为探讨薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆的影响,采用蒸馏水浸提法收集薄壳山核桃根系化感物质,并运用室内生物测定法检测不同浓度(0.025、0.05和0.1 g·mL~(-1))根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:各浓度处理的根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆萌发及幼苗生长的化感抑制作用较为显著,且具有显著的浓度效应(浓度低抑制作用弱,浓度高抑制作用强);薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和活力指数的抑制作用分别依次为:活力指数发芽势发芽指数发芽率和活力指数发芽势发芽率发芽指数;薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液各浓度处理对小麦、大豆幼苗根长、苗高、鲜质量和干质量的化感效应均为:根长苗高鲜质量干质量,其中薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对2种受体植物幼苗根长均有显著的抑制作用,而对幼苗干、鲜质量的影响则因受体植物种类的不同而不同;薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对2种受体植物的综合化感效应顺序为:小麦大豆;生长7 d的幼苗体内,SOD活性降低,MDA含量、POD活性和CAT活性与对照相比均随浓度的增加而增加。综合分析认为:小麦对薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液更为敏感。  相似文献

研究了重迎茬大豆花荚期植株地上部水浸液及其提取物对大豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用 ,并鉴定了有明显化感作用组分的物质。结果表明 :与对照组比 ,0 .1 0 g DW/ ml重茬大豆水浸液显著地抑制了大豆胚根生长 ;3 .75× 1 0 - 2g DW/ ml、7.5 0× 1 0 - 2 g DW/ ml正茬、重茬、迎茬大豆水浸液对砂培大豆苗的生长有显著的化感抑制作用 ;重茬、正茬大豆水浸液乙酸乙酯提取的酸性组分、XAD-4树脂提取组分 ,在 0 .6~ 1 .2 g DW/ ml浓度下 ,对大豆种子萌发初期的萌发率及萌发过程中的胚根生长亦表现出显著的化感抑制作用 ;重茬水浸液乙酸乙酯提取的中性、碱性组分在 1 .2 g DW/ ml浓度下 ,对大豆胚根生长有显著抑制作用。上述各组分化感作用大小随组分浓度增加而增加。在相同浓度处理下水浸液及其提取物的化感抑制作用有重茬大于正茬的趋势 ,统计检验差异均不显著。 GC-MS鉴定结果显示 ,正茬、重茬乙酸乙酯酸性组分、XAD-4树脂提取组分中的有机化合物主要是 :丁二酸、苯甲酸、邻羟基苯甲酸、4-羟基苯甲酸、对羟基肉桂酸、2 -甲基苯酚、2 -甲氧基 -4-乙烯基苯酚、间苯三酚、2 -甲基苯甲醛、3 -甲基苯甲醛、5 ,6,7,7a-四氢 -4,4,7a-三甲基 -2 (4 H) -苯并呋喃酮、2 ,4-戊二烯腈等。  相似文献

研究采用水培实验、生物测试及室内分析相结合的方法,研究在不同大量元素(N、P、K、Ca、S、Mg)营养胁迫下幼苗期南瓜根系分泌物及其提取物对南瓜幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:南瓜具有自毒作用,不同大量营养元素胁迫对其胚根和胚芽生长均产生了抑制作用。不同的营养条件对其根系分泌物的影响不同,营养元素的合理搭配可以减轻自身的自毒作用。南瓜根系分泌物经乙酸乙酯提取的活性有机物埘南瓜胚根牛长亦表现出抑制作用,且抑制作用程度较大。南瓜幼苗期根系十物质水浸液巾存在着抑制南瓜幼苗生长的化感物质:筛选出南瓜根系分泌物对自身幼苗生长产生抑制作用最弱的大量元素水平优化组合,为南瓜的营养胁迫机理提供依据。  相似文献

本文研究了在我国东北地区广泛蔓延的菊科杂草--豚草对大豆、玉米、小麦、水稻的化感作用,实验针对豚草的挥发物、茎叶和根的淋溶物、根区土壤水浸液等的化感活性进行了研究,研究发现豚草的挥发物对大豆和玉米的种子萌发有一定抑制作用,根区土壤对农作物无明显的作用;茎叶部分的水浸液对几种农作物的种子萌发和幼苗的幼根伸长有明显的抑制作用,同时使根系形态发生较大的变化,根系的水浸液对作物的幼芽伸长有一定的促进作用。  相似文献

