14种微藻总脂含量和脂肪酸组成研究   总被引:59,自引:4,他引:55  
比较分析了14种微藻的总脂含量和脂肪酸组成,结果表明:除小球藻、亚心形扁藻、极微小环藻、微绿球藻外,其他微藻的总脂含量均超过其干重的10%。每一纲的微藻脂肪酸组成都有各自特点,绿藻纲中16:0、16:1(n-7)、18:1(n-9)含量较高,但微绿球藻中16:1(n-7)、20:5(n-3)(EPA)含量远高于其他绿藻;金藻纲中含大量14:0、16:0、18:3(n-3)、22:6(n-3)(DHA);硅藻纲中14:0、16:0、16:1(n-7)、EPA含量较高;黄藻纲的异胶藻富含16:0、16:1(n-7)和EPA。  相似文献

从广东沿海分离出9 种海洋微藻(包括6 种绿藻, 2 种金藻, 1 种硅藻), 在低氮并持续通入二氧化碳(1% CO2)条件下测试其总脂含量, 对其中总脂含量超过其干重45%的海洋微藻进行脂肪酸组成分析并优化反应条件。结果表明,9 种海洋微藻的总脂含量存在着明显差异, 介于8.9%-55.77%之间。其中, 海洋小球藻Chlorella sp.、眼点拟微绿球藻Nannochloropsis oculata、绿色巴夫藻Pavlova viridis 和微拟球藻Nannochloropsis sp.的总脂含量超过干重的45%, 而且, 这4 种富油海洋微藻的C16 和C18 脂肪酸含量丰富, C16:0、C16:1(n-7)、C18:1(n-9)含量较高, C14-C18 长链脂肪酸的含量超过总脂肪酸含量的80%。4 种高脂微藻在30 ℃高温培养条件下比生长速率均超过1.0 d−1。研究结果可为高温富油海洋微藻的工业化培养提供参考依据。  相似文献

研究了10种海洋微藻的总脂、中性脂和极性脂的脂肪酸组成特征。海洋微藻的脂肪含量均在15%以上。极性脂一般为海洋微藻的主要脂类,是长链多元不饱和脂肪酸的主要提供者。中性脂含短链脂肪酸较多,为主要的储存脂类。绿藻纲可以将高含量的16:4(n-3)和18:3(n-3)作为化学分类的标记脂肪酸,小球藻和微绿球藻有丰富的20:5(n-3),与绿藻纲显著不同,可能属于大眼藻纲。绿枝藻纲的脂肪酸组成与绿藻纲类似,绿胞藻纲以16:0、18:4(n-3)和20:5(n-3)为主要脂肪酸。脂肪酸组成可用于海洋微藻的分类学研究,并能指导利用海洋微藻生产高度不饱和脂肪酸。  相似文献

【背景】缺刻叶球藻(Lobosphaera incisa Reisigl)是一种单细胞球状绿藻,是已知花生四烯酸(Arachidonic acid,AA)含量最丰富的植物资源之一。然而目前其分类和命名仍然较为混乱。【目的】明确3株球状绿藻(SAG2468、SAG2043、H4301)的分类地位及在不同氮源(硝酸钠、尿素、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵、硝酸铵、氯化铵和硫酸铵)和氮浓度(18mmol/L,3mmol/L)条件下油脂和AA积累的特性。【方法】通过分子系统学和形态观察的方法对3株球状绿藻进行分类界定;采用干重法、重量法和气相色谱分析的方法分别对其生物量、油脂含量、脂肪酸组成及AA含量进行测定。【结果】3株球状绿藻均隶属于叶球藻属(Lobosphaera),SAG2468原定名为缺刻缘绿藻(Parietochloris incisa),现修订为缺刻叶球藻(Lobosphaera incisa),与H4301为缺刻叶球藻的不同地理株系。SAG2043原定名为双隔蚁形藻(Myrmecia bisecta),现修订为双隔叶球藻(Lobosphaera bisecta)。3株微藻在高氮(18 mmol/L)和低氮(3 mmol/L)浓度的硝酸钠和尿素培养条件下均可良好生长,铵盐对藻细胞生长普遍有抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越显著。低氮胁迫能显著促进油脂和AA的积累(P0.05),SAG2043在3 mmol/L硝酸钠条件下油脂和AA产率最高,分别为142.15mg/(L·d)和35.51mg/(L·d),明显高于另外2株微藻(P0.05)。此时SAG2043对应获得的生物量为4.9 g/L,油脂含量为43.49%,AA含量高达干重的10.86%,占总脂肪酸含量的31.75%。【结论】SAG2043是一株更具AA开发潜力的微藻。  相似文献

