采用高通量测序技术分析了鄱阳湖典型湿地土壤细菌群落特征。测序结果表明,不同植被土壤细菌群落丰度与多样性的排序相同:苔草带苔草-虉草带芦苇带泥滩带藜蒿带。沿湖面至坡地,空间位置相近的土壤细菌群落结构具有更大的相似性,苔草-虉草带、苔草带和芦苇带的细菌群落结构相近,泥滩带和藜蒿带的细菌群落结构差异较大。变形菌门(30.0%)是湿地土壤平均相对丰度最高的门,其次为酸杆菌门(16.7%)和绿弯菌门(16.5%);多数门分类细菌相对丰度沿湖面至坡地存在一定变化趋势。硝化螺菌属是第一大属分类水平细菌群落。在土壤化学指标中,与鄱阳湖湿地细菌群落相关性较大的是总磷、铵态氮和有机质含量。以上研究结果表明,鄱阳湖湿地不同植被土壤细菌群落具有结构性差异,但沿湖面至坡地存在规律性变化。  相似文献

鄱阳湖湖泊细菌群落组成及结构——以松门山为例   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
于2011年5月在鄱阳湖——松门山湖区采集底泥与表层水样,分别提取了表层水体浮游和底泥微生物基因组DNA,利用454高通量测序技术对细菌的16S rRNA基因进行了序列测定,分析了湖泊底泥细菌、水体浮游细菌群落结构特征。结果显示:底泥细菌OTUs(Operational Taxonomic Units)为1454,表层水体浮游细菌OTUs为269;底泥细菌群落比表层水体更加多样化,底泥细菌的物种数大大多于表层水体。同时,底泥细菌群落与表层浮游细菌群落结构存在显著差异。物种分类显示鄱阳湖底泥细菌种类隶属于20门,228属,其中优势种群为δ-变形菌纲(Deltaproteobacteria)、β-变形菌纲(Betaproteobacteria)和疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia);表层水体浮游细菌隶属于13门116属,优势种群为β-变形菌纲、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)。结果进一步揭示,无论是浮游细菌群落还是沉积物细菌群落,优势细菌种群的基因型多样性更高。  相似文献

The phylogenetic composition of a bacterial community from a hypertrophic freshwater lake in China was investigated by sequencing cloned 16S rRNA genes. Three hundred and thirty-six bacterial clones from four clone libraries in different months (March, May, July and September in 2004) were classified into 142 operational taxonomic units, most of which were affiliated with bacterial divisions commonly found in freshwater ecosystem, e.g. Alpha-, Beta-, Gamma- and Deltaproteobacteria, Bacteriodetes and Actinobacteria. The results showed that the composition of bacterial community in the July library was the most diverse one. Actinobacteria was the most significant lineage in Lake Taihu, with dominant numbers of operational taxonomic units in the May, July and September libraries. Phylogenetic analysis suggested that 53 sequences were grouped into six novel clusters which may represent specific populations indigenous to the environment. Coverage analyses indicated that the clone libraries could provide a fine inventory of bacterial diversity in the lake.  相似文献

To elucidate the degree of microdiversity within the genus Prochlorococcus, novel Prochlorococcus-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers were developed for the rpoC1 gene, which encodes the ribonucleic acid (RNA) polymerase core subunit. The size of the PCR fragment (925 bp) coupled with high sequence variation within the rpoC1 fragments (70–99% sequence similarity, 16S ribosomal RNA sequences show greater than 97% sequence similarity) meant that it was possible to distinguish Prochlorococcus strains by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis. Clone libraries were constructed from environmental deoxyribonucleic acid samples from two stations, one in the northern and one in the southern oligotrophic gyre of the Atlantic Ocean. These were screened to determine the microdiversity of Prochlorococcus populations using this high-resolution high-throughput analysis approach. RFLP analysis of the clone libraries from the two gyre sites revealed that the two Prochlorococcus populations had a high degree of microdiversity with 40 and 52 different RFLP-type clones among the 143 clones tested for both the northern and southern gyres, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the RFLP types not only showed that it contained representatives of each of the currently recognized Prochlorococcus clades (based on the internal transcribed spacer region as molecular marker) but also led to the discovery of a previously unseen genetic microdiversity. This level of diversity was greater at the southern gyre site compared to the northern gyre site. Moreover, the high genetic resolution approach also revealed that there are two putative novel lineages within the HL I clade. Analyses of further samples by producing clone libraries from different geographic origins is likely to reveal further diversity and novel lineages within Prochlorococcus.  相似文献