在室内以滤纸为载体用离体生测方法测定了小飞蓬(Conyza canadesiL.)全株水浸提物、茎叶淋溶物、根系分泌物及残体土壤分解物对萝卜(Raphanussativus L.)、黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)、马唐(Digitarias anguinalis(L.)Scop.)油菜(Brassica campestris L.)和小麦(Triticuma estivum L.)的化感效应,同时在温室内以土壤为载体通过盆栽植物浇灌的方法测定了小飞蓬茎叶淋溶物和根系分泌物对盆栽植物生长的影响。室内生测实验结果表明,小飞蓬全株水浸提物对5种受体种子的萌发和幼苗生长均有较强的抑制作用;根系分泌物、茎叶淋溶物和残体土壤分解物对受体种子的生长抑制作用不同,根系分泌物的活性高于茎叶淋溶物和残体土壤分解物。温室盆栽实验结果也表明,小飞蓬根系分泌物对受体生长的影响高于茎叶淋溶物。这些结果说明根系分泌是小飞蓬化感物质释放的主要途径之一。  相似文献

采用室内生物测定法,以小麦、燕麦、黄瓜和萝卜为受体,研究了黄花蒿对受体植物的化感作用,结果显示:黄花蒿水浸提液对小麦、燕麦的化感综合效应(SE)为56.29、57.17;其地上部淋溶物对小麦和黄瓜表现为抑制作用,对燕麦和萝卜表现为促进作用;其茎叶挥发物对4种受体植物根长生长有较强的抑制作用;其残体分解物前10d对受体有很强的抑制作用,根系分泌物对小麦和燕麦抑制作用较强,对萝卜和黄瓜表现为促进作用。结果表明,黄花蒿5种不同途径来源的化感物质对4种受体植物都有不同程度的化感作用,且黄花蒿主要是通过地上部淋溶、挥发向环境中释放化感物质,其次是通过根系分泌物对授体植物产生化感作用。  相似文献

以本氏针茅及其优势种大针茅和百里香种子为受体,采用生物检测的方法研究了0(对照)、0.1、0.2和0.5g/mL本氏针茅根际土甲醇浸提液和水浸提液对3种受体种子萌发的影响,以探究草地演替过程中物种间的生态关系和化感作用的表现形式。结果显示:(1)甲醇浸提液对3种受体种子的发芽均有抑制作用;水浸提液对本氏针茅发芽有促进作用,对百里香有部分促进作用,而对大针茅有抑制作用。(2)甲醇浸提液对本氏针茅和大针茅胚根和胚芽生长无显著影响,而抑制百里香胚根和胚芽的生长;水浸提液对本氏针茅胚根生长无显著影响,对本氏针茅胚芽生长具有显著促进作用,而对其它两种受体胚根和胚芽均无显著影响。(3)各种浓度甲醇浸提液对大针茅和百里香生长表现出了化感综合抑制效应,对本氏针茅生长于0.2g/mL时表现出化感综合抑制效应,其它2种浓度(0.1、0.5g/mL)表现为化感综合促进效应;水浸提液对本氏针茅和百里香表现为化感综合促进效应,而对大针茅表现为化感综合抑制效应。研究表明,本氏针茅根际土甲醇浸提液和水浸提液的化感物质存在差异;不同受体对同一浸提液反应不同,同一受体对不同浸提液的反应也不同。  相似文献

药用牡丹的种植中存在明显的连作障碍现象,为探讨其机制,利用已萌发长根的凤丹(Paeonia ostii)种子对凤丹根际土壤和根的水浸提液进行了自毒化感检测;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对种植4a的凤丹根际土壤及其根皮中的化感自毒物质进行了定性和定量分析;在此基础上,利用外源法研究了盆栽凤丹幼苗对5种检出物质(阿魏酸、肉桂酸、香草醛、香豆素和丹皮酚)及其混合物在3种不同浓度下对植株生长的影响和生理响应.结果表明:(1)连续种植4a的凤丹根际土壤和根浸提液对已萌发种子根的生长有显著的抑制作用(p<0.05),显示凤丹根分泌物具有自毒化感的潜势;(2)HPLC分析表明在凤丹根际土壤中存在5种以上的酚酸类物质 (阿魏酸、肉桂酸、香草醛、香豆素和丹皮酚),其中阿魏酸、肉桂酸、香草醛、香豆素为前人已报道的化感物质;(3)在实验室条件下,所设浓度范围内,5种物质及其混合物对凤丹幼苗的高度、根长及地下和地上生物量均有明显影响,尤其对根长和地下生物量的影响最为明显(p<0.05),此结果与连作移栽幼苗时,根部首先发黑死亡的现象相一致;(4)凤丹幼苗的根系活力和叶绿素含量在各处理中表现出相似性,即低浓度时根系活力和叶绿素含量高,高浓度时根系活力和叶绿素含量低,低浓度的阿魏酸和香草醛对幼苗根系活力和叶绿素合成有促进作用.此结果显示自毒物质可能是通过影响根系酶活性和叶绿素合成来影响群体中其它个体的生长.本实验的结果显示栽培4a的凤丹土壤水提液具有抑制自身种子根系生长的活性,此提示栽培凤丹连作障碍可能主要与自身分泌到土壤中的酚酸类物质的自毒作用有关.  相似文献

