保护城市生物多样性、在城市中营造生物多样性生境是城市可持续发展的重要挑战。不断加快的城市化进程对生物多样性造成严重影响,城市生物多样性保护在新型城镇化和生态建设中日益紧迫。生境花园作为城市生物多样性保护的一种模式,厘清其在高密度城市中实现生物多样性保护的机制与效果,探索其科学的建设管理模式具有重要意义。本研究采用案例分析法,通过调研长宁区生境花园的生物多样性现状、居民参与建设和使用情况、生境花园管理模式等,梳理分析了上海市长宁区生境花园所处区域的绿地斑块分布现状、生境花园建设前后的生境条件、政策的促进作用与建成效果,探讨了高密度城市中社区更新背景下实现社区尺度生物多样性保护的模式,并提出相应的生物多样性保护策略。研究结果表明,生境花园是一个低维护管理的自然演替生态系统,作为城市绿地的基本单元,不仅填补了城市小尺度生物多样性保护的空白,而且分布具有空间异质性,对城市绿色生态网络的完善和生物多样性保护格局的优化起到重要作用,然而,生境花园依然存在知识技术方面入门难、资金投入量大、潜在障碍等问题。生境花园有效实现生物多样性保护的4种主要建设管理模式包括:(1)过程管理。包括前期选址、确定生物...  相似文献

为探究黄土丘陵区土地覆盖和生物多样性功能演化,评价生物多样性保护视角下的最优生境,研究以宁夏彭阳县为研究区,1995、2000、2005、2010、2015年的Landsat TM影像为基础数据,集成3S技术获取土地覆盖时空动态变化特征,采用陷阱法于2012和2013年6—8月在研究区灌草混交林地、乔灌混交林地等6种不同生境内采集地表甲虫样本数据,利用InVEST-Habitate Quality模型评价生物多样性功能,结合采样数据探究最佳生境,借助CA-Marcov模型模拟研究区2020年土地覆盖及生物多样性功能。研究结果表明:(1)1995—2015年彭阳县土地覆盖及生物多样性功能发生显著变化,未利用地减少,城镇用地快速扩张,生境中天然封育草地和水平农田地变化明显,研究期间生物多样性功能经历了退化-优化的转变,2015年最佳;(2)模拟2020年土地覆盖中的水平农田地、城镇用地等较2015年有显著变化,生物多样性功能提高;(3)灌草混交林地是彭阳县生物多样性功能保护的最优生境,生境中固有的"88542"水平沟整地措施可作为当地典型生态恢复的最优模式;(4)InVEST模型和CA-Markov模型综合利用,普适性及准确性较好,研究区水平沟、鱼鳞坑、"88542"等水土保持工程和退耕还林还草、生态功能区划等生态恢复策略的实施和建设成效显著。  相似文献

综述了草地生态系统退化的现状、原因及其恢复途径;综述了菌根在草地生态系统中的功能和作用的研究进展,表明菌根是草地生态系统中不可忽视的重要组成部分。菌根对草原生态系统的作用是多样的,重点讨论的是菌根对生物多样性的影响,提出维持草原生态系统的生物多样性是防止草地进一步退化的关键,菌根与植物的共生是是草场健康发展的关键。菌根生物技术在我国草地保护和草场恢复上具有重要的位置。  相似文献

青藏高原高寒草地生物多样性与生态系统功能的关系   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
生物多样性和生态系统功能(BEF)之间的关系是目前陆地生态系统生态学研究的热点, 对于生态系统的高效利用与管理意义重大, 而且对于退化生态系统功能的恢复及生物多样性的保护有重要的指导作用。高寒草地是青藏高原生态系统的主体, 近年来, 在气候变化与人为干扰等因素的驱动下, 高寒草地生态系统功能严重衰退。为此, 本文在综述物种多样性和生态系统功能及其相互关系研究进展的基础上, 首先从地下生态学过程研究、全球变化对生态系统多功能性的影响等方面解析了目前关于草地生物多样性和生态系统功能研究中存在的问题。继而, 从不同草地类型、草地退化程度、放牧、模拟气候变化、刈割、施肥、封育和补播等干扰利用方式对高寒草地物种多样性与生态系统功能的影响进行了全面的评述。并指出了高寒草地BEF研究中存在的不足, 今后应基于物种功能多样性开展高寒草地BEF研究, 全面且综合地考虑非生物因子(养分资源、外界干扰、环境波动等)对生物多样性与生态系统功能之间关系的影响, 关注尺度效应和要素耦合在全球气候变化对高寒草地BEF研究中的作用。最后, 以高寒草地BEF研究进展和结论为支撑依据, 综合提出了高寒草地资源利用和生物多样性保护的措施与建议: 加强放牧管理, 保护生物多样性; 治理退化草地, 维持生物多样性功能; 加强创新保护理念, 增强生态系统功能。  相似文献

