为了解几种石斛属植物鲜花挥发性成分,该文利用固相微萃取(SPME)法结合GC-MS技术分析了7种石斛(含2个品种)花朵挥发性成分及其相对含量。结果表明:(1)从7种石斛(含2个品种)中共鉴定出52种挥发性化合物,包括萜烯类、酯类、芳香族化合物、含氮化合物、烷烃类、醇类和酮类等7类,其中萜烯类总相对含量最高,为83.25%~94.93%,为主要挥发性成分。(2) 7种石斛共同含有(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯、D-柠檬烯和顺式-β-罗勒烯等3种成分,每个品种的相对含量存在差异。其中,顺式-β-罗勒烯在鼓槌石斛、细叶石斛、流苏石斛、翅梗石斛和春石斛‘H1’等5种石斛中的含量均最高,分别达到46.09%、46.40%、39.02%、65.96%和54.34%;(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯在鼓槌石斛、流苏石斛、翅梗石斛、春石斛‘H1’和春石斛‘818’等5种石斛中的相对含量相对较高,分别为34.11%、25.61%、15.26%、21.11%和23.21%; D-柠檬烯在翅萼石斛和翅梗石斛中的含量较高,分别为16.02%和6.86%,而在其他5种石斛中的含量均较低。(3)β-蒎烯在流苏石斛和翅萼石斛中的相对含量高达19.39%和45.95%,桧烯仅在春石斛‘818’中能检测到(12.24%)。这些含量较高的成分可能为主要的香气成分或特征性香气成分。综上结果认为,7种石斛花朵挥发性成分既含有相同的成分也含有不同成分,且含量随种类的不同而不同。这些结果可为研究石斛属植物花香代谢以及产品开发等提供参考价值。  相似文献

为探究石斛属(Dendrobium)盛花期花朵的主要挥发性成分,采用顶空固相微萃取结合GC-MS技术对球花石斛(D. thyrsiflorum)、扭瓣石斛(D. tortile)、鼓槌石斛(D. chrysotoxum)和密花石斛(D. densiflorum)花朵的挥发性成分进行分析。结果表明,4种石斛花朵的挥发性成分共70种,包括酯类、醇类、酚类、酮类、烷类、烯类、醛类以及其他等8类,其中烯类总含量最高,为主要挥发性成分。球花和密花石斛的主要香气成分为β-石竹烯,相对含量分别为0.46和6.91μg/(g·h);而扭瓣石斛为醋酸辛酯[6.11μg/(g·h)];鼓槌石斛为β-罗勒烯[5.23μg/(g·h)]。该研究有利于评价和筛选有价值的芳香石斛兰种质资源,为香型石斛兰品种培育和兰花精油的开发利用提供参考。  相似文献

为了探究细茎石斛花朵释放的挥发性成分特点,该研究利用固相微萃取(SPME)法结合GC-MS技术,检测了花色为黄绿的细茎石斛花朵不同花期、不同部位的挥发性成分和相对含量,还比较了黄绿色、白色和白色带淡紫色等三种花色的挥发性成分。结果表明:花色黄绿的细茎石斛花朵挥发性化合物成分总计为59种,其中盛花期最复杂(含有41种),这些成分归属于烯类、芳香族化合物、含氮化合物、酯类、醇类和醛酮类。在不同花期检测到的挥发性成分中,(1R)-(+)-α蒎烯相对含量始终最高,保持在27%以上;始花期和盛花期释放且相对含量较高的成分有顺-芳樟醇氧化物、β-水芹烯、柠檬烯、罗勒烯、(1S-cis)-4,7-二甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-1,2,3,5,6,8α-六氢萘和乙酸芳樟酯,相对含量均高于5%;衣兰烯于花蕾期相对含量最高,衰落期消失。这8种化合物可能是细茎石斛花香释放的主要香气成分或特征成分。在花色黄绿的细茎石斛盛开期的两个开花部位中,花瓣的挥发性成分有27种,蕊柱17种,其中烯类物质分别占74.16%和79.06%,花瓣可能是细茎石斛主要的释香部位。三个花色的细茎石斛盛花期挥发性化合物均在40种左右,既有成分的差异又有含量的差别,其中有25种为共同含有,三个花色均是(1R)-(+)-α蒎烯相对含量最高,含量在27%左右。这表明烯类物质是影响细茎石斛花香的重要化合物,不仅对细茎石斛产品开发提供了参考,而且还为其花香基因工程育种奠定了基础。  相似文献

