在库布齐沙漠东段选取人工油蒿+杨柴半灌木混交林、人工柠条锦鸡儿灌木林和人工沙柳灌木林3种人工固沙灌木林为对象,以流动沙地为对照,研究了不同人工固沙灌木林土壤微生物生物量碳和氮、土壤微生物数量、土壤养分变化特征及其相互间的关系,并运用综合指数法对不同人工固沙灌木林的土壤恢复效果进行评价.结果表明: 与流动沙地相比,3种人工固沙灌木林土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效磷含量均有不同程度的提高,表现为油蒿+杨柴林地>柠条锦鸡儿林地>沙柳林地,且均随土层加深而依次降低;3种人工固沙灌木林土壤微生物数量、微生物生物量碳和氮均较流动沙地有不同程度的提高,油蒿+杨柴林地土壤微生物生物量碳氮和细菌相对数量高于柠条锦鸡儿林地和沙柳林地,而真菌与放线菌相对数量则表现为柠条锦鸡儿林地>沙柳林地>油蒿+杨柴林地;影响3种人工固沙灌木林土壤细菌相对数量、微生物生物量碳和氮的因素是土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效磷含量及C/N,而放线菌、真菌相对数量主要受土壤全磷、速效氮和速效磷含量的影响;不同人工固沙灌木林土壤质量排序为:油蒿+杨柴林地>柠条锦鸡儿林地>沙柳林地>流动沙地,表明不同人工固沙灌木林的建植均能提高沙漠土壤质量,其中营造油蒿+杨柴半灌木混交林对提高土壤综合质量效果最好.  相似文献

乌兰布和沙漠东北部沙区人工林土壤微生物及酶活性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以荒漠为对照,对乌兰布和沙漠东北部沙区9种人工林0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层的3大类微生物(细菌、放线菌和真菌)及4种酶活性(蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢和碱性磷酸酶)的生态分布特征进行了研究.结果表明:(1)各林地三大菌数量级均表现为细菌(106)>放线菌(105)>真菌(103);在0~40 cm垂直剖面内,细菌数在柠条、沙枣和沙棘林地中较多,两白杨林地中放线菌数量最多,真菌数在花棒和柠条林地中较多,微生物总数整体表现为灌木林地多于乔木林地;随土层加深各林地土壤微生物总数量均呈明显减少趋势.(2)在0~40 cm土层中,两白杨林地蔗糖酶活性最高,小美旱林地脲酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性均较高,沙棘和沙枣林地碱性磷酸酶活性较高;土壤酶活性具有明显垂直分异特征,除过氧化氢酶外其余几种酶活性均随土层深度增加而递减,其中脲酶活性降幅最大.(3)4种土壤酶活性间整体正相关性较好,土壤放线菌数量与其蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性呈显著正相关.可见,人工乔、灌林地的土壤微生物数量比荒漠地增加,酶活性增强,土壤生物学性质得到改善;不同林地土壤微生物组成、数量、分布和土壤酶活性存在差异.  相似文献

西宁南山区植被退化情况严重,人工造林植被恢复被看作是最有效的恢复手段,其中选择合适造林树种尤为关键。选择人工种植的唐古特白刺Nitraria tangutorum、柠条Caragana korshinskii、西北小蘗Berberis vernae和短叶锦鸡儿Caragana brevifolia共4种灌木树种造林试验区为研究对象,通过测定根际和非根际土壤微生物数量、酶活性及养分含量,综合比较种植4种灌木树种根际和非根际土壤肥力差异,科学评价其对土壤的改善效果。研究表明:(1)土壤微生物数量和酶活性总体呈现出根际高于非根际的规律,仅放线菌数量和脲酶活性出现了根际低于非根际现象。(2)土壤养分方面,4种灌木根际土壤和非根际土壤p H值、全N、全P、全K含量差异不显著,有机质、有效P、速效K含量均呈现出根际非根际,而碱解N则是根际非根际。(3)土壤酶活性与土壤微生物数量相关性不显著,土壤有机质含量与土壤细菌、真菌数量呈极显著正相关,有效P含量与土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量呈极显著正相关,速效K含量与过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶活性呈显著正相关,全N、碱解N含量均与脲酶活性呈显著正相关。(4)从土壤肥力综合水平来看,根际非根际,其中根际土壤中西北小蘗柠条短叶锦鸡儿唐古特白刺,研究结果表明西北小蘗和柠条能大幅提高土壤肥力,改良土壤效果较好。  相似文献

