Bag-type enclosures (75 m3) with bottom sheets and tube-type enclosures (105 m3) open to the bottom sediment were stocked with exotic whitefish (Coregonus lavaretus maraena) to study their predation effects on the plankton community. The fish fed mainly on adult chironomids during the period of their emergence (earlier part of the experimental period). Thereafter, the food preference was shifted to larvae of chironomids and crustacean zooplankters. The predation effects on the plankton community were not evident in the bag-type enclosures where zooplankton densities were consistently low. The fish reduced the crustacean populations composed ofBosmina fatalis, B. longirostris andCyclops vicinus in the tube-type enclosures where the prey density was high (above ca. 50 individuals 1−1). The results suggested that the intensity of predation depended on the prey density. Rotifers increased in the fish enclosure, probably becauseCoregonus reduced the predation pressure byCyclops vicinus on rotifers and allowed the latter to increase. In the fish enclosures, no marked changes in species composition were observed. Zooplankton predated by the fish seemed to be distributed near the walls of the enclosures. Problems of enclosure experiments for examining the effects of fish predation on pelagic zooplankton communities are discussed.  相似文献

Macrophyte growth was studied in two enclosure types (gauze and polythene) in a homogeneousPotamogeton pectinatus bed in Lake Veluwe (The Netherlands). The gauze was expected to allow for sufficient exchange with the lake to maintain similar seston densities, the polythene was expected to exclude fish activity and most water exchange. Polythene enclosures held higher totalP. pectinatus biomass (ash-free dry weight, AFDW) than the lake, gauze enclosures were intermediate. The enclosures had a higher abundance of other macrophyte species (Chara sp.,Potamogeton pusillus) than the lake. Seston ash content was not but seston AFDW, periphyton ash content and AFDW were lower in polythene than in gauze enclosures. The difference in plant biomass between gauze and polythene may be attributed to a difference in periphyton density and in seston AFDW due to zooplankton grazing (Rotatoria andDaphnia densities were higher in polythene enclosures). Since seston and periphyton AFDW and ash content were similar in lake and gauze enclosures, the intermediate macrophyte biomass in the gauze enclosures may be explained by reduced wave action and mechanical stress. Alternatively, phytoplankton inhibition by allelopathic excretions from the macrophytes may have caused the high macrophyte biomass in the polythene, and an absence of sediment-disturbing fish the intermediate biomass in the gauze enclosures. Creation of sheltered areas may favour macrophyte growth through both mechanisms and we conclude that this can be an important tool in littoral biomanipulation.  相似文献

In southwest Sweden, the two species of loon, Gavia stellata and G. arctica, have shown different trends in population size and production of young during the last decades. Both species fish in oligotrophic freshwaters, susceptible to acidification. The number of breeding sites occupied by G. stellata has been reduced by almost 50% during the last 40–50 years. For G. arctica, there are no indications of significant declines in population size or reproductive success during the last 20 years. The different trends in numbers and production of young might reflect different susceptibility to the ecological changes in acidified lakes. G. stellata prefer fishing lakes with high abundance of Acerina cernua and salmonid and cyprinid fish, such as Coregonus albula and Rutilus rutilus. They also feed their prefledged chicks almost entirely on cyprinid and salmonid fish. G. arctica prefer fishing lakes with high transparency and, when feeding in groups, high abundance of Perca fluviatilis. Their young can be fed on aquatic insects as a supplement to the fish diet. Thus, G. stellata to a higher degree than G. arctica relies on fish which are susceptible to low pH, and G. arctica may also benefit from the increased abundance of aquatic insects in lakes with reduced predation from fish. Furthermore, high water transparency is important for the selection of lakes by G. arctica but not by G. stellata. In G. stellata, high contents of mercury in eggs can be related to the intake of fish in lakes affected by acidification.  相似文献