用加拿大一枝黄花根系及根际土壤水浸液对白菜和萝卜的化感作用进行了研究。结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花根系水浸液和根际土壤水浸液对白菜和萝卜种子的萌发具有抑制作用。根际土壤水浸液对白策和萝卜幼苗生长具有促进作用,而对其胚根的伸长生长则具有显著的抑制作用。0.05g/mL根系水浸液处理显著抑制萝卜幼根的伸长,但其它浓度对白菜和萝卜幼苗生长和根系伸长的影响不明显。实验还表明高浓度的根系水浸液和根际土壤水浸液明显抑制白菜和萝卜的根系脱氢酶活性和硝酸还原酶活性。  相似文献

以大白菜、萝卜、番茄和黄瓜种子为受体,采用实验室培养皿种子发芽生物测试法研究了黄瓜种子浸提液、种子萌发、胚根和芽苗分泌物、芽苗腐解物和芽苗浸提液的化感效应。结果表明:(1)黄瓜种子浸提液对大白菜、萝卜、番茄和黄瓜种子萌发均有化感抑制作用,即黄瓜种子内含有某些化感抑制物质。(2)在水浸提过的黄瓜种子萌发过程中,它不仅对其近邻套种的大白菜、萝卜和番茄种子萌发产生化感抑制作用,而且其胚根和芽苗分泌物对后茬播种的4种蔬菜种子发芽也表现出不同程度的化感抑制作用;黄瓜芽苗腐解物和芽苗水浸提液也对各受体蔬菜种子发芽与生长产生不同程度的化感抑制作用,且随着腐解芽苗量的增加或浸提液浓度的升高,各受体蔬菜种子的发芽指标值、化感效应指数值和综合效应值随之降低。(3)黄瓜种子浸提液及芽苗各器官的化感物质对黄瓜种子的萌发与生长产生了自毒作用,且黄瓜芽苗腐解物、芽苗浸提液、胚根及芽苗分泌物对受体黄瓜的自毒作用均为最大。研究发现,黄瓜种子浸提液、种子萌发时期以及芽苗各器官的化感物质主要是通过抑制受体胚根的生长而起化感抑制作用,即受体蔬菜种子胚根对化感效应最为敏感;因黄瓜种子及萌发期释放化感物质的途径有所不同,导致受体大白菜、萝卜、黄瓜和番茄的化感响应也不相同;在黄瓜种子萌发和芽苗生长的早期,化感物质即开始在芽苗体内进行合成与积累,一部分可通过胚根和芽苗分泌途径释放到环境中,另一部分可通过芽苗腐解途径释放化感物质,并对受体蔬菜种子萌发与生长表现出较强的化感抑制作用。  相似文献

本文研究了六种植物(三种单子叶植物,三种双子叶植物)愈伤组织的 渗出物和抽提物对农杆菌Vir基因表达的调节作用,其调节水平植物的不同而明显不同,但单,双子叶植物的代谢物对Vir基因表达的调节作用并非截然分开,即使在双子叶植物(如大豆)的抽提物与渗出物中也存在着抑制Vir基因表达的因子,而在单子叶植物(如玉米等)的抽提物与渗出物中也存在着促进Vir基因表达的调节因子,Vir位点的调节反应随渗出物与抽提物的种类不同而明显不同,不同Vir位点对同类渗出物或抽提物的反应也不同,渗出物对Vir基因表达的正调节效应优于抽提物,植物渗出物与AS对Vir区基因表达的调节并不表现简单的累加效应或协同作用,相反,在渗出物中还存在着不同程度阻抑AS对Vir基因表达正调节的因子。  相似文献

