensis Liu et Y.M.Li,盘柄黑蛋巢菌C.discostipltatus Liu et Y.M.Li,太原黑蛋巢菌C.taiyuanensis Liu et Y.M.Li,毛被黑蛋巢菌C.hirtulus Liu et Y.M.Li,天山黑蛋巢毛被变种C.tianshanensis Liu et Cao var.tomentosus Liu, Cao et Y.M.Li,环状黑蛋巢武夷山变种 C. annulatus Brodie var. wuyishanensis Liu et Y.M.Li。全部模式标本均保存在山西大学真菌标本室。     

黑蛋巢菌属的新种新变种

本文报道了采自云南的黑蛋巢菌属(Cyathus Haller:Pers.)两个新种,一个新变种。它们分别是:巨孢黑蛋巢Cyathut megasporus Ren et Zhou、角状黑蛋巢Cyathus cornucop-ioides Zhou et Ren和新西兰黑蛋巢卵形孢变种C.no(?)ae-zeelandiae Tul.var.ovisporus R-en et Zhou。模式标本均保存在西南林学院真菌标本室。

黑蛋巢菌属的一个新种

本文报道了黑蛋巢菌属 Cyathus的一个新种:五台山黑蛋巢菌Cyathuswutaishanensis Liu,Shangguan et Yuan sp. nov.,袁丕钢、上官铁梁于 1983 年 8月 17日采自山西省五台山,灵境公社,老茅沟林内苔藓丛中。本新种依据 Brodie(1975)分类系统应属于 Striatus group(条纹群),此群原包括11种。本新种不同于此群以及其他群任何种之处,主要是具有长椭圆至圆柱状的孢子。     

江西省萍乡市发现恐龙蛋化石

2002年8月,江西省萍乡市博物馆考古专业人员首次在萍乡市白源镇长溪村院冲(萍乡市高新技术工业园东区建设工地)距地表深约10m处发现一窝长椭圆形的恐龙蛋共8枚。这些化石蛋的长径为180～220mm,短径70～80mm。它们呈放射状排列镶嵌在紫红色粉砂岩中。     

雪豹下天山之谜

Diversity of sandflies (Psychodidae: Phlebotominae) captured in sandstone caves from Central Amazonia, Brazil

In the present paper we describe the diversity of phlebotomine sandflies collected in three sandstone caves in the municipality of Presidente Figueiredo, state of Amazonas, Brazil. The phlebotomines were captured during 2006 with CDC light traps. Guano samples from inside the Gruta Refúgio do Maruaga were collected to investigate the presence of immature specimens. A total of 2,160 adult phlebotomines representing 15 species were captured. Pintomyia pacae was the dominant species in Gruta dos Animais (1,723 specimens) and Gruta dos Lages (50 specimens) and Deanemyia maruaga new comb (280 specimens) was the dominant species in Gruta Refúgio do Maruaga. A total of 18 guano samples were collected and seven of these samples included immature specimens. A total of 507 immature specimens were captured; 495 of these specimens were larvae and 12 were pupae. The presence of paca (Agouti paca) footprints near Gruta dos Animais and Gruta dos Lages suggests the association of Pi. pacae with this rodent. This finding may explain the abundance of Pi. pacae in these locations, while the species is relatively rare in the forest. Deanemyia maruaga is a cave species that uses guano to breed during its immature stages. Adult specimens of this species are apparently parthenogenetic and autogenous and represent the second record of parthenogenesis for the subfamily Phlebotominae.

本文记述艾美虫属Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａ Ｓｃｈｎｅｉｄｅｒ,１８７５二新种：寄生于鲢、鳙肾脏的柳壕艾美虫,新种Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａ ｌｉｕｈａｏｅｎｓｉｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。寄生于草鱼肾脏的草鱼艾美虫,新种Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａ ｃｔｅｎｏｐｈａｒｙｎｇｏｄｏｎｉ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。     

Application of dried whole blood collected on filter paper disks to ELISA for the detection of Sendai virus and mouse hepatitis virus antibodies in mice.

This study was undertaken to simplify the preparation procedures for test specimens by applying whole blood collected on filter paper disks. The results of ELISA obtained using specimens collected in this way for the detection of Sendai virus and mouse hepatitis virus antibodies in mice were comparable to those for ordinary ELISA using serum samples.     

Description and life cycle of a new Physarum (Myxomycetes) from the Atacama Desert in Chile

A new species of Physarum (Myxomycetes), Physarum atacamense is described in this paper, and details are provided on its life cycle as observed in spore-to-spore culture in agar. The new species was collected during studies of the Atacama Desert in Chile. It has been collected directly in the field and isolated in moist chamber cultures prepared with material from an endemic cactus. The combination of characters that make this species unique in the genus are its large fusiform nodes of the capillitium, its long, bicolored stalk and the very dark brown and densely warted angular spores. The morphology of specimens of this myxomycete was examined with scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy, and micrographs of relevant details and life cycle stages are included in this paper. The importance of resistant stages in the life cycle of this myxomycete is stressed, and the close association of this myxomycete with its plant substrates is discussed.     

一种野外采集和毒杀鞘翅目昆虫的方法

介绍了一种野外采集毒杀鞘翅目昆虫的方法。在塑料瓶或玻璃瓶内放少许卫生纸 ,滴入乙酸乙酯使瓶内的卫生纸浸湿 ,采集到的甲虫放入瓶内毒死 ,再转移至 75 %的酒精内保存。用此方法处理的甲虫能长时间保持肢体柔软、干净 ,雄性个体的外生殖器很容易拉出 ,从而优于氰化钾毒瓶和酒精直接浸泡的毒杀方法。     

中国追蛛属两新记录种的报道

本文首次报道了我国跳蛛科追蛛属两种蜘蛛,即加利那追蛛Dendryphantes canariensis Schmidt,1977和呼勒德追蛛Dendryphantes chuldensis Proszynski,1982。并绘有外形及外雌器内外结构特征图。     

中国兽类一新纪录--爪哇穿山甲

记述了来自中国云南的爪哇穿山甲Manis javanica,即中国兽类新纪录,标本收藏在中国科学院昆明动物研究所标本馆.     

中国凸顶跳甲属一新种记述及一雄虫的首次描记(鞘翅目,叶甲科,跳甲亚科)

对采自西藏林芝的1新种Euphitrea excavata Wang etYang,sp.nov.进行了描述,并对采自云南泸水片马红缘凸顶跳甲Euphitrea rufomarginata Wang的雄虫进行了首次描记,新种模式标本和重新描述的标本均保存于中国科学院动物研究所昆虫标本馆.
