本实验观察了正常及高血压大鼠红细胞膜Ca^2+,Mg^2+-ATP酶对不同浓度Cu^2+Mg^2+的反应。结果表明:(1)在自发性高血压大鼠(SHR),此酶最适反应的Ca^2+浓度为10^-6mol/L;WKY大鼠为10^-4mol/L;两肾一环型肾性高血压大鼠(RHR)为10^-7molg/L,Wistar大鼠为10^-4mol/L;Ca^2+高于以上各相应浓度时该酶活性受到抑制;(2)作为该酶  相似文献

在超氧阴离子(O2^-)作用下,心肌细胞内游离钙深度([Ca^2+]i)显著升高;心肌细胞膜通透性明显增强;膜脂流动性下降。一定深度的硒代蛋氨酸(Se-Met)亚硒酸钠(NaSeO3)可不同程度地拮O2^-的影响。前者作用更为显著。这两种硒化合物也能提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。综上所述,硒缺乏,高自由基及心肌细胞Ca^2+平衡失调三者之间存在着相关性。在O2^-作用下,心肌细胞内  相似文献

为了解长期持续铅胁迫下植物不同世代间生理生化指标的变化,分析植物对铅污染的适应机制及植物对长期持续污染的响应机理,该研究以在250 mg·kg~(-1)Pb持续污染的实验田中种植所得的第4、第8、第10、第13和第15世代蚕豆种子为材料,通过盆栽法,与同世代未受Pb胁迫的蚕豆做对照,分析了与抗氧化酶系统、总代谢等相关的8个生理指标,即叶绿素、蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸(PRO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活力。结果表明:(1)在长期持续Pb胁迫下,与蚕豆光合作用能力有关的叶绿素含量在第8代与第13代之间与对照组相比具有显著的差异性(P0.05)。(2)可溶性糖含量随胁迫时间的延长而逐渐升高,并在第10代时达到最高,随后开始向无污染的正常水平恢复并趋于稳定;蛋白质含量在胁迫至第13代后开始增加。(3)MDA与PRO含量在胁迫至第10代时达到最高,并随胁迫时间的延长而降低,至第13代后逐渐趋于稳定。(4)抗氧化酶系统中的SOD、GR和MDH也同样呈现出先高后低的趋势,且GR的变化程度最大,MDH活力最早表现出与对照组的最大差异。研究认为:在长期的持续Pb污染胁迫下,蚕豆种群对Pb污染胁迫的适应性不断提高。  相似文献

Larvae of the corn earworm,Helicoverpa zea (Boddie) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), were caged assecond, third, or fourth instars on lima bean,Phaseolus lunatus L., plants in the fieldwith or without treatment of the plants withlethal concentrations of the H. zeanucleopolyhedrovirus. The virus treatmentprevented over 90% of damage to pods and beansif larvae were second or third instars whenplaced in the cages. Damage to pods and beanswas reduced by 73 and 86%, respectively, ifthe larvae were fourth instars when placed onthe plants. When insects survived to the endof the test (which they did only on controlplants), numbers of pods or beans damaged byeach surviving insect was not affected by thestadium in which the larva was when it wasplaced on the plant. This result indicates thatmost damage was done by fourth or laterinstars. If treatments are to effectivelyprevent damage to lima bean, they should thusbe applied before the insects reach the fourthinstar.  相似文献

We identified a transgenic line exhibiting albinism during our work to introduce genes through genetic engineering in dry bean (Phaseolus vulgaris). The transgenic mother plant (R0) presented a normal phenotype and generated albino and normal green plants in the first generation (R1). The segregation ratio of the albino character in the R1 and R2 generations fitted the expected ratio for a character controlled by a single recessive gene linked to a foreign gus gene, suggesting that albinism could be a consequence of insertional mutation caused by introduction of the exogenous gene. Analysis by electron microscope revealed that the albino cells possessed no chloroplasts and a greater number of mitochondria when compared to normal green plants. This transgenic bean line may be used in understanding the genetic control of chloroplast genesis, for acquiring additional knowledge of genomic structure or in physiological studies. 多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白(PGIP)是一种植物防卫蛋白,可阻止一些病原真菌的侵害。本研究克隆出扁豆PvP-GIP2基因编码序列,构建了受玉米泛素(ubiquitin)启动子控制的PvPGIP2基因表达载体pA25-PvPGIP2;采用基因枪法将pA25-PvPGIP2转化小麦推广品种扬麦18幼胚愈伤组织4000块,获得了203株再生植株。PCR检测出阳性植株65株,转化率为1.625%。对转PvPGIP2基因小麦T1~T2植株,进行外源基因的PCR、RT-PCR、荧光定量RT-PCR(Q-RT-PCR)分析和小麦纹枯病抗性鉴定。结果表明,转入的PvPGIP2能够在转基因小麦中遗传、转录与表达;PvPGIP2基因的表达提高了转基因植株对小麦纹枯病的抗性。  相似文献

