中国蟋螽亚科二新种(直翅目:沙螽科)

记述蟋螽亚科2新种,少刺荒栖蟋螽Eremus parvospinus sp.nov.采自广西,黑膝疾蟋螽Apotrechus nigrigeniculatus sp.nov.采自四川。模式标本保存在中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所昆虫标本馆。     

中国驼螽属两新种（直翅目：驼螽科：驼螽亚科）

记述驼螽属Rhaphidophora Audinet-Serville,1839两新种,四川驼螽Rhaphi-dophora sichuanensis Liu et Zhang,sp.nov。和小殖板驼螽Rhaphidophora minuo-lamellaLiu et Zhang,sp.nov以及中华驼螽Rhaphidophora sinica Bey-Bienko,1962的雌性补充描述。模式标本保存在中国科学院植物生理生态研究所昆虫标本馆。     

中国贝蟋属系统学研究(直翅目,蟋蟀科,纤蟋亚科)

对中国贝蟋属进行了系统研究,并记述1新种,即小贝蟋Beybienkoana parvula sp.nov.,同时发现1新组合,长翅贝蟋Beybienkoana longipennis(Liu et Yin,1993)comb.nov..模式标本保存于河北大学博物馆.     

条螽属一新种记述及尖翅条螽雌性描述(直翅目,露螽科)

报道了采自湖北神农架的条螽属Ducetia Stal 1新种,即刺条螽Ducetia spina sp．nov．,同时首次描述了尖翅条螽Ducetia attenuate Xia et Liu雌性的外部形态。模式标本保存于山西师范大学生命科学学院标本室。     

中生代晚期原哈格鸣螽化石新发现(直翅目,原哈格鸣螽科,阿博鸣螽亚科)

描述哈格鸣螽科化石2新属7新种:Circulaboilu aureus gen.et sp.nov.,Circulaboilus amoenus gen.et sp.nov.,Furcaboilus excelsus gen.et sp.nov.,Aboilus stratosus sp.nov.,Aboilus cornutus sp.nov.,Pseudohagala shihi sp.nov.,Bacharaboilus jurassicus sp.nov..标本采自于内蒙古宁城道虎沟中侏罗世九龙山组地层和辽宁西部晚侏罗世义县组地层,现保存于首都师范大学生命科学学院.     

中国草螽属的研究及两新种记述(直翅目,草螽科)

对中国草螽属的种类进行了分类学研究,认为这3个种Xiphidion pulchrum Karny,1907(日本);Xiphidium formosanum Matsumura et Shiraki,1908(台湾)和Xiphidium divergentum Matsumura et Shiraki,1908(台湾)均是日本草螽Conocephalus japonicus(Redtenbacher,1891)的同物异名,并报道两新种,即夏氏草螽Conocephalus xiai sp.nov.和梁氏草螽Conocephalus liangi sp.nov.,模式标本保存在中国科学院上海昆虫博物馆.     

贵州剑螽属Xiphidiopsis Redtenbacher（直翅目：蛩螽科）两新种记述

记述了贵州剑螽属二新种,即扩板剑螽Xiphidiopsis tonikosa sp.n ov.和钳尾剑螽X.forcipa sp.nov.扩板剑冬X.tonikosa sp.nov与四川剑螽X.szechwanensis Tinkham,1944和双突剑螽X.biprocera Shi et Zheng,1996较相似,主要区别：1）头部背面具4个分离的纵斑;2）雄性尾须分2支,水平支扩展;3）雌性下生殖板延长,后缘两侧突出。钳尾剑螽X.forcipa sp.nov与双叶剑螽X.biolba B.-Bienko,1962相似,但体较小,雄性第10腹节背板稍向后延伸,端部为2个向腹面弯曲的三角形片,不呈圆柱形。     

中国吟螽属研究及一新种记述(直翅目,蛩螽科)

对中国吟螽属Phlugiolopsis Zeuner的种类进行了研究,并记述了云南1新种,即云南吟螽Phlugiolopsis yunnanensies sp.nov,同时首次描述了宽板吟螽Ph.platycata Shi et Zheng和缙云吟螽Ph.jinyunensis(Shi et Zheng,1994)的雌性.模式标本保存于西南林学院昆虫标本室.     

中国辽宁新的原哈格鸣螽科化石(直翅目,原哈格鸣螽科,赤峰鸣螽亚科)

描述原哈格鸣螽科化石1新属:糙哈格鸣螽属Trachohagla gen.nov.,4新种:热河糙哈格鸣螽Trachohagla jeholia sp.nov.,阔翼赤峰鸣螽Chifengia lata sp.nov.,渐狭赤峰鸣螽Chifengia angustata sp.nov.,阔基线哈格鸣螽Grammohagla fatibasis sp.nov..所有化石标本均采于辽宁西部晚侏罗世义县组地层,现存于首都师范大学生命科学学院.     

中国东北晚侏罗世原哈格鸣螽科化石新发现(直翅目,原哈格鸣螽科,赤峰鸣螽亚科)

描述原哈格鸣螽科化石2新属:线哈格鸣螽属Grammohagla gen.nov.和奇哈格鸣螽属Aethehagla gen.nov.,3新种:条纹线哈格鸣螽Grammohagla striata sp.nov.,洪氏奇哈格鸣螽Aethehagla hongi sp.nov.及可爱赤峰鸣螽Chifengia amans sp.nov..所有化石标本均采于辽宁西部晚侏罗世义县组地层,现存于首都师范大学生命科学学院.     

Quadruplexes of human telomere DNA analogs designed to contain G:A:G:A,G:G:A:A,and A:A:A:A tetrads

Replacement of two to four guanines by adenines in the human telomere DNA repeat dG₃(TTAG₃)₃ did not hinder the formation of quadruplexes if the substitutions took place in the terminal tetrad bridged by the diagonal loop of the intramolecular antiparallel three‐tetrad scaffold, as proved by CD and PAGE in both Na⁺ and K⁺ solutions. Thermodynamic data showed that, in Na⁺ solution, the dG₃(TTAG₃)₃ quadruplex was destabilized, the least by the two G:A:G:A tetrads, the most by the G:G:A:A tetrad in which the adenosines replaced syn‐guanosines. In physiological K⁺ solution, the highest destabilization was caused by the 4A tetrad. In K⁺, only the unmodified dG₃(TTAG₃)₃ quadruplex rearranged into a K⁺‐dependent quadruplex form, none of the multiple adenine‐modified structures did so.