This article correlates colonization with parameters, such as chemotaxis, biofilm formation, and bacterial growth, that are believed to be connected. We show here, by using two varieties of soybean plants that seeds axenically produced exudates, induced a chemotactic response in Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, whereas root exudates did not, even when the exudates, also collected under axenic conditions, were concentrated up to 200-fold. Root exudates did not support bacterial cell division, whereas seed exudates contain compounds that support active cell division and high cell biomass at stationary phase. Seed exudates of the two soybean varieties also induced biofilm formation. B. amyloliquefaciens colonized both seeds and roots, and plant variety significantly affected bacterial root colonization, whereas it did not affect seed colonization. Colonization of roots in B. amyloliquefaciens occurred despite the lack of chemotaxis and growth stimulation by root exudates. The data presented in this article suggest that soybean seed colonization, but not root colonization, by B. amyloliquefaciens is influenced by chemotaxis, growth, and biofilm formation and that this may be caused by qualitative changes of the composition of root exudates.  相似文献

The xylem exudates of soybean (Glycine max cv Williams), provided with fixed N, were characterized as to their organic constituents and in vivo and in vitro complexation of plutonium, iron, cadmium, and nickel. Ion exchange fractionation of whole exudates into their compound classes (organic acid, neutral, amino acid, and polyphosphate), followed by thinlayer electrophoresis, permitted evaluation of the types of ligands which stabilize each element. The polyvalent elements plutonium(IV) and iron(III) are found primarily as organic acid complexes, while the divalent elements nickel(II) and cadmium(II) are associated primarily with components of the amino acid/peptide fraction. For plutonium and cadmium, it was not possible to fully duplicate complexes formed in vivo by back reaction with whole exudates or individual class fractions, indicating the possible importance of plant induction processes, reaction kinetics, and/or the formation of mixed ligand complexes. The number and distribution of specific iron- and nickel-containing complexes varies with plant age and appears to be related to the relative concentration of organic acids and amino acids/peptides being produced and transported in the xylem as the plant matures.  相似文献

Root exudates: a pathway for short-term N transfer from clover and ryegrass   总被引:16,自引:1,他引:15  
The short-term transfer of nitrogen (N) from legumes to grasses was investigated in two laboratory studies. One study was done in pots where the roots of white clover (Trifolium repens L.) and perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) were allowed to co-exist, and a second study was performed using a micro-lysimeter system designed to maintain nutrient flow from the clover to the grass, whilst removing direct contact between the root systems. The 15N-dilution technique was used to quantify the transfer of N between species. Levels of ammonia and amino acids were measured in root exudates. The amounts of N transferred were in the same order of magnitude in both the pot and micro-lysimeter experiments. In the micro-lysimeter experiment, 0.076 mg of N were transferred per plant from clover to ryegrass during the course of the experiment. Ammonium exudation was much higher than amino acid exudation. The most abundant amino acids in both clover and ryegrass root exudates were serine and glycine. However, there was no correlation between the free amino acid profile of root extracts and exudates for both plant species: Asparagine was the major amino acid in clover roots, while glutamine, glutamate and aspartate were the major amino acids in ryegrass roots. Comparison of exudates obtained from plants grown in non-sterile or axenic conditions provides evidence of plant origin of ammonium, serine and glycine.  相似文献

The effect of photosynthesis on N2O emission from soil was investigated by shading soybean (Gycline max. L) plant at flowering, pod-setting and grain-filling stages. The results showed that by stopping photosynthesis through shading the plants stimulated N2O emission significantly at flowering stage and pod-setting stage, and suppressed N2O emission dramatically at grain-filling stage. At flowering stage, soybean species seem to rely mainly on fertilizer N and shaded plants decreased the N uptake. Interaction between the relative increase in available N for N2O production by shading and the presence of root exudates promoted N transformation (nitrification/denitrification) and N2O emission. At pod-setting stage, the available soil nitrogen seems to be a critical limiting factor and without substantial release of symbiotically fixed N through plant roots, resulted in a weak effect of shading on N2O emission. At grain-filling stage, available N for N2O production was derived from symbiotically fixed N and was greatly affected by photosynthesis. These results indicated that the effect of soybean growth on N2O emission from soil varies with plant growth stages as available N for N2O production is mainly from fertilizer N and organic mineralization during the early growth of soybean plants, while N2O emission is controlled by the quantity and perhaps also the quality of root exudates, which is closely related with plant photosynthesis in the late season of soybean growth.  相似文献

