本文研究了一种对马蹄进行综合利用及深加工的新方法,即先将马蹄各组分分离,获得马蹄汁、马蹄淀粉、马蹄纤维和马蹄蛋白,进而将它们深加工成马蹄饮料、马蹄羧甲基淀粉钠和马蹄纤维营养粉三个产品,从而大大提高了马蹄的利用率和经济价值,较之过去单一的加工方法,马蹄利用率可提高20%以上。  相似文献

对微波处理后绿竹笋的酸性洗涤纤维(acid detergent fiber, ADF)质量分数的变化及保鲜情况进行了研究,结果表明:ADF质量分数的增加,前期快、后期慢;对照(微波0 s)ADF质量分数增加速率显著高于各微波笋样;微波对其抑制作用明显.笋保鲜时间受到微波、微生物等因素的影响;低温保存、无保鲜剂涂膜,竹笋到第8天仍具较好的可食品质.  相似文献

采用化学法、酶法、酶与化学结合法从罗汉果渣中提取水不溶性膳食纤维,并且对三种提取方法所得的水不溶性膳食纤维产品特性进行了分析比较。研究结果表明,采用酶与化学结合法提取到的水不溶性膳食纤维产品纯度最高、生理活性最好,产率为87.15%,蛋白质含量为2.03%,持水力与膨胀力分别为3.807 g·g-1和1.69 mL·g-1。但从成本和实用方面考虑,还是以化学法为宜。  相似文献

细胞生长与代谢状况的变化密切有关,在细胞从分生期到成熟期的转变过程中,酶活性首先有很大的变化(Robison等1959)。DNase是参与核酸代谢的重要酶类之一,它在体内能降解DNA,但是它也可以参加 DNA的合成(Lehman 1967)。虽然在微生物和动物组织中已经证明 DNase的活性水平与DNA合成和生长速度之间具有正相关(Eley等1966,Shortman等1964),但是在高等植物中这方面的研究很少。竹笋生长极为迅速,而且在笋体生长过程中还会出现退败现象。关于竹笋生长和退败过程中DNase活性的变化尚无报道。为此,我们对竹笋DNase的活性与生长的关系进行了探讨,为阐明竹笋退败的生理原因和拟定防止措施提供参考。  相似文献

为了促进寿竹资源的开发和利用,我们对不同出土高度寿竹笋的营养成分进行研究,探讨了寿竹笋的竹笋品质及其利用价值。寿竹笋的基本营养成分随出土高度不同具有一定的差异。在10 cm以下出土高度时,寿竹笋的维生素C、蛋白质、糖分等基本营养成分以及Ca、Fe、Mn等矿质元素的含量均为最高,其蛋白质的营养价值也最高。常量元素的含量依次是K>Ca>Mg>Na,微量元素含量依次是Zn>Fe>Mn>Cu,除Mn元素外其余矿质元素随笋龄的增加均未呈现明显的规律性变化。寿竹笋的含水率、VC含量、粗蛋白、总糖、灰分含量以及氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸的含量均高于相同出土高度的毛竹笋,其蛋白质的营养价值也远高于毛竹笋。结果表明,寿竹笋最佳采摘的出土高度为10cm以下;寿竹笋的营养物质丰富、笋味鲜美,具有极高的营养价值和保健功能。  相似文献

目的:通过选择不同的模型蛋白,探讨准确的研究静电纺丝纳米纤维支架的体外释放和快速的测定蛋白活性的方法.方法:通过O/W乳液法静电纺丝制备纳米纤维,并用扫描电镜对纳米纤维表面进行了表征.以GM-CSF为模型蛋白,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法考察纤维的体外释放行为;以BSA为模型蛋白,用SEC-H-PLC比较纤维制备前后蛋白的聚集情况;以β-半乳糖苷酶为模型蛋白,用ONPG法比较纤维制备前后酶的催化活性.结果:纤维表面平滑,直径均一,呈现互相连通的三维网状结构.纤维在5天内释放90%以上;纤维中回收的BSA单体比例为66.53%;β-半乳糖苷酶在纤维中的催化活性保持原活性的3.37%.结论:通过选择不同的模型蛋白,能够准确的测定静电纺丝纤维的体外释放,快速的考察纤维中的蛋白活性,对于更好的研究蛋白药物纳米纤维支架具有重要的参考价值.  相似文献