坝上地区农田和恢复生境地表甲虫多样性   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
研究采用陷阱法对河北坝上崇礼县农田、禁牧草地及再造林地3种常见生境中地表甲虫进行了取样调查,分别从鞘翅目分科、步甲分种两个分类水平比较分析了不同生境中的生物多样性状况以评估生境恢复状况及其对生物多样性的影响,并探索在以生物多样性为指标评估生境恢复状况过程中,研究结论是否受分类水平的影响。结果显示,草地和林地具有较为相似鞘翅目和步甲的结构组成,但均显著不同于农田。农田较再造林地和禁牧草地具有更多的鞘翅目科数及步甲物种数,且均显著高于林地;农田中步甲群落的Fisher's α多样性指数也显著地高于林地,但鞘翅目分科水平上的Fisher's α多样性指数在各生境中没有差异。结果说明:(1)再造林和草地禁牧的生境修复活动在当前状态下对生物多样性恢复的作用尚不明显,仅是表现出促进了景观尺度上较高的Beta和Gamma多样性,而农田则在维持当地较高的生物多样性中扮演重要角色;(2)在鞘翅目分科和步甲科分种研究数据所反映的不同生境条件下的多样性和组成状况基本相同,因此在需要快速评估生境恢复状况且物种水平鉴定存在困难的时候,可以采用鞘翅目分科的数据替代指示生境恢复的状况并反映生境恢复对生物多样性影响的趋势,从而减少分类的难度并提高工作效率。但是物种水平的多样性状况更能显著反映生境间的差异。  相似文献

坝上地区农田及两种恢复生境中蜘蛛多样性与群落特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
蜘蛛是农田生态系统中重要的自然天敌,其生物多样性及群落特征直接决定了农田的害虫控制等生态系统服务功能质量。农田及其周边的恢复生境是蜘蛛重要的栖息地。本研究采用陷阱法,对河北省张家口市崇礼区871、1360、1635 m 3个海拔农田、自然恢复草地及人工修复林地的蜘蛛群落的物种组成、物种多样性和功能特征进行研究,分析不同恢复生境中蜘蛛群落特征。结果表明: 不同生境蜘蛛的物种多样性指数差异明显,人工修复林地蜘蛛的多度为124.3只,显著高于自然恢复草地(70.1)及农田(38.6)的蜘蛛多度;人工修复林地(16.3)与自然恢复草地(21.4)的物种丰富度没有显著差别,但均显著高于农田(8.9);人工修复林地(2.04)及自然恢复草地(2.05)的Shannon多样性指数差异不显著,且均显著高于农田(1.55)。3种生境的蜘蛛群落组成均具有显著差异;蜘蛛体长与蜘蛛捕猎类型呈正相关,大型蜘蛛倾向于通过捕猎获取食物;自然恢复草地与农田蜘蛛以游猎型为主,而人工修复林地倾向于拥有更多的结网型蜘蛛,高海拔地区的蜘蛛体积通常较小。自然恢复草地与人工修复林地均可以提升蜘蛛群落多样性,在区域生物多样性保护中起重要作用;不同生境蜘蛛群落组成出现了显著分化,即蜘蛛群落总体的功能特征发生改变和保留了部分生境特有种。2种恢复生境蜘蛛多样性指标优于农田生境,且2种恢复生境物种组成存在差异,均具有保护特有种的功能,研究结果对农田及区域尺度蜘蛛生物多样性保护与恢复具有指导意义。  相似文献

