Type 2 cytokines regulate fibrotic liver pathology in mice infected with Schistosoma mansoni. Switching the immune response to a type 1-dominant reaction has proven highly effective at reducing the pathologic response. Activation of NOS-2 is critical, because type 1-deviated/NO synthase 2 (NOS-2)-deficient mice completely fail to control their response. Here, we demonstrate the differential regulation of NOS-2 and arginase type 1 (Arg-1) by type 1/type 2 cytokines in vivo and for the first time show a critical role for arginase in the pathogenesis of schistosomiasis. Using cytokine-deficient mice and two granuloma models, we show that induction of Arg-1 is type 2 cytokine dependent. Schistosome eggs induce Arg-1, while Mycobacterium avium-infected mice develop a dominant NOS-2 response. IFN-gamma suppresses Arg-1 activity, because type 1 polarized IL-4/IL-10-deficient, IL-4/IL-13-deficient, and egg/IL-12-sensitized animals fail to up-regulate Arg-1 following egg exposure. Notably, granuloma size decreases in these type-1-deviated/Arg-1-unresponsive mice, suggesting an important regulatory role for Arg-1 in schistosome egg-induced pathology. To test this hypothesis, we administered difluoromethylornithine to block ornithine-aminodecarboxylase, which uses the product of arginine metabolism, L-ornithine, to generate polyamines. Strikingly, granuloma size and hepatic fibrosis increased in the ornithine-aminodecarboxylase-inhibited mice. Furthermore, we show that type 2 cytokine-stimulated macrophages produce proline under strict arginase control. Together, these data reveal an important regulatory role for the arginase biosynthetic pathway in the regulation of inflammation and demonstrate that differential activation of Arg-1/NOS-2 is a critical determinant in the pathogenesis of granuloma formation.  相似文献

Early-stage hepatic granuloma and advanced-stage fibrosis are important characteristics of schistosomiasis. The direct consequences of gadolinium chloride (GdCl3) in egg-induced granuloma formation have not been reported, although GdCl3 is known to block the macrophages. In present study, mice were infected with 15 Schistosoma japonicum (S. japonicum) cercariae and treated with GdCl3 (10 mg/kg body weight) twice weekly from day 21 to day 42 post-infection during the onset of egg-laying towards early granuloma formation. Histochemical staining showed that repeated injection of GdCl3 decreased macrophages infiltration in liver of mice infected with S. japonicum. Macrophage depletion by GdCl3 during the initial phase attenuated liver pathological injury characterized by smaller granuloma size and decreased immune inflammation as well as less fibrogenesis. In addition, IL-13Rα2 expression was reduced by GdCl3 in liver of mice infected with S. japonicum. The results suggest that GdCl3 depleted macrophages, which attenuated helminth infected immune responses involving with IL-13Rα2 signal. These findings would highlight a therapeutic potential via manipulating IL-13Rα2+ macrophage in schistosomiasis.  相似文献

Mice expressing a Cre recombinase from the lysozyme M-encoding locus (Lyz2) have been widely used to dissect gene function in macrophages and neutrophils. Here, we show that while naïve resident tissue macrophages from IL-4Rαflox/deltaLysMCre mice almost completely lose IL-4Rα function, a large fraction of macrophages elicited by sterile inflammatory stimuli, Schistosoma mansoni eggs, or S. mansoni infection, fail to excise Il4rα. These F4/80hiCD11bhi macrophages, in contrast to resident tissue macrophages, express lower levels of Lyz2 explaining why this population resists LysMCre-mediated deletion. We show that in response to IL-4 and IL-13, Lyz2loIL-4Rα+ macrophages differentiate into an arginase 1-expressing alternatively-activated macrophage (AAM) population, which slows the development of lethal fibrosis in schistosomiasis. In contrast, we identified Lyz2hiIL-4Rα+ macrophages as the key subset of AAMs mediating the downmodulation of granulomatous inflammation in chronic schistosomiasis. Our observations reveal a limitation on using a LysMCre mouse model to study gene function in inflammatory settings, but we utilize this limitation as a means to demonstrate that distinct populations of alternatively activated macrophages control inflammation and fibrosis in chronic schistosomiasis.  相似文献

