芽期耐冷性是华南双季稻地区水稻育种的一个重要目标。虽然水稻芽期耐冷QTL的标记定位已取得了一定的进展,但是这些QTL/基因尚未在水稻育种中得到有效的应用。定位稳定表达的芽期耐冷QTL,开展QTL聚合育种是水稻芽期耐冷性育种取得突破的关键。在本研究中,利用以粳稻IR65598-112-2为供体,籼稻华粳籼74为受体构建的单片段代换系(SSSL)开展芽期耐冷QTL定位,并进行聚合育种。通过评价SSSL与受体华粳籼74的芽期耐冷性差异,定位了2个稳定的芽期耐冷QTLs(qCTBB-3和qCTBB-12)。试验表明,分别携带有耐冷QTL qCTBB-3和qCTBB-12的SSSL在冷处理后都比华粳籼74表现出更高的幼苗成活率。通过代换作图,发现在qCTBB-3区间存在2个紧密连锁的耐冷QTLs(qCTBB-3a和qCTBB-3b)。利用本研究携带qCTBB-3a/qCTBB-3b的单片段代换系和前期研究鉴定出的芽期耐冷QTL qCTBB-6的单片段代换系为亲本进行杂交,通过分子标记辅助选择,获得了2份含有这3个QTL的聚合系。耐冷性评价表明,来源于两个供体/亲本的QTL不存在显著的上位性效应,聚合系的芽期耐冷性较亲本显著增强。可见,通过聚合芽期耐冷QTLs qCTBB-3a/qCTBB-3b和qCTBB-6能显著提高水稻芽期的耐冷性,获得的QTL及三耐冷QTL聚合系为水稻芽期耐冷性分子育种提供了优良的基因资源和亲本材料。  相似文献

硬度是番茄仅次于风味的品质决定因子。利用来自番茄野生资源S.pennellii LA0716的渐渗系(IL,introgression line)群体,采用穿刺法测定完全红熟期番茄的果实硬度。结果表明,番茄果实果肩、中部和果蒂3个部位的硬度极显著正相关。根据渐渗系遗传图谱,对影响果实硬度的位点进行了初步定位,共检测到5个可明显提高番茄果实硬度的QTL(q F-p-1、q F-p-2、q F-p-3、q F-p-4与q F-p-11),分别位于第1、2、3、4和11号染色体上,其中q F-p-4贡献率最大;2个可显著降低果实硬度的QTL(q S-p-4和q S-p-10),分别位于第4和10号染色体上,其中q S-p-10效应最大。通过比较分析发现,本研究定位的多数QTL与前人在番茄野生种定位的影响硬度的QTL同位,说明番茄硬度在遗传和进化上可能具有一定的保守性。研究结果为番茄硬度QTL的精细定位、克隆及遗传改良奠定了一定基础。  相似文献

利用染色体单片段代换系定位水稻芽期耐冷QTL   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
水稻(Oryza sativa)芽期耐冷性是其生长发育过程中不可忽视的重要数量性状,易受遗传背景的干扰和环境因素的影响;利用单片段代换系(SSSL.s)能减少遗传背景的干扰。该研究以85个单片段代换系为材料,其受体亲本为广陆矮4号,供体亲本为日本晴。通过单因素方差分析和Dun netts多重比较,分析单片段代换系与受体亲本之间芽期耐冷性的差异,并对代换片段上的芽期耐冷QTL进行鉴定。以F≤0.001为闽值共检测到8个芽期耐冷QTL,分别分布在第1、6、8、9和10号染色体上,其中4个QTL通过代换作图被初步定位。这些QTL加性效应均表现为增效作用,在2个年度间其加性效应值的变化范围分别为14%-44%和10%-45%,加性效应百分率的变化范围分别为700%-2 200%和500%-2 250%,其中qCTPg-2在2个年度间的加性效应均最高,分别为44%和45%。研究结果对进一步发掘和利用新的水稻芽期耐冷QTL具有重要意义。  相似文献