为研究生境恢复及地形变化导致的景观异质性对退化景观中生物多样性的影响,于2006和2007年对河北坝上3个不同海拔村庄的农田生境与恢复中的禁牧草地或再造林等半自然生境的尺蛾群落采用灯诱法进行取样调查,比较不同生境的尺蛾多样性.结果表明: 两种生境类型间物种数和个体数存在显著差异、不同海拔村庄物种数也存在显著差异,但不同海拔村庄间个体数差异不显著,不同海拔村庄间以及各村庄内农田和半自然生境稀疏标准化物种数和Fisher α指数无显著差异;非度量多维标度法(NMDS)显示不同海拔的不同生境下尺蛾群落结构显著不同.地形变化导致的景观异质性对坝上地区尺蛾群落组成及多样性影响显著,而无论是恢复中的草地、再造林等半自然生境还是农田生境均是维持尺蛾多样性的重要生境.注重不同地形条件下农田生境和半自然生境景观镶嵌体的保护对维持尺蛾群落γ多样性具有重要意义,但生境恢复能否促进尺蛾群落多样性恢复尚需长期监测.  相似文献

流域生境是生物生存和可持续发展的物质基础与环境保障,土地利用变化是影响生境质量的重要因素,分析土地利用与区域生境质量时空演变特征,对区域生物多样性保护与土地可持续利用具有重要意义。以闽江流域为研究区,基于2000-2015年的土地利用空间数据,构建CA-Markov模型模拟2025-2040年现有发展与生态保护情景下土地利用空间数据,利用InVEST模型分析2000-2040年生境质量空间格局。结果表明:(1)闽江流域森林覆盖率较高,现状条件下水田、旱地、针阔混交林、灌木林、草地与湿地面积呈下降趋势,其中草地减幅最大,达44.64%,针叶林、阔叶林、水域、建设用地、交通用地、采矿场与裸地面积呈上升趋势,其中交通用地涨幅最大,达到227.27%;模拟的土地利用Kappa系数达89.09%,模拟结果较好,生态保护情景在未来土地利用格局优化上优势明显。(2)研究期内闽江流域总体呈现较高的生境质量,基本维持在0.82的水平,城乡建设用地区域是生境质量低值的主要分布区,福州与长乐分布有最大的生境质量低值聚集区;生境质量分布与地形条件存在一定相关性,低值区多为海拔较低的区域。(3)2000-2015年闽江流域生境质量总体呈现衰退趋势,且降幅逐期升高,最高达0.24%;现有发展情景下降的趋势未得到有效缓解,生态保护情景下降趋势逐步有效缓解,同时生境质量为优等的栅格数量占比最大,最高达87.42%。(4)闽江流域上中游区域生境水平较下游高,现有发展情景下这种差距出现扩张趋势,生态保护情景下各区域则基本维持住2015年的生境质量水平。研究结果可为闽江流域土地资源可持续利用与生物多样性保护提供科学依据和决策参考,促进区域可持续发展。  相似文献

湖滨带是水陆生态交错带的一种类型,在湖泊流域生态系统中发挥着重要作用,具有较高的生态、社会和经济价值.湖滨带的功能包括:缓冲带功能、保持生物多样性及生境保护功能、护岸功能和经济美学价值.湖滨带退化的原因主要是人为因素引起的生物群落结构的逆向演替及生态功能下降,退化湖滨带生态恢复与重建的理论基础是恢复生态学,其生态恢复技术可划分为三大类:湖滨带生境恢复与重建技术、湖滨带生物恢复与重建技术、湖滨带生态系统结构与功能恢复技术.云南洱海湖滨带近3年的生态恢复与重建试验的生态调查结果表明,试验区水生植被得到恢复,水质净化作用明显,藻类得到抑制,浮游动物的构成和数量发生变化,湖滨带湿地生态系统的生物多样性和稳定性增加.  相似文献

