对石灰岩适生植物构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)进行菌根真菌摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseea)、地表球囊霉(G.versiforme)、透光球囊霉(G.diaphanum)的单独接种、混合接种和不接种处理,幼苗生长3个月后测定其根茎叶N、P含量和土壤酶活性,结果表明:接种AM真菌后构树幼苗生物量显著增加,植株根茎叶N含量较对照组显著提高,其含量为根<茎<叶。各处理中除了透光球囊霉处理的茎含量与对照差异不显著外,其余各处理含量均呈显著或极显著差异。AM真菌对构树苗P的促进效应主要体现在根、茎的利用上,而叶片P含量除混合接种外则有所降低,但M (接种处理)与M-(非接种处理)间无显著差异。构树苗根茎叶等量干物质P含量依次为叶>根>茎。进一步研究表明,接种AM真菌显著提高了土壤酶活性,这种显著性主要体现在蛋白酶和碱性磷酸酶上,植株N含量与土壤蛋白酶和碱性磷酸酶活性有显著相关性,而P含量只是根部吸收与多酚氧化酶活性显著相关。结果表明,接种AM真菌促进了宿主植物构树生物量的积累,提高了根际土壤酶活性,增加了植株对N、P的吸收。  相似文献

就石灰岩适生植物构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)分别进行菌根真菌(简称AM真菌)摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)、地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)、透光球囊霉(Glomus diaphanum)的单独接种、混合接种和不接种处理,幼苗生长3个月后测定其生长及光合生理指标,以期从光合水平上了解接种AM真菌对植物的生长、生理的响应。结果表明:接种AM真菌促进了构树幼苗生长,接种组地茎、苗高、总叶面积较对照差异性显著,但单株幼苗叶片数较对照无显著差异。接种处理导致了幼苗较高的菌根侵染率,而非接种处理侵染率为0。较对照而言,接种处理净光合速率显著提高,而蒸腾速率和气孔导度在单接种G.diaphanum下降低,其他三种处理均显著提高。接种处理光合耗水量较对照处理显著降低,提高了光合水分利用效率。接种后叶绿素a、b含量极显著提高。  相似文献

喀斯特土壤上香樟幼苗接种不同AM真菌后的耐旱性效应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为探索喀斯特土壤适生植物香樟幼苗在接种不同AM真菌后的耐旱适应性,进行了香樟幼苗接种幼套球囊霉(Glomus etunicatum)和层状球囊霉(Glomus lamellosum)后水分胁迫处理试验。结果表明:(1)接种AM真菌显著提高了香樟幼苗的生物量积累,AM促进植株生物量效应依次为中度>轻度>正常>重度,同一水分胁迫处理下生物量幼套球囊霉>层状球囊霉。(2)中度干旱下香樟幼苗菌根依赖性最大,幼套球囊霉接种植株的菌根依赖性较层状球囊霉大。(3)接种AM真菌显著提高了植株叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量,并降低了丙二醛含量;在正常供水下植株叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量层状球囊霉接种>幼套球囊霉接种>对照,干旱胁迫下表现为幼套球囊霉接种>层状球囊霉接种>对照;干旱胁迫下的幼套球囊霉接种植株丙二醛含量低于层状球囊霉接种植株。(4)总体上,可溶性糖与脯氨酸相关性极显著,可溶性蛋白质与丙二醛之间呈显著负相关性。幼套球囊霉接种香樟幼苗的耐旱性高于和层状球囊霉接种香樟幼苗。  相似文献

荒漠生境油蒿根围AM真菌多样性   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
为了阐明荒漠生境主要植被油蒿(Artemisia ordosica)根围AM真菌多样性, 2007年8月从毛乌素沙地和腾格里沙漠选取榆林、盐池、研究站和沙坡头4个样地, 按0–10、10–20、20–30、30–40、40–50 cm 5个土层采集油蒿根围土壤样品, 研究了油蒿根围AM真菌物种多样性和生态分布。在分离的4属28种AM真菌中, 球囊霉属(Glomus)16种, 无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)7种, 盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora)4种, 多孢囊霉属(Diversispora)1种。4个样地的共同优势种为摩西球囊霉(G. mosseae), 共同常见种为双网无梗囊霉(A. bireticulata)和网状球囊霉(G. reticulatum), 共同稀有种为缩球囊霉(G. constrictum)。地球囊霉(G. geosporum)仅出现在盐池, 蜜色无梗囊霉(A. mellea)、帚状球囊霉(G. coremioides)、浅窝无梗囊霉(A. lacunosa)和宽柄球囊霉(G. magnicaule)仅出现在研究站, 黑球囊霉(G. melanosporum)仅出现在榆林。盐池与研究站样地AM真菌种类最多, 榆林样地孢子密度最大, 沙坡头样地种类和孢子密度显著偏低。总体上, 孢子密度、分离频度、相对多度和重要值依Glomus >Acaulospora > Scutellospora> Diversispora呈现显著减小趋势。结果表明, 油蒿与AM真菌之间有良好共生性, 这对进一步利用菌根生物技术维护荒漠生态系统结构的完整性具有重要意义。  相似文献

