Strain Gsoil 348T was isolated from a ginseng field soil sample by selecting micro-colonies from one-fifth strength modified R2A agar medium after a long incubation period. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis indicated that the strain is related to members of the phylum Armatimonadetes (formerly called candidate phylum OP10). Strain Gsoil 348T is mesophilic, strictly aerobic, non-motile and rod-shaped. It only grows in low nutrient media. The major respiratory quinones are menaquinones MK-11 and MK-10, and the main fatty acids are iso-C15:0, iso-C17:0, C16:0 and C16:1 ω11c. The G+C content is 61.4 mol%. The 16S rRNA gene sequences in public databases belonging to the phylum Armatimonadetes were clustered here into 6 groups. Five of these groups constituted a coherent cluster distinct from the sequences of other phyla in phylogenetic trees that were constructed using multiple-outgroup sequences from 49 different phyla. On the basis of polyphasic taxonomic analyses, it is proposed that strain Gsoil 348T (= KACC 14959T = JCM 17079T) should be placed in Fimbriimonas ginsengisoli gen. nov., sp. nov., as the cultured representative of the Fimbriimonadia class. nov., corresponding with Group 4 of the phylum Armatimonadetes.  相似文献

A thermophilic, rod-shaped, motile, Gram-positive, spore-forming bacterium strain 70BT was isolated from a geothermally active underground mine in Japan. The temperature and pH range for growth was 50–81°C (optimum 71°C) and 6.2–9.8 (optimum pH 7–7.5), respectively. Growth occurred in the presence 0–2% NaCl (optimum 1% NaCl). Strain 70BT could utilize glucose, fructose, mannose, mannitol, pyruvate, cellobiose and tryptone as substrates. Thiosulfate was used as electron acceptor. Major whole-cell fatty acids were iso-C15:0, C16:0 DMA (dimethyl acetal), C16:0 and anteiso-C15:0. The G+C mol% of the DNA was 44.2%. Phylogenetic analysis based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence revealed that the closest relatives of strain 70BT were Thermosediminibacter oceani DSM 16646T (94% similarity) and Thermosediminibacter litoriperuensis DSM 16647 (93% similarity). The phenotypic, chemotaxonomic and phylogenetic properties suggest that strain 70BT represents a novel species in a new genus, for which the name Thermovorax subterraneus gen. nov., sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain of Thermovorax subterraneus is 70BT (=DSM 21563 = JCM 15541).  相似文献

A novel bacterium capable of fixing nitrogen was isolated from plantain rhizosphere soil in China. The isolate, designated YN-83T, is Gram-positive, aerobic, motile and rod-shaped (0.4–0.6 μm × 1.9–2.6 μm). Phylogenetic analysis based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence revealed that strain YN-83T was a member of the genus Cohnella. High similarity of 16S rRNA gene sequence was found between YN-83T and Cohnella ginsengisoli DSM18997T (97.99%), whereas the similarity was below 96.0% between YN-83T and the other Cohnella species. DNA–DNA relatedness between strain YN-83T and C. ginsengisoli DSM18997T was 27.4 ± 6.2%. The DNA G+C content of strain YN-83T was 59.3 mol%. The predominant isoprenoid quinone was MK-7 and the major fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0 (44.3%), iso-C15:0 (11.3%), iso-C16:0 (18.6%) and C16:0 (7.7%). The polar lipids of strain YN-83T consist of diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, lyso- phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylinositol mannosides. On the basis of phenotypic and chemotaxonomic properties, 16S rRNA gene sequence, G+C content and DNA–DNA hybridization, strain YN-83T represents a novel species of the genus Cohnella, for which the name Cohnella plantaginis sp. nov. (type strain YN-83T = DSM 25424T = CGMCC 1.12047T) is proposed.  相似文献