经济社会快速发展推动区域土地利用格局发生了深刻转变,对生境质量和生物多样性产生了巨大影响。准确评估和预测土地利用变化背景下生境质量的时空演变特征和未来发展趋势,对区域生物多样性保护和可持续发展具有重要意义。以三峡库区典型流域大宁河流域为研究区,基于2000年、2010年和2018年3期土地利用数据,分析了土地利用及生境质量的时空演变特征,并结合土地利用预测模型模拟了2034年自然发展、经济优先、生态保护3种情景下土地利用和生境质量的格局特征。结果表明:2000—2018年水田、旱地、草地面积呈总体下降的趋势,而林地、城镇用地、农村居民点、其他城镇用地呈整体增加趋势,揭示了城镇化建设和生态保护修复并存的土地利用变化格局;2000—2018年大宁河流域生境质量呈先降低后增加的趋势,整体格局相对稳定,但局部地区生境质量仍逐渐恶化,且两极化趋势明显;在未来情境中,2034年大宁河流域生境质量表现为生态保护情景>自然发展情景>经济优先情景,生态保护情境下流域局部和整体生境质量均得到显著提升,未来大宁河流域生物多样性保护和区域可持续发展规划中应更加注重统筹经济发展和生态保护之间的关系。  相似文献

This article examines the rhino and elephant conservation policies of Zimbabwe, focusing on the historical experiences of rural farmers with colonial and post-colonial wildlife policies. It begins by defining the social and political ramifications of the current environmental conservation debate in Africa, and how these are crucially affected by rural people's perceptions of environmental goods. Next, the paper explores the exploitative colonial legacy of wildlife conservation in Zimbabwe, and how that legacy has or has not been transformed since independence. The paper pays close attention to the development of linkages between rural farmers, local conservation NGOs, and local and national governmental bodies. Finally, the paper finds that, while many positive linkages have been made between conservation authorities and rural farmers and ranchers in elephant conservation programs, few such linkages have been made in the various rhino conservation schemes. Since Zimbabwe has been relatively successful in conserving its elephant population, but relatively unsuccessful in stopping rhino poaching, the paper concludes that the development of positive linkages between rural farmers and the state, which include heavy doses of popular participation at the grassroots level, is crucial for any successful natural resource policy.  相似文献

Human–wildlife conflict (HWC) is a significant challenge for biodiversity conservation and sustainable development. Effective mitigation of HWC requires a multidisciplinary, holistic, and comprehensive approach. In the past two decades, scientific research has focused on HWC. It can be expected that in the next few years, the number of HWC literature will continue to increase. In this study, the VOSviewer version 1.6.16, and Bibliometrix packages in R were used to conduct a quantitative review of the HWC literature and investigate its social network and development trends. The results show that 2197 publications about HWC have been published in 320 journals from 128 countries in 2003–2021. The United States is the largest producer with 893. Among all journals, Biological Conservation ranked first in terms of total link strength, number of links, documents, and citations. The analysis of keywords, development trends, and development themes shows that the research on HWC mainly includes three aspects: the conflict between humans and carnivores, conflict between humans and herbivores, and protection of the human dimension. The main focus of the research has shifted from the conflict itself to the coexistence of humans and wild animals through the integration of natural and economic factors. It is expected that HWC research will play a key role in generating the interdisciplinary scientific knowledge needed to promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable development.  相似文献

The European policy for river management during peak discharge periods is currently changing from exclusion strategies (reinforcement of dykes) to allowing a more natural situation by creating more floodplain space to reduce water levels during peak discharges. In addition, water retention and water storage areas have been created. The new measures are generally being combined with nature development strategies. Up till now, however, ecological targets of broadscale floodplain wetland restoration including sedge marshes, species-rich floodplain forests and carrs, riparian mesotrophic grasslands and other biodiverse riverine ecosystems, have hardly developed in these areas. Most studies on the conditions needed for sustainable ecological development of floodplains have focused on hydrological and geomorphological rather than biogeochemical issues (including nutrient availability and limitation). There are, however, large differences in the composition of river water and groundwater and in sediment quality between rivers in densely populated areas and those in more pristine areas, which serve as a reference. It is very likely that these factors, in combination with heavily altered hydrological regimes and the narrow areas confined between the dykes on both sides of the rivers, impose major constraints on sustainable ecological development of riverine areas. Another issue is that existing wetlands are generally considered to be very appropriate for water retention and conservation, although recent research has shown that this may pose a serious threat to their biodiversity. The present paper reviews the biogeochemical constraints on the combination of floodplain rehabilitation, water conservation and the conservation and development of wetlands. It is concluded that biogeochemical problems (mainly related to eutrophication) predominantly arise in less dynamic parts of the river system, to which the flood-pulse concept applies less. Sound knowledge of the biogeochemical processes involved will contribute to greater efficiency and a better prediction of the opportunities for restoration and development of riverine wetlands. 农作物地方品种的有效保护是农业生物多样性的可持续利用的基础。由于现代农业的集约化生产方式使大量农作物地方品种被少数高产改良品种所取代,造成农作物基因库的严重“基因流失”(genetic erosion)。农家保护是在农业生态系统中进行的动态保护,被保护的生物多亲性可在其生境中继续进化而产生新的遗传变异,在而是农业生物多样性就地保护的重要途径。然而,尽管人们对作物品种资源农家保护的兴趣不断增长,也有大量有关农家的保护的研究和案例分析,但目前为止还没有比较成功的农家保护实例报道。因此,对农家保护的机制及科学问题进行深入的研究,并寻求一条新的途径来充分发挥农家保护应有的作用,显得格外重要。利用生物多样性布局的水稻混合间栽的生产模式,不仅解决了病害控制的问题,而且也保护了水稻地方品种的多样性。这种混合间栽的生物多样性布局和生产方式可能成为农保护的一条新途径。  相似文献