采用砂培,水培和室内培养等试验方法研究了连作大豆根分泌物对根腐病病原菌的化感作用。结果表明,与对照相比,连作和轮作大豆根分泌物对半镰孢菌,粉红粘帚功和尖镰孢菌尤其是对半裸镰孢菌的生长有明显的化感促进作用,差异达显著或极显著水平,低浓度时,连作大豆根分泌物对半裸镰孢菌和粉红粘帚菌生长的化感促进作用明显大于轮作大豆,差异达显著水平,同一茬口,高浓度根分泌物半裸镰孢菌生长的化感促进作用小于低浓度,而且在连作大豆中差异达显著水平。与对照相比,高浓度的邻苯二甲酸和丙二酸(L5和B5)对半裸镰孢菌,粉红粘帚菌和尖镰孢菌尤其是对半裸镰孢菌的生长有化感抑制作用,差异达显著或极显著水平,而低浓诬的邻苯二甲酸和丙二酸对半裸镰孢菌,粉红粘帚菌和尖镰孢菌的生长有化感促进,部分差异达显著水平。  相似文献

华北大黑鳃金龟幼虫是我国北方地区为害植物根系的重要土壤害虫,探索寄主根系分泌物对其引诱作用,可以为开发大黑鳃金龟幼虫引诱剂等绿色防控提供理论基础.以纯净空气作为对照,利用“Y”型嗅觉仪分别测定了3龄幼虫对花生、大豆、玉米根系的趋性反应.以正己烷为对照,采用GC-MS分析鉴定3种根系分泌物的成分,观测试虫对其主要成分的嗅觉反应.结果表明: 华北大黑鳃金龟幼虫对花生、大豆和玉米根系都具有显著的趋向性.通过GC-MS分析鉴定发现,根系分泌物主要成分在3种植物中均有20种及以上,而且在不同植物之间除丙三醇、十二醇和乙苯3种共有组分之外,其余组分存在明显差异.分泌物的趋性反应结果显示,供试幼虫对分泌物同一组分不同浓度的趋性反应程度明显不同.在浓度为40和80 μg·mL-1时,2-丁烯酸、甲基丁二酸、肉豆蔻酸、乙酸和邻苯二甲酸等的引诱虫数显著多于对照;在浓度为100、200 μg·mL-1时,化合物十四烷和十六烷等的引诱虫数显著多于对照.在浓度为300、500 μg·mL-1时,供试幼虫对对二甲苯、邻二甲苯和棕榈酸甘油酯等有显著的趋向性反应.可见,植物根系分泌物的主要成分对华北大黑鳃金龟幼虫具有显著的引诱作用.  相似文献

Allelopathic activity of rice extracts and root exudates against Echinochloa crus-galli increased by heavy metal, cantharidin and jasmonic acid treatments. Since cantharidin (protein phosphatase inhibitor) acts as an elicitor and jasmonic acid is an important signaling molecule regulating inducible defense genes against the pathogen infection, heavy metal stress and pathogen infection may increase alleopathic activity of rice. These treatments also increased the concentrations of momilactone B in rice extracts and root exudates, suggesting that the production of momilactone B in rice and the secretion of momilactone B from rice into the rhizosphere may be enhanced by the treatments. As momilactone B possesses strong phytotoxic and allelopathic activities, the elevated production and secretion of momilactone B of rice by heavy metals, cantharidin and jasmonic acid may contribute to the increasing allelopathic activity of rice. Enhancement of the secretion of momilactone B into the rhizosphere may provide a competitive advantage for root establishment through local suppression of pathogen and inhibition of the growth of competing plant species. Therefore, allelopathy of rice may be one of the inducible defense mechanisms and may be regulated several environmental factors.  相似文献

A comparison was made of water-soluble root exudates and extracts of Sorghum vulgare Pers. grown under two levels of P nutrition. An increase in P nutrition significantly decreased the concentration of carbohydrates, carboxylic acids, and amino acids in exudates, and decreased the concentration of carboxylic acids in extracts. Higher P did not affect the relative proportions of specific carboxylic acids and had little effect on proportions of specific amino acids in both extracts and exudates. Phosphorus amendment resulted in an increase in the relative proportion of arabinose and a decrease in the proportion of fructose in exudates, but did not have a large effect on the proportion of individual sugars in extracts. The proportions of specific carbohydrates, carboxylic acids, and amino acids varied between exudates and extracts. Therefore, the quantity and composition of root extracts may not be a reliable predictor of the availability of substrate for symbiotic vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. Comparisons of the rate of leakage of compounds from roots with the growth rate of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi suggest that the fungus must either be capable of using a variety of organic substrates for growth, or be capable of inducing a much higher rate of movement of specific organic compounds across root cell membranes than occurs through passive exudation as measured in this study.  相似文献