本研究以98个Nipponbare/Kasalath//Nipponbare回交重组自交家系(backcross-inbred lines,BILs)组成的群体为材料,进行水稻芽期耐冷性数量性状基因座的检测和遗传效应分析.25℃正常条件下水稻发芽7 d,芽长5~10 cm,5℃低温处理10d,之后升温至25℃,缓苗10d,调查活苗率,并以活苗率作为芽期耐冷性的表型值,分析亲本和98个BILs的芽期耐冷性表现.采用Windows QTL Cartographer 1.13a软件的复合区间作图法,共检测到4个苗期耐冷性数量性状基因座(quantative trait locus,QTL),分别位于第3、第7和第12染色体上,命名为qSCT-3-1、qSCT-3-2、qSCT-7和qSCT-12.4个QTL的加性效应分别为11.16、11.14、-8.8和-14.59,可解释表型变异的12.11%,12.66%,6.82%和15.86%.  相似文献

以水稻重组自交系珍汕97B×IRAT109 F9代群体195个株系为材料,用213个简单重复系列(SSR)标记构建了基于该群体的连锁图谱,对水稻叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率在干旱和正常条件下的数量性状位点(QTL)和双基因互作进行了分析,同时分析了叶绿素含量与光合速率的相关关系. 结果表明:叶绿素含量与光合速率在正常供水下呈极显著正相关(r=0.185 7,表示在1%水平上显著),但在干旱下则表现无关(r=0.076 6).控制叶绿素含量的基因很复杂,主效QTL有13个,位于1、2、3、4、5、6、10号染色体上;其中,在干旱处理下检测到的主效QTL有6个,位于1、2、3、4、5号染色体上;在正常供水下检测到的主效QTL有7个,位于2、3、4、6、10号染色体上.在干旱和正常条件下它们分别解释了47.39%和56.19%的表型变异;在2种处理下均检出的主效QTL是2、3、4号染色体上的qCC2a、qCC2b、qCC3a、qCC3c、 qCC4a、 qCC4b; 它们位于同一染色体的相同区段.在干旱和正常条件下检测到4个QTL与光合速率有关;其中干旱下有3个(qPR2、 qPR10、 qPR11),正常条件下1个(qPR10).它们分别被定位于2、10、11号染色体,共解释13.94%的表型变异. 叶绿素含量互作效应位点有16对,涉及除10号染色体外的所有染色体;干旱下,有4对互作基因,共解释1857%的表型变异,分别位于1-7、2-4、5-8、6-12号染色体上;正常供水下,有12对互作基因,共解释38.49%的表型变异,分别位于1-3、1-4、1-8、2-4、2-5、3-5、4-11、4-12、5-9、7-12、8-11 号染色体上,其中3-5号染色体不同区段上有两对互作效应位点.  相似文献

该研究以‘山农0431×鲁麦21’RIL群体及其父母本为材料,用20%PEG-6000溶液和100 mmol·L-1 NaCl溶液分别模拟干旱和盐环境,对12个小麦萌发期抗旱耐盐相关性状进行测定,结合已构建的分子标记遗传图谱对小麦萌发期抗旱、耐盐的相关性状进行QTL分析,为小麦抗旱、耐盐基因的克隆和分子标记辅助选择提供参考。结果表明:(1)正常、干旱和盐胁迫3种处理下共检测到143个QTL。检测到相对高频QTL(RHF-QTL)29个,平均贡献率范围为4.39%~13.28%,贡献率在10%以上的主效RHF-QTL有10个。(2)检测到胁迫下特异表达的RHF-QTL共17个,正常处理下特异表达的RHF-QTL为8个,稳定表达的RHF-QTL为4个。(3)QTL分析结果表明,7个RHF-QTL形成了3个QTL簇,且分布在2D、4D和5B等3条染色体上,其中:QC1位于2D染色体的wPt-6847~D-1172783区间,包括3个QTL(QRl-2D.2、QSdw-2D.3、QTdw-2D);QC2位于4D染色体短臂的D-2245724~D-1108531区间,包括2个QTL(QSl-4D、QShl-4D);QC3位于5B染色体的D-982263~S-1083095区间,包括2个QTL(QSl-5B.2、QTdw-5B.1)。  相似文献

