森林演替会通过改变植物群落组成和土壤环境影响土壤生物群落, 反过来, 土壤生物群落的变化也会对生态系统的演替产生反馈作用, 但迄今南亚热带森林演替过程中土壤生物群落的变化特征尚不清晰。本研究以广东省鼎湖山的南亚热带森林演替序列(马尾松(Pinus massoniana)林-针阔叶混交林-季风常绿阔叶林)为对象, 研究了森林演替过程中土壤线虫多样性和群落结构的动态变化及其影响因素。通过采集不同演替阶段的土壤样品, 分析和比对了不同演替阶段土壤线虫的多度、多样性、群落组成、土壤线虫生态指数以及土壤理化性质的差异。结果表明: (1)在南亚热带森林演替过程中, 针阔叶混交林和季风常绿阔叶林土壤线虫的α多样性显著高于马尾松林, 但土壤线虫总数和各营养类群多度及其相对丰度并无显著变化; (2)针阔叶混交林中土壤线虫富集指数显著高于马尾松林, 表明其土壤养分状况要好于马尾松林, 而季风常绿阔叶林土壤线虫结构指数较高, 表明其受干扰程度较低; (3)针阔叶混交林的土壤含水量和土壤理化性质(除土壤总磷含量)已达到季风常绿阔叶林的水平, 但两者的土壤pH值均显著低于马尾松林, 而土壤pH值和土壤含水量是影响土壤线虫群落动态变化的主要因素。综上所述, 南亚热带森林中土壤线虫多度、多样性和群落结构对森林演替的响应略有不同, 演替过程中土壤环境因素的趋同是导致针阔叶混交林和季风常绿阔叶林中土壤线虫多样性和群落特征相似的主要原因。  相似文献

为了解青藏高原东缘亚高山/高山森林土壤线虫多样性,于2015年7月以该地区岷江冷杉原始林、混交林和次生林为研究对象,采用淘洗-过筛-蔗糖离心的方法分离土壤线虫,研究了3个海拔森林土壤线虫群落的组成与结构特征.结果表明: 共捕获线虫37950条,隶属于20科27属,平均为4217 条·100 g-1干土,原始林以丝尾垫刃属为优势属,混交林和次生林以丝尾垫刃属和拟盘旋属为优势属,且优势属个体数量受林型的影响显著.原始林和次生林的优势营养类群为食真菌线虫,混交林则为食细菌线虫.土壤线虫c-p (colonizer-persister)类群c-p 1、c-p 2、 c-p 3和c-p 4数量分别占总数的6.1%、51.1%、30.0%和12.7%.3个海拔森林土壤线虫的自由生活线虫成熟度指数(MI)、总成熟度指数(∑MI)和植物寄生线虫成熟度指数(PPI)随海拔增加而逐渐降低.土壤线虫通路指数(NCR)在混交林高于0.5,在原始林和次生林低于0.5.林型显著影响了土壤线虫成熟度和NCR指数,但林型、土层及二者的交互作用对多样性指数影响不显著.川西亚高山/高山不同森林土壤线虫的组成、营养结构和能流通道存在明显差异,为深入理解土壤线虫在该区森林土壤生态过程中的作用提供了参考.  相似文献

土壤线虫是地下食物网的重要组成部分, 在生态系统能量流动和物质循环中起着至关重要的作用。大量研究报道了肥力等土壤环境对土壤线虫物种多样性及各功能群多度的影响, 而我们对土壤线虫功能多样性如何响应土壤环境变化依然知之甚少。本研究以群落水平个体大小和个体大小多样性表征土壤线虫功能多样性。在青藏高原高寒草甸选择3个研究点, 调查和分析了不同生境(沟底平地、阴坡、阳坡和山顶)土壤线虫物种多样性、各功能群多度和功能多样性及其与土壤理化因子和植物多样性的关系。结果表明: (1)土壤线虫个体多度和物种多样性在阳坡最高, 随土壤pH值和土壤总磷增加而升高; 而基于个体大小的土壤线虫功能多样性主要受土壤养分影响, 随土壤总氮和有机质增加而增加, 随土壤总磷含量增加而减少; (2)食细菌和食真菌线虫多度在沟底最高, 植食与捕食杂食线虫多度在山顶最低; 除捕食杂食线虫外, 各功能群多度也主要随土壤磷增加而升高; 除食真菌线虫外, 各功能群多度随植物物种丰富度的增加而减少。本研究强调了土壤线虫物种和功能多样性受不同土壤环境因子的影响, 丰富了土壤线虫多样性研究的内容, 为理解高寒草甸土壤动物多样性形成、维持和变化提供了更广阔的 视角。  相似文献