Summary We began this experiment to test specific hypotheses regarding direct and indirect effects of fish predation on the littoral macroinvertebrate community of Bays Mountain Lake, Tennessee. We used 24 m2 enclosures in which we manipulated the presence and absence of large redear sunfish (Lepomis microlophus>150 mm SL), and small sunfish (L. macrochirus and L. microlophus <50 mm SL) over a 16-mo period. Here we report on effects of fish predation on gastropod grazers that appear to cascade to periphyton and macrophytes.Both large redear sunfish and small sunfish maintained low snail biomass, but snails in fish-free controls increased significantly during the first 2-mo of the experiment. By late summer of the first year of the experiment, the difference in biomass between enclosures with and without fish had increased dramatically (>10×). Midway through the second summer of the experiment, we noted apparent differences in the abundance of periphyton between enclosures containing fish and those that did not. We also noted differences in the macrophyte distribution among enclosures. To document these responses, we estimated periphyton cover, biovolume and cell size frequencies as well as macrophyte distributions among enclosures at the end of the experiment. When fish were absent, periphyton percent cover was significantly reduced compared to when fish were present. Periphyton cell-size distributions in enclosures without fish were skewed toward small cells (only 12% were greater than 200 m3), which is consistent with intense snail grazing. The macrophyte Najas flexilis had more than 60 x higher biomass in the fish-free enclosures than in enclosures containing fish; Potamogeton diversifolius was found only in fish-free enclosures. These results suggest a chain of strong interactions (i.e. from fish to snails to periphyton to macrophytes) that may be important in lake littoral systems. This contrasts sharply with earlier predictions based on cascading trophic interactions that propose that fish predation on snails would enhance macrophyte biomass.  相似文献

The effects of food density on competition between Bosmina longirostris and Bosmina fatalis from Lake Kasumigaura were examined in the laboratory. When the animals were reared with a high concentration of Chlorella, B. fatalis, which is slightly larger than B. longirostris in body length, had larger brood sizes and a higher rate of population growth than B. longirostris. When the species were reared together at high food density, B. fatalis overcame B. longirostris. But B. longirostris won the competition at low food density.The effects of Microcystis on the competition were also examined. When the two species of Bosmina were reared in a mixture of Chlorella and Microcystis, the populations of both species hardly increased, although individual B fatalis showed slightly better individual growth and reproduction than B. longirostris. Decomposed Microcystis, however, was utilized well by both species.In Lake Kasumigaura, the decomposition of abundant Microcystis seemed to raise the food level, favouring B. fatalis over B. longirostris.  相似文献

The roles of gibberellic acid (GA3) and fusicoccin (FC) in the elongation growth and acidification of the medium by excised hypocotyl sections of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) were investigated. Hypocotyl sections incubated in buffer without GA3 elongate optimally at pH 4.0–4.25 while sections incubated with GA3 show the same growth between pH 4.25 and 6.0. Preincubation of sections at pH 6.0 for 6 h does not affect the subsequent elongation response to acidic medium (pH 4.25); however, the sections become refractory to further acid treatment after their initial burst of growth in response to pH 4.25. Sections made refractory to acid are responsive to GA3 application, however, and the rate of growth in response to GA3 of sections pretreated for 6 h at pH 4.25 is 85% of that of sections pretreated at pH 6.0. Although preincubation of sections for 48 h in medium at pH 6.0 abolishes the GA3 response, it does not affect the response to buffer at pH 4.25. FC stimulates elongation growth in letuce hypocotyls at an optimal concentration of 1 M, and pretreatment of sections at pH 4.25 does not affect this elongation response. Although both GA3 and FC increase elongation of the section, neither causes appreciable acidification of the medium. Addition of KCl or NaCl to FC-treated sections causes rapid medium acidification but addition of salts to GA3-treated tissue does not cause acidification. Abrasion of the hypocotyl to remove the cuticle does not enhance acidification of the medium by the sections nor deos it affect elongation of the sections in response to GA3 or FC. Medium acidification by the sections is not a passive process since it is abolished both by low temperature (2° C) and metabolic inhibitors (carbonyl cyanide-m-chlorophenyl-hydrazone, azide). The acidification of the medium by barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) roots in response to FC is also dependent on the presence of KCl. 不同林型土壤的酸化缓冲能力不同,真菌在土壤系统中扮演着重要的角色,而对土壤真菌群落结构和组成与土壤酸化的关系缺乏深入研究。以重庆铁山坪林场的马尾松纯林(Pi)和经马尾松纯林改造后的香樟纯林(Ci)、木荷纯林(Sc)、马尾松-香樟混交林(Pi_Ci)以及马尾松-木荷混交林(Pi_Sc)为研究对象,每个林型分别设置4个20 m×20 m的样地,分别采集腐殖质层(O层)和淋溶层(A层)土壤进行土壤性质及真菌群落分析,以探讨酸雨区森林土壤真菌群落与缓解土壤酸化的关系。研究表明:(1)与Pi相比,Ci土壤酸化明显缓解(高pH低NH4 : NO3),且能有效提高土壤全磷(TP)含量;而Sc虽然土壤pH值与Pi没有显著差异,但显著(P<0.05)提高了NH4 : NO3,且显著降低土壤TP和全钾(TK)含量(P<0.05);(2)不同林型土壤真菌群落多样性以Ci最为丰富,且表征土壤酸化的指标pH值、阳离子交换量(CEC)与真菌多样性显著正相关(P<0.05),NH4 : NO3与多样性显著负相关(P<0.05);(3)林型和土层都对真菌群落结构有显著影响(P<0.001),且林型的影响大于土层的影响;而土壤酸化程度将五个林型的土壤真菌群落区分成两个大类:Ci和Pi_Ci;Pi,Sc以及Pi_Sc。(4) Ci中有益菌(如Mortierella)更多,Pi以外生菌根真菌占优势(Russulaceae、Russula、Tomentella以及Sebacina);Sc以及Pi_Sc则含有更多的植物病原菌(CladophialophoraPaecilomyces,Venturiales)、嗜酸菌及产酸菌(PaecilomycesPenicillium)。在酸雨区受损马尾松林地种植香樟促进土壤真菌多样性提高,且产酸真菌、嗜酸菌丰度降低,而有益真菌丰度增加,可有效缓解土壤酸化;而种植木荷后土壤中的病原菌、嗜酸菌和产酸菌相对丰度增加,导致土壤进一步酸化。因此,通过将受酸雨损害严重的马尾松纯林改造成香樟纯林或马尾松-香樟混交林,有助于缓解土壤的酸化,实现酸雨区森林生态系统的可持续发展。  相似文献

