日本褐牙鲆是主要的广盐性底栖鱼类,主要分布于我国的黄渤海及东海和朝鲜半岛、日本、俄罗斯等地区,是我国重要的经济鱼类之一。本研究运用行为学方法筛选得到了活泼与不活泼褐牙鲆,并从呼吸代谢的生理方面比较了两者的差异,呼吸代谢研究显示活泼褐牙鲆的标准代谢率(SMR),最大代谢率(MMR)和绝对有氧范围(AAS)都比不活泼褐牙鲆高。免疫组化和QPCR共同显示在隔离应激的条件下,不活泼褐牙鲆尾部神经系统UI的表达量要高于活泼牙鲆,表明在相同应激条件下,不活泼褐牙鲆神经内分泌活动表现更强,较活泼褐牙鲆更易受到外界的影响。研究不同个性的褐牙鲆对于牙鲆的选育与养殖具有一定的意义。  相似文献

采用连续流水式呼吸仪测定了127尾鲇鱼(体重22.6-452.4g)的静止代谢率。在10,15,20,25和30℃水温下,鲇鱼平均特定体重代谢率分别为22.99,58.55,79.20,109.29和123.89mgO2/kg/h。体重(W)与静止代谢率(Ms)回归关系(Ms=aW^b)的体重指数b随温度上升而下降,温度(T)与特定体重代谢率(M')回归关系(M'=AT^B)的温度指数B随体重增加  相似文献

采用封闭式呼吸仪,在15、20、25、30℃条件下测定了91尾南方鲇(Silurus meridionalisChen)幼鱼(8.49—151.0g)的日总代谢率。日总代谢率与静止代谢率之比随温度的升高而降低,随日粮水平的增加而上升,变幅为1.076—3.066倍。代谢率与生长率之间存在的线性关系表明,每增长1g体重,生长过程的代谢耗能量增加2288.2J。温度和体重对特殊动力作用(SDA)无明显的影响,SDA的耗能量占摄入能量的百分比相对恒定,为20.18%。  相似文献

本文观测了23、25、28、30、33、35℃下体重20-60g中华鳖幼鳖陆上呼吸时的静止代谢率V〔mlO2/(kg·h)〕和呼吸气体交换比RE,探讨了二者与温度T(℃)的关系。幼鳖在空气中的静止代谢率随温度升高而增加,其相关关系可用下式表示:V=8.2217×10^-.0459T,R^2=0.98。Q10在实验温度范围内并不是固定不变的,但23 ̄30℃之间Q10约为2.5,而在30 ̄35℃之间则  相似文献

采用双因素析因实验设计方法,研究了温度(20℃、24℃、28℃)和盐度(10、30)急性应激对褐牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)幼鱼渗透生理和抗氧化水平的影响。结果表明:盐度和温度变化对各实验组1d和6d时褐牙鲆幼鱼血浆皮质醇含量均无显著性差异。在高温低盐(28℃、10)环境中1d时渗透压显著高于其他各实验组,6d时无显著性差异。牙鲆幼鱼在28℃环境中1d时鳃Na+-K+-ATP酶活性显著高于20℃和24℃;6d时,温度和盐度对牙鲆幼鱼鳃Na+-K+-ATP酶活性有显著交互影响作用。1d时,随着温度的升高或盐度的降低牙鲆幼鱼肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现上升趋势,并且高温低盐(28℃、盐度10)组褐牙鲆幼鱼肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于其他各组;在3个实验温度下,10环境中牙鲆幼鱼肝脏脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量高于30。在6d时,各实验组间肝脏SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量无显著性差异。因此,褐牙鲆能够耐受温度2028℃和低至盐度10的环境条件,应激早期温度和盐度的变化可引起褐牙鲆幼鱼渗透生理和抗氧化水平的变化,高温低盐对褐牙鲆幼鱼抗氧化水平的影响最大,至6d可基本恢复稳定。    相似文献

为了探讨体重对中华倒刺鲃能量代谢和热耐受特征的影响,在25℃条件下分别测定不同体重大小(1、10、25、50 g组)中华倒刺鲃的静止代谢率(Resting metabolic rate,RMR)、力竭运动后过量耗氧(Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption,EPOC)和热耐受参数。随体重的增加,中华倒刺鲃个体RMR、最大代谢率(Maximum metabolic rate,MMR)、代谢空间(Metabolic scope,MS)和EPOC均显著增加(P0.05);单位体重RMR、MMR和MS则均显著降低,而单位体重EPOC随体重的增加显著增加(P0.05)。RMR、MMR、MS和EPOC的代谢尺度指数分别为0.796、0.834、0.849和1.137且显著大于2/3,因此中华倒刺鲃的能量代谢参数均呈异速度增加的关系而变化。这些变化可能与其个体变大游泳运动能力增强导致能量代谢需求增加相关。中华倒刺鲃临界低温(Critical thermal minimum,CT_(min))和致死低温(Lethal thermal minimum,IL_(min))与体重之间均呈"微笑型"二次函数的关系,临界高温(Critical thermal maximum,CT_(max))和致死高温(Lethal thermal maximum,IL_(max))均呈"钟型"二次函数的关系,因此中等大小的中华倒刺鲃具有更强的热耐受能力。这种非线性关系可能与其生长发育阶段和温度驯化历时有关。  相似文献