分离自象山港的15种海洋微藻脂肪酸比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在160μmol.m-2.s-1光强、(20±2)℃条件下对分离自象山港的15种海洋微藻进行培养,在稳定期离心收集,冷冻干燥后用Bligh-Dyer法提取总脂,皂化衍生化后用气相色谱-质谱联用分析系统对其含有的脂肪酸进行定量和定性的分析。结果表明,这15种微藻总脂含量均较高,其中有9种微藻的总脂含量超过干重的10%,中心硅藻纲中共有的含量相对较高的主要脂肪酸为C14∶0、C16∶0、C16∶1(n-7)脂肪酸和EPA,针胞藻纲的赤潮异湾藻则含有高比例的C16∶0、C18∶4(n-3)和EPA,纵裂甲藻纲和甲藻纲中共有的含量相对较高的主要脂肪酸为C16∶0、C18∶4(n-3)、C18∶5(n-3)和DHA,而隶属于定鞭藻门颗石藻纲的颗石藻含量相对较高的主要脂肪酸分别为C16∶0、C18∶4(n-3)和DHA。这些藻是否可以作为生物饵料还需实际养殖投喂效果决定。  相似文献

对5种微藻进行了脂肪酸分析及海淡水驯化影响其脂肪酸组成的研究,结果表明:谈水小球藻和海水小球藻的特征脂肪酸均为16:0、16:2、18:0、18:2和18:3;淡水斜生栅藻的特征脂肪酸为16:0、18:1和18:3;海水三角褐指藻的特征脂肪酸为14:0、16:0、16:1和EPA。淡水藻海水驯化和海水藻淡水驯化后,特征脂肪酸的种类不发生变化,但各种脂肪酸的含量有明显变化,驯化后,几种特征脂肪酸及总脂肪酸占细胞干重的比例在蛋白核小球藻、小球藻-1和三角褐指藻SS02品系中均有不同程度的提高,而在斜生栅藻、小球藻-2和三角褐指藻ZS08、XSO3品系中均有不同程度的下降。  相似文献

为研究饲料中添加雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis)粉对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)成体雄蟹成活、增重和生化组成的影响,分别在饲料中添加0、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的雨生红球藻粉,配制4种等氮等脂的育肥饲料,投喂生殖蜕壳后雄蟹60 d,计算各组成活率、增重率、特定生长率和肥满度,同时测定了组织中的常规营养成分、脂肪酸组成和类胡萝卜素含量,并对实验数据进行方差分析。结果显示:(1)饲料中添加雨生红球藻粉对成体雄蟹的成活率、增重率、特定生长率和肥满度均无显著影响。(2)雄蟹性腺中的粗蛋白及肝胰腺总脂含量均以雨生红球藻粉0.4%组最高,而肌肉水分含量随饲料中雨生红球藻粉含量的升高整体呈上升趋势(P0.05)。(3)性腺中的脂肪酸C20:0含量随饲料雨生红球藻粉添加水平的升高而显著上升,而C16:1n7、C18:2n6和C18:3n3含量分别在雨生红球藻粉0.6%组、0.4%组和0组最高(P0.05)。(4)肝胰腺中的脂肪酸C14:0、C18:0和C18:1n7含量均以雨生红球藻粉0.2%组最高,而C18:1n9和总单不饱和脂肪酸(∑MUFA)含量均以雨生红球藻粉0.6%组最高(P0.05)。(5)肌肉中的脂肪酸C14:1n5和C20:2n6含量在雨生红球藻粉0.2%组最高(P0.05),C16:0含量及二十二碳六烯酸/二十碳五烯酸(DHA/EPA)比例以雨生红球藻粉0.4%组最高,而C22:6n3、总多不饱和脂肪酸(∑PUFA)、∑n-3 PUFA和总高度不饱和脂肪酸(∑HUFA)含量均以雨生红球藻粉0.6%组最高(P0.05)。(6)肝胰腺中的虾青素、β-胡萝卜素和头胸甲中的虾青素、叶黄素、玉米黄素含量随饲料中雨生红球藻粉含量的升高而显著上升(P0.05)。综上,饲料中添加雨生红球藻粉对成体雄蟹成活率、增重率和肥满度无显著影响,但可提高性腺粗蛋白、肌肉总多不饱和脂肪酸、肝胰腺和头胸甲中的类胡萝卜素含量,雄蟹育肥饲料中适宜的雨生红球藻粉添加量建议为0.4%左右。  相似文献