Isolated intact egg granulomas from the liver of Schistosoma mansoni-infected mice have been previously shown to elaborate factors in vitro that can stimulate fibroblasts for biological functions that are of potential importance in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis. We report here that cell cultures obtained from monodispersed granuloma cell suspensions, and specifically enriched for macrophages (95% to 100%) spontaneously elaborated fibroblast proliferation-stimulating activity in vitro. These cells possessed functional and phenotyptic characteristics of activated macrophages. In contrast, control peritoneal macrophages from uninfected mice lacked such phenotypic characteristics, and did not spontaneously elaborate fibrogenic activity in vitro. The granuloma macrophage activity was present, pre-formed within the isolated cells, and was continuously elaborated during 72 hr of incubation. By gel infiltration chromatography (Sephacryl S-200 sf), fibroblast-stimulating activity was identified in two pooled fractions, one with estimated molecular radius (Mr) of 46 kd to 57 kd and the other with Mr of 10 kd to 16 kd. Preparative isoelectric focusing in granular gel of crude macrophage culture supernatants identified peak activity in fractions with pI approximately 5. Two different serine esterase inhibitors had no effect on the ability of crude granuloma macrophage supernatants to stimulate fibroblast proliferation. Whereas crude and chromatographed fractions of granuloma macrophage supernatant were active for fibroblasts, they had minimal or no interleukin 1 (IL 1) activity when tested in a thymocyte proliferation assay. In contrast, resident peritoneal macrophages from the same infected mice spontaneously secreted substantial IL 1 and fibroblast-stimulating activity in vitro. We conclude that egg granuloma macrophages are activated in vivo to secrete fibrogenic molecules functionally distinct from IL 1, which might contribute to the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis.  相似文献

Cationic amino acid transporters (CAT) are important regulators of NOS2 and ARG1 activity because they regulate L-arginine availability. However, their role in the development of Th1/Th2 effector functions following infection has not been investigated. Here we dissect the function of CAT2 by studying two infectious disease models characterized by the development of polarized Th1 or Th2-type responses. We show that CAT2(-/-) mice are significantly more susceptible to the Th1-inducing pathogen Toxoplasma gondii. Although T. gondii infected CAT2(-/-) mice developed stronger IFN-gamma responses, nitric oxide (NO) production was significantly impaired, which contributed to their enhanced susceptibility. In contrast, CAT2(-/-) mice infected with the Th2-inducing pathogen Schistosoma mansoni displayed no change in susceptibility to infection, although they succumbed to schistosomiasis at an accelerated rate. Granuloma formation and fibrosis, pathological features regulated by Th2 cytokines, were also exacerbated even though their Th2 response was reduced. Finally, while IL-13 blockade was highly efficacious in wild-type mice, the development of fibrosis in CAT2(-/-) mice was largely IL-13-independent. Instead, the exacerbated pathology was associated with increased arginase activity in fibroblasts and alternatively activated macrophages, both in vitro and in vivo. Thus, by controlling NOS2 and arginase activity, CAT2 functions as a potent regulator of immunity.  相似文献

The ubiquitous fungus Aspergillus fumigatus is associated with chronic diseases such as invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in immunosuppressed patients and allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) in patients with cystic fibrosis or severe asthma. Because of constant exposure to this fungus, it is critical for the host to exercise an immediate and decisive immune response to clear fungal spores to ward off disease. In this study, we observed that rapidly after infection by A. fumigatus, alveolar macrophages predominantly express Arginase 1 (Arg1), a key marker of alternatively activated macrophages (AAMs). The macrophages were also found to express Ym1 and CD206 that are also expressed by AAMs but not NOS2, which is expressed by classically activated macrophages. The expression of Arg1 was reduced in the absence of the known signaling axis, IL-4Rα/STAT6, for AAM development. While both Dectin-1 and TLR expressed on the cell surface have been shown to sense A. fumigatus, fungus-induced Arg1 expression in CD11c(+) alveolar macrophages was not dependent on either Dectin-1 or the adaptor MyD88 that mediates intracellular signaling by most TLRs. Alveolar macrophages from WT mice efficiently phagocytosed fungal conidia, but those from mice deficient in Dectin-1 showed impaired fungal uptake. Depletion of macrophages with clodronate-filled liposomes increased fungal burden in infected mice. Collectively, our studies suggest that alveolar macrophages, which predominantly acquire an AAM phenotype following A. fumigatus infection, have a protective role in defense against this fungus.  相似文献