植物群落功能多样性与生态系统多功能的关系是近年来生态学研究的新视角,以往的研究多关注植物群落功能多样性与单一生态系统功能的关系,缺乏对生态系统多功能的理解。本研究以甘南高寒草甸植物群落为对象,选取地上生物量、土壤有机碳、土壤全氮、土壤全磷、土壤速效氮和土壤速效磷6个功能指标,运用Bartlett球形度检验与多阈值分析法,分析甘南高寒草甸海拔梯度上植物群落功能多样性与生态系统多功能的关系。结果表明:不同海拔植物群落组成差异显著,且海拔3500 m物种丰富度、植物盖度显著高于其他海拔。一元、多元功能多样性随海拔升高总体呈降低趋势,且海拔间差异显著。冗余分析发现,一元、多元功能丰富度、功能均匀度、Rao的二次熵均与土壤温度、土壤含水量、土壤容重呈显著正相关,与土壤pH、土壤电导率呈显著负相关。在较大阈值范围(6%~89%)内,功能多样性对生态系统多功能具有显著正效应;基于相关分析、最优回归模型和随机森林模型分析发现,功能多样性中多元功能丰富度指数与生态系统多功能具有显著正线性关系,同时多元功能丰富度也是生态系统多功能的主要驱动因素。总体来看,功能丰富度对青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统多功能的影响最为显著。  相似文献

The effects of forest disturbance on diversity of tropical soil nematodes   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
We provide the first account of the effects of forest disturbance on species richness of nematodes in tropical forest soils, from 24 sites along gradients of disturbance and regeneration in the Mbalmayo Forest Reserve, Cameroon. Species richness was very high. Samples of 200 nematodes from individual soil cores contained a maximum of 89 and an average of 61 species; in total we recorded 431 species and approximately 194 genera. The model of Siemann et al. (1996), predicting that species richness scales as the number of individuals I 0.5, underestimates nematode diversity 4–6 fold in these samples. Over 90% of specimens cannot be assigned to known species. Although nematode species richness declined with forest disturbance, statistically significant effects were detectable only under the most extreme conditions (active slash-and-burn agriculture and complete mechanical forest clearance) and even here remained at 40% of the richness of near primary sites. Impacts on trophic structure were also small, and there were no significant changes in the maturity index (MI) (Bongers 1990) with disturbance (mean MI across all treatments was very high, at 3.58). 简述了线虫作为土壤健康指示生物的优势,归纳了常用指数和分析方法,对成熟指数及基于营养类群的一些指数和分析方法进行了详细介绍.与其他指数相比,成熟指数更能敏感地反映土壤环境的受胁迫程度,基于营养类群的指数和分析方法可以在生态系统功能水平上更好地揭示土壤环境的健康状态.概述了以上指数和方法在农业、森林、草原及其他生态系统中的应用研究.结合目前存在的一些问题,提出以下建议:加强对土壤线虫生活史和食性等特性的认识;进一步完善现有指数,将多种指数和分析方法结合使用;加强土壤线虫在多种生态系统及大尺度地域空间内的应用.  相似文献