温度和体重对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹饥饿代谢的影响   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:6  
于1998年9月—12月对均重为3.64、1.69和0.52g三种规格的中华绒螯蟹幼蟹在15、20、25和30℃四种温度条件下的饥饿代谢进行了测定,以探讨体重和温度变化对代谢的影响。结果表明,耗氧率(Ro)和氨氮排泄率(Rs)都随温度升高而增大,随体重增大而减小,其关系式可分别表示为:Ro=0.1309We^0.0490T和Ro=0.4254W^-0.1999;Rs=3.3649e^0.0484T和RN=0.4400W^-2.900不同体重幼蟹在不同温度条件下的饥饿代谢率差异显,饥饿代谢率随体重的增大而减少,随温度升高而增大。同时,体重对能源物质的供能比有较大影响,三种规格的幼蟹,其代谢底物中蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪提供的能量比分别为6.4:41.8:518、6.7:27.8:65.5和7.3:43.8:48.9。  相似文献

在15~30℃温度范围内, 运用踏车呼吸室以5 m/min, 10 m/min 和15 m/min 的运动速度, 对栖息于青海高原的根田鼠的代谢率、体温、蒸发失水进行了测定, 并计算了每个温度和运动速度时的热传导率。根田鼠的体温在任一速度时, 随环境温度的增加而增加, 当环境温度一定时, 体温随运动强度而升高, 代谢率随运动速度增加而增加。活动产热在低温条件下, 可能是对寒冷产热的替代, 而在比较缓和的温度时, 可能是对冷诱导产热的附加。温度一定时, 蒸发失水随运动速度增加而增加, 热传导也呈相似的变化趋势(15℃除外)。热传导在任一运动速度下, 随环境温度增加而增加。结果表明蒸发散热在高温或活动期间对根田鼠的体温调节有不可替代的作用。  相似文献

本文在-25℃至40℃的温度范围内,采用开放式呼吸仪测定了高寒草甸5种常见的雀形目留鸟的标准代谢率与环境温度的关系。其基础代谢率(BMR)在3.72—5.69毫升/克/小时范围内,中性温度区下限较低,一般在20℃左右。环境温度在下临界温度以下,代谢率随温度下降而升高的斜线陡峻,斜率一般为0.150—0.170之间。除树麻雀外,在40℃条件下均出现部分死亡。  相似文献

We biometrically analyzed the body weight growth data of new-born squirrel monkeys, obtained during the nursing period from 0 to 12 weeks of age. Body weight (y in grams) could be expressed as a function of birth weight (a in grams) and age (x in weeks) by the following equation: y = a + b x, where b indicates growth rate. This equation corresponded significantly with actual growth curves (R2 = 0.96). The frequency distribution of b values was demonstrated to be abnormal distribution. This value was used to judge whether the body weight growth of each monkey was normal or abnormal. The lower control limit (LCL) was calculated by using a linear equation with the b value of 9.07 (M-1.25 x S.D.) and each birth weight. For the monkeys whose body weight was above the LCL during the first three weeks after birth, it was determined whether the frequency of weighings could be reduced from 13 to 7. Using the same animals, no significant difference was detected between the b value estimated from 13 measurements and that estimated from 7 measurements. Thus, from the standpoint of management's policy to save labor, the frequency of weighings could be reduced. A new daily routine has been established in our primate center to save labor by reducing the number of body weighings of the many infant monkeys. In the new program, newborn monkeys whose body weight is above the LCL are weighed only 7 times during the nursing period of 12 weeks, while those whose weight is below the LCL are weighed 8 to 13 times.  相似文献

Summary Consequences of size-dependent metabolic rate on the turnover of trace substances in animals are investigated. At steady state, the biological half-life, body burden, and whole body concentration of a trace substance are shown to be proportional to body weight raised to (1-b), 1, and 0, respectively, where b is the exponent relating body weight to standard metabolic rate. The condition is that the trace substance is turned over in proportion to the standard metabolic rate; the derived equations can accordingly be used to test whether a given substance is feasible as a tracer of energy flow in ecologic systems.  相似文献