Treatment of liver fibrosis associated with Schistosoma japonicum ova-induced granulomas remains a challenging proposition. There is a close relationship between high levels of interleukin-13 (IL-13) and the development of severe schistosome fibrosis. In contrast, IL-13 receptor (R) α2 has an effective role in attenuation of profibrosis. Several Chinese herbs have significant beneficial effects in liver disease. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of Paeoniflorin (PAE) on liver fibrosis. A mouse model for liver fibrosis was established, using infection with S. japonicum cercariae via the skin. Liver tissue was used to examine the effect of PAE on hydroxyproline, collagen I and III, and IL-13 and IL-13Rα2. The results showed that PAE has significant suppressive effect on the increase of both hepatic hydroxyproline and collagen I and III, which are the main components of extracellular matrix (ECM). Meanwhile, PAE not only inhibits IL-13 production, it also elevates IL-13Rα2 in PAE-pretreated groups compared with controls. These results suggested that PAE can improve liver fibrosis due to S. japonicum infection. The effect of PAE appears to depend on a decrease of IL-13 and an increase of IL-13Rα2.  相似文献

In murine schistosomiasis, granulomas form around ova deposited in the liver and intestines of infected mice. The granulomas have eosinophils that produce vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and T cells that display VIP receptors. IL-5 is a lymphokine important for the development and maturation of eosinophils. It seemed plausible that VIP, released from eosinophils, may interact with lymphocyte VIP receptors and modulate IL-5 production as part of a feedback regulatory circuit. Thus, we determined whether granuloma T cells make IL-5 and whether VIP modulates IL-5 production. Isolated granuloma cells enriched for T lymphocytes spontaneously released IL-5. Culture of these cells in the presence of VIP increased IL-5 secretion. Spleen cells were also studied. Spleen cells from infected mice did not spontaneously release IL-5 or express IL-5 mRNA and VIP did not stimulate these resting spleen cells to produce this IL. However, these cells did express IL-5 mRNA and secreted IL-5 in response to Con A or soluble egg Ag. VIP could not appreciably modulate IL-5 release when cells were cultured with VIP and the Ag or mitogen. Spleen cells washed free of Con A ceased IL-5 secretion within 24 h. These preactivated splenic T cells resumed vigorous IL-5 secretion in response to either Con A or VIP. Yet only Con A prominently induced IL-5 mRNA expression. VIP was an effective stimulus at concentrations equal to or above the kDa of the VIP receptor on both splenic and granuloma T cells (10(-8) M). It is concluded that, in murine schistosomiasis, VIP invokes IL-5 release from activated T cells that are not undergoing immediate TCR stimulation.  相似文献

Experimental studies have demonstrated the occurrence of angiogenesis, blood vessels formation from pre-existing vessels, in the initial phase of bilharzial granuloma formation and during fibrosis progression in chronic hepatic schistosomiasis. Paradoxically, a recent work demonstrated an occurrence of angiogenesis during fibrosis regression months after curative treatment. Studies regarding the in situ kinetics of blood vessels in the phase of granuloma resolution and liver tissue healing early after treatment are lacking. The current work compared the kinetics of blood vessels by immunohistochemical staining using CD34, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and actin in the livers of normal control mice, Schistosoma mansoni infected mice and mice 2 weeks after curative treatment. The present study demonstrated a process of angiogenesis remodeling in the liver in the curative phase of hepatic schistosomiasis during the stage of granuloma resolution. Such finding raises the evidence of the importance and potential beneficial effect of vascular proliferation in the process of healing and restoration of liver tissue functions. Thus, blocking of angiogenesis may not represent the appropriate therapeutic target for the early treatment of schistosomal liver fibrosis.  相似文献