Six- and seven-band morphs have been identified in a cichlid, Cyphotilapia frontosa, that is endemic to Lake Tanganyika. These color morphs have allopatric distributions; the six-band morph is widespread in the northern half of the lake while the seven-band morph is restricted to Kigoma on the east coast of the lake. Because no specimens of the seven-band morph have been available for taxonomic study except for the holotype of C. frontosa, the taxonomic status of these morphs has not been discussed. In a recent survey at the lake, 21 specimens of the seven-band morph were collected. A comparison of these with existing collection specimens of the six-band morph showed significant differences in morphometric and meristic characters; however, because all characters largely overlapped between these morphs, they are regarded as conspecific.  相似文献

1. Oligotrophic lakes are generally dominated by calanoid copepods because of their competitive advantage over cladocerans at low prey densities. Planktivory also can alter zooplankton community structure. We sought to understand the role of planktivory in driving recent changes to the zooplankton community of Lake Huron, a large oligotrophic lake on the border of Canada and the United States. We tested the hypothesis that excessive predation by fish (rainbow smelt Osmerus mordax, bloater Coregonus hoyi) and invertebrates (Mysis relicta, Bythotrephes longimanus) had driven observed declines in cladoceran and cyclopoid copepod biomass between 2002 and 2007. 2. We used a field sampling and bioenergetics modelling approach to generate estimates of daily consumption by planktivores at two 91‐m depth sites in northern Lake Huron, U.S.A., for each month, May–October 2007. Daily consumption was compared to daily zooplankton production. 3. Bythotrephes was the dominant planktivore and estimated to have eaten 78% of all zooplankton consumed. Bythotrephes consumption exceeded total zooplankton production between July and October. Mysis consumed 19% of all the zooplankton consumed and exceeded zooplankton production in October. Consumption by fish was relatively unimportant – eating only 3% of all zooplankton consumed. 4. Because Bythotrephes was so important, we explored other consumption estimation methods that predict lower Bythotrephes consumption. Under this scenario, Mysis was the most important planktivore, and Bythotrephes consumption exceeded zooplankton production only in August. 5. Our results provide no support for the hypothesis that excessive fish consumption directly contributed to the decline of cladocerans and cyclopoid copepods in Lake Huron. Rather, they highlight the importance of invertebrate planktivores in structuring zooplankton communities, especially for those foods webs that have both Bythotrephes and Mysis. Together, these species occupy the epi‐, meta‐ and hypolimnion, leaving limited refuge for zooplankton prey.  相似文献

Recent studies suggest a high diversity of diazotrophic bacteria in maize. However, none of these works have been based on a sufficient number of samples to provide reasonable quantitative estimates of diazotrophic bacterial diversity. Here we present the use of molecular tools and statistical inference to assess diazotrophic bacterial diversity within rhizosphere soils, roots and stems of field grown maize. DNA was isolated from the latter collected from six maize growing regions within the southern most state in Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul. Using conserved primers, nifH Cluster I gene fragments were amplified from each of the three zones, and the products cloned and sequenced. The majority of the sequences were classified within the Proteobacteria with the α-proteobacteria and β-proteobacteria being the most abundant in the rhizosphere soil and stem samples. The γ-proteobacteria were most abundant in rhizosphere soils, less so in roots, and least in the stem samples. According to three different diversity measures, the rhizosphere soil samples possessed greater diazotrophic bacterial diversity than the roots and stems of the maize plants. Only two genera, Azospirillum and Azotobacter, were found in virtually all samples at an abundance of over 1% of the total nifH sequences obtained. Other genera were largely restricted to soil (Methylocystis, Beijerinckia, Geobacter, Rhodovulum, Methylobacterium, Gluconacetobacter, Methylocella, and Delftia), roots (Dechloromonas), or stems (Methylosinus, Raoultella, and Rhizobium). Three genera, Herbaspirillum, Ideonella, and Klebsiella, appeared to dominate in the interior of the plant but were much rarer in soil.  相似文献