Genes that affect plant form and function may be used to enhance the yield of soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.]. Most soybean cultivars have broad (ovate) leaflets. A single gene, ln, controls inheritance for the narrow leaflet characteristic. Narrow leaflet cultivars (ln/ln) also tend to have a higher percentage of four-seeded pods than ovate (Ln/Ln) leaflet cultivars. Heterozygous (Ln/ln) plants have a leaflet shape intermediate between narrow and ovate. Determining the agronomic effects of the narrow leaflet allele (ln) in the heterozygous (Ln/ln) condition in soybean may have applications in practical plant breeding. We studied an ovate leaflet and a narrow leaflet cultivar, crosses between them in the F(1) and F(2), and backcrosses to both cultivars. The ratio of leaflet width to leaflet length accurately distinguished among narrow, ovate, and intermediate leaflet plants in the F(2) and backcross generations. In the F(2) generation, differences occurred among plants with different leaflet morphology. Narrow leaflet plants produced more seeds per pod and lower seed weight than ovate leaflet plants. Narrow and ovate leaflet plants produced comparable numbers of pods per plant and plant yield. Compared to ovate leaflet plants, intermediate leaflet plants produced similar numbers of seeds per pod and seed weight. Intermediate leaflet plants produced significantly more pods per plant and plant yield than plants with either ovate or narrow leaflets. The heterozygous condition at the locus for leaflet morphology resulted in heterosis for plant yield and may be of benefit in association with commercialization and development of hybrid soybean.  相似文献

An investigation on inheritance of qualitative traits in dolichos bean revealed biallelic monogenic control of photoperiod-induced sensitivity to flowering time and flower colour in F 2 and F 3 generations. While, growth habit and pod curvature are each controlled by two genes that exhibit classical complementary epistasis, raceme emergence was controlled by two genes that displayed classical inhibitory epistasis. The dominant alleles, at two different unlinked pairs of genes are necessary for plants to exhibit indeterminate growth habit and bear straight pods. Any other combination of alleles at the two pairs of genes result in plants displaying determinate growth habit and bearing curved pods. While, the genes controlling growth habit, PSFT and raceme emergence are linked. Those controlling flower colour and pod curvature are segregated independent of each other. These results are discussed in relation to strategies for breeding dolichos bean.  相似文献

Experiments were performed to investigate the influence of apple pollen, plant diet, and relative humidity on the individual life‐history traits and on the population growth of the western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae). In experiments with individual thrips, availability of bean pods plus a mixture of apple pollen and lycopodium shortened larval development time, and hence time from egg to adult, compared to bean pods alone. Similarly, the total number of eggs laid and the mean number of eggs laid per female per day were greater in the presence of pollen plus bean pods than on bean pods alone. Diet did not affect survival or length of the pre‐oviposition and oviposition periods. A diet including bean pods plus pollen shortened the generation time and population‐doubling time, and increased the net reproductive rate and the intrinsic rate of increase, compared to bean pods alone. In experiments on populations, growth was measured with different amounts of pollen on bean pods under two relative humidities, ca. 38% and 66%, and separately on two bean substrates, pods or leaves, at ca. 45% r.h. The presence or amount of pollen had no effect on population growth regardless of the other variables. Greater population growth occurred under the higher relative humidity regardless of substrate. Population growth was greater on bean pods than on bean leaves. Despite reports on the nutritional benefit of pollen for F. occidentalis, this benefit may be affected by pollen type, host plant, and other factors. In situations in which pollen has little influence on the growth of F. occidentalis populations, pollen that benefits a thrips predator could be used in an integrated management plan for controlling thrips.  相似文献

Many of the flowers on field bean plants fail to produce pods even when fully pollinated. When insect pollination is prevented pod production on the lowest inflorescences, which normally produce most pods, is reduced but a compensatory increase on the upper ones ensures a moderate yield. The cumulative ozone effect on morphological parameters (visible leaf injury, plant height and leaf growth, number of bean pods, petunia flowers and stalks) was examined in this study. Well-known ozonesensitive (Bel W3) and ozone-resistant (Bel B) tobacco cultivars as well as bean cv. Nerina and petunia cv. White cascade, both recognized as ozone sensitive, were used in the experiment. Investigations were carried out at two exposure sites varying in tropospheric ozone levels. Ozone negatively affected the leaf growth of both tobacco cultivars and bean. A negative relation was also found for ozone concentration and tobacco plant height. Number of petunia flowers and stalks and bean pods was positively correlated with ozone concentration. This could have been connected with earlier plant maturation due to faster generative development of plants in ozone-stress conditions.  相似文献
