蚯蚓是陆地生态系统中重要的大型土壤动物之一,其种类组成、种群大小及群落结构在一定程度上可以反映当地的土壤状况.常用的蚯蚓采样方法如手挖、电击法、福尔马林法、芥末法、异硫氰酸丙烯酯法存在很多差异,各方法都存在一定缺点.本研究应用茶枯溶液进行蚯蚓采样,操作简便易行.试验结果表明,茶枯法在荷木林、马占林、马尾松林的单位面积所驱赶出的蚯蚓个体数依次为62.1、70.3、96.2 number m-2,各林区采样效率依次为80.1%、70.9%、75.8%;3林区平均个体数采样效率为75.3%.除内栖类蚯蚓西土寒宪蚓外,其他蚯蚓种均能完全被驱赶采样;未能采样蚯蚓大部分为西土寒宪蚓幼体;在进入干季11月份采样效率显著降低.  相似文献

鹤山丘陵退化生态系统植被恢复的土壤动物群落结构   总被引:20,自引:0,他引:20  
对南亚热带恢复生态学研究基地-鹤山丘陵综合试验场20a人工植被林土壤动物群落进行了调查研究。研究样地包括草坡、松林、荷木混交林、马占相思林和豆科混交林。结果表明:在个体数量上,豆混林与马占林之间不存在显著差异,但与其它林分间差异明显(p<0.05);草坡土壤动物个体数明显处于最低水平;在类群的丰富度上,豆混林显著(p<0.05)高于所有其它林分,但无论是林分之间抑或季节之间,其变化的幅度都明显比个体数小;根据DG指数,各人工林可明显分为豆混林()、马占林()和荷混林()、针叶林()、草坡()3个层次。季节的差异很明显,湿季各项指标都低于干季。土壤表层各项指标的绝对值都与F2、F3层有极显著的差别(p<0.01),而F2、F3层之间却非常接近。长角跳虫科、鳞跳虫科、蚁科、康虫八科、蟹蛛科、巨蟹蛛科、球蛛科、鞘翅幼虫和半翅幼虫与群落总体特征(DG指数)的相关性都达到显著水准(p<0.05)。DG指数在反映不同人工林土壤动物群落特征上具有很好的稳定性。  相似文献

通过在华北高产农田生态系统进行的土壤培肥试验 ,研究了不同秸秆还田方式和施肥措施对土壤大型动物——蚯蚓的影响。研究结果表明 :该区域高肥力土壤共有 7种蚯蚓 ,其中以正蚓科梯形流蚓为主 ,并同时分布巨蚓科的远盲蚓属、腔蚓属和链胃蚓科的杜拉蚓属的一些广布种。全年平均种群密度为 83.83条 /m2 ,最高种群数量出现在 1998年 8月份 ,其季节变化趋势为夏季 >春季 >秋冬季。在投入同量化肥条件下 ,有机物投入越多 ,蚯蚓越丰富 ,其生物量有以下趋势 :化肥投入 <化肥与麦秸还田 <化肥与玉米秸麦秸全还田 <化肥与玉米秸麦秸还田加施有机肥处理。在有有机物投入的条件下 ,化肥对土壤生物的负面效应不明显 ,不会对土壤中的蚯蚓有较大影响 ;而单施化肥 ,对蚯蚓负面影响较为显著。有机肥的施入可以增加蚯蚓的种群数量 ,随着时间的增加这种趋势越明显  相似文献

2006年1月,通过样地调查法比较了西双版纳次生林和橡胶林2种不同土地利用方式的蚯蚓数量分布状况及其与环境因子的关系.结果表明:自然林转变为橡胶林后,土壤养分及植物有机碳输入均明显减少,同时蚯蚓群落发生较大的变化:在橡胶林,热带外来种蚯蚓无围海蚓的密度(52.27 ind·m-2)显著高于林地内本地种蚯蚓远环蚓的密度(0.53 ind·m-2),但在次生林,2种蚯蚓的密度和生物量无显著差异;橡胶林本地种蚯蚓远环蚓的密度(0.53 ind·m-2)和生物量(0.32 g·m-2)与次生林(6.93 ind·m-2、7.76 g·m-1)相比呈下降趋势.无围海蚓的幼蚓在其种群中占有较大比例,类似增长型种群年龄结构,而远环蚓则主要以成蚓为主.相关分析表明,橡胶林的细根生物量与无围海蚓的密度呈显著正相关.由预示蚯蚓群落结构的这种变化可能与橡胶林土地利用引起的植被变化、土壤养分下降等因素密切相关,同时外来种蚯蚓与本地种蚯蚓本身的生态适应对策也不可忽视.  相似文献