The benthic macroinvertebrate community (BMI) in a freshwater coastal dune lake without a surface outlet was investigated in May and October, 1986. Fifty-three invertebrate taxa were identified from Carter Lake, including three euryhaline crustacean species (Corophium spinicorne, Gnorimosphaeroma oregonensis lutea, and Acanthomysis awatchensis). Corophium spinicorne dominated the BMI communities of the littoral zones and sphaeriid clams dominated the deepwater community.The lake level dropped about 2.5 m between April and October. Based upon this decline, the lake bottom was divided into four major habitats: a sandy temporarily submerged littoral zone (A); a sandy submerged littoral zone (B); and mid-depth zone of mixed mud and sand and the macrophyte, Nitella (C); and a deep zone (D) with soft mud. The average density of BMI was highest in the littoral zones (A and B) in May and in zone B in October (zone A was dry). The lowest density occurred in zone D. In May, BMI biomass was highest in the littoral zones, but the biomass was highest in the mid-depth zone in October. The mid-depth zone in October. The mid-depth zone had the most diverse community.The two most abundant species in the temporarily submerged area, Corophium spinicorne and Juga plicifera, were found in greater numbers deeper in the lake after the water level dropped, suggesting migration by these species in response to changing water levels.  相似文献

近十年太湖生态系统服务功能价值变化评估   总被引:17,自引:9,他引:8  
理解和把握近年来湖泊生态系统服务功能退化规律的最佳手段是评估其生态系统服务功能价值的变化。以太湖为例,基于近十年来太湖生态系统的科学调查数据,综合运用生态学及经济学方法,对太湖生态系统的四大类功能和11个亚类的服务价值进行了综合评估。研究结果表明,2000年、2003年、2007年和2009年太湖生态系统服务总价值分别为1627.98亿元、1908.68亿元、1503.99亿元和3528.73亿元,保持逐渐升高的趋势,但是在2007年却意外降低。从2000年到2009年太湖生态系统服务功能价值构成发生了一些变化,2000年以供水功能为主体,约占总价值的43%,2003年和2007年变为以航运功能为主体,分别占总价值的41.31%和38.73%,而2009年又变为以旅游功能为主体,约占总价值的52.52%,总体上由供给功能向文化功能转变。航运功能和旅游功能急剧上升而供水功能急剧下降不利于长远发挥的太湖生态服务功能。蓝藻水华的发生可能降低太湖供给功能、支持服务功能和文化服务功能,进而对太湖生态服务的总价值产生负面影响。研究认为太湖生态系统对支持和保护人类社会具有重要的作用,为管理者和决策者有效的保护和管理湖泊生态系统提供了重要的信息。  相似文献

Previous studies have reported wide distribution of anaerobic ammonia oxidation (anammox) bacteria in various ecosystems. However, little is known about the distribution of anammox bacteria under varying environmental conditions in intensive aquaculture systems. In Yangcheng Lake, a famous crab farm situated in the Yangtze River Delta, sediment samples were collected in October (feeding period) and January (nonfeeding period) to analyze the distribution and diversity of anammox bacteria and their relationships with environmental factors. Based on the functional biomarker of Anammox bacteria, hzo gene, anammox bacterial clone libraries were constructed and their abundances were determined by quantitative PCR (qPCR). The Anammox bacteria were detected in the lake with the abundances ranging from 0.70 × 105 to 6.05 × 105 copies per gram of sediment. Sequences from eight clone libraries yielded seven unique operational taxonomic units (OTUs), distantly related to the Candidatus Jettenia genera with a similarity of about 91%. The Anammox bacterial community structures, diversities and abundances varied spatiotemporally with environmental conditions. In October, the level of the nitrogen compounds, the diversity, evenness and abundance of Anammox bacteria were higher than in January. The predominant OTU of samples changed from HZO-OTU-1 (34.25%) in January to HZO-OTU-2 (28.90%) in October. Moreover, the site (SW) nearing to sewage inlet was lack of HZO-OTU-7 in January. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showed that the pore water NO2? concentration, ammonium to nitrogen oxides ratio (NH4+/NOx?) and total organic carbon to total nitrogen ratio (TOC/TN) contributed most to Anammox bacterial community structures variances. Pearson correlations analysis revealed that the Anammox bacteria abundance had positive co-relationships with TN, NH4+, NO3? concentrations, and negative correlation with TOC/TN in porewater.  相似文献

