报道了6个吉林省新记录担子菌,即辅毛鬼伞[Coprinus radians(Desm.:Fr.)Fr.]、金黄拟蜡伞[Hy-grophoropsis aurantiaca(Wulf.:Fr.)Maire]、黄柄小菇[Mycena epipterygia(Scop.:Fr.)S.F.Gray]、黏柄小菇[Mycenarorida(Scop.:Fr.)Qu啨l.]、长齿白齿耳菌[Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii(Berk.)Mass.]和大刷革[Xylobo-lus princeps(Jungh.)Boidin]。其中,黏柄小菇同时为中国新记录种,其他5种首次在我国东北地区发现,拟蜡伞属和白齿耳菌属为吉林省新记录属。标本保存于吉林农业大学菌物标本馆(HMJAU)。  相似文献

为分析杭州西湖引水工程絮凝剂残余铝盐对水质和沉水植物的影响,研究采用室外模拟试验,考察了连续投加不同浓度梯度的明矾(KAlSO412H2O)絮凝剂对菹草(Potamogeton crispus)的生理影响和对水质的影响。试验设置了4个处理: 对照组、低剂量组(35050) g/L、中剂量组(65070) g/L、高剂量组(1100150) g/L。结果表明: (1)低、中剂量投加对水中铝盐含量无显著影响,高剂量投加导致水中铝盐含量显著上升; (2)水中铝盐含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,pH随铝盐含量升高而降低,总磷(TP)随之有所下降,各处理组水中总氮(TN)、浮游植物密度、浊度均明显下降; (3)3个剂量组菹草各生化指标较对照组几乎无显著变化,试验浓度的铝盐投加对菹草的生长没有造成明显损害,在菹草耐受范围内,建议在西湖引水工程入水口附近[水中铝盐含量约(25050) g/L]可选用菹草进行植被恢复。  相似文献

[目的]探讨不同抗性葡萄品种对葡萄根瘤蚜Daktulosphaira vitifolia Fitch侵染后的组织结构响应.[方法]以砧木140Ru(Vitis rupestris×V.berlandieri)和栽培品种赤霞珠Vitis vinifera cv.Cabernet Sauvignon离体三级根及140Ru盆栽苗为试材接种根瘤蚜卵,接种两周后取刺吸位点组织作超薄切片并观察超微结构变化,取盆栽140Ru不同时期根结测定多酚含量.[结果]超微结构显示,砧木140Ru根系周皮层最外层细胞壁的厚度(1 031.25 nm)及周皮层细胞层数(6~7层)显著高于赤霞珠品种的周皮层细胞厚度(543.75 nm)及层数(3~4层),140Ru根系韧皮部酚类物质含量比赤霞珠高出35%;侵染后,砧木140Ru周皮层细胞第3层以内的细胞壁加厚并积聚大量的多酚类物质,140Ru葡萄新根被根瘤蚜侵染后多酚含量呈升高趋势,在接种20d时是对照的2.4倍;赤霞珠粗根被根瘤蚜侵染后薄壁细胞中细胞质变浓,出现大量淀粉粒,线粒体及内质网数量增多.[结论]砧木140Ru的周皮层组织结构较赤霞珠不利于根瘤蚜口针穿刺,被根瘤蚜侵染后发生了不利于根瘤蚜侵染取食的变化.  相似文献

目的:研究自体软骨细胞复合于人脐带Wharton胶支架对兔膝关节全层软骨缺损的修复效果。方法:经自体关节软骨细胞 经体外培养后复合到制备人脐带Wharton 胶取向支架内构建细胞- 支架复合体,选取健康清洁新西兰兔23 只,雌雄不拘,体重 2.5-3.0 kg,取滑车沟中下部制作全层软骨缺损模型后随机分成A、B和C 组。A组(n= 10):植入自体软骨细胞+人脐带Wharton 胶取向支架复合体;B组(n= 10):植入单纯人脐带Wharton 胶取向支架;C组(n= 3):不做任何处理正常兔。分别于术后3 个月和6 个月各处死后取材进行生物力学特性评估检测。结果:压痕实验显示在3 个月时A 和B 组修复区组织刚度分别达到正常软骨的 45.72%和25.25%,且A组刚度明显优于B组,均低于C组( P<0.05);到6 个月时各自达到正常软骨刚度的69.76%和35.14%,同 样A 组刚度明显优于B 组,均低于C 组( P<0.05)且在同期个各组之间均有显著性差异(F=80.309,P<0.05)。结论:体外培养的自 体软骨细胞与人脐带Wharton 胶复合在体内的微环境作用下修复软骨缺损效果良好,为软骨组织工程提供了一种新支架材料。  相似文献