不同生态型蚯蚓的取食偏好和生境有所差异,因此蚯蚓的生态型差异可能关乎其对土壤性质的不同影响;有关不同生态型蚯蚓对土壤性质尤其是微生物学性质影响的研究有助于了解蚯蚓生态功能的作用机制。在野外调控试验的第4年采集土壤,研究了牛粪混施和表施处理下内层种威廉腔环蚓(Metaphire guillelmi)和表层种赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)对设施菜地土壤微生物群落结构和主要理化性质的影响。结果表明,土壤微生物群落结构同时受到蚯蚓种类和牛粪施用方式的影响。牛粪表施时,两种蚯蚓均显著降低了菌根真菌、真菌生物量和原生动物生物量(P0.05);牛粪混施时,不同蚯蚓的影响有所差异,威廉腔环蚓明显增加了菌根真菌、真菌生物量和放线菌生物量,而赤子爱胜蚓的作用不明显。此外,两种蚯蚓均提高了土壤孔隙度、团聚体稳定性和土壤p H、矿质氮以及微生物生物量碳氮水平,但提高幅度取决于蚯蚓种类和牛粪施用方式。冗余分析表明蚯蚓影响下土壤微生物群落结构的变化与团聚体稳定性、p H、速效磷、矿质氮呈正相关,而与土壤容重呈负相关。  相似文献

2003年5月到2004年4月,在鹤山人工林中张网6353网小时,捕到林下鸟28种110只,平均网捕率为1.73只/100网h。其中冬候鸟的种类和数量分别占整个网捕鸟种类和数量的42.86%和33.64%。优势种是大山雀(P arusm ajor)、白头鹎(Py cnonotus sinensis)和红胁蓝尾鸲(T arsig er cyanurus)。鹤山20a林龄的人工林林下鸟群落具有:种类和数量贫乏、网捕率低、画眉科的鸟少等特点。林下鸟群落的种类、数量、组成和网捕率与植被有关,相思林种类最丰富、网捕率最高;针叶林种类最少、网捕率最低;4种植被类型中林下鸟种类和网捕率大小排序是:相思林>荷木林>桉树林>针叶林。相思林与荷木林有最大的种的相似性(0.43)、而相思林与针叶林种的相似性最小(0.20)。林下鸟丰度和网捕率均存在季节变化,冬季种类最丰富、春季次之、而夏季和秋季种类最少。在针叶林(F3,44=4.514,p<0.01)和荷木林中(F3,44=4.449,p<0.01),林下鸟的网捕率有极显著的季节变化,冬季的网捕率最高、夏季的网捕率最低;而在相思林(F3,44=1.893,p>0.05)和桉树林中(F3,44=1.212,p>0.05),林下鸟的网捕率季节差异不显著。  相似文献

对不同林龄人工落叶松林的土壤动物生物量的研究表明,在不同林型中,大型土壤动物占总生物量的41.6~64.0%,中小型土壤动物为24.4~39.0%,湿生动物为8.9~25%.在土壤动物各类群中,蚯蚓生物量最大,线虫类次之,线蚓最小.土壤动物生物量与凋落物量、植被总盖度、土壤pH、土壤含水量和土壤有机质含量呈正相关关系.  相似文献

对帽儿山3种典型森林群落大型土壤动物进行了连续6个月的野外调查研究。通过系统分析,共获得大型土壤动物3604只,隶属于3门6纲17目50科。其中正蚓科(Lumbricidae)、线蚓科(Enchytraeidae)和石蜈蚣目(Lithobiomorpha)为优势类群,常见类群11类。结果表明:(1)水平分布上,密度和生物量红松人工林最高,其次为硬阔叶林,蒙古栎林最少;类群数硬阔叶林最多,蒙古栎林最少;香农指数和丰富度指数均为蒙古栎林最高,红松人工林最低;优势度指数与两者相反;均匀度指数蒙古栎林最高,硬阔叶林最低;(2)垂直分布上,个体密度、类群数及生物量均差异显著(P < 0.001)。3个样地大型土壤动物个体密度表聚性明显;类群数红松人工林自凋落物层向下减少,硬阔叶林和蒙古栎林0-10 cm最多;生物量在0-10 cm土层最大;香农指数随深度增加而减小,优势度指数则相反;(3)在时间变化上,5月和10月个体密度和类群数较多,9月生物量最大;香农指数和优势度指数差异显著(P < 0.01),其他指数各月间无明显差异;(4)与土壤环境因子关系上,总有机碳含量与类群数、个体密度及生物量显著正相关,容重与香农指数显著负相关;典型对应分析结果表明,不同类群大型土壤动物与环境相关性不同。  相似文献

