目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合他克莫司胶囊对原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患儿肾功能、体液免疫功能及Th1/Th2细胞平衡的影响。方法:选取2017年12月~2019年12月我院接收的PNS患儿100例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组,各50例。对照组患儿给予他克莫司胶囊治疗,观察组给予玉屏风颗粒联合他克莫司胶囊治疗,对比两组疗效、肾功能、体液免疫功能以及Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗9个月后的临床总有效率为92.00%(46/50),高于对照组的74.00%(37/50)(P<0.05)。治疗9个月后,观察组血清肌酐(Cr)、24h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮(BUN)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗9个月后,观察组免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、Ig G、补体C3高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗9个月后,两组Ig M组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗9个月后,观察组白细胞介素(IL)-10较对照组高,IL-2、转化生长因子(TGF-β1)、IL-6较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:PNS患儿采用玉屏风颗粒联合他克莫司胶囊治疗疗效确切,可使患儿体液免疫功能、肾功能改善,调节Th1/Th2细胞平衡,且安全性较好。  相似文献

目的:研究银杏达莫联合通痹胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法:选取2015年8月至2016年7月我院收治的84例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据患者入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,42例每组。对照组使用通痹胶囊完成治疗,观察组在此基础上联合银杏达莫完成治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、ST段下移程度、血清IL-1β、TNF-α、ET-1、MMP-9水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组[92.86%(39/42)比66.67%(28/42)](P0.05);两组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、ST段下移程度、血清IL-1β、TNF-α、ET-1、MMP-9水平均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),且观察组以上指标均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:银杏达莫联合通痹胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛能有效改善患者临床症状并提高临床疗效,可能与其显著降低患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α、ET-1、MMP-9水平有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-1β、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)水平的影响。方法:选择2014年8月至2016年8月我院接诊的110例慢性前列腺炎患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组采用盐酸莫西沙星治疗,观察组联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗,均连续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、前列腺液白细胞计数、血清TNF-α、IL-1β、M-CSF水平的变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);两组NIH-CPSI评分、白细胞计数、血清TNF-α、IL-1β、M-CSF均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),观察组以上指标均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,安全性高,其机制可能和降低血清TNF-α、IL-1β、M-CSF水平相关。  相似文献

目的:研究内外联合固定术治疗骨盆骨折的临床观疗效及对血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平的影响。方法:选取2014年8月至2015年7月本院收治的86例骨盆骨折患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,43例每组。对照组使用常规内固定术,观察为内外联合固定术。分析两组患者临床疗效、手术情况、并发症的发生情况,比较两组患者治疗前后血清ALP、TNF-α、TGF-β水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组的优良率显著高于对照组[81.40%(35/43)比41.86%(18/43)](P0.05),手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间显著短于或少于对照组(P0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清ALP、TNF-α、TGF-β水平比较无显著性差异(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清ALP水平显著高于治疗前(P0.05),TNF-α、TGF-β水平较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),其中观察组的ALP水平明显比对照组高(P0.05),TNF-α、TGF-β水平明显比对照组低(P0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组[0.00%(0/43)比11.63%(5/43)](P0.05)。结论:内外联合固定术治疗骨盆骨折患者的临床疗效和安全性均较高,可有效升高患者血清ALP水平,降低TNF-α、TGF-β水平。  相似文献