Two novel Gram-positive actinobacteria, designated H97-3T and H83-5, were isolated from marine sediment samples and their taxonomic positions were investigated by a polyphasic approach. Both strains formed vegetative hyphae in the early phase of growth but the hyphae eventually fragmented into coccoid cells. The peptidoglycan type was found to be A4α. The predominant menaquinone was MK-9(H4), and the major fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0, anteiso-C17:0 and C16:0. The DNA G+C content was 74.0–74.9 mol %. 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis revealed that strains H97-3T and H83-5 represented novel members of the family Cellulomonadaceae. Their nearest phylogenetic neighbours were the members of the genus Oerskovia, with a similarity of 98.3–98.4 %. However, strains H97-3T and H83-5 were distinguishable from the members of the genus Oerskovia and the other genera of the family Cellulomonadaceae in terms of chemotaxonomic characteristics and phylogenetic relationship. The result of the DNA–DNA hybridization indicated that strains H97-3T and H83-5 belonged to the same species. Therefore, strains H97-3T and H83-5 represent a novel genus and species of the family Cellulomonadaceae, for which the name Sediminihabitans luteus gen. nov., sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain of S. lutes is H97-3T (=NBRC 108568T = DSM 25478T).  相似文献

An actinomycete strain 232617T was isolated from a composite mangrove sediment sample collected in Haikou, China. Phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence of strain 232617T indicated the highest similarity with Micromonospora siamensis TT2-4T (99.05%), Micromonospora krabiensis A-2T (98.99%) and Micromonospora carbonacea DSM 43815T (98.91%). The gyrB gene sequence analysis also indicated that 232617T should be assigned to the genus Micromonospora. The cell wall contains meso-DAP and glycine. The major menaquinones were MK-10(H4) and MK-10(H6), with MK-9(H4) as minor components. The characteristic whole-cell sugars are xylose, arabinose and glucose. The phospholipid profile comprises phosphatidylethanolamine, diphosphatidlglycerol and phosphatidylinositol mannoside. The DNA G+C content is 71.5 mol%. Furthermore, a combination of DNA–DNA relatedness and some physiological and biochemical properties indicated that the novel strain could be readily distinguished from the closest related species. On the basis of these phenotypic and genotypic data, strain 232617T represents a novel species of the genus Micromonospora, for which the name Micromonospora haikouensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is 232617T (= CCTCC AA 201112 T = DSM 45626 T).  相似文献

A novel cold-resistant bacterium, designated YIM 016T, was isolated from a peat bog sample collected from Mohe County, Heilongjiang Province, Northern China and its taxonomic position was investigated using a polyphasic approach. The strain was Gram-positive, aerobic, endospore-forming, motile and rod-shaped. Phylogenetic analyses based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence clearly revealed that strain YIM 016T is a member of the genus Paenibacillus. The strain is closely related to Paenibacillus alginolyticus DSM 5050T, Paenibacillus chondroitinus DSM 5051T and Paenibacillus pocheonensis Gsoil 1138T with similarities of 99.0 %, 97.0 % and 96.3 %, respectively. Meanwhile, the low DNA–DNA relatedness levels between strain YIM 016T and its closely related phylogenetic neighbours demonstrated that this isolate represents a new genomic species in the genus Paenibacillus. Phenotypic and chemotaxonomic tests showed that growth of strain YIM 016T occurred at 4–37 °C, pH 6.0–8.0 and with a NaCl tolerance up to 0.5 % (w/v). The peptidoglycan contained meso-diaminopimelic acid, alanine and glutamic acid. The whole-cell hydrolysates mainly contained glucose, galactose and ribose. The predominant menaquinone was MK-7 and the major fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0 and iso-C16:0. The DNA G+C content of strain YIM 016T was 51.7 mol %. On the basis of phylogenetic, phenotypic and chemotaxonomic characteristics, strain YIM 016T could be clearly distinguished from other species of the genus Paenibacillus. It is therefore concluded that strain YIM 016T represents a novel species in the genus Paenibacillus, for which the name Paenibacillus frigoriresistens sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is YIM 016T (= CCTCC AB 2011150T = JCM 18141T).  相似文献