【目的】评估具核梭杆菌对人结直肠癌细胞HCT116和人正常结肠上皮细胞HCoEpiC的增殖、黏附、凋亡、迁移、侵袭和上皮间质转化的影响。【方法】本研究用不同感染复数(MOI)Fusobacterium nucleatum ATCC 23726感染人结直肠癌细胞HCT116和人正常结肠上皮细胞HCoEpiC,建立感染模型;用3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐[3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide,MTT]、平板克隆、细胞划痕及侵袭(transwell)实验检测两组细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭的变化;用流式细胞仪检测两组细胞凋亡情况;通过Western blotting检测两组细胞上皮标记物上皮细胞钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、Catenin δ-1蛋白、间充质标记物N-钙粘蛋白(N-cadherin)和波形蛋白(vimentin)表达水平的变化。【结果】F.nucleatum可促进HCT116细胞增殖,诱导HCT116细胞的迁移和侵袭,但不能引起细胞凋亡;可抑制HCoEpiC细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭,并加速其凋亡;对HCT116和HCoEpiC细胞表现出很强的粘附能力,致细胞分散和拉长,细胞间粘附减少;使HCT116和HCoEpiC细胞上皮标记物E-cadherin与Catenin δ-1的表达量减少,间充质标记物N-cadherin与vimentin的表达量上升,E-cadherin由细胞膜向细胞质转移。【结论】F.nucleatum可诱导结直肠癌细胞和人正常结肠上皮细胞发生上皮间质转化,但抑制人正常结肠细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭,表现出与结直肠癌细胞相反的作用。  相似文献

目的:观察间歇和持续负压下缺血创面不同处理与愈合的关系。方法:实验前1天,用脱毛剂(Nair,美国)对兔耳背脱毛。动物用1%戊巴比妥钠耳缘静脉注射麻醉(30 mg/kg体重),固定于手术台。75%乙醇消毒双侧耳背皮肤。距耳根3-3.5cm处分离、结扎兔耳中央神经血管束。在耳背中部形成直径2.5cm全层皮肤缺损创面(保留软骨膜)[1]。止血后置动物于特制木盒内。42只大白兔共84个创面,随机分为-50mmHg-75mmHg和-100mmHg 3大组,分别施以间歇负压(运行2分钟,停1分钟)和持续负压组。实验分别运用-50mmHg,-75mmHg,-100mmHg三个不同负压值进行连续、间歇治疗兔耳缺血性创面,观察伤后1,3,7,10,14,20d创面愈合情况,取伤后7d组织标本进行Western blot、HE染色,观察VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)的表达及创面上皮的再生和肉芽组织生长情况[1]。以及各时间点细胞凋亡的检测。结果:-50mmHg(纱布+海绵)间歇负压引流技术治疗兔耳缺血性创面的愈合最快,-75mmHg治疗组次之,-100mmHg治疗组创面愈合最慢。在同一时间点上,-50mmHg治疗组与-75mmHg,-100mmHg治疗组和空白对照组之间相比,能够更快地促进创面VEGF的表达和肉芽组织的再生,毛细血管增多。封闭负压治疗能够降低创面组织细胞的凋亡的发生。结论:(1)封闭负压治疗能够促进缺血创面的肉芽组织再生及VEGF的表达,减少创面组织细胞的凋亡的发生;(2)-50mmHg间歇封闭负压治疗效果最好。  相似文献