Seasonal changes in abundance and species composition of rotifers were surveyed at five locations under different physical and chemical conditions in the south basin of Lake Biwa during July 1987–June 1988. Total density of rotifers showed similar seasonal fluctuation with three peaks, although the maximum density showed north (low)-south (high) gradient. Polyarthra spp. (P. vulgaris and P. dolichoptera with low density) dominated except during July–October 1987 and April–May 1988. In the former period the species of Brachionus, Trichocerca, Filinia and Hexarthra, and in the latter, those of Synchaeta, Keratella and Kellicottia had somewhat different proportions in the communities of north and south stations, respectively. The difference in composition during July–October suggests a difference of trophic state between the northern and southern areas in the south basin of Lake Biwa. However, the dominance of Polyarthra and the difference in the composition during April–May 1988 could not be explained by such a difference in trophic state. No critical difference was observed in the community structure of the eastern area of the south basin, where the seasonal fluctuations in nutrient levels and phytoplankton community structure were different from other areas in the south basin. The present results, therefore, suggest that physical and chemical conditions were not effective in controlling the rotifer community structure in the south basin of Lake Biwa.  相似文献

湿地植物和土壤是承担湿地诸多生态功能的主要基质和载体,相互之间有着强烈的影响。湿地土壤影响植物的种类、数量、生长发育、形态和分布,湿地植物又影响土壤中元素的分布与变化。鄱阳湖湿地的植物和土壤的特征及由他们带来的候鸟栖息地价值都受到他们之间的相互作用以及湖泊水位不同频率和幅度波动的影响。研究鄱阳湖湿地植物和土壤的特征及其形成原因和相互关系。为此,从2010年10月到2011年10月,对鄱阳湖湿地不同水位梯度下分布的芦苇、南荻、苔草、虉草和刚毛荸荠5个优势植物群落中57个定点样方展开了月度植被调查并且对5个不同植物群落下的135个土壤样品进行了实验室分析,研究了鄱阳湖优势植物群落及湿地土壤中有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾含量的分布特征及其相互关系。研究结果表明,鄱阳湖湿地优势植物群落分布特征受湿地土壤元素分布特征、湖面水位波动及植物生长特性和土壤沉积及土壤养分的综合影响,呈现了沿水位和海拔梯度明显的条带状或弧状分布、从湖岸到湖心依次分布为:狗牙根群落、芦苇群落、南荻群落、苔草群落、虉草群落、刚毛荸荠群落,最后是水生植物。同时植物群落的组成和分布特征也随季节性水位涨落的变化而变化;土壤有机质及其他各元素含量特征受植物群落分布、水位波动规律及湿地土壤特性等各种因素的影响,呈现出相对一致的分布规律,在0—20cm土壤层含量较高,20cm层后随土壤深度的增加含量逐渐减小,减小的速度先快后慢直至40cm层后趋于稳定;不同植物群落对土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾的含量及变化具有很大的影响,不同植物群落下同种元素含量差异显著,并且各自随土壤深度和植物群落的变化呈现出层状、带状或弧状富集特征。不同植物群落对土壤养分元素含量影响程度不同,苔草群落对各元素吸收和滞留能力最强、影响最大,刚毛荸荠群落对土壤营养元素影响最弱。湿地植物群落和土壤之间彼此有着强烈的影响,其中植株的重量和土壤的SOC、TN及TP含量有非常显著的负相关关系,与土壤TK含量则有较强的正相关关系,同时,植株的重量和高度与土壤地下水埋深也有微弱的负相关关系。  相似文献

Planktonic sulfur oxidizers are important constituents of ecosystems in stratified water bodies, and contribute to sulfide detoxification. In contrast to marine environments, taxonomic identities of major planktonic sulfur oxidizers in freshwater lakes still remain largely unknown. Bacterioplankton community structure was analyzed in a stratified freshwater lake, Lake Mizugaki in Japan. In the clone libraries of 16S rRNA gene, clones very closely related to a sulfur oxidizer isolated from this lake, Sulfuritalea hydrogenivorans, were detected in deep anoxic water, and occupied up to 12.5% in each library of different water depth. Assemblages of planktonic sulfur oxidizers were specifically analyzed by constructing clone libraries of genes involved in sulfur oxidation, aprA, dsrA, soxB and sqr. In the libraries, clones related to betaproteobacteria were detected with high frequencies, including the close relatives of Sulfuritalea hydrogenivorans.  相似文献