A novel actinomycete, designated strain KLBMP 4601T, was isolated from the root of the medicinal plant Curcuma phaeocaulis collected from Sichuan Province, south-west China. The strain produced extensively branched substrate and aerial hyphae that carried straight to flexuous spore chains. Chemotaxonomic properties of this strain were consistent with those of members of the genus Streptomyces. The cell wall of strain KLBMP 4601T contained ll-diaminopimelic acid as the characteristic diamino acid. The major menaquinone was MK-9(H4), with minor amounts of MK-9(H6), MK-9(H8) and MK-10(H2). The major fatty acids were C16:0, iso-C16:0, C18:1ω9c and C16:1, iso G. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that strain KLBMP 4601T belongs to the genus Streptomyces and is most closely related to Streptomyces armeniacus JCM 3070T (97.9 %), Streptomyces pharmamarensis PM267T (97.6 %) and Streptomyces artemisiae YIM 63135T (97.5 %). The 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity between strain KLBMP 4601T and other members of this genus were lower than 97.5 %. DNA–DNA hybridization studies of strain KLBMP 4601T with the three closest species showed relatedness values of 36.3 ± 4.2 %, 27.3 ± 0.6 %, and 30.9 ± 2.5 %, respectively. On the basis of chemotaxonomic, phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, it is evident that strain KLBMP 4601T represents a novel species of the genus Streptomyces, for which the name Streptomyces phytohabitans sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is KLBMP 4601T (=KCTC 19892T = NBRC 108772T).  相似文献

A novel Gram-stain positive, aerobic, non-motile, spore-forming actinobacterium, designated YIM 75926T, was isolated from a soil sample collected at soil forest in Yuanmo county of Yunnan province, south-west China. Its taxonomic position was investigated by a polyphasic approach. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that the novel strain YIM 75926T belongs to the genus Pseudonocardia and was closely related to Pseudonocardia halophobica DSM 43089T (98.1% similarity). Strain YIM 75926T had MK-8 (H4) as the predominant menaquinone. The whole organism hydrolysates mainly consisted of meso-diaminopimelic acid, mannose, glucose, galactose and arabinose. The major cellular fatty acids were iso-C16:0 (37.16%) and C16:0 (12.43%). The DNA G+C content of strain YIM 75926T was 70.6 mol%. The resultant phylogenetic trees further showed that strain YIM 75926T belong to Pseudonocardia and had a distinct subclade within the evolutionary radiation of the genus Pseudonocardia. On the basis of its comparative analysis of phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, it is proposed that strain YIM 75926T represent a novel species of the genus Pseudonocardia, named Pseudonocardia yuanmoensis sp. nov. The type strain is YIM 75926T (=CCTCC AA 2011017T = JCM 18055T).  相似文献

A novel actinomycete, designated as strain YIM 75980T, was isolated from a soil sample collected from a dry-hot river valley in Dongchuan county, Yunnan province, south-west China and was subjected to polyphasic taxonomic characterization. The organism produced circular, smooth, red to black coloured colonies comprising coccoid-shaped cells. Colonies on agar medium lacked mycelia and cells adhered to the agar. Strain YIM 75980T contained meso-diaminopimelic acid as the diagnostic diamino acid in the cell-wall peptidoglycan and contained galactose, arabinose and glucosamine as the main sugars in the whole-cell hydrolysates. The predominant menaquinone was MK-9 (H4) and the major fatty acids were iso-C15:0, iso-C16:0 and C16:0. The DNA G + C content of strain YIM 75980T was 73.1 mol%. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences clearly showed that strain YIM 75980T formed a distinct clade within the genus Geodermatophilus and was closely related to Geodermatophilus obscurus DSM 43160T (level of similarity, 97.9%). Furthermore, the result of DNA–DNA hybridization between strain YIM 75980T and G. obscurus 43160T demonstrated that this isolate represented a different genomic species in the genus Geodermatophilus. Moreover, the physiological and biochemical data showed the differentiation of strain YIM 75980T from its closest phylogenetic neighbour. Therefore, it is proposed that strain YIM 75980T represents a novel species of the genus Geodermatophilus, for which the name Geodermatophilus nigrescens sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is YIM 75980T (=CCTCC AA 2011015T =JCM 18056T).  相似文献