Patterns of moss and liverwort species diversity — species richness and species turnover (β‐diversity) — in three conifer‐dominated boreal forest stands of northern Alberta, Canada are described. We examined the relationship between bryophyte species diversity and micro‐environment at two sample grains, the microsite — substrate types for moss colonization: logs, stumps, tree bases, undisturbed patches of forest floor (dominated by feather moss species), and disturbed patches of forest floor — and the mesosite (25 m × 25 m plots). Microsite type and properties (e.g. decay class, hardwood vs softwood, pH) were the principal predictors of bryophyte species diversity and not micro‐environment variation among mesosites. Microsite type was the strongest predictor of microsite species richness and β‐diversity was higher among microsites and types and within microsites than among mesosites or stands. Microsite properties were significant predictors of species richness for all microsite types. Log and stump decay classes, influenced also by hardwood vs softwood predicted species richness of woody microsite types and soil pH and moisture predicted species richness of forest floor microsites. β‐diversity was highest for tree bases and disturbed patches of forest floor and lowest for logs. Mesosite β‐diversity was lower than that among microsites, and mesosite species richness was not well explained by measured environmental parameters. Results suggest that in conifer‐dominated boreal stands, species richness of microsites is only negligibly influenced by within‐stand variation at the mesosite grain and that substrate characteristics are the most important predictors of bryophyte species diversity in this ecosystem.  相似文献

Species richness in the alpine zone varies dramatically when communities are compared. We explored (i) which stress and disturbance factors were highly correlated with species richness, (ii) whether the intermediate stress hypothesis (ISH) and the intermediate disturbance hypothesis (IDH) can be applied to alpine ecosystems, and (iii) whether standing crop can be used as an easily measurable surrogate for causal factors determining species richness in the alpine zone. Species numbers and standing crop were determined in 14 alpine plant communities in the Swiss Alps. To quantify the stress and disturbance factors in each community, air temperature, relative air humidity, wind speed, global radiation, UV-B radiation, length of the growing season, soil suction, pH, main soil nutrients, waterlogging, soil movement, number of avalanches, level of denudation, winter dieback, herbivory, wind damage, and days with frost were measured or observed. The present study revealed that 82% of the variance in␣vascular species richness among sites could be explained by just two abiotic factors, daily maximum temperature and soil pH. Daily maximum temperature and pH affect species richness both directly and via their effects on other environmental variables. Some stress and disturbance factors were related to species richness in a monotonic way, others in an unimodal way. Monotonic relationships suggest that the harsher the environment is, the fewer species can survive in such habitats. In cases of unimodal relationships (ISH and IDH) species richness decreases at both ends of the gradients due to the harsh environment and/or the interaction of other environmental factors. Competition and disturbance seemed only to play a secondary role in the form of fine-tuning species richness in specific communities. Thus, we concluded that neither the ISH nor the IDH can be considered useful conceptual models for the alpine zone. Furthermore, we found that standing crop can be used as an easily measurable surrogate for causal factors determining species richness in the alpine zone, even though there is no direct causality.  相似文献

2003年7和9月对长春市郊区天然次生林、农田、防护林和市区公园绿地等典型土地利用生境进行了土壤线虫调查,共捕获土壤线虫2纲7目20科27属7 273只,优势属为Aphelenchus、Tylenchus和Pratylenchus,占总捕获个体数量的61.58%.用Baermann法提取土壤线虫个体,应用个体密度、属数量、群落多样性、丰富度、均匀度和功能类群结构等指数,研究了土壤线虫的群落结构特征及人类活动对土壤线虫群落结构的影响.结果表明,长春市土地利用差异对线虫群落结构特征影响明显,地表凋落物的移除和耕作活动是影响线虫群落结构特征的主要因素.地表凋落物的移除将显著减少线虫群落的个体密度和群落多样性;耕作活动影响线虫个体密度在土壤剖面的垂直分布特征.生境间地表植物群落类型对土壤线虫群落生态结构特征的影响差异不显著.  相似文献