崂山茶区茶树根围AM真菌多样性   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
为调查崂山茶区土壤中丛枝菌根(AM)真菌资源的分布状况, 于2007年9月从青岛崂山茶区12个茶园采集茶树(Camellia sinensis)根围土样, 采用湿筛倾注–蔗糖离心法分离AM真菌, 测定其物种丰度、频度、孢子密度、相对多度、重要值、多样性指数等。共分离到AM真菌3属22种, 无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)出现的频度最高, 其次是球囊霉属(Glomus)。AM真菌孢子密度以晓望村茶园最高, 高家村茶园最低; 种丰度以常家村茶园最高; 常家村茶园和万来客茶园的Shannon-Wiener指数显著高于其他茶园。光壁无梗囊霉(Acaulospora laevis)是北崂茶厂、万里江茶园、樱山春茶园、万里江有机茶园、常家村茶园和桑园村茶园的优势种; 波状无梗囊霉(Acaulospora undulata)为万里江有机茶园和万来客茶园的优势种; 隐球囊霉(Glomus occultum)为樱山春茶园、晓望村茶园和万来客茶园的优势种。应用典型相关分析(CCA)对环境因子与崂山茶区AM真菌群落组成的关系进行了分析, 各因子的影响大小依次为: 土壤速效磷含量>土壤有机质含量>种植年限>土壤碱解氮含量>土壤pH值>土壤速效钾含量。  相似文献

【背景】丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)真菌具有广泛的寄主范围、环境适应性和优良的植物促生能力。然而,土壤的高磷水平严重抑制了AM真菌生长及AM形成。【目的】分离鉴定出耐较高有效磷含量的华南土著AM真菌菌株,为菌根学研究工作提供新颖材料。【方法】采用经典形态学和分子系统学方法鉴定高磷土壤中AM真菌。【结果】从有效磷含量为53-131 (平均值±标准差为88.2±17.6) mg/kg的根区土壤中鉴定出7属25种AM真菌,包括无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora) 12种、球囊霉属(Glomus) 7种、隔球囊霉属(Septoglomus) 2种、近明球囊霉属(Claroideoglomus) 1种、根孢囊霉属(Rhizophagus) 1种、硬囊霉属(Sclerocystis) 1种和类球囊霉属(Paraglomus) 1种,其中幼套近明球囊霉(Claroideoglomus etunicatum)和蜜色无梗囊霉(Acaulospora mellea)是优势种。在(87.7±8.0) mg/kg的高磷水平下,AM真菌仍能形成丛枝和泡囊。但当有效磷含量达到(99.7±1.2) mg/kg时,菌根侵染率和丛枝丰度显著下降,但仍能够形成泡囊。【结论】从广州市南沙区有效磷含量为(88.2±17.6) mg/kg的耕地植物根区土壤中,鉴定出具有耐高磷潜力的7属25种AM真菌,幼套近明球囊霉和蜜色无梗囊霉等分离株可作为后续高磷抑制机制解析及耐高磷AM真菌菌剂研发工作的试验菌株。  相似文献

水分胁迫下AM真菌对沙打旺生长和抗旱性的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7

利用盆栽试验研究了水分胁迫条件下接种AM真菌对优良牧草和固沙植物沙打旺(Astragalus adsurgens Pall.)生长和抗旱性的影响。在土壤相对含水量为70%、50%和30%条件下,分别接种摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)和沙打旺根际土著菌,不接种处理作为对照。结果表明,水分胁迫显著降低了沙打旺植株(无论接种AM真菌与否)的株高、分枝数、地上部干重和地下部干重,并显著提高了土著AM真菌的侵染率,对摩西球囊霉的侵染率无显著影响。接种AM真菌可以促进沙打旺生长和提高植株抗旱性,但促进效应因土壤含水量和菌种不同而存在差异。不同水分条件下,接种AM真菌显著提高了植株菌根侵染率、根系活力、地下部全N含量和叶片CAT活性。土壤相对含水量为30%和50%时,接种株地上部全N、叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量和POD活性显著高于未接种株;接种AM真菌显著降低了叶片MDA含量;接种土著AM真菌的植株株高、分枝数、地上部和地下部干重显著高于未接种株。土壤相对含水量为30%时,接种AM真菌显著增加了地上部全P含量和叶片相对含水量;接种摩西球囊霉的植株株高、分枝数、地上部和地下部干重显著高于未接种株。水分胁迫40d,接种AM真菌显著提高了叶片可溶性糖含量。水分胁迫80d,接种株叶片SOD活性显著增加。菌根依赖性随水分胁迫程度增加而提高。沙打旺根际土著菌接种效果优于摩西球囊霉。水分胁迫和AM真菌的交互作用对分枝数、菌根侵染率、叶片SOD、CAT和POD活性、叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、地上部全N和全P、地下部全N和根系活力有极显著影响,对叶片丙二醛和地下部全P有显著影响。AM真菌促进根系对土壤水分和矿质营养的吸收,改善植物生理代谢活动,从而提高沙打旺抗旱性,促进其生长。试验结果为筛选优良抗旱菌种,充分利用AM真菌资源促进荒漠植物生长和植被恢复提供了依据。  相似文献