We evaluate trophic interactions between the rotifer Asplanchna priodonta and the plankton community of Lake Windsborn (Eifel District, Germany). The long-term population dynamics of this species and of the two most abundant zooplankton species, Keratella cochlearis and Bosmina longirostris, were analyzed in relation to hydrochemical and climatic variates. The maximum abundance of A. priodonta was limited to the summer months with temperature being the only significant predictor of abundance. Intrinsic rate of growth and abundance of the three species were independent from each other suggesting the absence of trophic interactions. In Lake Windsborn, A. priodonta was a grazer rather than a predator. Its diet included high proportions of colonial algae and cyanobacteria which cannot be ingested by the other abundant zooplankton species, whereas zooplanktonic food were rarely found. Thus, our study supports the hypothesis that A. priodonta is an opportunistic feeder whose trophic position entirely depends on the structure of the plankton community.  相似文献

Summary The effect of a predatory leech, Nephelopsis obscura, on survivorship, growth, and production of chronomid larvae was studied by enclosure experiments carried out in a small pond. The prey population was composed almost entirely of the tubiculous, microphagous chironomid larvae, Chironomus riparius and Glyptotendipes paripes. Nephelopsis significantly reduced chironomid survivorship within the enclosures, and accounted for most of the measured mortality of fourth instar larvae. The cropping by Nephelopsis was not significantly biased toward either prey species. In long-term experiments (66 d) chironomid biomass in enclosures without leeches reached much higher levels than in enclosures containing Nephelopsis. This increase in biomass was due to growth of surviving larvae, rather than recruitment, since emergence and oviposition were not going on during the course of the experiments. The enhanced survivorship of larvae within leech-free enclosures was eventually accompanied by reduced growth and specific production (daily production/biomass) for C. riparius, which made up about 90% of the larval population. Growth and specific production of G. paripes (10% of larval population) was not affected. Short-term experiments (25 d) involving manipulation of densities and species ratio (9:1 CR:GP and 1:9 CR:GP) of larvae revealed that growth of the majority species was strongly influenced by larval density, whereas growth of the minority species was not. The same pattern was observed both in the presence and in the absence of Nephelopsis and was a result of differences in resource utilization between the two species. In the shortterm experiments, growth rates estimated for larvae exposed to leeches were significantly less than those for larvae in leech-free enclosures. This could be due either to size-biased consumption of larvae by Nephelopsis, or possibly a disturbance factor leading to reduced larval food intake and/or increased metabolic costs.  相似文献

