自残现象的发生在异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis中很是常见,为明确自残行为对其存活和生长发育的影响,在非选择性条件下我们对异色瓢虫幼虫对非姊妹卵的种内自残和对七星瓢虫Coccinella septempunctata卵的种间捕食进行了研究。结果表明,异色瓢虫取食同种卵和异种卵均可完成生长发育,与取食蚜虫相比:①其从卵到成虫及蛹期的发育历期明显缩短(P<0.05),其中1龄幼虫发育历期缩短非常明显(P<0.01);②自然条件下高死亡率的1龄幼虫的存活率明显提高(P<0.05);③2-4龄幼虫、蛹和成虫的体重变轻(P<0.05),且体长在4龄幼虫间也表现出显著差异(P<0.05)。这表明异色瓢虫种内自残和种间捕食对其在食物恶劣条件下延续种群至关重要,但对种群的繁衍却不是最理想的途径。  相似文献

本文在室内研究了不同化蛹温度及羽化温度对半闭弯尾姬蜂Diadegma semiclausum Hellén自然种群性比及羽化规律的影响,试验共设4种处理,A:化蛹温度25℃,羽化温度25℃;B:化蛹温度25℃,羽化温度22℃;C:化蛹温度22℃,羽化温度25℃;D:化蛹温度22℃,羽化温度22℃。结果表明:(1)A处理条件下,雌、雄蜂的羽化历期为4 d(47 d),羽化高峰期均为化蛹后第5天,羽化率分别为11.5%、12.5%。(2)B处理条件下,羽化历期为5 d(57 d),羽化高峰期均为化蛹后第5天,羽化率分别为11.5%、12.5%。(2)B处理条件下,羽化历期为5 d(59 d),羽化高峰期均为化蛹后第7天,羽化率分别为11.5%、10.5%。(3)C处理条件下,羽化历期为3d(79 d),羽化高峰期均为化蛹后第7天,羽化率分别为11.5%、10.5%。(3)C处理条件下,羽化历期为3d(79 d),雌蜂羽化高峰期为化蛹后第79 d),雌蜂羽化高峰期为化蛹后第78天,羽化率为9.2%,雄蜂羽化高峰期为化蛹后第8天,羽化率为11.4%。(4)D处理条件下,羽化历期为4 d(98天,羽化率为9.2%,雄蜂羽化高峰期为化蛹后第8天,羽化率为11.4%。(4)D处理条件下,羽化历期为4 d(912 d),羽化高峰期均为化蛹后第10天,羽化率分别为13.5%、13.9%。(5)A、B、C、D处理条件下性比(♀/总数)分别为0.41、0.39、0.82和0.76。在4个处理温度组合中,22℃条件下化蛹的蜂蛹性比要高于25℃,在5%水平上差异显著(P<0.05),但在化蛹温度相同时,不同羽化温度处理间差异不显著。(6)化蛹温度为25℃和22℃时,性比分别为0.40±0.07、0.79±0.05;羽化温度为25℃和22℃时,性比分别为0.59±0.11、0.56±0.07。方差分析结果表明化蛹温度22℃与25℃处理间在1%水平和5%水平均存在着显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。⑺多元回归分析结果表明,性比(Y)、化蛹温度X1、羽化温度X2间的线性关系为Y=3.324-0.128X1+0.012X2(R2=0.753,F=9.975,P<0.01)。研究表明,相对于25℃而言,22℃左右更适合半闭弯尾姬蜂的室内扩繁。  相似文献

异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis是我国常见的一种捕食性天敌昆虫,其基于黑色素的体色在环境适应中发挥着重要作用.多巴胺(dopamine,DA)是昆虫合成黑色素的一类重要前体物质,同时在调节生理活动方面具有重要作用,但尚不清楚多巴胺在异色瓢虫生长发育中的作用.本实验室前期发现一异色瓢虫浅色突变体gr,其体色的黑化程度明显浅于野生型.本研究以该突变体为研究对象,以添加不同浓度DA的人工饲料(10 mg/g(D-H)、1 mg/g(D-M)、与0.1 mg/g(D-L))饲养幼虫,测定生长发育相关参数及新羽化成虫的鞘翅颜色参数.结果显示:桃蚜Myzus persicae饲喂至2龄的gr取食对照饲料后无法成功发育至3龄,而取食添加DA的饲料后可发育至4龄,但不同饲料间的存活率无显著差异,同时D-L处理的3龄幼虫发育时间显著短于D-H与D-M.桃蚜饲喂至4龄后取食人工饲料,D-M处理的化蛹率、羽化率、雌雄虫体重及鞘翅黑色斑点的Brightness值均高于其它两种饲料及对照处理,并且D-L处理新羽化成虫鞘翅黑色斑点的Brightness值最小(颜色最黑).上述结果表明DA在异色瓢虫幼虫生长发育中具有重要作用,但受浓度影响;幼虫期补充DA可影响成虫鞘翅颜色.  相似文献