The mortality rates of captive giant panda cubs at 0 and 1 year old was 12.89% and 18.37% respectively,in order to improve survival rate and the nursing level of captive giant panda cubs,145 cubs born in 2000-2017 at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding were analyzed by grouping primarily body weight(W0<100,100 ≤ W0<150,150 ≤ W0<200,W0 ≥ 200) and gender.The results indicated that(1) the weight curves of giant panda cubs with different primarily body weights during 180d were cubic functions.(2) Gender and primarily body weight of giant panda cubs had no interaction with the weight and average growth rate during 180 d.Gender did not affect the weight and their average growth rate of cubs,but the primarily body weight had a significant impact on the weight during 98 d and the average growth rate at the ascent stage(3-6 d),high-level stage(7-13 d),decline stage(14-45 d) and stabilization stage(46-180 d). The tokinaga of physiological weight loss was(1.77±0.67) d,and the day-age which weight recovered to primarily body weight was(4.59±1.23) d.(3) The primarily body weight and gender of giant panda cubs had no interaction on the maximum weight loss,the rate of maximum weight loss,the day-age of recovery to primarily body weight,the maximum growth rate and the day-age of maximum growth rate,but affected the day of maximum weight loss together.(4) Although the primarily body weight of giant panda cubs had a significant effect on the maximum weight loss,the day of maximum weight loss,the day-age of recovery to primarily body weight,and the maximum growth rate,it did not affect the rate of maximum weight loss and the day-age of maximum growth rate.Gender of giant panda cubs did not affect the maximum weight loss,the day-age of recovery to primarily body weight,the rate of maximum weight loss,the maximum growth rate and the day-age of maximum growth rate,but it did affect the day-age of maximum weight loss.These results indicated that the lower primarily body weight was,the less weight loss(maximum weight loss) would be,the faster speed with bottoming(the day of maximum weight loss) and recovery to primarily body weight(the day-age of recovery to primarily body weight) would be at early age.In addition,the lower primarily body weight was,the greater growth intensity of unit weight would be during the various stages at increasing growth rate,maintaining a high position,decreasing and tending to stabilize.The study revealed the characteristics of captive giant panda cubs in body weight at early age,and it provided abundant references for the early rearing of giant panda cubs.  相似文献

By continuously monitoring the weight loss in dry air at 24.5°C of active individual male Drosophila melanogaster, it was shown that: (i) during the active period, weight loss is a linear function of time, but once the body water content is reduced to below a critical level, activity ceases and the rate of weight loss increases rapidly; the time at which the rate of weight loss increases probably coincides with the time of death; (ii) the sudden change in the rate of weight loss can be prevented by blocking the spiracles; (iii) the rate of weight loss in the active period is positively correlated with age; (iv) young flies can tolerate a greater reduction in total body water than old flies. It is suggested that the age-related decrease in survival time in dry air is a consequence of changes in the initial water content of the flies, in their rate of water loss, in their activity, and in their tolerance of low water content.  相似文献

An experimental model for investigating the disparate effects of obesity and hypertension on the heart was developed by ligation of the aorta of male Sprague-Dawley rats made obese through ad libitum feeding. Experimental obesity was associated with an increased body fat and cardiac muscle mass, yet a normotensive systemic arterial pressure. Aortic ligation produced an elevated mean arterial pressure and resting heart rate, whereas body weight was similar to that of normotensive lean control rats. Obesity and hypertension together were associated with a significantly increased percent body fat, mean arterial pressure, and left ventricular mass compared with lean controls, whereas pressure and left ventricular weight were greater than those observed in rats with only obesity or hypertension. Cardiac adaptations corrected for body weight indicated that left ventricular weight increased as a function of body weight and body fat, but hypertension produced left ventricular adaptations independent of these variables. These initial studies indicate an additional contribution of hypertension to the left ventricular adaptations of obesity, and this model could therefore be used in future investigations concerning the cardiovascular effects of the simultaneous occurrence of these separate diseases.  相似文献

Advantage was taken of a specific and sensitive bioassay for rat plasma adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) based on the dispersion of rat adrenal cells with trysin, to investigate the relationship between plasma corticosterone concentration and inhibition of ACTH release under steady-state conditions achieved by graded rates (0-5.12 mug/min per 100 g body weight) of intravenous infusion of the steroid for 45 min in 28-day adrenalectomized rats. In contrast to prior reports involving suppression of stress-induced ACTH release, the inhibitory effect of corticosterone was shown, under our experimental conditions, to be exerted also on the basal rate of ACTH secretion. Indeed, a slight though not significant decrease of plasma ACTH concentration was observed with the corticosterone infusion rate of 0.64 mg/min per 100 g body weight, and further progressive and highly significant drops in concentration were recorded for infusion rates of 2.56 and 5.12 mg/min per 100 g body weight. An increase of the metabolic clearance rate of corticosterone, observed as a function of the infusion rate, was ascribed to saturation by the steroid of the plasma transcortin binding sites.  相似文献