Employingin situ enclosures containing inocula of the lake zooplankton (mainlyDaphnia galeata, Daphnia cucullata andBosmina spp.) from a moderately eutrophic Lake Ros (Northern Poland) or large-bodiedDaphina magna, the following observations on succession of phytoplankton were made: 1) whereasD. magna could control the density of all the photoplankton size classes, the lake zooplankton could not suppress the large-sized phytoplankters or net phytoplankton; 2) the lake zooplankton was able to control the density of small algae (< 50μm), but its effect on large algae may be opposite: a promotion of net phytoplankton growth by removing small-sized algae which can out-compete net phytoplankton for limited PO4-P resources (<5μg P l−1). Since efficiency of phytoplankton density control byD. magna decreased with an increase in net phytoplankton abundance, biomanipulation could not be successful without introducing or maintaining a high population of large-bodied cladoceran species before high densities of large algae would make the control of phytoplankton inefficient.  相似文献

We analyzed the effects of planktivorous Holeshestes heterodon Eigenmann (Characidae) predation on the plankton community of a small subtropical reservoir, using four enclosures (volume about 17.5 m3), open to the sediment, established in the littoral zone. Two enclosures were stocked with fish (mean TL 5.7 cm), at a density of about 4–5 fish m–3 (approx. 8 g m–3), whereas two remained fishless. The experiment lasted a little longer than one month. In the fish enclosures, most Crustacea and Chaoborus larvae remained scarce, probably as a result of visually selective fish predation. In both fishless enclosures, Chaoborus larvae became abundant. However, in only one of these did large individuals become relatively numerous; this discrepancy in the demographic structure of the Chaoborus populations between the two fishless enclosures is unexplained. Only in the fishless enclosure without appreciable numbers of large Chaoborus did densities of Crustacea increase greatly. It is suggested that in the enclosure containing large Chaoborus individuals, crustacean populations were prevented from developing due to predation pressure, while the small Chaoborus larvae of the other enclosure could not readily consume these prey. Rotifers were low in abundance in the absence of fish, probably as a consequence of Chaoborus predation. Phytoplankton density increased in all four enclosures, due probably to the lack of water flow. Only in the fishless enclosure with high densities of crustaceans did phytoplankton abundance decrease markedly at the end of the experiment, perhaps because of grazing losses.  相似文献

Synopsis Genetic variation and phylogenetic relationship of Leiocassis longirostris populations from the Yangtze River were investigated at mitochondrial DNA level. The samples were collected from the upstream and mid-downstream of the Yangtze River. Three mitochondrial DNA fragments, ND5/6, cytochrome b (Cyt b) and control region (D-loop), were amplified and then digested by 10 restriction endonucleases. Twenty-three D-loop fragments randomly selected were sequenced. Digestion patterns of ND5/6 by AluI and HaeIII, D-loop by HinfI and RsaI, and Cyt b by HaeIII were polymorphic. Ten and eighteen haplotypes were obtained from RFLP data and sequence data, respectively. The individuals from upstream and mid-downstream of the Yangtze River were apparently divided into two groups. The average genetic distance was 0.008 and 0.010 according to the two data. Low diversities and decreasing abundance indicated that Leiocassis longirostris may be in severe danger and reasonable measures of fishery management should be taken.  相似文献

Invertebrate predators may cause strong changes in behaviour, life-history, and morphology of prey species. However, little is known about the influence of jellyfish on such characteristics of their prey. This study analyses the impacts of the freshwater jellyfish Craspedacusta sowerbii on life history and morphological defenses in a population of the cladoceran Bosmina longirostris . Length of mucro and antennule, size-dependent number of eggs, size at maturity, and size of juveniles, adults, and egg-carrying females were investigated during a 23 days experiment using medusae-enriched and control enclosures filled with natural plankton populations. Significant differences in parameters investigated were found not only between treatments, but also within treatments over time. Changes in Bosmina life-history parameters and morphology in controls were probably due to predation by cyclopoid copepods. The significant increase in the size of adults and egg-carrying females as well as the increase in mucro and antennule length in medusae-enriched enclosures are discussed as defense strategies against the freshwater jellyfish.  相似文献