Community-based conservation (CBC) projects represent one approach to biodiversity conservation when working with indigenous and local people. This method aims to achieve conservation and development goals simultaneously, however whether both types of goals can be met or whether competition between the two precludes success is an issue of much discussion. Conservation targets are one of the most important elements upon which a conservation project is built. We propose that one way to link biodiversity conservation with human development goals is to consider people’s needs and interests in the selection of the conservation target. Here, we present three categories of conservation targets that vary according to the origin of motivation that drives indigenous and local people to conserve the target. According to the type of target selected, the level of participation, integration of traditional ecological knowledge, level of external intervention and long-term sustainability will vary. We encourage conservation practitioners to understand the motivations that lead indigenous and local people to participate in conservation projects, and to develop and design CBC projects from these incentives.  相似文献

The Spiralia is a clade of protostome invertebrate phyla that share a highly conserved mode of early development. Spiralian development is characterized by regularities in the arrangement of early cleavages, the fates of the cells that are produced by these divisions, and the development of the distinctive trochophore larva. Because of the strong conservation in early development, homologies can be identified between cells in divergent taxa. Some of the most striking examples of conservation in the spiralian embryo are in the cells that generate the mesoderm. The specification of the mesodermal precursors has been well characterized by embryological approaches, and recently the molecular mechanisms of mesoderm specification are starting to be elucidated. This review examines the development of mesoderm in spiralians in a comparative context, with particular focus on the relationship between the mesendodermal cell 4d and the embryonic organizer.  相似文献

Red lists serve as the most prominent tool for priority setting in applied conservation, even though they were not originally designed for this task. Hence, threat status does not always reflect actual conservation needs and can be very different from actual conservation priorities. Therefore, red lists may at best be a suboptimal tool for setting conservation priorities in a country or region. As a response, a range of alternative or complementary tools have been developed, with approaches, methods, and parameters such as population decline, population center etc. used, differing widely among countries. One recent development is the combination of conservation status with a measure of the international importance of a population in a focal region for the global survival of a species. Here, we provide a new method that integrates the two concepts while keeping them conceptually separate. The main benefit of this method is that it can be applied across variable geographical scales such as regions, countries, and even continents. Furthermore, it allows for better recommendations for applied conservation and conservation policy development than the two concepts in isolation. Our method, if applied internationally, would allow for a standardized priority setting in species conservation, would be highly comparable between countries, and would lead to a more efficient use of the limited financial and human resources for monitoring and conservation of biodiversity.  相似文献

In many developing countries, conservation is regarded in a negative manner and this supports critical framings of conservation as a form of government or imperialism. This article examines debates about conservation and forests in Laos, and in particular, at the site of the World Bank supported Nam Theun 2 hydropower project that has featured prominently in international and national critiques of conservation. In Laos, foreign-driven conservation initiatives have at times challenged nationwide aspirations for development. But a fuller understanding of Lao concerns requires attention not only to international interventions, but also to perspectives of forests and management of these resources by the Lao state. Most significantly, a widely shared idea of foreign conservation as opposed to Lao development is used to elide the emergent competition between the state and rural villagers over forest resources. Anti-conservation sentiments, like their converse, can thus be used as strategies of government.  相似文献