利用盆栽实验研究了水分胁迫条件下AM真菌对柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii)生长和抗旱性的影响.在土壤相对含水量为80%、60%和40%条件下,分别接种摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)和柠条锦鸡儿根际土著菌,结果表明,水分胁迫对AM真菌的接种效果有显著影响.不同水分条件下,接种AM真菌显著提高了宿主植物根系菌根侵染率.土壤相对含水量为40%~60%时,接种株的株高、茎粗、生物干重和叶片保水力明显高于不接种株;接种AM真菌提高了植株对土壤有效N和有效P的利用率,增加了植株全P、叶片叶绿素和可溶性糖含量以及SOD、POD、CAT等保护酶活性.土壤相对含水量为40%时,叶片MDA含量明显下降.水分胁迫条件下,以接种柠条锦鸡儿根际土著菌的效果最佳.AM真菌增强宿主植物的抗旱性可能源于促进宿主植物根系对土壤水分和矿质元素吸收的直接作用和改善植物体内生理代谢活动、提高保护酶活性的间接作用.  相似文献

喀斯特典型地区烟管荚蒾AM真菌多样性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
烟管荚蒾是喀斯特地区灌木丛的主要组成植物。以茂兰喀斯特森林为采样地点,对烟管荚蒾AM真菌进行了分离、鉴定与多样性分析,并对优势菌种进行初步的接种研究。结果表明:烟管荚蒾根系的菌根侵染率为82.1%,从根际土壤分离到AM真菌2属16种,球囊霉属(Glomus)7种,无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)9种。优势种为根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices)、皱壁无梗囊霉(Acaulospora rugosa)和刺无梗囊霉(A. spinosa)。优势菌种接种紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa),促生作用明显,并显著提高了SOD、POD和CAT酶活性。该研究对于探讨喀斯特地区AM真菌的多样性与独特性,筛选优良的宿主植物和与之高效共生的AM真菌具重要意义。  相似文献

石灰岩地区因其干旱瘠薄的生境特征,植被难以恢复,然而仍有一些适生植物如构树生长良好,原因可能与根际微生物有关。就石灰岩适生植物构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)进行菌根真菌摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseea)、地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)、透光球囊霉(Glomus diaphanum)的单独接种、混合接种和不接种处理,幼苗生长3个月后测定其生理指标,以期从代谢水平上了解植物对VA真菌的生理响应。结果表明:构树幼苗叶片可溶性糖、蛋白质,脯氨酸和叶绿素均较非接种处理有不同程度的显著提高,丙二醛含量则较对照降低。各代谢物质存在一定相关性。在物质代谢水平上,构树幼苗对不同VA真菌处理有不同的生理响应。宿主植物和VA真菌之间存在一定的相互选择。接种VA真菌提高了石灰岩适生植物构树的抗逆性。  相似文献

THE MINIMAL LETHAL CONCENTRATION OF OZONE IN WATER WAS DETERMINED FOR THREE BACTERIAL SPECIES: Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, and Bacillus megaterium. A contact period of 5 min was selected. The lethal threshold concentration for the cells of B. cereus was 0.12 mg/liter while that for E. coli and B. megaterium was 0.19 mg/liter. Low concentrations of ozone were ineffective when organic matter was present to interfere with the action of ozone on the bacterial cells. Also determined during the study was the sensitivity of spores of B. cereus and B. megaterium to ozone in water. The threshold concentration required to kill the spores of both species was 2.29 mg/liter. The cells and spores of these organisms exhibited the "all-or-none" die-away phenomenon normally associated with ozone treatment.  相似文献

AIMS: The study aimed to determine whether inoculation with native arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi could improve survival and growth of seedlings in degraded soils of Morocco. METHODS AND RESULTS: Soil samples were collected from the rhizosphere of Cupressus atlantica trees in the N'Fis valley (Haut Atlas, Morocco). AM spores were extracted from the soil, identified and this mixture of native AM fungi was propagated on maize for 12 weeks on a sterilized soil to enrich the fungal inoculum. Then C. atlantica seedlings were inoculated with and without (control) mycorrhizal maize roots, cultured in glasshouse conditions and further, transplanted into the field. The experiment was a randomized block design with one factor and three replication blocks. The results showed that a high AM fungal diversity was associated with C. atlantica; native AM fungi inoculation was very effective on the growth of C. atlantica seedlings in glasshouse conditions and this plant growth stimulation was maintained for 1 year after outplanting. CONCLUSIONS: Inoculation of C. atlantica with AM fungi increased growth and survival in greenhouse and field. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: The data indicate that use of native species of AM fungi may accelerate reforestation of degraded soils. Further studies have to be performed to determine the persistence of these mycorrhizae for a longer period of plantation and to measure the effects of this microbial inoculation on soil biofunctioning.  相似文献