Summary Densities of the cladoceran, Holopedium gibberum, were manipulated in 18 enclosures containing juvenile (age 0+) yellow perch (Perca flavescens) and mean-lake densities of other zooplankton. In enclosures, where nearlake densities of all zooplankton species including Holopedium were maintained, young-of-the-year perch grew significantly heavier and longer than in experimental enclosures where Holopedium was excluded. Holopedium comprised between 15–45% of the diet (wet weight) of perch in the first 2 weeks of July in the control treatment (Holopedium at or near ambient lake densities) and only 3–7% of total biomass ingested in the experimental treatment (Holopedium density selectively reduced). Predation on Holopedium decreased dramatically after the 2nd week of July in the control treatment after which Chaoborus, chironomids, and Sida became dominant prey items (by weight) of juvenile perch. These findings suggest that growth and survivorship of age 0+ perch in Precambrian Shield lakes may be coupled to Holopedium abundance. Thus, utilization of Holopedium by young-of-the-year yellow perch may affect recruitment of this species since overwintering survivorship, range of accessible prey sizes or species, and vulnerability of juvenile perch to predation by larger fish depend on body size, which is reduced when Holopedium is excluded from the diet.  相似文献

The effects of pulsed acidification on invertebrate densities and drift, and water chemistry, in a high altitude Sierra Nevada stream were measured using artificial stream channels. Water was diverted from the Marble Fork of the Kaweah River, California, U.S.A., through twelve replicate channels; however, low flow in the summer of 1985 eliminated all but four of these channels. Channels were stocked with natural substrates and organisms from the Marble Fork of the Kaweah River. After a three week acclimation period, we simulated a low pH rain event by adding acid (H2SO4 and HNO3) to two of the channels, reducing pH to 5.0 for 6 hours. The other two channels acted as controls (pH 6.4). During acid additions, Baetis spp. drift in acidified channels was ca. 7 times higher than in control channels (F = 39.02, p < 0.025; data fourth root transformed, ANOVA), and the percentage of drifting baetids that was dead was significantly higher in acidified than control channels (46% vs. 0%, F = 29.86, p < 0.05; arcsine square root transformed data, ANOVA). Other taxa showed no significant drift responses, and benthic densities of all taxa showed no effects two days after acidification, probably owing to rapid recolonization by invertebrate drift in influent waters. Stream chemistry data are presented; heavy metal concentrations did not significantly increase in the 2 m stream channels.  相似文献

Summary The influence of food density on respiration rate was measured for two cladoceran plankton species, Daphnia galeata and Bosmina longirostris, over the range 0 to 2.5 mg C 1-1, using the modified Winkler technique in order to examine how this affects the respiration rate and whether the functional response is the same in the two species. The respiration rate for animals of equivalent body size did not differ significantly between the two species in the absence of food, but was significantly lower in Bosmina longirostris than Daphnia galeata at high food density. Within a species, the response of respiration rate to changing food density did not differ among individuals of different body size. The respiration rate of D. galeata increased with increasing food density and reached a plateau at a high food density. A similar response curve was also found with the respiration rate of B. longirostris, although the response was less conspicuous. This response curve cannot be explained by the energy cost of known feeding behavior in cladocerans. Since the respiration rate related linearly with the assimilation rate, increase in food density seemed to increase the respiration rate by increasing the energetic cost required to process food biochemically, known as specific dynamic action.  相似文献

Summary A study has been made of microbial processes in the oxidation of pyrite in aicd sulphate soil material. Such soils are formed during aeration of marine muds rich in pyrite (FeS2). Bacteria of the type ofThiobacillus ferrooxidans are mainly responsible for the oxidation of pyrite, causing a pronounced acidification of the soil. However, becauseThiobacillus ferrooxidans functions optimally at pH values bellow 4.0, its activity cannot explain the initial pH drop from approximately neutral to about 4. This was shown to be a non-biological process, in which bacteria play an insignificant part. AlthoughThiobacillus thioparus andThiobacillus thiooxidans were isolated from the acidifying soil, they did not stimulate oxidation of FeS2, but utilized reduced sulphur compounds, which are formed during the non-biological oxidation of FeS2.Ethylene-oxide-sterilized and dry-sterilized soil inoculated with pure cultures of mixtures of various thiobacilli or with freshly sampled acid sulphate soil soil did not acidify faster than sterile blanks.Thiobacillus thiooxians. Thiobacillus thioparus. Thiobacillus intermedius andThiobacillus perometabolis increased from about 104 to 105 cells/ml in media with FeS2 as energy source. However, FeS2 oxidation in the inoculated media was not faster than in sterile blanks.Attempts to isolate microorganisms other thanThiobacillus ferrooxidans, like metallogenium orLeptospirillum ferrooxidans, which might also be involved in the oxidation of FeS2 were not successful.Addition of CaCO3 to the soil prevented acidification but did not stop non-biological oxidation of FeS2.  相似文献