华南典型人工林土壤有机碳库及其稳定性特征研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
研究了华南地区4种25年林龄的典型人工林土壤有机碳库及其稳定性特征。测定了林内0~10 cm和10~20 cm层土壤的有机碳(Total organic carbon,TOC)含量、易分解碳库/稳定性碳库大小以及土壤微生物生物量碳。结果表明,4种林型土壤TOC含量为:马占相思林大叶相思林湿地松林荷木林,其中豆科人工林(马占相思和大叶相思林)的TOC含量显著高于非豆科人工林(湿地松和荷木林)。在表土层(0~10 cm),荷木林易分解碳库最大(7.80 mg g-1),易分解性碳潜在周转时间最短(49 d),马占相思林易分解碳库最小(2.14 mg g-1),占总碳量也最小(8.63%),说明马占相思林土壤有机碳库比其它人工林具有更好的稳定性。4种人工林表土层土壤微生物量碳含量为马占相思林湿地松林大叶相思林荷木林,马占相思林显著高于其它3种人工林,表土层微生物量碳含量格局与土壤有机碳含量相似,较高的微生物量有利于更多的枯枝落叶转化为土壤有机碳。在亚表土层(10~20 cm),大叶相思林土壤微生物量碳最大,马占相思林最小,与表土层的格局相反,但亚表土层微生物碳总含量并不高。因而,人工林土壤有机碳积累水平与土壤有机碳的稳定性及表层土壤微生物量有关。  相似文献

为了考察地上植物群落的演替与土壤线虫群落的相互关系, 作者对闽北退化常绿阔叶林不同恢复阶段的土壤线虫群落进行了为期一年的定位研究。研究表明, 线虫群落对植被不同恢复阶段有不同的响应, 各恢复阶段线虫数量差异显著(P<0.01), 从大到小依次为: 荒地(Wj)、天然阔叶林(Cc)、针阔混交林(Clc )、针叶林(Pm); 土壤线虫数量的季节波动明显, 属数与个体密度均体现为春季>冬季>秋季>夏季, 而夏季极显著少于其他季节(P<0.01); 土壤线虫群落DG指数与丰富度指数从大到小依次为天然阔叶林、荒地、针阔混交林和针叶林。而多样性顺序却表现为: 荒地>天然阔叶林>针阔混交林>针叶林; 不同恢复阶段土壤根系生物量、土壤理化特征存在明显的空间变异, 并且线虫数量与根系生物量、土壤含水率、土壤孔隙度、土壤有机质、全氮以及速效磷具有显著正相关关系。因此, 植被恢复过程中土壤线虫群落结构分异及其动态是一个重要的生态响应过程, 能为进一步研究土壤生物在植被演替中的地位和作用以及土壤生物多样性保护提供基础数据。  相似文献

Effects of temperature and rainfall timing, amount, and duration on the spread of Tomato spotted wilt virus (Bunyaviridae: genus Tospovirus ; TSWV) and population growth of its primary vector, Frankliniella fusca (Hinds) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae), within patches of common chickweed, Stellaria media (L.) Cyrillo (Caryophyllaceae), were examined during the spring of 2004, 2005, and 2006. Elevated temperature treatments were investigated in an attempt to alter the age structure of F. fusca populations and change the effect of precipitation, but an average increase in daily temperature of 1 °C did not increase population size until late spring. Populations of immature F. fusca were immediately and negatively influenced by large amounts of rainfall or by rainfall distributed over three or more consecutive days during late April and early May. However, when precipitation was distributed over 1–3 days during early May, it also delayed senescence of the chickweed and ultimately resulted in a larger F. fusca population late in the season. The majority of TSWV spread within patches of chickweed occurred after mid-April. The fewest TSWV-infected chickweed plants occurred in plots that received high levels of precipitation during April or throughout spring and the amount of spread was directly related to the size of the immature F. fusca population that developed in each plot.  相似文献