缺苞箭竹(Fargesia denudata)是岷山山系大熊猫的主食竹,其可食性在大熊猫食物营养质量评价中具有重要意义。为揭示海拔梯度上温差对大熊猫主食竹营养成分及其含量的影响,以自然生长在岷山山系核心区四川王朗国家级自然保护区不同海拔(2600、2850、3100 m)的缺苞箭竹为对象,对其笋、秆和叶的营养成分和氨基酸含量进行了研究。结果表明:(1)同一海拔缺苞箭竹的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均表现为叶笋秆,且笋、秆和叶的营养成分含量有显著差异(P0.05);(2)粗蛋白和氨基酸总量随海拔升高而显著增加(P0.05),而对粗脂肪和粗纤维的影响不显著(P0.05);(3)除笋中苏氨酸、甘氨酸、半胱氨酸,秆中丝氨酸、蛋氨酸以及叶中半胱氨酸外,海拔对其余氨基酸含量均有显著影响(P0.05);(4)海拔对粗蛋白/粗脂肪、粗蛋白/粗纤维有显著影响(P0.05),在笋和秆中表现为海拔3100 m最高,而海拔对纤维素/粗纤维、粗脂肪/粗纤维的影响不显著(P0.05)。缺苞箭竹叶、笋的营养成分含量明显高于秆;高海拔有利于缺苞箭竹各器官粗蛋白和氨基酸的积累,不利于粗纤维的积累,这可能使大熊猫的取食选择发生改变,更倾向于取食高海拔的笋和叶。  相似文献

As one of the largest members of Poaceae family, bamboo is a very important agricultural plant in the world. The development of bamboo shoot is very special and particularly significant to bamboo production. Understanding the developmental differences between bamboo shoot and rhizome shoot is extremely valuable for us to further elucidate the mechanism of bamboo shoot formation since both bamboo shoot and rhizome shoot develop directly from rhizome bud underground. In this paper, miRNA chips with 413 miRNA probes were used to compare miRNA expressions between bamboo shoot and rhizome shoot. The experiment revealed 64 bamboo shoot upregulated and 56 rhizome shoot up-regulated miRNAs which were classified into four major categories according to deep sequencing based target prediction. Meristem and morphological development related miRNAs were most important in bamboo shoot, especially miR171 and miR156 members. While in rhizome shoot the mainstream of miRNA expressions was metabolism and nutrition related ones, especially miR395 members. The meristem and morphological development related miRNAs in bamboo shoot showed some embryonic characteristics and suggested the participation of several phytohormones like gibberellin, cytokinin and auxin, which were absent in those miRNAs of rhizome shoot. Further qRT-PCR detections of 21 up-regulated miRNAs in bamboo seedlings indicated that 12 ones were regulated to varying degrees by some environmental factors. Among them, rhizome shoot upregulated osa-miR395b was the most environment-sensitive miRNA, particularly to dehydration. And the bamboo shoot up-regulated osa-miR399j proved uniquely and strongly induced by phosphor. The existence of multiple regulation sites from same miRNA suggested the probability of crosstalks among meristem development, metabolism and stress response during bamboo shoot and rhizome shoot development.  相似文献

以安徽省黄山区毛竹林样地内2018年春笋和新竹为研究对象,以传统择伐林为对照(CK),设置4个梯度的采伐强度,分别为3m采伐带(D1)、6m采伐带(D2)、9m采伐带(D3)和12m采伐带(D4),分析带状采伐后毛竹林主要生产力指标(春笋数量、新竹数量、胸径和生物量等)的差异,探讨不同强度带状采伐方式对毛竹林恢复更新的影响程度,为毛竹林合理带状采伐提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)4种带状采伐处理单位面积发笋数量均大于对照,且随采伐强度增加,单位面积发笋数量呈现增加的趋势;较高采伐强度(9m和12m采伐带)下单位面积退笋数量和退笋率比采伐强度较低处理(3m和6m采伐带)和CK更低;单位面积成竹数量和成竹率以较高采伐强度(9m和12m采伐带)处理下相对较高。(2)4种带状采伐处理的新竹平均胸径均小于对照,较高采伐强度(9m和12m采伐带)下新竹平均胸径显著小于母竹,林地中小径级新竹比例增加,且新竹胸径与采伐带边距呈负相关关系。(3)4种带状采伐处理下单位面积新竹地上生物量均小于对照,表现为CK>D3>D4>D2>D1。研究认为,毛竹林恢复的质量特征对不同强度带状采伐措施存在响应差异,6~9m采伐带的毛竹林恢复能力较强,但毛竹林带状采伐后恢复是一个周期性过程,需要综合考虑不同强度带状采伐措施对新竹质量影响的长期效应。  相似文献

采用人工模拟降雨的试验手段,设定6个降雨强度(31.8~114.0 mm·h-1),通过测试径流量、泥沙量、径流中总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)浓度,研究了浙江省2种不同经营方式竹林(用材竹林和笋竹林)坡地(坡度20°)径流的载荷特征及机理.结果表明:用材竹林地的总径流量和径流系数均高于笋竹林地;笋竹林地的径流含沙量和总产沙量远大于用材竹林地;相同雨强下,笋竹林地降雨径流中的TN浓度为用材竹林地的5~6倍,笋竹林坡地径流中TN浓度随雨强增大而减小;用材竹林地降雨径流中TP浓度高于笋竹林地,笋竹林地泥沙中TP流失量是用材竹林地的数百倍;在TN和TP随径流泥沙的流失过程中,产流前期浓度起主要作用,后期径流量和产沙量起决定作用.  相似文献