为查明秋石斛不同品种关键赋香成分,利用固相微萃取(SPME)方法结合GC-MS技术,测定了秋石斛5个具香气的品种,即绿天使(Dendrobium Hand Green)、日出2号(Dendrobium Burana Sunrise No.2)、白花607(Dendrobium K.B.White 607)、紫背256(Dendrobium Blue Sapphine 256)、魅力(Dendrobium Burana Charming)以及2个不具香气的品种,即红牛(Dendrobium Red Bull)、三亚阳光(Dendrobium Sunya Sunshine)盛花期的花朵挥发性成分及其相对含量。结果表明:共鉴定出45种挥发性化合物,其中萜烯类34种、芳香族化合物8种、酯类3种,5种具香气的秋石斛花朵所含挥发性成分绝大部分都是萜烯类,萜烯类对秋石斛的花香起着重要的作用。通过比较发现,5种具香气秋石斛的主要赋香成分为3-蒈烯、芳樟醇、α-可巴烯和α-法尼烯,不同品种挥发性成分的组成和含量明显不同。绿天使和日出2号的主要香气成分是3-蒈烯,相对含量分别为59.343%和77.775%,但日出2号中的释放率约为绿天使的3倍;白花607主要香气成分为3-蒈烯(29.170%)、α-可巴烯(17.660%)、芳樟醇(10.990%);紫背256中α-法尼烯相对含量最高(42.310%);魅力中主要香气成分是α-可巴烯(33.648%),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(13.866%)为其次。2个不具香气品种中鉴定出化合物较少,主要挥发性成分释放率较小;红牛主要挥发性成分是胡莫柳酯(28.118%),三亚阳光是异丁子香酚(27.529%)。这些主要挥发性成分对不同品种秋石斛花的特有香味起决定性作用,且大部分已被广泛应用于香精香料,医药,日化等产品中。该研究结果为香型秋石斛产品开发及品种的培育提供了参考。  相似文献

13种石斛属植物遗传多样性的AFLP分析   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
采用AFLP技术对13种石斛属植物的遗传多样性进行了分析。选择性扩增引物组合E ACT/M CAC、E AAC/M CAC和E ACA/M CAC分别对这13种材料进行扩增,得到丰富的条带。在100-300bp共得到346条带,多态性带342条,多态性百分率为98.8%。聚类分析结果表明,在相似系数0.54处,可将13种材料分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类。Ⅰ类包括:串珠石斛、铁皮石斛、广东石斛、重唇石斛、晶帽石斛、细叶石斛、滇桂石斛、报春石斛、玫瑰石斛、球花石斛;Ⅱ类包括:鼓槌石斛;Ⅲ类包括:美花石斛(花,浅红)、美花石斛(花,淡白)。AFLP分析结果与传统分类学的结果基本一致,表明该标记技术对石斛属植物的遗传多样性和分类研究是可行的。  相似文献

采用GC-MS分析细叶桉不同无性系叶片(Et09,Et12和Et16)的挥发性成分。结果表明,无性系Et09、Et12和Et16中分别检测出34、35和41种化合物,其中相对含量达到1%以上的成分分别有12、12和13种,占其挥发性成分总量的98.18%、90.50%和91.19%。虽然细叶桉3种无性系叶片挥发性成分中分离出的成分类似,但其主要成分是有差异的。无性系Et09中的主要成分是桉叶素(31.77%)、α-蒎烯(18.62%)和D-苧烯(15.67%),Et12中的主要成分是γ-松油烯(16.60%)、α-蒎烯(15.11%)和β-蒎烯(14.19%),而Et16中的主要成分则为α-蒎烯(17.59%)、反式-β-罗勒烯(16.10%)和γ-松油烯(15.86%)。细叶桉不同无性系之间挥发性成分的差异,为细叶桉引种、杂交育种以及药用价值的深入研究等提供了一定的参考价值。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法对兴安杜鹃叶中的挥发性成分进行提取,并运用气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其挥发性成分进行了系统的分离和鉴定。从兴安杜鹃叶中共鉴定出54种挥发性成分,占总馏出成分的97.84%。兴安杜鹃叶主要挥发性成分为桉叶醇(eduesmol),相对含量10.95%;β-愈创木烯(β-guaiene),相对含量10.21%;长叶醛(longifolenaldehyde),相对含量7.88%;1,5,9,9-四甲基-1,4,7-环十一碳三烯(1,5,9,9-tetramethyl-1,4,7-cy-cloundecatriene),相对含量7.80%;杜鹃酮(germacrone),相对含量5.91%;(-)-葎草烯环氧化物Ⅱ((-)-HumuleneepoxideⅡ),相对含量5.52%;2-庚基-1,3-二氧戊环(2-heptyl-1,3-dioxolane),相对含量4.99%;石竹烯(caryo-phyllene),相对含量3.70%;(+)-γ-古芸烯((+)-γ-gurjunene),相对含量3.44%。  相似文献

