遮光对不同基因型玉米光合特性的影响   总被引:19,自引:3,他引:16  
采用盆栽试验,研究了遮光对4个基因型玉米光合特性的影响.结果表明:4个基因型玉米叶片的光饱和点、净光合速率(Pn)、电子传递速率(ETR)、光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)均受光强的影响.遮光降低了玉米的光饱和点,苗期遮光处理豫玉2号和丹玉13分别在光量子通量密度(PFD)为1400μmol·m-2·s-1和1100μmol·m-2·s-1时达到饱和.遮光还降低了玉米的Pn、ETR、Fv/Fm和ΦPSⅡ,但不同基因型玉米表现不同,豫玉2号和掖单22的下降幅度较小,而丹玉13和掖单6号的下降幅度较大.  相似文献

以切花菊品种‘神马’为试材,在偏低温弱光(16℃/12℃,PFD100μmol.m-2.s-1)和临界低温弱光(12℃/8℃,PFD60μmol.m-2.s-1)下分别胁迫11d,然后转入正常条件(22℃/18℃,PFD450μmol.m-2.s-1)恢复11d,研究不同低温弱光强度及恢复对菊花光合作用和叶绿素荧光参数的影响.结果表明:低温弱光导致菊花叶片的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔限制值(Ls)下降,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)上升.偏低温弱光胁迫下菊花叶片暗适应下最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和初始荧光(Fo)无明显变化,但光适应下最大光化学效率(Fv′/Fm′)在处理前期略有下降,后期则有所回升;而临界低温弱光处理的Fo明显升高,Fv/Fm和Fv′/Fm′显著降低.PSⅡ光合电子传递量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)均随着低温弱光胁迫程度的增加和时间的延长而降低;偏低温弱光处理植株在解除胁迫后能迅速恢复到对照水平,而临界低温弱光处理植株回升速度较慢;同时,低温弱光胁迫下吸收光强用于分配光化学反应部分(Prate)的比例减少,而天线热耗散(Drate)和反应中心的能量耗散(Ex)比例上升,但天线热耗散为过剩光能的主要分配途径.  相似文献

以无性繁殖的一年生莱阳矮樱桃 (PrunuspseudocerasusL .“Laiyang”)幼苗为试材 ,研究了弱光对樱桃叶片膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明 :随着光照强度的减弱 ,樱桃叶片的净光合速率降低 ;而MDA含量和膜保护酶活性在弱光下也发生明显变化 ,其中MDA含量和POD活性上升 ;CAT活性下降 ;SOD在 36 6 μmol·m-2 ·s-1和 5 33.8μmol·m-2 ·s-1光强下活性升高 ,而在 2 2 8.8μmol·m-2 ·s-1和 83.9μmol·m-2 ·s-1光强下活性下降。  相似文献

以“津春4号”黄瓜为试材,通过测定黄瓜叶片叶绿素荧光快速诱导动力学曲线和对820 nm光的吸收曲线,结合叶绿素荧光淬灭分析,研究低温光胁迫(4℃,200 μmol·m-2·s-1)6 h后,黄瓜叶片在常温(25℃)不同光强(0、15、200μmol·m-2·s-1)下PS Ⅰ和PS Ⅱ活性的恢复,以及恢复过程中PS Ⅰ与PS Ⅱ的相互作用.结果表明:低温光胁迫6h后,PS Ⅰ和PS Ⅱ发生不同程度的光抑制.在常温恢复阶段,PS Ⅱ活性快速恢复且对光强不敏感;PS Ⅰ活性在弱光下(15 μmol·m-2·s-1)快速恢复,在较强光(200 μmol·m-2·s-1)下恢复较慢.在低温光抑制恢复过程中,常温下PS Ⅱ活性恢复较快可能导致PS Ⅱ向PS Ⅰ的线性电子传递过快,进而抑制PS Ⅰ的活性恢复.因此,在进行黄瓜抗冷性育种时,不应该仅追求较高的PS Ⅱ抗性和较快的PS Ⅱ恢复速度,还应该注意两个光系统活性的协调.在生产中,应当在低温逆境发生及其之后较长一段时间内采取措施降低叶表面光照强度,以利于对植株光合机构的保护和光合活性的恢复.  相似文献

在低于和高于400 μmol·m·s-1的光照下,苹果(Malus pumila Mill.cv.Tengmu No.1/Malus hupehensisRehd.)叶片稳态荧光(Fs)随光强增加而分别呈现升高和降低的变化趋势,但是光适应下的最大荧光(Fm′)和最小荧光(Fo′)在整个光照范围内一直表现为下降,而且更多的光系统Ⅱ(PS Ⅱ)反应中心(RC)处于关闭状态((Fs-Fo′)/(Fm′-Fo′)).这表明在高于400 μmol·m-2·s-1的光照下,Fs降低并不是PSⅡ反应中心关闭的结果,而主要是光能从PSⅡ聚光天线(LHCⅡ)向PSⅡ RC的传递减少所导致的.在引入状态转换抑制剂NEM的情况下,Fs在400 μmol·m-2·s-1至苹果叶片饱和光强700 μmol·m-2·s-1的范围内继续上升.另外,在叶黄素循环抑制剂DTT预处理下,Fs可在高于700 μmol·m-2·s-1的光照下继续升高.这些变化说明在饱和光强以下和以上的光照下,苹果叶片Fs变化分别受状态转换和叶黄素循环的影响.在NEM预处理下,PSⅡ表观光化学反应速率(P-rate)和光化学猝灭(qP)在600800 μmol·m-2·s-1光照下显著降低,与此同时,非光化学猝灭(qN)在600-800 μmol·m-2·s-1光照下轻微上升,而在800 μmol·m-2·s-1以上光照下略微下降.这些现象说明状态转换对于苹果叶片在低于饱和光强的光照下主要起光化学作用,在高于饱和光强光照下主要起非光化学作用.  相似文献