【目的】研究氮浓度对真眼点藻纲(Eustigmatophyceae)的2株高产油微藻大真眼点藻(Eustigmatos magnus,EM)和波氏真眼点藻(Eustigmatos polyphem,EP)的细胞形态、生长、总脂含量、脂质组成和脂肪酸组成与含量的时序变化规律。【方法】利用高氮(18.0 mmol/L NO3?-N)和低氮(3.6 mmol/L NO3?-N)浓度培养微藻。【结果】形态观察结果表明,大真眼点藻(E. magnus)和波氏真眼点藻(E. polyphem)营养细胞具有1个周生的裂叶状叶绿体,细胞质中有液泡,内含能够振动的颗粒物,以及一个较为明显的红色色素体;生殖方式通过形成2个D形或4个四角形的似亲孢子;随着培养周期的延伸和营养盐的消耗,细胞中油体逐步形成,其数量不断增加,体积不断增大。实验结果表明,初始氮浓度对2种微藻的总脂积累及生长均有显著影响(P<0.05),低氮浓度下2种微藻的生物质浓度分别为9.0 g/L和8.5 g/L,均低于高氮浓度下的生物质浓度。而低氮浓度下2种微藻的总脂、中性脂和总脂肪酸的含量以及总脂、中性脂与总脂肪酸的单位体积产率均明显高于高氮浓度组,其最高值分别为:59.10%、51.90%、46.95%和0.28、0.24、0.22 g/(L·d) (EM);64.20%、56.80%、50.01%和0.32、0.28、0.25 g/(L·d) (EP)。脂肪酸分析结果表明,两种微藻的脂肪酸主要成分均为棕榈酸(C16:0)、棕榈油酸(C16:1)、油酸(C18:1)和二十碳五烯酸(C20:5,EPA),四者的总含量(占总脂肪酸)分别达到85.83%和85.48%,其中棕榈油酸的含量最高。【结论】低氮浓度胁迫有利于大真眼点藻和波氏真眼点藻细胞内油脂的积累,两种微藻均为适合于生产生物柴油的油脂生产藻株。  相似文献

囊状黄丝藻在不同初始氮浓度条件下特殊的油脂积累规律   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对不同初始氮浓度条件下囊状黄丝藻(Tribonema utriculosum SAG22.94)的生长状况、油脂含量和脂肪酸组成与含量进行研究。结果显示,囊状黄丝藻在氮浓度为3.0 mmol/L时,获得生物质浓度最高,为6.39 g/L;氮浓度为18.0 mmol/L时获得总脂和总脂肪酸含量最高,分别为细胞干重的44.62%和42.21%;上述3个指标单位体积的产率均在氮浓度3.0 mmol/L时达到最高值,分别为0.538、0.209和0.206 g·L~(-1)·d~(-1)。在4种初始氮浓度条件下,囊状黄丝藻油脂和脂肪酸含量可随着氮浓度增加而增加。脂肪酸含量分析结果显示,该藻的主要脂肪酸为豆蔻酸(C14∶0)、棕榈酸(C16∶0)、棕榈油酸(C16∶1ω7)、花生四烯酸(C20∶4ω6)和二十碳五烯酸(C20∶5ω3,EPA)。其中棕榈油酸含量最高,占总脂肪酸含量的36.53%~50.08%。研究结果表明囊状黄丝藻在不同初始氮浓度条件下具有特殊的油脂积累规律,是一株具有重要应用价值的产油丝状微藻。  相似文献

五种底栖硅藻(鲍鱼饵料)的脂肪酸组成分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用气相色谱分析了5种从鲍鱼育苗池中分离获得的底栖硅藻的脂肪酸组成。结果表明,作为鲍鱼饵料的5种硅藻的C_(16:0)和C_(16:1)含量都很高,达总脂肪酸的40%~80%,是5种硅藻中脂肪酸的主要成分。C20:5的含量均较高,而C_(22:6)含量均很低。其中,咖啡双眉藻的C_(20:5)明显高于其他4种,且C_(20:5)、C_(20:4)、C_(18:2)、C_(18:3)等4种脂肪酸的总含量也最高。而C_(16:0)、C_(18:0)、C_(18:1)、C_(20:4)、C_(20:5)、C_(22:5)脂肪酸的总含量及C_(16)系列脂肪酸和C_(20)系列高不饱和脂肪酸的总含量在舟形藻(MMDL51102)中最高。  相似文献