为了解睡莲花朵的致香物质,利用气相色谱-质谱法对62个栽培种花朵的挥发性成分进行了研究。结果表明,共检测出72种挥发性成分,以烯烃类(26种)、烷烃类(11种)和醇类(9种)较多,其中花香成分有53种(73.60%)。40个热带睡莲花朵中共检测出56种挥发性成分,其中花香成分39种;22个耐寒睡莲品种花朵共检测出37种挥发性成分,其中花香成分27种。花香成分中主要致香物质有乙酸苄酯、顺式-罗勒烯、苯甲醇、金合欢烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、苯甲醛、α-异松油稀、α-蒎烯、肉桂醇和β-丁香醇等。利用组内联接余弦的方法,分别根据挥发性成分和花香成分,62个睡莲栽培种(品种)可分成3和4组。这为睡莲香气物质的开发利用及与传粉动物的协同进化研究提供了基础资料。  相似文献

采用无水乙醚超声萃取得到新鲜木荷(Schima superba)花浸膏提取物,顶空固相微萃取富集挥发性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,归一化法计算各组分的相对含量.鉴定出挥发性化合物中的51个成分,约占相对总含量的99%;挥发性成分中含氧化合物的含量超过93%,其中主要的化合物及其相对含量为酮代异佛尔酮(26.33%)、氧化芳樟醇(19.53%)、环氧芳樟醇(8.80%)、3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇(8.23%)、白藜芦素(7.89%)、4-羟基3,5,5-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮(6.54%)、2,6,6-三甲基-1,4-环己二酮(4.06%)、苯乙醇(2.17%)、2-甲基-2-壬烯-1-醇(2.04%)等.  相似文献

为探究番石榴(Psidium guajava)花挥发性成分组成,采用顶空/气相色谱-质谱联用技术对10个番石榴品种(‘翠玉’、‘帝王’、‘本土’、‘红叶’、‘粉红蜜’、‘珍珠’、‘西瓜’、‘水蜜’、‘木瓜’和‘红宝石’)花的挥发性成分进行鉴定分析。结果表明,10个品种共检出相对含量在0.1%以上的挥发性成分43种,包含共有成分10种,以萜烯类化合物(89.77%~97.40%)为主。β-石竹烯、β-罗勒烯、桉叶油醇和D-柠檬烯为花主要挥发性成分。影响品种间挥发性成分差异的成分主要有7种,分别为α-蒎烯、β-罗勒烯、D-柠檬烯、3-蒈烯、香树烯、β-长叶蒎烯和1-异丙基-4,7-二甲基-1,2,3,5,6,8a-六氢萘。按照香气相似性,‘翠玉’和‘帝王’归为一类,‘水蜜’和‘本土’归为一类,‘粉红蜜’、‘西瓜’、‘红叶’、‘木瓜’和‘红宝石’归为一类,‘珍珠’为单独一类。不同品种番石榴花挥发性成分存在相似性和差异性,为番石榴花混合采摘及后期个性化开发利用提供理论基础。  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