Before answering the question of when dietary fiber can be considered a functional food we must first decide what can be called a dietary fiber. The generally accepted definition of dietary fiber is that of Trowell that dietary fiber consists of the remnants of edible plant cells polysaccharides, lignin, and associated substances resistant to (hydrolysis) digestion by the alimentary enzymes of humans. In Japan the food tables list the dietary fiber content of animal as well as plant tissues, while many countries accept saccharides of less than DP-10 as dietary fiber (inulin, oligofructose, Fibersol-2, polydextrose, fructooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides etc.). These shorter chain oligosaccharides do not precipitate as dietary fiber in the standard Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC) method, which is accepted by the US Food & Drug Administration, the US Department of Agriculture and the Food & Agriculture Organization of the World Health Organization for nutrition labeling purposes. In the United Kingdom the term dietary fiber has been replaced in nutrition labeling by nonstarch polysaccharides. Therefore the American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) commissioned an ad hoc committee of scientists to evaluate continuing validity of the currently used definition, and if appropriate, to modify and update that definition. Obtaining scientific input from the community of analysts, health professionals, and dietary fiber researchers was considered a high priority. To this end three meetings were held in the space of six months to assure input from all persons knowledgeable in the field with the answer expected sometime before 2000. Dietary fiber can be considered a functional food when it imparts a special function to that food aside from the normal expected function and similarly when the dietary fiber is used as an additive to foods. For example, dietary fiber contributes to colonic health, bifidobacterial or lactobacillus stimulation in the gut, coronary artery health, cholesterol reduction, glucose metabolism, insulin response, blood lipids, cancer etc. The author discusses in detail the functional food properties of dietary fiber.  相似文献

长足大竹象Cyrtotrachelus buqueti Guerin-Meneville是当前竹林主要害虫, 专一地取食危害丛生竹笋梢。本研究应用电镜扫描、气质色谱联用(GC-MS)及触角电位(EAG)技术, 分析了长足大竹象成虫触角的超微结构、不同竹笋挥发物的成分及其与成虫的触角电位反应, 以期分析长足大竹象寡食竹笋的原因。结果表明长足大竹象成虫触角上感知竹笋挥发物的锥形感器数量最多、密度最大。气质色谱联用在竹笋挥发性物质中检测到28种物质, 醛类物质相对含量最高, 其次是醇类和酸类物质。EAG分析表明苯甲醛等13种竹笋挥发物的相对触角电位值显著高于对照, 以苯甲醛的EAG值最高。结果提示丛生竹笋梢高含量和特有的挥发物成分可能是吸引长足大竹象取食竹笋的重要物质, 长足大竹象对竹笋气味的识别很大可能是根据以苯甲醛为主要成分组成的、具有特定成分比例的化学指纹图谱。本研究为研制长足大竹象取食引诱剂提供了理论依据。  相似文献

2007和2008年8月上旬,通过野外调查研究了四川长足大竹象虫口密度、虫孔数、竹笋受害率之间的相关关系.结果表明:研究区长足大竹象平均虫口密度与平均虫孔数、平均虫口密度与竹笋受害率、竹笋受害率与平均虫孔数3对变量用一元三次函数拟合的效果最佳,其相关系数均达到极显著水平.根据最优拟合方程建立了虫口密度、竹笋受害率的预测表,得出长足大竹象的防治指标为虫口密度0.13 头·笋-1、虫孔数0.40 个·笋-1.  相似文献

Moso bamboo is a large, woody bamboo with the highest ecological, economic and cultural value of all the bamboo types and accounts for up to 70% of the total area of bamboo grown. However, the spatiotemporal variation role of moso bamboo shoot during growth period is still unclear. We found that the bamboo shoot growth can be divided into three distinct periods, including winter growth, early growth and late growth based on gene expression and anatomy. In the early growth period, lateral buds germinated from the top of the bamboo joint in the shoot tip. Intercalary meristems grew vigorously during the winter growth period and early growth period, but in the late growth period, mitosis in the intercalary meristems decreased. The expression of cell cycle‐associated genes and the quantity of differentially expressed genes were higher in early growth than those in late growth, appearing to be influenced by hormonal concentrations. Gene expression analysis indicates that hormone signalling genes play key roles in shoot growth, while auxin signalling genes play a central role. In situ hybridization analyses illustrate how auxin signalling genes regulate apical dominance, meristem maintenance and lateral bud development. Our study provides a vivid picture of the dynamic changes in anatomy and gene expression during shoot growth in moso bamboo, and how hormone signalling‐associated genes participate in moso bamboo shoot growth.  相似文献