Porphyridium cruentum was grown in 10 L batch culture at 18°C, pH 8.0 and 28‰ salinity. The cells were harvested in the stationary phase and the fatty acid composition analysed by GC and tocopherol content by HPLC. A total of 14 fatty acids were identified including saturated fatty acids (13:0, 14:0, 14:0 iso, 15:0, 16:0, 16:0iso) and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs; 16:1(n-7), 18:1(n-7), 18:1(n-9). Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) were the predominant fatty acids detected, reaching 43.7% of total fatty acids in the stationary phase of culture. Among the PUFAs, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 20:5(n-3)) was dominant (25.4%), followed by 12.8% arachidonic acid (AA, 20:4(n-6)). α-Tocopherol and γ-tocopherol contents were 55.2 μg g−1 dry weight and 51.3 μg g−1 dry weight respectively.  相似文献

Quantitative cytological and fatty acid composition was determined for the diatom Cyclotella meneghiniana Kütz, Data from four separate experiments were examined to elucidate changes that may occur with respect to daily photoperiod. Overall, fatty acid composition is similar to that reported for other diatoms with the exception that the C16 fatty acids constitute approximately 70% of all fatty acids. The major fatty acids are C14:0, 16:1, 16:0, 18:0, and 20:5. Fatty acids that are present in minor amounts are iso-14:0, iso-15:0, 15:0, 17:0, 18:4, 18:2, 18:1, 19:0, 20:0, 22:0, and 23:0. Cytological composition is similar to that previously reported with the chloroplast and vacuole being the largest compartments within the cell. Changes in both cytological and fatty acid composition were studied with respect to the light / dark cycle. Chloroplast and lipid relative volume are greatest during the early part of the dark period. Nuclear relative volume is lowest in the dark and increases throughout the light period. Total unsaturated fatty acids, including the C20:5 fatty acid, are lowest in the early part of the light period and highest in the dark. The sum of the C16 fatty acids remains constant at 70% of total fatty acids in the cells throughout the light/dark cycle, although percent composition of these two fatty acids shifts. The data suggest that cyclical changes occur in both quantitative morphology and fatty acids composition with respect to daily photoperiod. The cells, although not rigidly synchronized, most likely divide in the latter part of the dark period or in the first hours of the light period. Lipids increase dramatically in the dark. The ecological implications of lipid storage are discussed in relation to lipophilic toxicants.  相似文献

A combined fatty acid metabolism assay was employed to determine fatty acid uptake and relative utilisation in enterocytes isolated from the pyloric caeca of rainbow trout. In addition, the effect of a diet high in long-chain monoenoic fatty alcohols present as wax esters in oil derived from Calanus finmarchicus, compared to a standard fish oil diet, on caecal enterocyte fatty acid metabolism was investigated. The diets were fed for 8 weeks before caecal enterocytes from each dietary group were isolated and incubated with [1-14C]fatty acids: 16:0, 18:1n-9, 18:2n-6, 18:3n-3, 20:1n-9, 20:4n-6, 20:5n-3, and 22:6n-3. Uptake was measured over 2 h with relative utilisation of different [1-14C]fatty acids calculated as a percentage of uptake. Differences in uptake were observed, with 18:1n-9 and 18:2n-6 showing the highest rates. Esterification into cellular lipids was highest with 16:0 and C18 fatty acids, accounting for over one-third of total uptake, through predominant incorporation in triacylglycerol (TAG). The overall utilisation of fatty acids in phospholipid synthesis was low, but highest with 16:0, the most prevalent fatty acid recovered in intracellular phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylinositol (PI), although exported PC exhibited higher proportions of C20/C22 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). Other than 16:0, incorporation into PC and PI was highest with C20/C22 PUFA and 20:4n-6 respectively. Recovery of labelled 18:1n-9 in exported TAG was 3-fold greater than any other fatty acid which could be due to multiple esterification on the glycerol 'backbone' and/or increased export. Approximately 20-40% of fatty acids taken up were beta-oxidised, and was highest with 20:4n-6. Oxidation of 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3 was also surprisingly high, although 22:6n-3 oxidation was mainly attributed to retroconversion to 20:5n-3. Metabolic modification of fatty acids by elongation-desaturation was generally low at <10% of [1-14C]fatty acid uptake. Dietary copepod oil had generally little effect on fatty acid metabolism in enterocytes, although it stimulated the elongation and desaturation of 16:0 and elongation of 18:1n-9, with radioactivity recovered in longer n-9 monoenes. The monoenoic fatty acid, 20:1n-9, abundant in copepod oil as the homologous alcohol, was poorly utilised with 80% of uptake remaining unesterified in the enterocyte. However, the fatty acid composition of pyloric caeca was not influenced by dietary copepod oil.  相似文献