为揭示毛竹集约经营对土壤固碳细菌的影响,分别采集集约经营时间为0、10、15、20年和25年的毛竹林土壤(0—20 cm和20—40 cm)土壤,应用实时荧光定量PCR、T-RFLP以及cbbL基因文库方法,分析毛竹林长期集约经营过程中土壤固碳细菌丰度和群落结构多样性的变化,通过冗余分析(RDA)探讨影响土壤固碳细菌群落的主要环境因素。结果表明,长期的集约经营显著提高了毛竹林表层和亚表层土壤的养分含量,土壤pH值却明显降低。集约经营毛竹林土壤固碳微生物数量并未表现出与SOC的相关性,而与N素水平的变化显著相关。具体表现为:随着集约经营的进行表层cbbL基因丰度呈先上升(10年)后下降的规律,与氮素水平呈正相关(P0.05);亚表层土壤cbbL基因丰度则呈直线下降的趋势,与C∶N呈正相关(P0.05)。集约经营导致表层和亚表层土壤微生物群落结构改变,表层固碳细菌多样性指数下降。由系统发育分析可知,不可培养固碳细菌占56%比例,土壤中共同的优势种类多为变形菌和放线菌,以兼性自养为主。RDA分析结果表明土壤酸化和养分积累是毛竹林土壤固碳细菌群落和多样性变化的重要原因。  相似文献

Some mugilid fish are known to enhance small phytoplankton in freshwater macrophyte-free environments due to zooplankton depletion. This suggests that they may have negative effects on natural macrophyte beds of freshwater and oligohaline lagoons due to phytoplantkon enhancement. To test this hypothesis, we compared the ecosystems of control enclosures that contained no fish with those of enclosures stocked with Liza saliens at two different densities. The occurrence of L. saliens at a density of 321±92.42 kg ha–1 reduced cladoceran density, depleted epiphytic chironomid larvae, enhanced mayfly nymphs and cyclopoid copepods and reduced the organic matter content of sediment, all in comparison with control enclosures. At a density of 673±42.04 kg ha–1, L. saliens reduced total zooplankton density, depleted epiphytic and sediment dwelling chironomid larvae and enhanced mayfly nymphs. The organic matter contents of sediment was not affected. These results showed that L. saliens was very effective in reducing zooplankton density even when macrophyte biomass was high. However, these effects do not affect phytoplankton density, probably because zooplankton was dominated by species with low filter-feeding rates and macrophytes depleted nutrients.  相似文献

为了比较研究酸雨与紫外辐射对淡水水体常见藻华蓝藻的生理学影响,选取铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)产毒(FACHB-905)与不产毒(FACHB-469)株系作为实验材料,通过人工模拟酸雨,研究了不同p H处理后2藻株的光合生理变化以及对紫外辐射的敏感性的异同。实验设置3个p H梯度,p H7.10为对照组(正常培养基培养的藻体),两模拟酸雨处理组(p H5.65和p H4.50);两种辐射处理,可见光处理(PAR)以及全波长辐射处理(PAB)。研究结果表明,905藻株细胞粒径在各p H处理下都要显著高于469藻株,模拟酸雨处理显著降低了两藻株细胞的平均粒径及体积,但叶绿素含量显著提高;酸雨处理同时也引起细胞死亡率的增加,表现为藻体有效光化学效率显著降低,生长速率显著受到抑制,低p H下呈负增长,且这种抑制程度在469下更为显著。高的可见光以及紫外辐射处理,使两株系有效光化学效率随p H的降低而呈降低趋势,其中469藻株降低至更低的水平,且高光辐射以及紫外诱导的抑制率要显著高于905藻体,这可能与469藻株较低的光保护色素有关(较低的类胡萝卜素以及紫外吸收物质)。在未来全球变化背景下,不同种类的浮游植物对环境变化的响应及适应能力不同,可改变水体的群落结构和种群丰度,铜绿微囊藻905较469较强的耐受酸雨以及紫外辐射的能力,可能会使该株系在竞争力上占据优势。  相似文献