以广西桂林会仙喀斯特湿地典型芦苇植物群落为研究对象,于春、夏、秋、冬四个季节分别采集0~10cm,10~20 cm和20~30 cm不同层次的土壤样品,分析根际微生物与非根际微生物的数量特征及季节动态变化特点,探讨微生物数量对水热季节变化的响应规律。结果表明:不同季节的根际微生物与非根际微生物组成,均以细菌占绝对优势;微生物数量分布大小顺序为细菌放线菌真菌,细菌最高比例为96.62%,放线菌最高比例为35.38%,真菌的比例较低,最高仅为0.30%。细菌,真菌和放线菌的垂直变化明显,均随着土层的增加而呈现递减的趋势。不同土壤层次根际微生物与非根际微生物的季节变化一致,细菌数量表现为夏季秋季春季冬季,真菌数量表现为秋季夏季春季冬季,放线菌数量表现为秋季春季夏季冬季;细菌、放线菌、真菌的最大值分别为2.70×10~7、1.92×10~6、3.35×10~4cfu·g~-1,土壤微生物数量与土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾等呈显著正相关。芦苇植物群落根际土壤微生物呈现出一定的根际效应,并与微生物数量、土壤深度、月平均降雨量和月平均气温变化等有关,而在冬季的根际效应则表现不显著。土壤养分含量是调节会仙喀斯特湿地土壤微生物数量变化的一个主要因素。  相似文献

以秸秆(覆盖重量分别为小麦(Triticum aestivum)秸3.25 kg·m-2、玉米(Zea mays)秸1.97 kg·m-2、禾本科杂草3.67 kg·m-2)和生草(白三叶草(Trifolium repens)、高羊茅(Festuca arundincea)和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa), 播种量均为50 kg·hm-2)为覆盖材料, 以不覆盖为对照, 研究了不同覆盖材料对桃园土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响, 及其与土壤养分的关系。结果表明, 与对照相比, 除覆盖生草根际和非根际土壤全磷和速效磷含量差异均不显著外, 其他处理根际和非根际土壤碱解氮、速效钾、全氮、全钾和有机质含量差异均达到显著水平; 所有处理根际和非根际土壤氨化细菌、真菌和放线菌数量、土壤含水率和pH值、土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性差异均达到显著水平。白三叶草处理的根际和非根际土壤碱解氮、速效钾、全氮、全钾、有机质含量, 土壤氨化细菌和真菌数量, 土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性的平均升幅均最高, 分别为99%、270%、267%、117%、272%、158%、141%、156%和64%。氨化细菌、真菌、放线菌、脲酶和磷酸酶分别与土壤碱解氮、速效钾(放线菌和磷酸酶除外)、全氮、全钾和有机质呈显著或极显著的正相关。通径分析表明, 在3种土壤微生物和2种酶对养分含量的影响中, 脲酶是影响土壤碱解氮、速效钾、全氮、全钾和有机质的主要因子。  相似文献

对黄土丘陵区不同植被恢复模式下土壤理化性状及微生物数量研究表明:植被恢复30年后土壤理化性状和微生物数量都得到明显改善,土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、速效钾含量以及微生物数量显著增加;人工刺槐恢复林细菌与真菌数量,随种植年限增长呈现为先增加后减少,到40年时再增加的变化规律;放线菌数量变化规律不明显。相关性分析显示细菌数量和有机质、全氮、碱解氮和速效钾相关性显著,真菌数量和有机质、全氮相关性显著,而放线菌数量与土壤肥力指标相关性不显著。主成分分析揭示出微生物数量可作为评价植被改善土壤质量的指标。  相似文献