研究了不同碳源类型(CO2、NaHCO3和葡萄糖)及其浓度对粉核油球藻(Pinguiococcus pyrenoidosus CCMP 2078)生长及脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明:(1)培养液中适量添加碳源促进了粉核油球藻的生长,三种碳源的适宜添加浓度分别是0.5% CO2,5mmol/L NaHCO3和20g/L葡萄糖,对数生长末期的细胞密度分别是对照的3.10倍、1.47倍和2.78倍;(2)除了低浓度葡萄糖外,其他碳源类型和浓度均降低了TPUFA和EPA占总脂肪酸的比例,提高了TSFA的比例,胞内EPA和TSFA含量均下降;(3)低浓度碳源提高了TSFA和EPA产量。通入0.5% CO2培养的EPA和TSFA产量分别是对照的2.30倍和2.69倍,5mmol/L NaHCO3培养的TSFA产量是对照的1.85倍,5g/L和10g/L葡萄糖培养的EPA和TSFA产量最高分别可达对照的2.11倍和1.58倍。因此,通入低浓度CO2最有利于粉核油球藻的生长以及EPA和饱和脂肪酸的生产,EPA和饱和脂肪酸含量的提高主要是通过生物量的增大来实现的。  相似文献

The effect of feeding and starvation on growth, gross body composition and fatty acid composition of body muscle and liver were investigated in juvenile African catfish ( Clarias gariepinus ). The relative composition of fatty acids was influenced by starvation. In both liver and muscle there were marked relative decreases of 14: 0, 16: 1n9 and 18: 1n9 fatty acids and relative increases of 20: 5n3 and 22: 6n3 when these were compared to the controls. Preference of utilization of fatty acids from liver and body muscle during starvation was highest for 14: 0>16: 1n9>18: 1n9 and conservation highest for 22: 6n3>20: 5n3. The changes of these fatty acids were smaller in muscle than in the liver.  相似文献

The lipid composition of the common mussel (Mytilus platensis d'Orbigny), which lives on littoral beds along the coast of Buenos Aires province, Argentina, was studied. The main non-polar lipids were triacylglycerols, while phosphatidyl choline and phosphatidyl ethanlamine were the main phospholipids. The predominant fatty acids were 16:0,16:1ω7, 18:0, 18:1ω9, 20:5ω3 and 22:6ω3. The content of polyenoic acids of 20 and 22 carbons increased and 16:0 + 16:1ω7 acids decreased in spring-summer together with an increase in non-polar lipids. Sexual maturation modified the lipid composition of gametes. By the end of the gonad development, a considerable increase of gonadal lipids and polyenoic fatty acids of 20 and 22 carbons was observed.  相似文献

The neutral lipids and their fatty acids and the sterol fractions of the marine ciliated protozoon, Parauronema acutum, were characterized. The neutral lipids consisted of triglycerides (30%), sterols (29%), free fatty acids (24%), steryl esters (9%), and diglycerides (8%) and small amounts of fatty alcohols. The fatty acid profiles of these lipids were very similar although quantitative differences were detected. Saturated fatty acids, primarily 14:0, 16:0, and 18:0 constituted 20-30% of the total. Unsaturated fatty acids containing one to three double bonds, primarily 18:1(9), 18:2 (9,12), 18:3 (9, 12, 15) and 20:3 (11, 14, 17), constituted 35-50% of the total. Highly unsaturated fatty acids, 18:4 (6, 9, 12, 15), 20:5 (5, 8, 11, 14, 17) and 22:6 (4, 7, 10, 16, 19), constituted 16-25% of the total. The fatty alcohols consisted of 14:0 (2%), 16:0 (66%), 18:0 (3%), 20:0 (8%), and 22:0 (21%). The sterols of Parauronema acutum consisted of cholesterol (53%), campesterol (32%), desmosterol (7%), and beta-sitosterol (8%).  相似文献

