分别对棕榈科11种省藤属植物的基因组总DNA进行EcoRⅠ+TaqⅠ与EcoRⅠ+PstⅠ限制性双酶切,采用AFLP标记技术分析其亲缘关系.用12对引物对11种棕榈藤的30个代表植株进行选择性扩增,共得到扩增谱带998条,其中多态条带981条,多态性带达98.3%.用MEGA 4.0软件中p-distance计算结果显示,11种棕榈藤30份样本间的遗传距离在0.050~0.391之间,平均为0.297;当遗传距离为0.15时,11种棕榈藤可聚为4个组;第Ⅰ组包括直立省藤、滇南省藤、杖藤、小省藤、勐腊鞭藤、长鞭藤、褐鞘省藤共7个种,第Ⅱ组仅有云南省藤1个种,第Ⅲ组由宽刺藤和泽生藤2个种构成,第Ⅳ组仅含省藤一种,可能为新种.AFLP检测结果表明,以形态特征为依据所划分的鞭轴亚属(Rhachicirrus)植物单独聚为一类;而原始省藤亚属(Protocalamus)和省藤亚属(Calamus)两个亚属的物种在整个聚类图上互相交叉渗透,各亚属植物未能独立成组;省藤亚属植物种之间遗传分化程度较高.因此,省藤属植物之间的亲缘关系和分亚属的标准、依据还需更深入地研究.  相似文献

我所在广东肇庆和陆丰地区发现一种旋花科(Convolvulaceae)丁公藤属(Erycibe)植物(当地叫包公藤),它的乙醇提取物和总生物碱,在几种实验动物上均显示有较好的药理效果。本植物在形态学上与丁公藤(E.obtusifolia Benth.)和光叶丁公藤(E.schmidtii Craib)很相似,但在同地采到的这两种植物样品均无效。为了确定有效植物的种而专门进行了有关分类学的研究。  相似文献

对国产棕榈科省藤属(Calamius L.)15种植物的花粉进行了光学和扫描电镜观察,其中12种为首次报道。省藤属的花粉均为两沟型花粉,外壁覆盖层多为网状纹饰(大喙省藤C.macrorrhynchus)或具穿孔(华南省藤C.rhabdocladus)。首次发现省藤属花粉的外壁纹饰存在穿孔和外壁疣状突起的类型(阔叶鸡藤C.pulchellus)以及皱波状突起的类型(长鞭省藤C.flagellum)。花粉的大小、形状、外壁纹饰、外壁是否有突起,外壁厚度和网状纹饰网眼的大小,对于省藤属的种级分类有较大的意义。  相似文献

对棕榈科(Palmae)省藤亚科(Calamoideae)省藤族(Calameae)省藤属(Calamus)8种4变种、钩叶藤属(Plectocomia)1种、黄藤属(Daemonorops)1种、蛇皮果属(Salacca)2种共4个属16种植物的花粉进行了光镜和扫描电镜观察。省藤属植物的花粉均为两沟型花粉,外壁纹饰为网状、穿孔或小凹穴等类型;黄藤属的黄藤(Daemonorops matgaritae)花粉为近环沟型,外壁纹饰为颗粒状,其萌发孔特征与以前报道不一致。钩叶藤属的钩叶藤(Plectocomia kerrana)花粉为两沟型,外壁纹饰为网状。蛇皮果属的滇西蛇皮果(Salacca secunda)花粉的萌发孔为2沟,外壁纹饰为稀疏的穿孔或者小孔穴,而蛇皮果(S.zal-acca)花粉萌发孔为近环沟型,外壁纹饰为刺状突起,刺之间为密集的小穿孔。研究表明,花粉特征可以反映省藤属内的种间差异,支持褐鳞省藤(Calamus balansaeanus var.castaneolepis)、滇缅省藤(C.erectus var.birmanicus)及长穗省藤(C.palustrisvar.longistachys)作为变种,支持勐腊鞭藤(C.karinensis)作为种的等级地位;另外花粉特征对于探索省藤属和其他属的亲缘关系具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