Standard metabolic rates were measured as the rate of oxygen consumption in 33 Scyliorhinus canicula , ranging in weight from 3–929 g. The amount of oxygen consumed per hour (Vo2) changed predictably with body size according to the relationship Vo2=0–104 W0.855, where W represents fish weight in g. On a weight specific basis, the level of standard metabolism in juvenile dogfish (5 g) was nearly double that measured in adults (500 g).  相似文献

采用单因素方差分析等方法探讨人工养殖条件下体重、年龄和环境应激对菲牛蛭繁殖性能的影响。结果表明,体重对卵茧大小和湿质量及幼蛭体长、体宽和湿体质量无显著影响(P>0.05),而亲蛭性腺系数、平均产茧数、孵化率和平均孵化数在各组间差异显著(P<0.05),其中体重10~15g组明显高于其他组(P<0.05);年龄对亲蛭平均产茧数、孵化率、平均孵化数和卵茧大小影响显著(P<0.05),其中2~3年龄亲本具有最高的平均产茧数、孵化率和平均孵化数,8月龄亲本所产卵茧个体明显大于其他年龄组(P<0.05),而卵茧湿质量及幼蛭体长、体宽和湿体质量在各年龄组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。环境应激对亲蛭的平均产茧数、孵化率和平均孵化数影响显著(P<0.01),其中1~2次操作应激下的平均产茧数和孵化数最高,无操作刺激下的孵化率略高于1~2次操作刺激(P>0.05),而卵茧大小和湿质量及幼蛭体长、体宽和湿体质量在各应激处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。本研究获得了菲牛蛭繁殖的最佳体重和年龄,建议繁育生产中挑选10~15g和2~3年龄的个体作为亲本,期间进行1~2次操作刺激可提高其繁殖性能。  相似文献

A simultaneous model for analysis of net energy intake and growth curves is presented, viewing the animal's responses as a two dimensional outcome. The model is derived from four assumptions: (1) the intake is a quadratic function of metabolic weight; (2) the rate of body energy accretion represents the difference between intake and maintenance; (3) the relationship between body weight and body energy is allometric and (4) animal intrinsic variability affects the outcomes so the intake and growth trajectories are realizations of a stochastic process. Data on cumulated net energy intake and body weight measurements registered from weaning to maturity were available for 13 pigs. The model was fitted separately to 13 datasets. Furthermore, slaughter data obtained from 170 littermates was available for validation of the model. The parameters of the model were estimated by maximum likelihood within a stochastic state space model framework where a transform-both-sides approach was adopted to obtain constant variance. A suitable autocorrelation structure was generated by the stochastic process formulation. The pigs’ capacity for intake and growth were quantified by eight parameters: body weight at maximum rate of intake (149-281 kg); maximum rate of intake (25.7-35.7 MJ/day); metabolic body size exponent (fixed: 0.75); the daily maintenance requirement per kg metabolic body size (0.232-0.303 MJ/(day×kg0.75)); reciprocal scaled energy density ; a dimensional exponent, θ6 (0.730-0.867); coefficient for animal intrinsic variability in intake (0.120-0.248 MJ0.5) and coefficient for animal intrinsic variability in growth (0.029-0.065 kg0.5). Model parameter values for maintenance requirements and body energy gains were in good agreement with those obtained from slaughter data. In conclusion, the model provides biologically relevant parameter values, which cannot be derived by traditional analysis of growth and energy intake data.  相似文献

为评价植物源鼠类不育剂雷公藤甲素对雄性布氏田鼠的不育效果,本研究采用每千克体重0 mg、0.1 mg、0.2 mg、0.4 mg的雷公藤甲素溶液对雄鼠进行连续7 d灌胃处理,并在停药2周和4周后检测其体重、性腺重、精子密度及配对雌鼠怀孕率与胎仔数。结果表明,雷公藤甲素处理未显著降低雄性布氏田鼠的体重、性腺相对重量、附睾尾精子密度,以及停药4周组配对雌鼠的怀孕率与胚胎数;但停药2周低剂量(0.1 mg)处理组配对雌鼠的怀孕率和胎仔数出现显著降低,怀孕率与对照组(100%)相比下降66.7%,胎仔数与对照组(8.3)相比下降了72.3%。这说明,雷公藤甲素对雄性布氏田鼠繁殖力的抑制作用主要表现在受孕阶段,但其不育效果未呈现剂量效应,反而在低浓度表现出更好效果。雷公藤甲素对附睾功能和精子动力学参数的影响可能是其不育效果的主要原因,但是仍需深入研究不同剂量的作用机制,为其合理施用提供理论依据。  相似文献