不同温度对经吡虫啉处理的异色瓢虫捕食能力的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在不同温度条件下,测定经亚致死剂量(LC25)的吡虫啉处理的异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis(Pallas)对蚜虫的捕食能力.结果显示,不同温度对药剂处理后的异色瓢虫的捕食量、寻找效应、捕食功能等方面都有显著影响.异色瓢虫24 h内捕食量,在20℃和25℃下处理组显著高于对照组,而30℃下则处理组显著低于对照组.不同温度下,吡虫啉处理组与对照组功能反应模型均为符合HollingⅡ型,但其参数均发生了变化.异色瓢虫处理组的瞬时攻击率(a),在20℃和25℃下,处理组均高于对照组,30℃时则低于对照组;异色瓢虫对猎物的处理时间也显示出相同的趋势,20℃和25℃时,处理组比对照组处理时间均有所缩短,而30℃下处理时间稍有延长.  相似文献

酪氨酸代谢在昆虫黑色素形成中具有重要的调控作用。本研究为探讨酪氨酸代谢调控异色瓢虫黑色素代谢平衡及其发育的影响,先检测异色瓢虫不同发育阶段酪氨酸羟化酶(Tyrosine hydroxylase,TH)基因表达情况,采用RNAi技术对4龄幼虫注射dsTH RNA抑制酪氨酸羟化酶mRNA表达,探索其在蛹期和成虫羽化阶段黑色素形成中的潜在功能。研究结果表明,TH基因在4龄幼虫体内的表达量最高,而在预蛹阶段和羽化后第2天开始表达量显著性下降。其次,dsTH RNA注射后能够显著降低TH本基因的表达,且异色瓢虫4龄幼虫发育缩短,与注射dsGFP RNA组相比较,提前化蛹。最后,dsTH RNA注射后异色瓢虫蛹的重量略有增加,且发育出现异常,即蛹的颜色变化不加深,与对照组相比较,无黑色斑点出现。这些结果表明成虫是在蛹期开始形成黑色素的,及酪氨酸羟化酶能够通过调控酪氨酸代谢途径而影响异色瓢虫化蛹阶段的发育和表皮颜色的变化。相关研究结果有助于丰富酪氨酸代谢调控异色瓢虫表型的内容,为将来保护异色瓢虫,并将其用于害虫生物防治提供理论基础。  相似文献

为正确评估广谱杀虫剂烯啶虫胺对天敌昆虫异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis(Pallas)的影响,采取滤纸接触法测定了烯啶虫胺(防治蚜虫田间推荐用量)对异色瓢虫影响,并使用生命表研究了烯啶虫胺对异色瓢虫实验种群的影响,为协调害虫的化学防治与生物防治提供参考。结果表明:该剂量烯啶虫胺对异色瓢虫当代(F0)取食具有显著影响,药剂处理后7d内,成虫取食量显著降低;对F0代成虫寿命及雌虫繁殖能力未见负面影响;烯啶虫胺处理对异色瓢虫初产卵、F1代幼虫及蛹的历期没有显著影响;卵孵化率明显小于对照组,幼虫存活率及蛹羽化率没有显著影响。F0代种群净增值力、周限增长率、内禀增长率与对照相比差异不显著,分别为812.66粒(对照899.73粒)、1.084(对照1.093)、0.081(对照0.089),药剂处理种群加倍时间为8.557d,与对照7.888d相比没有显著延长。这些结果说明,大田中使用烯啶虫胺防治蚜虫时理论上对异色瓢虫种群繁殖及发育没有显著影响,但施药初期会影响异色瓢虫的取食量。  相似文献

在室内利用不同颜色的饲养容器,对异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis (Pallas) 生长发育、体长体重变化及繁殖能力进行了比较研究。结果显示:不同环境颜色条件对异色瓢虫幼虫各龄历期均有显著影响; 尽管蛹期受不同颜色影响显著,但其总胚后发育期在各处理间差异不显著。异色瓢虫1龄和2龄幼虫体长增量在不同颜色处理间无显著差异,但3龄幼虫在红色条件下体长增量显著小于其余各处理。不同环境颜色条件下异色瓢虫各虫期体重增量均有显著差异,而4龄幼虫体重增量在各处理中均显著大于其余各虫期,并占总胚后发育期体重增量的50%以上。异色瓢虫成虫的交配持续时间在各处理间无显著差异,但其产卵前期在黄色及绿色条件下显著小于其余各处理。其首堆产卵量在各处理间无显著差异,但在红色及自然光下的48 h累计产卵量均显著小于其余处理。  相似文献