Chironomidae (Diptera) of peatlands in northwestern Ontario, Canada   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Eighty-four species of Chironomidae were collected, using emergence traps, from three poor fens located in the Experimental Lakes Area (ELA) of northwestern Ontario. Of these, 37 were considered to be true peatland fauna. The majority (23) of the peatland species are new North American or Canadian records and, of these, 10 are previously undescribed. Numbers m−2 yr−1 emerging from the fens were similar to neighbouring lakes but biomass (mg) m−2 yr−1 emerging was much less, indicating the small average size of the fen chironomids. Emergence began in early May and was virtually completed by late July-early August in all three years of the study. Most of the emergence occurred early in the season. Eight species accounted for ≥90% of the emergence. Five of these, Gymnometriocnemus (R.) acigus Saeth., Doithrix villosa Saeth. and Subl., Pseudorthocladius (s.s.) destitutus Saeth. and Subl., P. (s.s.) curtistylus (Goetgh.), and Paramerina nr. smithae (Subl.) had univoltine life cycles and relatively stichronous emergences. Pseudosmittia forcipata (Goetgh.) was bivoltine, and Limnophyes minimus (Meig.) and Smittia nr. nudipennis Geotgh. had protracted emergence periods that made voltinism difficult to determine. Characteristic features of the chironomid fauna of peatlands at ELA are discussed. The general applicability of these features to peatlands, and needs for further research in these neglected but extensive Canadian habitats are considered.  相似文献

Development of foliage structure in Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex Steudel stands in three Scottish lochs in 1975 was studied. Both tagged and harvested shoots were utilized to monitor the seasonal changes in the chlorophyll content, net leaf number, rate of shoot elongation, leaf production, leaf fall and leaf area increase, and individual leaf size in the reed-stands from the three study areas. Quantitative measurements of the number of leaf and leaf surface area in 25 cm stratified layers in the shoots were also made during active canopy development from May to August.  相似文献

Bostrychia tenella (Vohl.) J. Ag. and Caloglossa leprieurii (Mont.) J. Ag., two examples of species important for human consumption from estuaries in Asia, were studied with respect to spore formation and release with a long-term view to their mass cultivation. Plants were collected between January and December 1987 from three different regions of the Gautami Godavari estuary, India. Both species behaved rather similarly. Tetrasporophytic plants were present throughout the year, whereas carposporophytic plants were found only in certain months. Shedding of tetraspores was observed throughout the year, but with seasonal difference in their output. Carpospores were liberated from October to May when the material was available. Maximum shedding of carpospores and tetraspores was observed in December and January and the minimum number of tetraspores in August and carpospores in May. The maximum number of spores was liberated, when plants were submerged at 20% salinity.  相似文献

20 0 3年3月~2 0 0 4年5月,分别在南充市郊的人工林、农田、河漫滩草丛、灌木丛4种生境进行瓢虫种群结构及多样性的抽样调查研究,共采集瓢虫标本1 2 1 6只,经鉴定隶属7亚科,2 2属,3 6种。个体数量以瓢虫亚科最多,食植瓢虫亚科次之。物种数以瓢虫亚科最多,食植亚科次之,小艳瓢虫亚科最少。各生境的多样性指数和物种丰富度排序为灌木丛>河漫滩草丛>人工林>农田。  相似文献

【目的】探明不同种类的植物对其根际土壤微生物数量分布与群落结构的影响。【方法】将微生物计数法与磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)法相结合,分析比较麦积山景区3种典型裸子植物根际土壤微生物的数量分布和PLFA种类、含量及主成分结构。【结果】3种植物根际土壤微生物数量均以细菌最多,真菌最少;总PLFA含量以红豆杉[Taxus chinensis(Pilg)Rehder.]最高、种类最多,日本落叶松[Larix kaempferi(Lamb)Carriere.]最低,红豆杉与云杉(Picea asperata Mast)PLFA主要成分相似度高于日本落叶松;外来种日本落叶松无论微生物数量,还是种类以及PLFA结构组成与红豆杉、云杉均有较大的差异,多样性显著下降。【结论】与土著裸子植物相比,外来种日本落叶松能明显改变根际土壤微生物数量分布与群落结构。  相似文献