A novel thermophilic anaerobic and microaerophilic bacterium (optimal growth in the presence of 5–10% O2), strain Nad S1T was isolated from the terrestrial hot spring of Hammam Sidi Jdidi, Nabeul, Tunisia. Cells were motile rods having a Gram-positive cell wall structure. Strain Nad S1T grew optimally at 55°C (range 37–70°C). Optimum pH for growth was 6.5–7.0. It was halotolerant growing with NaCl up to 7% (optimum concentration 1.5–3.0%). It grew chemoorganotrophically on various carbohydrates, organic-acids and amino-acids as energy sources, or chemolithotrophically on H2 using nitrate, as terminal electron acceptor. Beside oxygen (under microaerobic conditions) and nitrate, nitrite was also used. Nitrate was completely reduced to N2. No fermentation occurred. The genomic DNA G + C content was 41.8 mol%. Based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, strain Nad S1T belongs to the Bacillaceae family within the class ‘Bacilli’. Because of its phylogenetic and phenotypic characteristics, we propose this isolate to be assigned as a novel genus and a novel species within the domain Bacteria, Microaerobacter geothermalis gen. nov., sp. nov. The type strain is Nad S1T (=DSM 22679T =JCM 16213T).  相似文献

Two bacterial strains, KIS66-7T and 5GH26-15T, were isolated from soil samples collected in the South Korean cities of Tongyong and Gongju, respectively. Both strains were aerobic, Gram-stain-positive, mesophilic, flagellated, and rodshaped. A phylogenetic analysis revealed that both strains belonged to the family Microbacteriaceae of the phylum Actinobacteria. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of strain KIS66-7T had the highest similarities with those of Labedella gwakjiensis KSW2-17T (97.3%), Cryobacterium psychrophilum DSM 4854T (97.2%), Leifsonia lichenia 2SbT (97.2%), Leifsonia naganoensis JCM 10592T (97.0%), and Cryobacterium mesophilum MSL-15T (97.0%). Strain 5GH26-15T showed the highest sequence similarities with Leifsonia psychrotolerans LI1T (97.4%) and Schumannella luteola KHIAT (97.1%). The 16S rRNA gene sequence from KIS66-7T exhibited 96.4% similarity with that from 5GH26-15T. Strain KIS66-7T contained a B2γ type peptidoglycan structure with D-DAB as the diamino acid; MK-13, MK-12, and MK-14 as the respiratory quinones; ai-C15:0, ai-C17:0, and i-C16:0 as the major cellular fatty acids; and diphosphatidylglycerol, phatidylglycerol, and glycolipids as the predominant polar lipids. Strain 5GH26-15T had a B2β type peptidoglycan structure with D-DAB as the diamino acid; MK-14 and MK-13 as the respiratory quinones; ai-C15:0, i-C16:0, and ai-C{vn17:0} as the major cellular fatty acids; and diphosphatidylglycerol, phatidylglycerol, and glycolipids as the predominant polar lipids. Both strains had low DNA-DNA hybridization values (<40%) with closely related taxa. Based on our polyphasic taxonomic characterization, we propose that strains KIS66-7T and 5GH26-15T represent novel genera and species, for which we propose the names Diaminobutyricibacter tongyongensis gen. nov., sp. nov. (type strain KIS66-7T=KACC 15515T=NBRC 108724T) and Homoserinibacter gongjuensis gen. nov., sp. nov. (type strain 5GH26-15T=KACC 15524T=NBRC 108755T) within the family Microbacteriaceae.  相似文献

An actinomycete strain 234402T was isolated from a mangrove soil sample collected in Wenchang, China. Phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence of strain 234402T indicated that the highest similarity was to Verrucosispora sediminis MS426T (99.25%). The cell wall contained meso-diaminopimelic acid. The major menaquinones were MK-9(H4) and MK-9(H6), with MK-9(H8) as minor components. The characteristic whole-cell sugars were xylose, mannose and glucose. The phospholipid profile was found to comprise phosphatidylethanolamine, diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol mannoside and an unknown phospholipid. The DNA G+C content was 69.2 mol%. The results of physiological and biochemical tests and low DNA–DNA relatedness demonstrated strain 234402T could be readily distinguished from the closely related Verrucosispora species. On the basis of these phenotypic and genotypic data, strain 234402T represents a novel species of the genus Verrucosispora, for which the name Verrucosispora wenchangensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is 234402T (=CCTCC AA 2011018T=DSM 45674T).  相似文献