光照条件是影响昆虫生长发育及生理行为变化的重要环境因子之一。以重要的捕食性天敌异色瓢虫为研究对象,借助动物行为自动观察系统对其在不同光照强度、光周期和光波长下的交配行为及繁殖力进行了分析研究。结果显示:(1)异色瓢虫的各交配行为和繁殖能力在有光和黑暗处理间具有显著差异;(2)异色瓢虫的求偶行为不受光照强度变化的影响,而交配持续时间及交配间隔时间在高光照强度下均显著短于低光照强度。尽管异色瓢虫的累积产卵量在不同光照强度间未见显著性差异,但是其幼虫孵化率随光照强度的增强显著降低;(3)异色瓢虫在光照时间较长的条件下表现出较高的交配求偶欲望,交配持续时间及交配间隔时间随光照时间的延长而缩短,其累积产卵量和幼虫孵化率均随光照时间的延长而显著增加;(4)不同环境颜色对异色瓢虫的求偶行为没有显著影响,但是其交配持续时间及交配间隔时间随照射光波长的增加而显著降低,雌虫的累积产卵量和幼虫孵化率均在黄色(575 nm)和绿色(510 nm)条件下最高,且显著大于其它处理。结果表明异色瓢虫的交配受光照条件影响极为显著,为进一步深入研究异色瓢虫环境适应性及提升其在生物防治中大规模饲养中的扩繁效率提供了重要的理论依据。  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在明确保幼激素类似物苯氧威对天敌异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis的影响, 并探讨其作用机理, 以便进行安全性评价并为科学使用提供理论依据。【方法】应用连叶浸渍法、浸渍法、点滴法和药膜法分别处理异色瓢虫卵、2龄幼虫、蛹和成虫, 观察苯氧威对4个虫态的影响。【结果】用浓度为0.0001 μg/mL的药液处理初产卵, 能抑制胚胎的发育; 但用高达20 000 μg/mL的药液处理发育2 d的卵, 幼虫仍可正常孵化; 用浓度高达4 000 μg/mL的药液浸渍2龄幼虫, 对幼虫的致死作用极小; 用浓度为0.0001 μg/头的药液处理当天蛹, 形成蛹 成虫中间体, 羽化的成虫畸形; 用浓度为0.0125 μg/mL的药液处理成虫, 24 h后成虫的生命力受到明显影响。【结论】苯氧威对异色瓢虫初产卵有明显的毒杀作用, 严重阻碍蛹到成虫的变态和影响成虫的存活。在田间使用该杀虫剂时, 要避开异色瓢虫的敏感期。  相似文献

【目的】异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis是一种重要的捕食性天敌昆虫,海藻糖在异色瓢虫的变态发育、羽化等整个生命过程都起着重要的作用。本研究以前期获得的类似膜结合型海藻糖酶(TRE2-like)与膜结合型海藻糖酶(TRE2)基因为基础,探讨在异色瓢虫羽化阶段这两个海藻糖酶的潜在功能,为阐明异色瓢虫从蛹发育到成虫时海藻糖代谢机制提供参考。【方法】根据TRE2-like和TRE2基因序列设计双链RNA(dsRNA)区域片段并合成对应的dsRNA,通过RNAi将其注射到异色瓢虫2日龄蛹中。采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)检测RNAi处理后羽化第1天的异色瓢虫成虫糖代谢相关基因的表达;同时采用蒽酮比色法、酶标法等分别测定RNAi处理后羽化第1天的异色瓢虫成虫主要糖类物质含量及TRE活性变化,并观察异色瓢虫羽化后的表型变化。【结果】结果表明,与对照组(dsGFP注射组)相比,异色瓢虫2日龄蛹被注射TRE2-like或TRE2 dsRNA后,其新羽化成虫体内TRE2-like和TRE2表达量均极显著下调,且少数个体出现了蜕皮与翅形成困难等畸形表型。可溶性海藻糖酶活性在注射dsTRE2-like后显著降低,膜结合型海藻糖酶活性在注射dsTRE2后显著降低;注射dsTRE2后糖原含量显著下降,注射dsTRE2-like后糖原和海藻糖含量显著下降,注射dsTRE2-like+dsTRE2后糖原和葡萄糖含量显著下降,且海藻糖含量极显著下降。注射dsTRE2-like, dsTRE2和dsTRE2-like+dsTRE2后可溶性海藻糖酶基因TRE1-1和TRE1-2表达下降或显著下降,而TRE1-5表达上升或显著上升,海藻糖合成酶(trealose-6-phosphate synthase, TPS)、糖原磷酸化酶(glycogen phosphorylase, GP)、糖原合成酶(glycogen synthase, GS)基因的表达均显著下调。【结论】TRE2-like和TRE2基因表达被抑制后,异色瓢虫海藻糖等代谢受到影响。研究结果为探究异色瓢虫体内膜结合型海藻糖酶的潜在功能和调控机制奠定了基础。  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献

Summary Anthers were cultured from two sets of seven lines of hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) with different cytoplasms, the euplasmic nucleus donors, Siete Cerros 66 and Penjamo 62, as well as their six alloplasmic lines derived from wild relative species of the genera Triticum and Aegilops. Significant cytoplasmic and nuclear effects but no cytoplasmic-nuclear interaction were found for embryogenic anther response, with the best performance of Penjamo 62 in Ae. kotschyi cytoplasm. Plant regeneration was not affected significantly by the cytoplasmic background of the lines cultured. The possible genetic implications of the observed cytoplasmic and nuclear influences on the in vitro haploid induction of wheat are discussed.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献