Parsimony analyses of the internal transcribed spacer regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA (ITS 1 & ITS 2) for 38 taxa sampled from the Phebalium group (Rutaceae: Boronieae) and two outgroups confirm that, with the exception of Phebalium sensu stricto and Rhadinothamnus, six of the currently recognised genera within the group are monophyletic. The data indicate that Phebaliums. str. is paraphyletic with respect to Microcybe, and Rhadinothamnus is paraphyletic with respect to Chorilaena. Rhadinothamnus and Chorilaena together are the sister group to Nematolepis. Drummondita, included as an outgroup taxon, clustered within the ingroup as sister to Muiriantha and related to Asterolasia.The phylogeny suggests that the evolution of major clades within a number of these genera (e.g. Phebalium) relates to vicariance events between eastern and south-western Australia. Leionema is an eastern genus, with the most basal taxon being the morphologically distinct Leionema ellipticum from northern Queensland. Leionema also includes one species from New Zealand, but this species (as with some others) proved difficult to sequence and its phylogenetic position remains unknown. Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

The genusKarschia, in the earlier sense, including saprophytes and parasites on lichens, has been thought to be a non-lichenized parallel genus of the lichen genusBuellia. Modern workers included it on the one hand inBuellia, on the other hand combined it with bitunicate ascomycetes. It is now proved thatKarschia is heterogeneous and contains but superficially similar members both of the genusBuellia of theLecanorales and of typical or masked bitunicateAscomycetes. Therefore, it can not be regarded as a link betweenLecanorales andDothideales. The type species ofKarschia belongs to theDothideales.

Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.

The family Sordariaceae incorporates a number of fungi that are excellent model organisms for various biological, biochemical, ecological, genetic and evolutionary studies. To determine the evolutionary relationships within this group and their respective phylogenetic placements, multiple-gene sequences (partial nuclear 28S ribosomal DNA, nuclear ITS ribosomal DNA and partial nuclear β-tubulin) were analysed using maximum parsimony and Bayesian analyses. Analyses of different gene datasets were performed individually and then combined to generate phylogenies. We report that Sordariaceae, with the exclusion Apodus and Diplogelasinospora, is a monophyletic group. Apodus and Diplogelasinospora are related to Lasiosphaeriaceae. Multiple gene analyses suggest that the spore sheath is not a phylogenetically significant character to segregate Asordaria from Sordaria. Smooth-spored Sordaria species (including so-called Asordaria species) constitute a natural group. Asordaria is therefore congeneric with Sordaria. Anixiella species nested among Gelasinospora species, providing further evidence that non-ostiolate ascomata have evolved from ostiolate ascomata on several independent occasions. This study agrees with previous studies that show heterothallic Neurospora species to be monophyletic, but that homothallic ones may have a multiple origins. Although Gelasinospora and Neurospora are closely related and not resolved as monophyletic groups, there is insufficient evidence to place currently accepted Gelasinospora and Neurospora species into the same genus.  相似文献

Little is known about how tropical land-use systems contribute to the conservation of functionally important insect groups, including dung beetles. In a study at the margin of Lore Lindu National Park (a biodiversity hotspot in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia) dung-beetle communities were sampled in natural forest, young secondary forest, agroforestry systems (cacao plantations with shade trees) and annual cultures (maize fields), each with four replicates (n = 16 sites). At each site we used 10 pitfall traps, baited with cattle dung, along a 100 m transect for six 3-day periods. The number of trapped specimens and species richness at the natural forest sites was higher than in all land-use systems, which did not significantly differ. Each land-use system contained, on average, 75% of the species richness of the natural forest, thereby indicating their importance for conservation. However, a two-dimensional scaling plot based on NESS indices (m = 6) indicated distinct dung beetle communities for both forest types, while agroforestry systems and annual cultures exhibited a pronounced overlap. Mean body size of dung beetles was not significantly influenced by land-use intensity. Five of the six most abundant dung beetle species were recorded in all habitats, whereas the abundance of five other species was significantly related to habitat type. Mean local abundance and number of occupied sites were closely correlated, further indicating little habitat specialisation. The low dung beetle diversity (total of 18 recorded species) may be due to the absence of larger mammals in Sulawesi during historical times, even though Sulawesi is the largest island of Wallacea. In conclusion, the dung beetle fauna of the lower montane forest zone in Central Sulawesi appears to be relatively robust to man-made habitat changes and the majority of species did not exhibit strong habitat preferences.  相似文献