The study evaluated the effects of obturators on respiratory function by analyzing the changes in nasal anatomic structures and physiologic function in maxillectomy patients with and without obturators. Twenty-six patients who underwent maxillectomy were chosen and rehabilitated with obturators by a single maxillofacial prosthodontist. The geometric shape of the nasal cavity, the nasal airway resistance, and the ratio of residual volume to total lung capacity (RV/TLC) were evaluated using acoustic rhinometry, rhinomanometry, and a pulmonary function test apparatus, respectively. All patients were tested twice, with and without their obturators. The results were statistically analyzed with a paired t-test. The nasal cavities (0–7 cm to the anterior nostril) of the patients with obturators had a significantly smaller volume ([-8.92, -0.60], P = 0.027), smaller effective nasal cross-sectional area MCA2 ([-3.80, -1,81], P<0.0001), increased airflow in the nasal cavity ([17.76, 147.39], P = 0.015), reduced nasal airway resistance ([-0.11, -0.02], P = 0.009), and reduced RV/TLC ([-5.32, -1.30], P = 0.004) compared with the patients without obturators. According to the results of this study, obturators can improve respiratory function by effectively decreasing the volume of enlarged nasal cavities as well as the nasal air resistance and volume of anatomical dead space after maxillectomy.

Submucous cleft palate refers to a situation where the soft palate is largely composed of mucosa with little or no muscle. The defect is often not obvious on inspection of the mouth and pharynx. There is considerable clinical variation, with speech ranging from normal or minimal nasality to severe nasality and defective articulation. Many patients who have latent submucous cleft palate have the condition unmasked by an adenoidectomy because the adenoid pad had served as a compensatory factor in effecting palatopharyngeal closure. All physicians who perform tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy should be aware of the signs and symptoms which may suggest the diagnosis.  相似文献

We report the speech outcome in 90 children with complete unilateral cleft lip and palate who underwent soft palate repair either between 3 and 7 months of age (n = 40) or later than 7 months of age (n = 50). In all patients, palatoplasty was performed by one of two experienced surgeons using a modification of the Furlow technique, and speech evaluations were conducted using the Pittsburgh Weighted Values for Speech Symptoms Associated with Velopharyngeal Incompetence by two speech pathologists with high inter-rater reliability. There were no differences between the groups with respect to resonance, nasal air emission, and articulation. Velopharyngeal function, as measured by the total speech score, was similar between the two groups of patients, as were the rates of secondary pharyngoplasty. These results suggest that very early closure of the soft palate may not offer significant benefit over repair later in infancy with respect to speech outcome.  相似文献

许多研究表明 ,大气 CO2 浓度 ([CO2 ])的升高会导致植物气孔密度 (Stom atal Density,SD)和气孔指数 (Stom atal Index,SI)降低。这一关系成为推测地质历史时期大气 [CO2 ]变化的重要古生物指标之一。但是 ,[CO2 ]不是唯一影响 SD和 SI的环境因素。研究利用温度梯度和温度 [CO2 ]梯度技术 ,以 7种美国中西部地区弃耕地常见草本植物和 3种美国东部落叶阔叶林优势木本植物为材料 ,其中草本包含豆科、非豆科 C3和 C4 功能型 ,就它们的 SD,SI,表皮细胞密度 (Epidermal Cell Density,ECD)和气孔孔径长度 (Stomatal Aperture L ength,APL)对 [CO2 ]和温度升高的反应进行了研究。结果表明 ,沿 [CO2 ]梯度 ,所研究物种的 SD比 SI反应敏感 ,SD显示出与 [CO2 ]正相关、负相关和无显著相关性 ,SI显示出与 [CO2 ]正相关和无显著相关性 ;沿温度梯度 ,所研究物种的 SI比 SD反应敏感 ,SI显示出与温度正相关、负相关和无显著相关性 ,SD显示出与温度正相关和无显著相关性。 ECD和 APL对 [CO2 ]和温度梯度也有不同的响应。这说明 ,除 [CO2 ]外 ,温度也对 SD,SI,ECD和 APL有显著的影响。所以在用气孔特征重建地质历史时期 [CO2 ]的变化趋势时 ,除准确建立气孔参数与 [CO2 ]关系外 ,还应考虑大气温度对这一关系的影响  相似文献

Cineradiography of the pharynx during simulated snoring was done in 6 healthy volunteers, and supraglottic pressure and flow rate were recorded in 12 others. We observed, immediately before snoring, a decrease in the sagittal diameter of the oropharynx followed, during snoring, by high-frequency oscillations of soft palate and pharyngeal walls. The pattern of soft palate oscillations was different while snoring through the nose or mouth. During inspiratory snoring through the nose, the soft palate remained in close contact with the back of the tongue and only the uvula presented high-frequency oscillations. Snoring through the mouth resulted in ample high-frequency oscillations of the whole soft palate. Frequency of airflow and supraglottic pressure oscillations was less (P less than 0.05) during mouth (28.2 +/- 7.5 Hz) than during nasal snoring (77.8 +/- 36.7 Hz). This difference may be related to the smaller oscillating mass (i.e., uvula) during nasal snoring. At variance with our previous data, which showed that snoring during sleep, in both heavy (nonapneic) snorers and obstructive sleep apnea patients, was systematically preceded by flow limitation, this was not true during simulated snoring.  相似文献