Soil nematode biodiversity in terrestrial ecosystems   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
A review of the literature on nematode diversity (=number of species identified) of soil inhabiting nematodes was undertaken and analysed with regard to distance from the equator, vegetation type and sampling effort. After applying a correction factor for sampling effort the results indicated that species richness was greatest in temperate broadleaf forest (61.7 species per sample) followed by cultivated soil, grassland, tropical rainforest, temperate coniferous forests and polar vegetation. The maintenance of high biodiversity in cultivated soils is unexpected but may reflect the impact of dominance in calculating many indices. Species richness was greatest between latitudes 30–40° (93.9 species per sample) and least above 70°, the mean richness near the equator (i.e. 0–10°) was 80.6 species per sample. While these data would suggest that nematode diversity is not necessarily greatest at the equator, and evidence to support a 'humped back' theory of species richness is not conclusive, they contradict the suggestion that nematode diversity increases with increased latitude.  相似文献

山地是高寒草甸的主要分布区,地形变化引起了土壤温湿度和物种的差异性分布,进而影响到草地生态系统生产功能。为明晰高寒草甸山地环境因子(土壤温湿度)和物种多样性(丰富度、多度、均匀度、优势度)与初级生产力的关系,本研究以青藏高原东北缘马牙雪山支脉的高寒草甸山体为研究对象,选择阶地、阴坡、山脊和阳坡与3个海拔梯度段,调查了189个样方的植物群落组成和土壤温湿度。采用线性回归法分析土壤温湿度和物种多样性与初级生产力之间的关系。结果表明:(1)以山地高寒草甸整体为研究单元,初级生产力只随物种多度的增加而显著增加(R~2=0.07 P=0.01)。(2)坡向影响初级生产力的因素不同,阴坡初级生产力与物种丰富度正线性相关;山脊初级生产力与土壤湿度正线性相关,也随物种丰富度增加而显著增加;阳坡初级生产力与物种多度正线性相关;阶地初级生产力随均匀度增加而显著增加,随优势度增加而显著降低。(3)只有低海拔区(2860-2910 m)初级生产力随物种多度和丰富度的增加而显著增加。综上所述,山地高寒草甸土壤温湿度和物种多样性与初级生产力关系受坡向比海拔的影响更大,且物种多样性对初级生产力的影响大于土壤温湿度。建议山地高寒草甸生态系统生产和生态管理过程中要重点考虑坡向对植物多样性和初级生产力的影响。  相似文献

The role of soil-living nematodes in different ecosystems can be largely predicted by the intensity of nonbiotic stresses imposed by different temperature and moisture regimes. Assuming that tropical lowland rain forest experiences the most biologically equitable climate, increasing climate-related stress occurs as one proceeds through intervening biomes to low latitude lowland desert, high latitude desert, and alpine desert. Soil nematodes, being mostly relative generalists, show only moderate diversity and low densities in tropical lowland rain forests because of competition from many other more specialized organisms. On the other hand, nematode diversity and densities increase and remain relatively high as one proceeds to the most extreme ecosystems because nematodes show greater adaptability than do many other taxa to climate-induced stress. However, cold allows nematodes greater "ecological release" than does drought because nematodes, being essentially aquatic organisms, require moisture for activity. Thus, cold ecosystems have the greatest nematode diversities and densities.  相似文献

五大连池火山熔岩台地是一种火山地貌, 研究熔岩台地草本物种分布及其环境解释, 对认识火山原生演替过程中植物群落空间格局形成及适应机制具有重要意义。本文以五大连池熔岩台地的草本物种为研究对象, 调查了苔藓、草本、灌丛、阔叶林和针阔混交林等不同植被类型中的草本层样方, 并测定样方中的土壤养分和水分等状况, 采用多样性指数、优势度指数、均匀度指数、物种丰富度评价草本层物种多样性, 通过典范对应分析方法研究了群落组成与土壤因子的关系。结果表明: (1)熔岩台地草本层物种丰富, 共56种, 占本研究调查区总物种数的82.35%, 草本样地的草本层物种多样性、优势度和均匀性高于其他植被类型。(2)熔岩台地土壤pH值对群落草本层物种丰富度和物种个体的空间分布均有较大影响。(3)土壤因子解释了群落分布的79.39%, 其中土壤pH值、速效磷、硝态氮、铵态氮所占的解释量比较大。(4)岩败酱(Patrinia rupestris)、万年蒿(Artemisia sacrorum)、硬质早熟禾(Poa sphondylodes)和中华苦荬菜(Ixeris chinensis)对环境要求较低, 能够适应熔岩台地土壤贫瘠恶劣的环境。熔岩台地不同植被类型表现出对环境资源的特定需求, 熔岩地貌导致了土壤pH值、养分、水分的差异, 并影响植物群落的分布。  相似文献