以采煤沉陷区柠条为宿主植物,研究接种丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,简称AM菌)对柠条生长和根际土壤的改良效应。结果表明:8月份接种AM菌比不接菌柠条的株高、冠幅和地径显著增加了29.11%,29.83%和14.81%,9月份接菌区柠条的根长、平均直径、根表面积和根体积分别比对照区增加了151.0%,34.2%,116.0%和129.3%。接种AM菌增强柠条的抗逆性,接菌区的柠条叶片可溶性糖含量和过氧化氢酶活性分别比对照区增加了13.4%和111.1%。8月份接种AM菌改善了土壤的生物理化性质,接菌区有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾比对照区分别增加7.06g/kg,140.0 mg/kg,1.82 mg/kg和16.72mg/kg,接种AM菌显著增加了根际土壤中真菌、放线菌、细菌数量和酸性磷酸酶活性。总之,接种AM菌促进采煤沉陷区柠条的生长和土壤的改良。  相似文献

应用稀释平板法对黄土高原不同植被覆盖下坡地土壤0~5cm和5~20cm土层的细菌、真菌和放线菌的分布特征进行了研究;结果表明:(1)该区域不同植被下土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌总体比较丰富,数量差异较大,柠条土壤中微生物数量最多,苜蓿地中的最少.同一植被下各类菌群数量排序为细菌>放线菌>真菌.(2)放线菌和真菌随土层深度的增加而呈明显的减少趋势,而细菌的不明显.(3)天然荒坡的微生物数量高于人工草地的,人工灌木林微生物数量高于人工乔木林的,人工乔草复生果树林的微生物数量高于人工纯生乔木林、纯生草地和纯生果树林的.  相似文献

基于对广西东南部不同林龄尾巨桉人工林下土壤养分和微生物测定及典范对应分析,探讨了不同林龄尾巨桉林土壤养分、微生物特征及其相互关系。结果表明:(1)不同林龄尾巨桉人工林下土壤有效磷和pH值的林龄效应不显著,土壤有机质、全氮、全钾、碱解氮随林龄增加基本上呈先增后减趋势,但各养分含量最高点的林龄有所不同。(2)土壤微生物种群总数、细菌、真菌及放线菌数量含量的林龄效应明显,土壤微生物种群总数量、细菌、真菌均在3a和8a龄林地含量较高,而且微生物种群中细菌比例最大,放线菌次之,真菌最小;细菌、真菌数量变化趋势相似,随林龄增长表现为增长减少再增长的趋势,放线菌数量变化没有一定规律。(3)微生物量碳(Cmic)、氮(Nmic)、磷(Pmic)的林龄效应均比较明显,Cmic从1a~8a龄林地呈折线变化,最高峰位于8a龄林地,1a龄林地次之;Nmic的变化趋势呈"V"状,1a和8a龄林地含量基本相同,最低点出现在3a龄林地;Pmic含量变化情况则相反,最高点位于5a龄林地,1a、8a龄林地含量较低。(4)典范对应分析表明,5个不同林龄尾巨桉人工林地土壤主要养分与微生物大部分不呈正相关或相关性不显著,说明影响土壤养分、微生物及其之间的关系不仅受林龄的影响,地形等其他因素也起到很大作用。  相似文献

对咸水灌溉条件下的塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地人工绿地土壤微生物的分布规律和环境因子对土壤微生物分布的影响进行了研究.结果表明,人工绿地建成后,土壤结构和养分状况得到改善,土壤微生物在时间和地域分布上呈现明显的规律性.土壤微生物区系组成中,细菌占绝对优势,放线菌次之,真菌最少;表层微生物数量远多于下层土壤;林地外围距林缘近的土壤微生物数量较多,3m以外微生物数量已接近流沙微生物量;3类土壤微生物分布具有不同的季节性规律,且不同立地类型土壤微生物分布差异显著.土壤速效磷、速效氮、全N对微生物的分布有较大的直接作用,通径系数为1.01~2.58.速效磷-速效钾、有机质-速效钾、速效氮-速效钾、速效氮-效磷速、有机质-速效磷、速效磷-速效氮、全N-速效钾、速效钾-速效磷、全N-速效磷和含水量.速效氮之间的间接作用对微生物影响较明显,作用系数为1.37~2.58。其余因素的作用相对不显著.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献