研究了复苏被子植物牛耳草(Boea hygrometrica (Bunge) R.Br.)离体叶片在微弱光强下(3 μmol photons*m-2*s-1)和黑暗中叶黄素循环组分及叶绿素荧光随脱水复水的变化.结果发现:脱水期间随着光系统Ⅱ光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际量子产率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭(qP)和非光化学淬灭(NPQ)值的降低,微弱光强下的对照叶片玉米黄素含量显著增加,而微弱光强下DTT处理的叶片和黑暗中的叶片都没有玉米黄素的积累.经过3 d复水后,微弱光强下对照叶片的Fv/Fm, ΦPSⅡ, qP 和 NPQ值能完全恢复,但是微弱光强下DTT处理的叶片和黑暗中的叶片其Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、qP 和 NPQ值只有部分恢复.说明脱水的牛耳草离体叶片光系统Ⅱ的光化学活性的恢复明显受到DTT处理和黑暗的影响,因此玉米黄素可能对微弱光强下脱水的牛耳草叶片具有重要的保护作用.  相似文献

两种不同生态型麻疯树夏季光合特性的比较   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19  
以来源于海南及贵州的两种不同生态型麻风树(Jatropha curcas L.)为试材,利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测量系统及PAM-2100调制叶绿素荧光仪,在夏季对其气体交换特性及叶绿素荧光参数等进行测定.光强-光合速率响应曲线显示两种不同生态型叶片最大净光合速率(Pmax)和光饱和点(LSP)分别为18.9μmol · m-2 · s-1、1600μmol · m-2 · s-1(贵州型)和20.4μmol · m-2 · s-1、1700μmol · m-2 · s-1(海南型),而CO2光合速率响应曲线则显示两者的差异不大.两者的净光合速率(Pn)的日变化曲线都呈双峰型,主峰出现在10:00,在14:00左右出现低谷,次峰出现在16:00左右,有明显的光合"午休"现象.海南麻风树的Pmax、LSP、光补偿点(LCP)、表观量子效率(AQY)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)均高于贵州麻风树.两种生态型麻风树PSⅡ最大原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm)日变化无显著差异, 而实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)变化趋势与Pn相同.这表明麻风树是一种具有较高的光合速率和强光适应性的木本能源植物,不同生态型麻风树的气体交换特性及叶绿素荧光参数有一定的差异,海南麻风树对强光的适应能力强于贵州麻风树.  相似文献

 遮荫条件下(遮荫下光强相当于自然光强的40%左右)棉花(Gossypium hirsutum)叶片光合速率明显降低,仅为自然光强下生长叶片的30%~40%,叶片中RuBP羧化酶活性降低,而表观量子效率(AQY)较高。不同光照条件下生长的棉花叶片对短时间持续光强的光合诱导过程有明显的差异,由弱光转到强光下,自然光强下生长的叶片的Pn、Gs、ΦPSⅡ及非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)都能在较短的时间内达到最大值,而遮荫叶片需要的时间较长;遮荫下生长的棉花叶片的实际光化学效率,随光强的增加下降幅度较大,而自然光照下生长的叶片下降幅度较小;自然光照下生长的叶片的NPQ随光强的升高达到较高水平,而遮荫叶片在较低的光强下即达到最大值,此时NPQ较低,遮荫叶片依赖于叶黄素循环的能量耗散水平较低。遮荫叶片较低的光合速率以及过剩光能耗散能力是其转入自然强光后光抑制严重的主要原因。  相似文献

经弱光 (6 0 μmol·m- 2 ·s- 1 )和 5℃低温处理 3d的番茄叶片Fv Fm和ΦPSⅡ下降 ,F0 没有变化 ;随后放在弱光 (6 0 μmol·m- 2 ·s- 1 )和 2 5℃条件下 ,番茄叶片的Fv Fm和ΦPSⅡ可以恢复 ,而在强光 (80 0 μmol·m- 2 ·s- 1 )下恢复的植株Fv Fm和ΦPSⅡ则显著下降 ,F0 也明显增加。恢复 3d后 ,弱光下恢复的植株光合作用可恢复到对照水平的 72 .1% ,而强光下恢复的植株光合作用仍维持在很低的水平  相似文献

以小麦品种矮抗58为材料,采用0.3 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)溶液预处理灌浆期小麦叶片,以水预处理为对照,进行3种不同的光温处理:适宜温度中等光强(25℃,600 μmol m-2 s-1)2h、高温强光(38℃,1600μmol m-2 s-1)2h、高温强光2h后置于适宜温度中等光强下恢复3h.测定不同光温条件下,小麦叶绿体的Deg1蛋白酶、D1蛋白和PSⅡ功能的变化及SA的调节效应.结果表明,高温强光胁迫导致Deg1蛋白酶和D1蛋白降解,PSⅡ功能发生可逆损伤.与对照相比,水杨酸预处理不仅能够抑制高温强光下小麦叶绿体Deg1蛋白酶和D1蛋白的降解,维持较高的PSⅡ原初光化学效率(Fv/ Fm)、实际光化学效率(φPSⅡ)、电子传递速率和净光合速率(Pn),而且加快回到非逆境下PSⅡ功能的恢复.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献