Pleiocarpa genus is a flowering plant from the Apocynaceae family which are rich sources of phytochemicals and have been reported to be useful in the treatment of gastrointestinal ailments, fever, malaria, pain, diabetes and cancer. The aim of this review is to present the past and current ethnomedicinal uses, phytochemistry and the pharmacology of Pleiocarpa genus which are underexploited as revealed through this review in order to enhance its potential source of phytochemical leads in medicine. Some pharmacological activities of these plants based on their acclaimed ethnomedicinal uses have been investigated by various researchers. The phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Papaver pseudocanescens M. Pop. of Mongolian origin resulted in the isolation and structural elucidation of 8 alkaloids of the isoquinoline and promorphinane type. 8,14-Dihydroamurine, 8,14-dihydroflavinantine, and flavinantine are promorphinanes. Alborine, mecambridine, and mecambridine methohydroxide are retroprotoberberines. Amurensinine is an isopavine alkaloid and O-methylarmepavine is a benzylisoquinoline alkaloid. O-Methylarmepavine is a new alkaloid for the genus Papaver. Promorphinane-type alkaloids have been found for the first time in the species. All structures were established by physical and spectral analysis. As a first attempt to describe some of the biological activities of these alkaloids, the antiviral effect was tested against the in vitro replication of several viruses which belong to different taxonomic groups and represent significant human pathogens. Based on the results, the conclusion could be drawn that particular alkaloids from P. pseudocanescens possess selective antiviral effects against the replication of poliovirus 1 and human rhinovirus 14, two viruses from the Enterovirus genus of the Picornaviridae family.  相似文献

Psychotria is a genus of ca. 1500 species in the family Rubiaceae. Up to now, 41 species of the Psychotria genus have been chemically investigated, and 159 compounds, including alkaloids of indole, quinoline and benzoquinolizidine type, terpenoids, steroids, phenolics and aliphatic compounds have been isolated. Phlegmariurus is a genus of ca. 200 species in the family Huperziaceae. Up to now, six species of the Phlegmariurus genus have been chemically investigated, and 89 compounds, including Lycopodium alkaloids possessing diverse structures and serratane‐type triterpenes, have been isolated. Alkaloidal profiles of 21 Lupinus species indigenous to North and South America have been determined. Nineteen quinolizidine alkaloids were identified, including aphyllidine and N-methylcytisine, which have not previously been found in the genus. Two dipiperidine alkaloids were also detected. On the basis of biosynthsis, distribution of diterpenoid alkaloids as well as morphological evolution of Chinese species L. (Ranunculaceae), chemotaxonomy of the genus Aconitum is discussed: 1, Subgen. Lycoctonum, containing lycoctonine-type alkaloids and Subgen. Aconitum containing aconitine-type alkaloids, were probably differetiated at the early stage of evolution of the genus Aconitum and evolved respectively in their own ways. 2, In Subgen. Aconitum: (1) Ser. Bullatifolia, containing mainly atisine-, veatchine-type alkaloids, and amino, alcohol and ester base of aconitine-type, and distributed in Hengduan Mountain and Jingsha River valley, where is the centre of modern differentiation of species of Aconitum, is probably a series from which Chinese species of the genus Aconitum were derived; (2) Ser. Inflata, containing mainly aconitine, mesaconitine and bypaconitine, is an advanced group; (3) Ser. Grsndituberosa, containing mainly aconitine and songorine, is related to Ser. Bulatifolia; (4) Ser. stylosa and Ser. volubilia, containing mainly yunaconitine and other anisyl ester alkaloids form another advanced branch. 3, Ser. Tangutica and A. naviculare of Ser. Rotaundifolia, containing atisine and lactone-type alkaloids may be a specialized group in high mountains and have occurred at early stage of evolution of the genus Aconitum. 4, Subgen. Gymnaconitum, containing atisine-type alkaloids and amino alcohol of aconitine type, may als be a specialized group in high mountains. 5, A. franchetii Finet. et Gagnep. mainly containing ester bases of aconitine-typeand closed to A. chasmanthum Stapf, is best placed into Ser.