Schistosomiasis is a neglected tropical disease of public health concern. The most devastating pathology in schistosomiasis japonica and mansoni is mainly attributed to the egg-induced granulomatous response and secondary fibrosis in host liver, which may lead to portal hypertension or even death of the host. Schistosome eggs induce M2 macrophages-rich granulomas and these M2 macrophages play critical roles in the maintenance of granuloma and subsequent fibrosis. Reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are highly produced by stimulated macrophages during infection and necessary for the differentiation of M2 macrophages, are massively distributed around deposited eggs in the liver. However, whether ROS are induced by schistosome eggs to subsequently promote M2 macrophage differentiation, and the possible underlying mechanisms as well, remain to be clarified during S. japonicum infection. Herein, we observed that extensive expression of ROS in the liver of S. japonicum-infected mice. Injection of ROS inhibitor in infected mice resulted in reduced hepatic granulomatous responses and fibrosis. Further investigations revealed that inhibition of ROS production in S. japonicum-infected mice reduces the differentiation of M2, accompanied by increased M1 macrophage differentiation. Finally, we proved that S. japonicum egg antigens (SEA) induce a high level of ROS production via both nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase 2 (NOX2) and mitochondria in macrophages. Our study may help to better understand the mechanism of schistosomiasis japonica-induced hepatic pathology and contribute to the development of potential therapeutic strategies by interfering with ROS production.  相似文献

The adoptive transfer of alternatively activated macrophages (AAMs) has proven to attenuate inflammation in multiple mouse models of colitis; however, the effect of cryopreservation on AAMs, the ability of previously frozen AAMs to block dinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (DNBS) (Th1) and oxazolone (Th2) colitis and their migration postinjection remains unknown. Here we have found that while cryopreservation reduced mRNA expression of canonical markers of interleukin (IL)-4–treated macrophages [M(IL-4)], this step did not translate to reduced protein or activity, and the cells retained their capacity to drive the suppression of colitis. The anticolitic effect of M(IL-4) adoptive transfer required neither T or B cell nor peritoneal macrophages in the recipient. After injection into the peritoneal cavity, M(IL-4)s migrated to the spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes and colon of DNBS-treated mice. The chemokines CCL2, CCL4 and CX3CL1 were expressed in the colon during the course of DNBS-induced colitis. The expression of integrin β7 on transferred M(IL-4)s was required for their anticolitic effect, whereas the presence of the chemokine receptors CCR2 and CX3CR1 were dispensable in this model. Collectively, the data show that M(IL-4)s can be cryopreserved M(IL-4)s and subsequently used to suppress colitis in an integrin β7-dependent manner, and we suggest that these proof-of-concept studies may lead to new cellular therapies for human inflammatory bowel disease.  相似文献

IL 4 receptor alpha (IL-4Ralpha) expression by non-bone marrow (BM)-derived cells is required to protect hosts against several parasitic helminth species. In contrast, we demonstrate that IL-4Ralpha expression by BM-derived cells is both necessary and sufficient to prevent Schistosoma mansoni-infected mice from developing severe inflammation directed against parasite ova, whereas IL-4Ralpha expression by non-BM-derived cells is neither necessary nor sufficient. Chimeras that express IL-4Ralpha only on non-BM-derived cells still produce Th2 cytokines, but overproduce IL-12p40, TNF, and IFN-gamma, fail to generate alternatively activated macrophages, and develop endotoxemia and severe hepatic and intestinal pathology. In contrast, chimeras that express IL-4Ralpha only on BM-derived cells have extended survival, even though the granulomas that they develop around parasite eggs are small and devoid of collagen. These observations identify distinct roles for IL-4/IL-13 responsive cell lineages during schistosomiasis: IL-4Ralpha-mediated signaling in non-BM-derived cells regulates granuloma size and fibrosis, whereas signaling in BM-derived cells suppresses parasite egg-driven inflammation within the liver and intestine.  相似文献