为了探讨玉米叶绿素含量的遗传规律, 以A150-3-2×Mo17杂交组配的189个F2单株作为作图群体, 构建了具有112个标记位点的玉米分子遗传图谱, 于喇叭口期和开花期分别进行了玉米叶绿素a含量(chla), 叶绿素b含量(chlb), 其他叶绿素含量(chlc)和叶绿素总含量(chlz)4个性状的测定, 并进行QTL分析。在喇叭口期和开花期共检测到32个QTL, 分布在除第6和10染色体以外的其他染色体上。在喇叭口期检测到24个QTL, 分布于第1、2、3、5、7、8和9染色体上, 叶绿素a、叶绿素b、其他叶绿素和叶绿素总含量各检测到6个QTL, 在同一区间内检测到的4个性状的QTL之间的距离在0~2 cM之间。喇叭口期检测到控制叶绿素a、叶绿素b、其他叶绿素和叶绿素总含量的4个主效QTL位于第5染色体上的umc1098~bnlg557区间, 分别可解释表型变异的11.63%、10.3%、10.77%和11.51%。开花期检测到8个QTL, 分布于第4和5染色体上。其中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、其他叶绿素和叶绿素总含量各2个QTL。标记umc1098和bnlg557之间同时存在控制喇叭口期4个叶绿素含量性状的QTL和开花期控制叶绿素a和叶绿素b的QTL。标记umc2308和bnlg386之间只存在控制开花期4个叶绿素含量性状的QTL。  相似文献

对芽苗期和幼苗期番茄耐盐鉴定指标进行检验,明确番茄芽苗期和幼苗期耐盐性的相关性,筛选耐盐的番茄品种资源,以便为耐盐育种和栽培提供材料和方法.试验采用不同浓度的NaCl水溶液人工模拟盐胁迫,以多项指标盐害系数隶属函数值和总隶属函数值为依据,比较了20个番茄品种资源芽苗期和幼苗期的耐盐性及两个时期耐盐性的相关性,并利用单一指标盐害系数隶属函数值和总隶属函数值进行了聚类分类.结果表明:芽苗期和幼苗期番茄耐盐性有所不同,耐盐和中等耐盐材料相同率为53.85%.进行番茄耐盐性筛选时可以把发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、萌发活力指数、下胚轴长、地上鲜重作为芽苗期耐盐鉴定指标,把地上部鲜重、根鲜重、地上部干重、根干重、壮苗指数、根/冠比作为幼苗期耐盐鉴定指标.  相似文献

A new polynitro cage compound 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15-nonanitro-2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15-nonaazaheptcyclo [5.5.1.1(3,11).1(5,9)] pentadecane (NNNAHP) was designed in the present work. Its molecular structure was optimized at the B3LYP/6-31 G(d,p) level of density functional theory (DFT) and crystal structure was predicted using the Compass and Dreiding force fields and refined by DFT GGA-RPBE method. The obtained crystal structure of NNNAHP belongs to the P-1 space group and the lattice parameters are a = 9.99 ?, b = 10.78 ?, c = 9.99 ?, α = 90.01°, β = 120.01°, γ = 90.00°, and Z = 2, respectively. Based on the optimized crystal structure, the band gap, density of state, thermodynamic properties, infrared spectrum, strain energy, detonation characteristics, and thermal stability were predicted. Calculation results show that NNNAHP has detonation properties close to those of CL-20 and is a high energy density compound with moderate stability.  相似文献