As the Third Pole of the world, the Tibetan Plateau provides a typical alpine grassland environment for soil bacteria with its unique frigid and arid climate. Owing to clear changes in spatial moisture and increased grazing intensity, moisture and livestock grazing have become key factors influencing the microbial communities. Accordingly, we investigated the diversity and composition of soil bacteria in a selected alpine grassland within the dual gradients of moisture and grazing using high-throughput sequencing. Our results showed that grazing changed the soil bacterial diversity and composition, whereas moisture only influenced the relative abundance of the segmental community at the small spatial scale. Species richness was found to be increased by moderate grazing compared with that by high or low-grazing intensity. The relative abundance of dominant species and β-diversity of soil bacteria both showed differences with heavy, moderate, and low grazing. Some dominant bacteria were altered with the moisture content. However, there were no significant differences according to the moisture gradient in terms of the overall bacterial β diversity and composition. These results might be taken account into the small spatial scale as well as the compensation of grazing to moisture on this scale. This work provides new insights into the soil bacterial response to moisture gradients and grazing intensity in alpine steppe habitat.  相似文献

物种多样性地理分布格局及其成因是生物地理学和宏观生态学研究的核心问题之一,基于中国13个典型森林生态系统乔木层群落植物的调查数据,分析物种多样性随经纬度的变化规律,探讨物种多样性空间分布格局的影响因素。结果表明:(1) 13个典型森林生态系统的4个物种多样性指数均随经纬度上升而下降,其中物种丰富度变化更为显著,而Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数和Pielou指数随经度上升变化不显著;(2)相关性分析结果显示,物种多样性指数与植物特性、能量和水分因子的单因素相关关系并不一致。其中,物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener指数和Simpson指数与年均温、最冷月均温、温度年较差和潜在蒸散量的相关性最显著(P0.01),Pielou指数与年均温、最冷月均温、实际蒸散量、潜在蒸散量和郁闭度有显著相关关系(P0.05);(3)方差分解结果表明,能量和水分的共同作用对物种多样性指数空间分布格局的解释率最高,达到15%—42%;植物特性、能量和水分因子三者共同作用对物种多样性指数空间分布格局解释率次之,为14%—27%;植物特性与能量因子或水分因子两者之间的共同作用以及植物特性和水分因子独立作用对物种多样性指数空间分布格局的解释率较小,其中能量因子对物种多样性指数空间分布格局的单独解释率高于植物特性或水分因子。研究表明能量和水分共同作用是影响大尺度森林乔木层物种多样性空间分布格局形成的主要因素,但植物特性的差异对物种多样性空间分布格局影响也不可忽视。  相似文献