Substance P (SP), a neuropeptide, interacts with the neurokinin 1 receptor (NK-1R) on immune cells to help control IFN-gamma production. In murine schistosomiasis mansoni, schistosome worms produce ova that incite focal Th2-type granulomatous inflammation within the liver and intestines. Normal gut is characterized by a controlled state of inflammation. IL-10 knockout mice develop chronic Th1-type colitis spontaneously. Both schistosome granulomas and gut mucosa display an SP immune regulatory circuit. However, the origin and regulation of SP production at these sites of inflammation are poorly understood. Macrophages are a potential source of SP. We therefore studied macrophages (F4/80(+)) from these models of inflammation. SP mRNA (preprotachykinin A (PPT A)) was detected within the schistosome granuloma, spleen, and lamina propria macrophages. Compared with those from wild-type mice, granuloma macrophages from STAT6(-/-) mice had 10-fold higher PPT A mRNA expression, whereas in STAT4(-/-) animals, PPT A mRNA expression was nearly abolished. IL-12 signals via STAT4 to induce Th1-type inflammation. It was demonstrated that IL-12, but not IL-18, induces SP mRNA expression in resting splenic macrophages from Schistosoma-infected mice and in wild-type lamina propria mononuclear cells. Thus, macrophages are a source for SP at these sites of chronic inflammation, and IL-12 and STAT4 are regulators of macrophage SP mRNA expression.  相似文献

Mucosal administration of Ags linked to cholera toxin B subunit (CTB) can induce both strong mucosal secretory IgA immune responses and peripheral T cell hyporeactivity. In this study, intranasal (i.n. ) administration of CTB-conjugated Schistosoma mansoni 28-kDa GST (CTB-Sm28GST) was found to protect infected animals from schistosomiasis, especially from immunopathological complications associated with chronic inflammation. Worm burden and liver egg counts were reduced in infected animals treated with the CTB-Sm28GST conjugate as compared with mice infected only, or with mice treated with a control (CTB-OVA) conjugate. However, a more striking and consistent effect was that granuloma formations in liver and lungs of mice treated with CTB-Sm28GST were markedly suppressed. Such treatment was associated with reduced systemic delayed-type hypersensitivity and lymphocyte proliferative responses to Sm28GST. Production of IFN-gamma, IL-3, and IL-5 by liver cells was also markedly reduced after i.n. treatment of CTB-Sm28GST, whereas IL-4 production was not impaired. Intranasal treatment of infected mice with CTB-Sm28GST increased IgG1-, IgG2a-, IgA-, and IgE-Ab-forming cell responses in liver in comparison with treatment with CTB-OVA, or free Sm28GST. Most importantly, mucosal treatment with CTB-Sm28GST significantly reduced animal mortality when administered to chronically infected mice. Our results suggest that it may be possible to design a therapeutic vaccine against schistosomiasis that both limits infection and suppresses parasite-induced pathology.  相似文献

Hepatic fibrosis complicates the chronic granulomatous inflammatory reaction to Schistosoma mansoni eggs, and is the major cause of morbidity and mortality in human schistosomiasis. We previously presented evidence that schistosomal egg granulomas secreted factors that can stimulate fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis in vitro. We now report that serum-free supernatants from cultures of hepatic egg granulomas isolated from S. mansoni-infected mice contained activity that stimulated the directional migration of human and guinea pig dermal fibroblasts in modified Boyden chambers. This fibroblast chemotactic activity was also detected in culture supernatants of granuloma adherent cells highly enriched for macrophages (95% latex-ingesting) but not in culture supernatants from resident peritoneal macrophages of uninfected or infected mice. This suggests that granuloma macrophages are a source of the chemotactic activity. The chemoattractant had the properties of large molecular weight (greater than 200,000 daltons; Sephadex G-200 gel filtration), pl approximately 4.5 (preparative flatbed isoelectrofocusing in granular matrix), heat stability (56 degrees C; 45 min), and trypsin sensitivity. Since preincubation of the partially purified granuloma and adherent-cell derived chemoattractants with rabbit anti-human fibronectin antibody abolished their chemotactic activity, it appears that the factor is antigenically similar to fibronectin. We propose that egg granuloma macrophages are activated in vivo to secrete a fibronectin-like molecule with activity that stimulates the directional migration of fibroblasts. This factor may therefore play a role in the local recruitment of fibroblasts and, in concert with other granuloma-derived factors, may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis.  相似文献