The variation with age of the 18 trace element mass fractions and some histological characteristics of intact prostate glands of 50 subjects aged 0–30 years was investigated by instrumental neutron activation analysis, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, and a quantitative morphometric analysis. Mean values ± standard error of the mean (M ± SΕΜ) for the mass fractions (in milligrams per kilogram wet tissue) of these trace elements in pre-puberty were: Al 28.5 ± 9.0, B 0.40 ± 0.11, Ba 1.48 ± 0.44, Br 10.5 ± 1.5, Ca 241 ± 30, Cl 3,203 ± 278, Cu 3.51 ± 0.89, Fe 33.7 ± 4.1, K 2,364 ± 145, Li 0.020 ± 0.004, Mg 153 ± 23, Mn 0.46 ± 0.06, Na 2,286 ± 130, P 1,391 ± 100, S 1,698 ± 132, Si 62 ± 11, Sr 0.38 ± 0.08, and Zn 27.6 ± 2.3. During puberty and postpuberty, when there is a significant increase in circulating androgens, the mean values were: Al 7.2 ± 1.4, B 0.21 ± 0.05, Ba 0.25 ± 0.06, Br 5.8 ± 1.0, Ca 433 ± 81, Cl 2,314 ± 201, Cu 1.77 ± 0.13, Fe 20.9 ± 1.6, K 2,585 ± 118, Li 0.0088 ± 0.0014, Mg 232 ± 27, Mn 0.34 ± 0.04, Na 1,875 ± 107, P 1,403 ± 98, S 1,673 ± 73, Si 22.2 ± 3.1, Sr 0.22 ± 0.03, and Zn 93.3 ± 8.9. Mean values (M ± SΕΜ) of percent volumes (%) of the stroma, epithelium and lumen in the prostate before puberty were 73.4 ± 2.6, 20.4 ± 1.7, and 4.45 ± 0.94, respectively, versus 46.5 ± 2.5, 38.5 ± 1.9, and 14.9 ± 1.2 during puberty and postpuberty. This work’s results confirm that the Zn mass fraction in prostate tissue is an androgen-dependent parameter. For the first time it has been demonstrated that the glandular lumen is a main pool of Ca, Mg, and Zn accumulation and that the stroma is a main pool of Al, B, Ba, Br, Cl, Cu, Fe, Mn, Na, and Si accumulation in the normal human prostate, for the age range 0–30 years. It was concluded that the Ca, Mg, and Zn binds tightly within the prostatic fluid, because the volume of glandular lumen reflects the volume of prostatic fluid.  相似文献

The goal of this article was to establish reference ranges of the concentration of trace elements in human serum and to compare these results with those reported by other authors. We describe the sample preparation and measurement conditions that allow the rapid, precise, and accurate determination of Al, As, B, Be, Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Li, Mn, Mo, Ni, Rb, Se, Sr, and Zn in human serum samples (n=110) by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Accuracy and precision were determined by analyzing three reconstituted reference serum samples by comparison with other methods and by the standard addition procedure. The advantages of the ICP-MS method include short time of analysis of the elements mentioned, low detection limit, high precision, and high accuracy. Disadventages include a high risk of contamination due to the presence of some of the elements of interest in the environment, the relatively delicate sample handling, and the high cost of the equipment.  相似文献

The effect of age and gender on major, minor, and trace element contents in the intact rib bone of 80 relatively healthy 15–55-year-old women and men was investigated. Contents or upper limit of contents of 16 chemical elements in the rib bone were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Mean values (M?±?SΕΜ) for the mass fraction of Ba, Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Na, P, S, Sr, and Zn (milligram per kilogram of dry bone) were as follows: 2.54?±?0.16, 171,400?±?4,050, 1.35?±?0.22, 140?±?11, 1,874?±?71, 0.049?±?0.011, 2,139?±?38, 5,378?±?88, 75,140?±?1,660, 1,881?±?51, 291?±?20, and 92.8?±?1.5, respectively. The upper limits of contents of Al, B, Mn, and V were <7.20, <0.65, <0.36, and <0.03, respectively. Statistically significant tendency for the Ca, Mg, and P content to decrease with age was found in the human rib bone, regardless of gender. The mass fraction of Fe in the male rib bone increases with age. It was shown that higher Ca, Mg, Na, P, and Sr mass fractions as well as lower Fe content were typical of female ribs as compared to those in male ribs.  相似文献

Summary Concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S in summer groundnut crop was higher than in kharif while Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu contents were higher in summer crop. Kernel's N, P and Zn; Leaflet's Ca and Mn; Stem's K and Fe; Root's S and Cu and Petiole's Mg contents were highest. Shell's N, P, K, Mg, S, Zn and Cu; Kernel's Ca, Fe and Mn contents were the least. N, P, K, S, Zn and Cu concentrations decreased linearly as the crop grew. Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn concentrations did not display any distinct pattern. This report attempts to formulate reference ranges of elemental concentrations for 15 trace elements in selected human tissues and body fluids. A set of samples consisting of whole blood, blood serum, urine, milk, liver, and hair were chosen and considered for 15 elements of biological significance: As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, F, Fe, I, Hg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se, and Zn. The results represent wholly or partially data received from 40 countries of the global regions of Africa, Asia, Europe, North, South, and Central America, Australia, and New Zealand. This survey, even if qualitative, has been useful in demonstrating certain trends of trace-element scenarios around the world. It is of course recognized that both diet and environment exert a strong influence on the distribution pattern of several elements, such as As, Cd, Mn, Pb, Se, and Zn. A limited comparison of the available information on soil status of different countries reflected some interesting associations for elements, such as Mn and Zn. Importantly, this study revealed that only a few countries were in a position to identify a reasonable amount of data on samples requested for this project. Regretably, for a number of countries, any dependable data for even such essential elements as Cu, Fe, and Zn were not available. In view of the nutritional importance of many elements, the time is ripe for concerted efforts by intergovernmental agencies to initiate investigations or commission task forces/projects to generate reliable reference data for selected global regions, which sadly lack data of any kind at present.  相似文献