The diversity of methanogenic archaea in enrichment cultures established from the sediments of Lonar Lake (India), a soda lake having pH ≈ 10, was investigated using 16S rDNA molecular phylogenetic approach. Methanogenic enrichment cultures were developed in a medium that simulated conditions of soda lake with three different substrates viz., H2:CO2, sodium acetate, and trimethylamine (TMA), at alkaline pH. Archaeal 16S rRNA clone libraries were generated from enrichment cultures and 13 RFLP groups were obtained. Representative sequence analysis of each RFLP group indicated that the majority of the 16S rRNA gene sequences were phylogenetically affiliated with uncultured Archaea. Some of the groups may belong to new archaeal genera or families. Three RFLP groups were related to Methanoculleus sp, while two related to Methanocalculus sp. 16S rRNA gene sequences found in Lonar Lake were different from sequences reported from other soda lakes and more similar to those of oil reservoirs, palm oil waste treatment digesters, and paddy fields. In culture-based studies, three isolates were obtained. Two of these were related to Methanoculleus sp. IIE1 and one to Methanocalculus sp. 01F97C. These results clearly show that the Lonar Lake ecosystem harbors unexplored methanogens.  相似文献

Lake Logipi is a saline soda and alkaline lake which marks the northern termination of the Suguta River drainage system. It also receives waters from streams, possible seepage from Lake Turkana, and hot springs. Present hydrochemistry and sedimentology is controlled by numerous factors including seasonal variations, composition of incoming waters, water depth and, above all, bacterial activity. Given the scarcity of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the lake waters, bacterial activity seems to intensify the alkalinization of the waters which inhibits the deposition of organic matter and leads to the genesis of a poorly organic, zeolitic mud that reaches 1.5 m in tickness in the deepest part of the lake. This black layer may be overlaid with thin crusts of trona and halite which prograde over the basin from its southern bank when the lake is drying out and which are dissolved in the lake waters during the rainy season.  相似文献

Data on Secchi disk transparency in Lake Ladoga, the largest lake in Europe, collected between 1905 and 2003, were used to detect climatic (interannual) trends for lake regions with various depths. The seasonal variations in Secchi depth (D s) during the ice-free period both for limnetic regions with large differences in bathymetric characteristics and for the whole lake were estimated by more than 7000 transparency measurements. The two-dimensional data sets have a spatial resolution of approximately 20 km and are geo-referenced by latitude and longitude in Lake Ladoga. Monthly mean spatial transparency distributions and their variances were calculated from May to October. The spatial distributions of the transparency for each month are discussed within the context of lake bathymetric patterns. The maximum values of Secchi depth (more than 4 m) occur during May and October in deep regions. Both the minimum mean value of water transparency and minimum horizontal gradients of D s for the lake occur in August. The regions with significant interannual (climatic) decreasing trends of D s have been identified. These areas increase in summertime and cover approximately half the lake area. In spring and autumn the areas decrease and occur in the southern near-shore regions. The mean downward climatic trend of water transparency in Lake Ladoga is 0.02 m/year.  相似文献

The relationship between primary and bacterial production in two dimictic Indiana lakes with different primary productivities was examined during the summer stratification period in 1982. Primary production rates were calculated from rates of H14CO3 incorporation by natural samples, and bacterial production was calculated from rates of [3H-methyl]thymidine incorporation by natural samples. Both vertical and seasonal distributions of bacterial production in the more productive lake (Little Crooked Lake) were strongly influenced by primary production. A lag of about 2 weeks between a burst in primary production and the subsequent response in bacterial production was observed. The vertical distribution of bacterial production in the water column of the less productive lake (Crooked Lake) was determined by the vertical distribution of primary production, but no clear relationship between seasonal maxima of primary and bacterial production in this lake was observed. High rates of bacterial production in Crooked Lake during May indicate the importance of allochthonous carbon washed in by spring rains. Bacterial production accounted for 30.6 and 31.8% of total (primary plus bacterial) production in Crooked Lake and Little Crooked Lake, respectively, from April through October. High rates of bacterial production during late September and October were observed in both lakes. Calculation of the fraction of bacterial production supported by phytoplankton excretion implies an important role for other mechanisms of supplying carbon, such as phytoplankton autolysis. Several factors affecting the calculation of bacterial production from the thymidine incorporation rates in these lakes were examined.  相似文献