Schistosomiasis is a tropical parasitic disease that damages the liver and poses a serious threat to human health. Macrophages play a key role in the development of liver granulomas and fibrosis by undergoing polarization from M1 to M2 type during schistosomiasis. Therefore, regulating macrophage polarization is important for controlling pathological changes that occur during this disease. Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) expressed on the surface of macrophages, dendritic cells and other immune cells has been shown to play a role in inhibiting inflammatory responses and regulating M2 macrophage polarization, however its role in macrophage polarization in schistosomiasis has not been investigated. In this study, we confirmed that TREM2 expression was upregulated in the livers and peritoneal macrophages of mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum. Moreover, the TREM2 expression trend correlated with the expression of M2 macrophage polarization-related molecules in the liver tissues of S. japonicum-infected mice. Using Trem2−/− mice, we also showed that Trem2 deletion inhibited Arg1 and Ym1 expression in liver tissues. Trem2 deletion also increased the number of F4/80 + CD86+ cells in peritoneal macrophages of infected mice. In summary, our study suggests that TREM2 may be involved in M2 macrophage polarization during schistosomiasis.  相似文献

Background

Schistosomiasis is a parasitic disease infecting more than 200 million people in the world. Although chemotherapy targeting on killing schistosomes is one of the main strategies in the disease control, there are few effective ways of dealing with liver fibrosis caused by the parasite infection in the chronic and advanced stages of schistosomiasis. For this reason, new strategies and prospective drugs, which exert antifibrotic effects, are urgently required.

Methods and Findings

The antifibrotic effects of praziquantel were assessed in the murine models of schistosomiasis japonica. Murine fibrosis models were established by cutaneous infection with 14±2 Schistosoma japonicum cercariae. Then, the mice of both chronic (8 weeks post-infection) and advanced (15 weeks post-infection) schistosomiasis were treated by gavage of praziquantel (250 mg/kg, once daily for 3 days) to eliminate worms, and followed by praziquantel anti-fibrosis treatment (300 mg/kg, twice daily for 30 days). The fibrosis-related parameters assessed were areas of collagen deposition, content of hydroxyproline and mRNA expressions of Col1α1, Col3α1, α-SMA, TGF-β, MMP9, TIMP1, IL-4, IL-10, IL-13 and IFN-γ of liver. Spleen weight index, alanine aminotransferase activity and liver portal venous pressure were also measured. The results showed that anti-fibrosis treatment improved liver fibrosis, splenomegaly, hepatic function, as well as liver portal hypertension. In order to confirm the anti-fibrotic properties of praziquantel, we established a CCL4-induced model and revealed that CCL4-induced liver fibrosis was inhibited by PZQ treatment for 30 days. Furthermore, we analyzed the effects of praziquantel on mouse primary hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). It is indicated that mRNA expressions of Col1α1, Col3α1, α-SMA, TGF-β, MMP9 and TIMP1 of HSCs were all inhibited after praziquantel anti-parasite treatments.

Conclusions

The significant amelioration of hepatic fibrosis by praziquantel treatment validates it as a promising drug of anti-fibrosis and offers potential of a new chemotherapy for hepatic fibrosis resulting from schistosomiasis.  相似文献

Pathology in schistosomiasis consists of granuloma formation around parasite eggs. There is considerable variation in the severity of disease in individuals with schistosomiasis, which may result from differential responses to egg antigens. The egg-induced immunopathology is mediated by CD4+ T helper cells sensitised to egg antigens. In this study, cellular responses to a 25-kDa fraction of egg proteins identified a novel T-cell antigen, SmEP25. The native SmEP25 elicited significant proliferative responses as well as gamma interferon (IFN-gamma), IL-2, IL-4, and IL-5 secretion in CD4+ cells from 8.5-week infected CBA and C57BL/6 mice. In C57BL/6 mice, proliferative responses to SmEP25 were relatively stronger than those directed against the major egg antigen Sm-p40, whereas in CBA mice the reverse was found. SmEP25 elicited stronger Th2 type response than Sm-p40 in both mouse strains. By comparison, recombinant SmEP25 elicited a smaller, Th1-polarised response, with significant IFN-gamma, low levels of IL-5 and essentially no IL-4. B-cell responses to SmEP25 coincided with the start of parasite egg production and SmEP25 protein was restricted to parasite eggs. The systematic identification of T-cell-sensitising egg components will lead to a better understanding of the processes involved in granuloma formation.  相似文献