Fibrosis and defective muscle regeneration can hamper the functional recovery of the soft palate muscles after cleft palate repair. This causes persistent problems in speech, swallowing, and sucking. In vitro culture systems that allow the study of satellite cells (myogenic stem cells) from head muscles are crucial to develop new therapies based on tissue engineering to promote muscle regeneration after surgery. These systems will offer new perspectives for the treatment of cleft palate patients. A protocol for the isolation, culture and differentiation of satellite cells from head muscles is presented. The isolation is based on enzymatic digestion and trituration to release the satellite cells. In addition, this protocol comprises an innovative method using extracellular matrix gel coatings of millimeter size, which requires only low numbers of satellite cells for differentiation assays.  相似文献

Eighteen families each with two or more cleft lip and palate patients were studied by speech cephalometry for evidence of velopharyngeal inadequacy (VPI). With this total of 56 persons, three groups were recognized: 1) patients with cleft lip only (N = 7), 2) unaffected sibs of CL(P) probands and the unaffected parents with the positive clefting history on their side of the family (N = 33), and 3) unaffected parents with negative CL(P) history to their side of the family (N = 16). The latter served as controls. The velopharyngeal mechanism in function was evaluated by voicing the fricative/S/. The results showed no significant differences in the length of either the resting soft palate or pharyngeal depth among the three groups. Even though a significant (P less than 0.01) increase in soft palate length while voicing /S/ was found in group 2 relatives compared to group 3 controls, the failure to find differences in either resting palate length or pharyngeal depth coupled with a failure to demonstrate VPI in group 2 subjects by speech testing leaves the value of this observation uncertain.  相似文献

Background

Children with a cleft in the soft palate have difficulties with speech, swallowing, and sucking. Despite successful surgical repositioning of the muscles, optimal function is often not achieved. Scar formation and defective regeneration may hamper the functional recovery of the muscles after cleft palate repair. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the anatomy and histology of the soft palate in rats, and to establish an in vivo model for muscle regeneration after surgical injury.

Methods

Fourteen adult male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into four groups. Groups 1 (n = 4) and 2 (n = 2) were used to investigate the anatomy and histology of the soft palate, respectively. Group 3 (n = 6) was used for surgical wounding of the soft palate, and group 4 (n = 2) was used as unwounded control group. The wounds (1 mm) were evaluated by (immuno)histochemistry (AZAN staining, Pax7, MyoD, MyoG, MyHC, and ASMA) after 7 days.

Results

The present study shows that the anatomy and histology of the soft palate muscles of the rat is largely comparable with that in humans. All wounds showed clinical evidence of healing after 7 days. AZAN staining demonstrated extensive collagen deposition in the wound area, and initial regeneration of muscle fibers and salivary glands. Proliferating and differentiating satellite cells were identified in the wound area by antibody staining.

Conclusions

This model is the first, suitable for studying muscle regeneration in the rat soft palate, and allows the development of novel adjuvant strategies to promote muscle regeneration after cleft palate surgery.  相似文献

This paper investigates the snoring mechanism of humans by applying the concept of structural intensity to a three-dimensional (3D) finite element model of a human head, which includes: the upper part of the head, neck, soft palate, hard palate, tongue, nasal cavity and the surrounding walls of the pharynx. Results show that for 20, 40 and 60Hz pressure loads, tissue vibration is mainly in the areas of the soft palate, the tongue and the nasal cavity. For predicting the snoring noise level, a 3D boundary element cavity model of the upper airway in the nasal cavity is generated. The snoring noise level is predicted for a prescribed airflow loading, and its range agrees with published measurements. These models may be further developed to study the various snoring mechanisms for different groups of patients.  相似文献

Plant cell culture of Coleus blumei when entrapped in temperature-sensitive hydrogel beads [poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) containing 0.5% alginate], retained viability during the three weeks culture.