Land use and climate change alter biodiversity patterns and ecosystem functioning worldwide. Land abandonment with consequent shrub encroachment and changes in precipitation gradients are known factors in global change. Yet, the consequences of interactions between these factors on the functional diversity of belowground communities remain insufficiently explored. Here, we investigated the dominant shrub effects on the functional diversity of soil nematode communities along a precipitation gradient on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau. We collected three functional traits (life-history CP value, body mass, and diet) and calculated the functional alpha and beta diversity of nematode communities using kernel density n-dimensional hypervolumes. We found that shrubs did not significantly alter the functional richness and dispersion, but significantly decreased the functional beta diversity of nematode communities in a pattern of functional homogenization. Shrubs benefited nematodes with longer life-history, larger body mass, and higher trophic levels. Moreover, the shrub effects on the functional diversity of nematodes depended strongly on precipitation. Increasing precipitation reversed the effects shrubs have on the functional richness and dispersion from negative to positive but amplified the negative effects shrubs have on functional beta diversity of nematodes. Benefactor shrubs had stronger effects on the functional alpha and beta diversity of nematodes than allelopathic shrubs along a precipitation gradient. A piecewise structural equation model showed that shrubs and its interactions with precipitation indirectly increased the functional richness and dispersion through plant biomass and soil total nitrogen, whereas it directly decreased the functional beta diversity. Our study reveals the expected changes in soil nematode functional diversity following shrub encroachment and precipitation, advancing our understanding of global climate change on nematode communities on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.  相似文献

为了解西藏东南部急尖长苞冷杉林林隙土壤线虫群落特征,对林隙、非林隙土壤0~30 cm范围内不同深度土层的线虫群落进行调查,并用线虫个体密度、生物多样性指数和营养类群指数等特征值分析了土壤线虫群落的结构及多样性特点.结果表明: 采用浅盘法分离得到土壤线虫26801 条,隶属于2纲5目40科64属;线虫个体密度平均为3552 条·100 g-1干土,表聚性极强.垫咽属、丝垫刃属为林隙土壤线虫优势属;食细菌性线虫为主要营养类群.土壤有机质的分解兼有真菌分解和细菌分解两种途径.线虫的生物多样性及丰富度与林隙面积有关.土壤线虫群落特征表明,林隙具有异于郁闭林分和林间空地的特性,在环境指示方面具有应用潜力.  相似文献

为比较不同气候过渡区地带性森林土壤线虫群落结构和多样性,以南亚热带向中亚热带气候过渡区的石门台常绿阔叶林和北亚热带向暖温带气候过渡区的鸡公山落叶阔叶林为样地,探讨不同气候区土壤微食物网能流方式的差异。结果表明,石门台土壤线虫群落属数(S)、生物量(Biomass)、多样性指数(H')、丰富度指数(SR)、成熟度指数(MI)和结构指数(SI)在表层土壤(0~10 cm)均显著高于鸡公山。石门台的土壤线虫通路指数(NCR)均值高于0.5,而鸡公山的NCR均值小于0.5,说明前者土壤食物网可能偏向于细菌能流通道,而后者偏向于真菌能流通道,这也与食细菌线虫、食真菌线虫生物量的计算结果一致。可见线虫群落结构确实存在明显的南北差异,并较好地指示了土壤能流和养分循环状况。  相似文献

Soil nematodes are sensitive to environmental changes and are used widely as indicators of soil conditions. The community structure and diversity of soil nematodes were studied in different long-term land use regimes in the black soil area in Northeast China. The land use regimes were maintained for 22?years, and included crop land (CL), grass land (GL) and bare land (BL). Soil samples were taken throughout the growing season, and nematodes were extracted and identified. A total of 39 nematode genera with relative abundance over 0.1?% were identified. Heterodera was the dominant genus in CL; Boleodorus was the dominant genus in GL, and Boleodorus, Eucephalobus and Filenchus were the dominant genera in BL. Land use had a significant effect on abundance of all soil nematode tropic groups and ecological indices. Sampling time had an effect on soil nematode abundance, but only on three of the eight nematode ecological indices MI (maturity index of free-living nematode), CI (channel index) and EI (enrichment index). SR (species richness index) was highest in GL where plant species diversity was also high. The CI was the highest in BL among three land uses, which means the soil food web dominated, with fungal decomposition channels in BL. Soil nematode community structure and diversity was shown to be an effective and informative tool for analyzing ecological aspects of land use in black soil regions. The data are inconclusive as to whether the effect of land use on soil nematode parameters is direct, or indirect via inducing changes in soil physicochemical properties.  相似文献