The meront stage of the oyster protozoan parasite, Perkinsus marinus, cultivated in two media with different fatty acid profiles was analyzed for its fatty acid and lipid class composition. The composition of fatty acids in the prezoosporangium stage of the parasite as well as that of the host oyster were investigated. Although the lipid class composition of meronts was dominated by phospholipids and triacylglycerol, there was no triaclgycerol detected in either culture medium. Despite the difference in fatty acid composition of the two media, the fatty acid composition of meronts in each medium was dominated by 14:0, 16:0, 18:0, 18:1(n-9), 20: (n-9), 18:2(n-6) and 20:4(n-6), a profile that differed from its host. The quantities of total lipids and fatty acids in meronts increased as the number of meronts increased and far exceeded the initial amounts in the media and in the initial cell inoculum. The meronts harvested 25 d post-inoculation, had about 3 to 6 times higher total lipids and 4 to 13 times higher fatty acids than the amounts contained in the media. The fatty acid profiles of both prezoosporangia and oysters resembled each other and consisted primarily of 16:0, 20:4(n-6), 20:5(n-3), 22:2delta7,15, and 22:6(n-3). These results indicate that during meront proliferation, the parasite synthesizes certain fatty acids and lipid classes. For development from meront to prezoosporangium, the parasite may rely on its host for lipid resources.  相似文献

The phospholipid fatty acid composition of Porphyridium purpureum on a solid medium was studied in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The most common fatty acids in phosphatidyl choline (PC) and phosphatidyl ethanolamine (PE) were palmitic (16:0), stearic (18: 0), linoleic (18:2ω 6), arachidonic (20:4ω 6) and eicosapentaenoic (20:5ω 3) acids, 20:4ω 6 being very abundant. In phosphatidyl glycerol (PG) the most common acids were 16:0, trans-hexadecenoic acid (tr 16:1ω 13), oleic acid (18:1) and 20:4ω 6. Both detergents increased the saturation grade of PC and PE by decreasing the relative amount of the polyunsaturated acids, especially 20:4ω 6. A corresponding increase in the amounts of saturated acids was observed in PC and PE. The changes in PG fatty acid composition were not very significant: a slight increase was observed in the amounts of 16:0 and tr 16:1ω 13 , with a corresponding decrease in the amounts of 20:4ω 6 and 20:5ω 3. Both detergents decreased the PC/PE and the (PC + PE)/PG ratios very markedly, most probably as a result of increases in the amounts of PE and PG. In the presence of CTAB the cells seemed to contain much more phospholipids than in the presence of SDS, perhaps as a result of the mucilage-precipitating effect of CTAB. The phospholipid fatty acid composition of Porphyridium purpureum grown on a solid medium was studied in the presence of Triton X-100 (TX) and sodium desoxycholate (SDC). The most common fatty acids in PC and PE were palmitic (16:0), stearic (18:0), linoleic (18:2ω6), arachidonic (20:4ω6) and eicosapentaenoic (20:5ω3) acids, 20:4ω6 being very abundant. In PG the most common acids were 16:0, trans-hexaenoic acid (tr16:1ω3), oleic acid (18:1) and 20:4ω6. Both detergents caused an increase in the saturation of PC and, to a lesser extent, of PE. The relative amounts of short chain fatty acids increased. Both detergents increased the amounts of 16:0 and, correspondingly, decreased the amounts of 20:4ω6. In PG the amounts of both 16:0 and tr 16:1ω3 increased and the amounts of 18:0, 18:2ω6 and 20:4ω6 decreased in the presence of detergents. The changes were always greatest at the concentrations of 5–10 ppm TX or SDC. At 20 ppm the fatty acid compositions, especially with SDC, were very similar to the controls, which suggests a change in the detergent effect between 10–20 ppm. The normal PC/PE ratio was 5.6 and the (PC+ PE)/PG ratio 39.0. Both detergents caused a marked decrease in these ratios. Because the detergent effects are not linear, it seems that even very low detergent concentrations have an important influence on algae in polluted waters.  相似文献