Plant breeders would like to predict which biparental populations will have the largest genetic variance. If the population genetic variance could be predicted using coefficient of parentage or genetic distance estimates based on molecular marker data, breeders could choose parents that produced segregating populations with a large genetic variance. Three biparental soybean {Glycine max (L.) Merr.} populations were developed by crossing parents that were closely related, based on pedigree relationships. Three additional biparental populations were developed by crossing parents that were assumed to be unrelated. The genetic variance of each population was estimated for yield, lodging, physiological maturity, and plant height. Coefficient of parentage was calculated for each pair of parents used to develop the segregating populations. Genetic distance was determined, based on the number of random amplified polymorphic markers (RAPD) that were polymorphic for each pair of parents. Genetic distance was not associated with the coefficient of parentage or the magnitude of the genetic variance. The genetic variance pooled across the three closely related populations was smaller than the genetic variance pooled across the three populations derived from crossing unrelated parents for all four traits that were evaluated. 对湿地匍灯藓〔Plagiomniumacutum(Lindb.)T.Kop.〕、大羽藓〔Thuidiumcymbifolium(Dozy&Molk.)Dozy&Molk.〕和垂藓〔Chrysocladiunretrorsum(Mitt.)Fleisch.〕的水分含量与光合作用、呼吸作用和水势的关系进行了初步研究(1999年5月20日到6月10日)。在这3种藓类植物中,其水分含量与光合作用速率(Pn)的关系可以分为2种类型一种类型如大羽藓和垂藓,在藓体水分含量20%~70%时,Pn随着水分含量增加而增加,但是在80%~95%时,Pn随水分含量增加而下降,光合最适水分含量约70%~80%;另一种出现在湿地匍灯藓,水分含量20%~80%时,Pn随着水分含量增加而增加,在80%~95%时,Pn维持一个较高的水平,光合最适水分含量为80%~90%。在一个大的水分含量范围内(60%~95%),暗呼吸(Rd)保持相对稳定,但是在水分含量较低时(20%~70%),Rd随着水分含量的下降而下降。在藓体水分含量与水势之间的关系方面,3种藓类植物相似,水分含量与水势对数之间的回归曲线为S形曲线。  相似文献

Field trials were established at three European sites (Denmark, Eastern France, South-West France) of genetically modified maize (Zea mays L.) expressing the CryIAb Bacillus thuringiensis toxin (Bt), the near-isogenic non-Bt cultivar, another conventional maize cultivar and grass. Soil from Denmark was sampled at sowing (May) and harvest (October) over two years (2002, 2003); from E France at harvest 2002, sowing and harvest 2003; and from SW France at sowing and harvest 2003. Samples were analysed for microbial community structure (2003 samples only) by community-level physiological-profiling (CLPP) and phospholipid fatty acid analysis (PLFA), and protozoa and nematodes in all samples. Individual differences within a site resulted from: greater nematode numbers under grass than maize on three occasions; different nematode populations under the conventional maize cultivars once; and two occasions when there was a reduced protozoan population under Bt maize compared to non-Bt maize. Microbial community structure within the sites only varied with grass compared to maize, with one occurrence of CLPP varying between maize cultivars (Bt versus a conventional cultivar). An overall comparison of Bt versus non-Bt maize across all three sites only revealed differences for nematodes, with a smaller population under the Bt maize. Nematode community structure was different at each site and the Bt effect was not confined to specific nematode taxa. The effect of the Bt maize was small and within the normal variation expected in these agricultural systems.  相似文献

Growth and different phases in the life histories of Bos-trychia tenella (Vohl.) J. Ag., Caloglossa leprieurii (Mont.) J. Ag., and Catenella impudica (Mont.) J. Ag. were estimated for 23 months from January 1986 to December 1987 in the Gautami Godavari estuary of lndia. Seasonal data on hydrographical conditions, biomass, and plant length were collected from three stations in this estuary. Biomass was minimum in August and September and maximum in January and February, as was frond length of tetrasporic and vegetative plants. Temperatures of 24°–27°C and salinities of 5–20 ppt coincided with optimal growth for all three algae. In all three species, tetrasporophytes were present in all months of the year without any seasonal periodicity, and nearly 50% of the plants were tetrasporophytes. The gametophytes of B. tenella and C. leprieurii and cystocarpic plants of C. impudica occurred from October to May, with greatest abundance in January. The abundance of spermatangial and cystocarpic plants in the populations of B. tenella and C. leprieurii ranged from 3 to 15%. Spermatangial plants of Catenella impudica could not be identified, and the abundance of cystocarpic plants was very low.  相似文献