Poyang Lake (Poyang Hu) is located at the junction of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze (Changjiang) River, covering an area of 3283 km2. As one of the few lakes that are still freely connected with the river, it plays an important role in the maintenance of the unique biota of the Yangtze floodplain ecosystem. To promote the conservation of Poyang Lake, an investigation of the macrobenthos in the lake itself and adjoining Yangtze mainstream was conducted in 1997–1999. Altogether 58 benthic taxa, including 22 annelids, 8 mollusks, 26 arthropods, and 2 miscellaneous animals, were identified from quantitative samples. The benthic fauna shows a high diversity and a marine affinity. The standing crops of benthos in the lake were much higher than those in the river, being 659 individuals/m2 and 187.3 g/m2 (wet mass) in the main lake, and 549 individuals/m2 and 116.6 g/m2 in the lake outlet, but only 129 individuals/m2 and 0.4 g/m2 in the river. The dominant group in the lake was Mollusca, comprising 63.4% of the total in density and 99.5% in biomass. An analysis of the functional feeding structure indicated that collector-filterers and scrapers were predominant in the lake, up to 42.2% and 24.7% in density and 70.2% and 29.2% in biomass, respectively, while shredders and collector-gatherers were relatively common in the river. The present study was restricted to the northern outlet and the northeast part of Poyang Lake. A scrutiny is required for the remaining areas.  相似文献

鄱阳湖作为中国最大的淡水湖,国际重要湿地,其生态环境保护与可持续发展意义重大。基于生态系统服务价值分析方法,以鄱阳湖全流域为研究区,利用1990年、2000年、2008年3个时期数据,分别从全流域与子区域两个层次,计算了生态系统服务价值。并且基于威弗(Weaver)组合指数,求出了鄱阳湖各子流域的生态系统服务价值结构与坡度结构类型。分析表明,鄱阳湖流域在3个时期生态系统服务价值量持续增大,全流域的可持续性向有利的方向发展。在各子区域中,大部分区域生态系统服务价值较高,可持续发展水平较好,且呈现良性发展趋势,但是在鄱阳湖流域的中部地区生态系统服务价值较低,可持续发展水平较差,且呈现不良发展趋势。鄱阳湖流域的生态系统服务价值组合结构以林地、农用地、水体3类为主,且单重结构类型所占比例最大,双重结构类型与三重结构类型次之;坡度类型以小于15°的组合类型为主,结构类型除三重结构类型外,其它类型分布均较多。促进流域可持续发展向更高水平发展,在全流域角度,应该继续执行退耕还林、还湖工程,严格控制建设用地的增加;从子区域的角度,对鄱阳湖流域的中部地区应该控制建设用地与农用地对林地、草地的占用,严格执行退耕还林、还草工程。从生态系统服务价值结构角度,对于山地丘陵区,应该加大对生态环境的维护,并且合理的发展林业经济以促进经济发展;对于环鄱阳湖平原区,应该推进资源消耗少,污染排放小,高科技产业,促进湖区生态环境保护与社会经济的协调发展。  相似文献

The influence of salinity and geographical distance on bacterial community composition (BCC) in five freshwater, oligosaline or polysaline lakes located at altitudes higher than 4400 m on the central and southern Tibetan Plateau were investigated using the 16S rRNA gene clone library approach together with multivariate analysis of environmental variables. A total of 10 clone libraries were constructed with two libraries in each lake, one in the epilimnion and the other in the hypolimnion. Geographical distance was not found to impact BCC significantly, but salinity, chl a and lake hydraulic retention time were significant factors influencing the BCC. Bacteria in lakes located on the central and southern Plateau owned the same community composition as that observed from the eastern Tibetan lakes. They were both predominated by Bacteroidetes and Cyanobacteria, had low taxon richness, and similar typical freshwater clusters and distributed characteristics.