We report 19 new species records for the faunal list of Coleoptera in New Brunswick, Canada, six of which are new records for the Maritime provinces, and one of which is new Canadian record. We also provide the first recent records for five additional species in New Brunswick. One new species of Stenotrachelidae, Cephaloon ungulare LeConte, is added to the New Brunswick faunal list. Additional records are provided for Cephaloon lepturides Newman, as well the first recent record of Nematoplus collaris LeConte. Two species of Oedemeridae, Asclera puncticollis (Say) and Asclera ruficollis (Say), are newly reported for New Brunswick, and additional locality and bionomic data are provided for Calopus angustus LeConte and Ditylus caeruleus (Randall). The records of Ditylus caerulus are the first recent records for the province. Three species of Meloidae, Epicauta pestifera Werner, Lytta sayi LeConte, and Meloe augustcollis Say are reported the first time for New Brunswick; Epicauta pestifera is newly recorded in Canada. Lacconotus punctatus LeConte and the family Mycteridaeis newly recorded for New Brunswick. The first recent records of Borus unicolor Say (Boridae) are reported from the province. One new species of Pythidae, Pytho siedlitzi Blair, and the first recent records of Pytho niger Kirby are added to the faunal list of New Brunswick. Three species of Pyrochroidae are newly reported for the province, including Pedilus canaliculatus (LeConte) and Pedilus elegans (Hentz), which are new for the Maritime provinces. Five species of Anthicidae and the first recent record of Anthicus cervinus LaFerté-Sénectére are newly reported for New Brunswick. Anthicus melancholicus LaFerté-Sénectère, Sapintus pubescens (LaFerté-Sénectère), Notoxus bifasciatus (LeConte), and Stereopalpus rufipes Casey are new to the Maritime provinces faunal list. Ambyderus granularis (LeConte) is removed from the faunal list of the province. Three species of Aderidae, Vanonus huronicus Casey, Zonantes fasciatus (Melsheimer), and Zonantes pallidusWerner, are newly recorded for New Brunswick; Zonantes fasciatus and Vanonus huronicus are new for the Maritime provinces' faunal list. Oral cancer is one of the main causes of cancer-related deaths in South-Asian countries. There are very limited treatment options available for oral cancer. Research endeavors focused on discovery and development of novel therapies for oral cancer, is necessary to control the ever rising oral cancer related mortalities. We mined the large pool of compounds from the publicly available compound databases, to identify potential therapeutic compounds for oral cancer. Over 84 million compounds were screened for the possible anti-cancer activity by custom build SVM classifier. The molecular targets of the predicted anti-cancer compounds were mined from reliable sources like experimental bioassays studies associated with the compound, and from protein-compound interaction databases. Therapeutic compounds from DrugBank, and a list of natural anti-cancer compounds derived from literature mining of published studies, were used for building partial least squares regression model. The regression model thus built, was used for the estimation of oral cancer specific weights based on the molecular targets. These weights were used to compute scores for screening the predicted anti-cancer compounds for their potential to treat oral cancer. The list of potential compounds was annotated with corresponding physicochemical properties, cancer specific bioactivity evidences, and literature evidences. In all, 288 compounds with the potential to treat oral cancer were identified in the current study. The majority of the compounds in this list are natural products, which are well-tolerated and have minimal side-effects compared to the synthetic counterparts. Some of the potential therapeutic compounds identified in the current study are resveratrol, nimbolide, lovastatin, bortezomib, vorinostat, berberine, pterostilbene, deguelin, andrographolide, and colchicine.  相似文献