目的:分析清热散结片联合阿维A胶囊治疗难治性银屑病的疗效,并探讨其对炎症反应的影响。方法:选择2013年3月-2016年3月我院收治的100例难治性银屑病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例;对照组给予口服阿维A胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上给予口服清热散结片;对比两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,检测治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平变化。结果:观察组的总有效率为96.00%(48/50),显著高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前两组TNF-α、IL-8及IL-4的水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后两组TNF-α、IL-8及IL-4水平均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗期间,两组无严重不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:清热散结片联合阿维A胶囊治疗难治性银屑病的疗效显著,能够明显缓解患者机体的炎性反应,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨黄葵胶囊联合组合型人工肾对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者炎性因子、氧化应激及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年9月我院收治的120例终末期糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组采取组合型人工肾治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给予黄葵胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗3个月后的肾功能指标、炎性因子水平、氧化应激指标水平及生活质量,并统计不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗3个月后,两组血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、丙二醛(MDA)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平及SF-36各维度评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊联合组合型人工肾治疗终末期糖尿病肾病可有效减轻患者氧化应激及炎症反应,改善患者肾功能及生活质量,安全性高,具有较好的临床应用价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合他克莫司对原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患儿肾功能、免疫功能以及Th1/Th2细胞平衡的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年6月期间我院收治的PNS患儿97例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=48)和研究组(n=49),对照组患儿给予他克莫司治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合玉屏风颗粒治疗,比较两组患儿疗效、肾功能指标[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、免疫功能指标[CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)]以及Th1/Th2细胞平衡因子[Th1细胞分泌的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及Th2细胞分泌的白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)],记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗9个月后的临床总有效率为91.84%(45/49),高于对照组的75.00%(36/48)(P0.05)。两组治疗9个月后Scr、BUN均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P0.05)。两组治疗9个月后CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、Ig G、Ig A均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P0.05)。两组治疗9个月后TGF-β1、IL-2、IL-10、IL-6均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合他克莫司治疗PNS患儿,疗效显著,可有效改善患儿肾功能、免疫功能以及Th1/Th2细胞平衡,且不增加不良反应发生率,安全可靠。  相似文献

目的:探讨阿夫唑嗪联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、胰石蛋白(PSP)、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)水平的影响。方法:选择2014年12月~2016年12月于我院就诊的98例慢性前列腺炎患者,按不同治疗方式分为对组与研究组,每组49例。对照组接受盐酸莫西沙星治疗,研究组基于对照组加以阿夫唑嗪治疗。观察并比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-1β、PSP、M-CSF水平、慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分(NIH-CPSI)的变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为95.91%,显著高于对照组(77.55%,P0.05)。两组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-1β、PSP、M-CSF水平、NIH-CPSI评分均较治疗前显著下降,且研究组上述指标均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。两组不良反应的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:阿夫唑嗪联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效优于单用盐酸莫西沙星,可能与其显著降低血清TNF-α、IL-1β、PSP、M-CSF水平有关。  相似文献

目的:观察盐酸氨基葡萄糖对膝骨关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平的影响及临床治疗效果。方法:将128例KOA患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊,各组均以8周为一个疗程。用流式细胞仪微球阵列法检测两组患者治疗前后血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平,比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能WOMAC评分、疼痛VAS评分的变化及疼痛缓解时间。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α的水平均较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),WOMAC评分较治疗前显著升高(P0.05),且治疗组血清IL-1β和TNF-α的水平均显著低于对照组(P0.05),而WOMAC评分明显高于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者疼痛VAS评分和疼痛缓解时间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊能明显改善KOA患者膝关节功能,缓解膝关节局部的疼痛,可能与其显著降低患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α的水平有关。  相似文献

目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)结合他克莫司软膏治疗寻常型银屑病患者临床相关指标(TNF-α、IL-13、IFN-γ和IL-4)的变化.方法:将60例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为NB-UVB治疗组、他克莫司软膏治疗组和NB-UVB结合他克莫司软膏治疗组,其中NB-UVB治疗组给予窄谱紫外线照射,辐射波长为311 nm;他克莫司软膏治疗组给予0.1%他克莫司软膏,涂搽惠处;联合治疗组给予窄谱紫外线照射,且患处涂搽0.1%他克莫司软膏.ELISA法测定血清中TNF-α、IL-13、IFN-γ和IL-4的变化.结果:联合治疗组患者血清中IFN-γ/IL-4比值为1.39±0.23,而TNF-α和IL-13的水平分别为17.28±1.22 pg/mL和46.75±3.19pg/mL,均显著低于其它两组(P<0.05).结论:窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)结合他克莫司软膏治疗寻常型银屑病,可以提高紫外线光疗及免疫抑制剂的疗效,起到协同治疗的作用,从而缩短病人的用药周期和治疗疗程.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献