A novel moderately thermophilic and halophilic sulfate-reducing bacterium, strain TeStT, was isolated from production water of an oil field in Northern Germany near Hamburg. The cells were Gram-negative, straight to slightly curved rods and motile by a single polar flagellum. Only hydrogen and formate served as electron donors, whereas a wide variety of organic substrates and CO2 could be used as carbon sources. Sulfate, sulfite, thiosulfate and sulfur were used as electron acceptors, but not nitrate or ferric iron. The novel isolate was negative for oxidase, catalase and desulfoviridin enzyme activity. Cytochromes were present and predominantly of the c-type. Whole-cells fatty acid patterns were dominated by the branched-chain fatty acids anteiso-C15:0, iso-C15:0, iso-C17:0 and anteiso-C17:0. As major respiratory lipoquinones partially saturated derivates of menaquinone 6 [MK-6(H2) and probably MK-6(H4)] were identified. The G + C content of the genomic DNA was 41.3 mol% (HPLC method). An analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence indicated that strain TeStT belongs to the family Desulfohalobiaceae within the class Deltaproteobacteria. The most closely related species with a sequence similarity of 95.0% was Desulfonauticus submarinus suggesting an affiliation of TeStT to the genus Desulfonauticus. The novel isolate could be clearly distinguished from Desulfonauticus submarinus by its ability to grow chemolithoautotrophically and hence should be assigned to a novel species for which the name Desulfonauticus autotrophicus sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is TeStT (=DSM 4206T = JCM 13028T). A Streptomyces-like actinomycete strain, designated as YIM 78087T, was isolated from a sediment sample collected from Hehua hot spring in Tengchong, Yunnan province, south-west China. The taxonomic position of strain YIM 78087T was investigated by a polyphasic approach. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain YIM 78087T belongs to the genus Streptomyces and is closely related to Streptomyces fimbriatus DSM 40942T, Streptomyces marinus DSM 41968T and Streptomyces qinglanensis DSM 42035T (97.18, 97.05 and 97.1 % similarity, respectively). Combined with the low values of DNA–DNA hybridization between strain YIM 78087T and its closest neighbours, these analyses indicated that this new isolate represents a different genomic species in the genus Streptomyces. The predominant menaquinones of strain YIM 78087T were identified as MK-9 (H4) and MK-9 (H6). The major fatty acids were identified as anteiso-C15:0 (28.4 %), anteiso-C17:0 (23.0 %) and iso-C16:0 (15.1 %). The whole-cell hydrolysates found to contain glucose, mannose and ribose. The DNA G+C content was determined to be 73.0 mol%. Based on the comparative analysis of phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, it is proposed that strain YIM 78087T represents a novel species of the genus Streptomyces, for which the name Streptomyces calidiresistens sp. nov., is proposed. The type strain is YIM 78087T (=BCRC 16955T=DSM 42108T=JCM 19629T).  相似文献

A novel actinomycete strain, designated YIM 45720T, was isolated from a Cephalotaxus fortunei rhizophere soil sample collected from Yunnan Province, southwest China. The strain formed well-differentiated aerial and substrate mycelia. Chemotaxonomically, it contained LL-diaminopimelic acid in the cell wall. The cell-wall sugars contained ribose, mannose, and galactose with traces of glucose and xylose. Phospholipids were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylinositol. MK-9 (H8) was the predominant menaquinone. The major fatty acids (>10%) were iso-C16:0, iso-C15:1 and anteiso-C15:0. The G + C content of the DNA was 70 mol%. Phylogenetic analysis data based on 16S rRNA gene sequence showed that strain YIM 45720T formed a distinct branch with the type strain of Streptomyces scabrisporus JCM 11712T within the genus Streptomyces. On the basis of the phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, strain YIM 45720T (=DSM 41883T = CCTCC AA 206006T) is proposed as the type strain of a novel species, Streptomyces serianimatus sp. nov.  相似文献

Attached bacteria of Microcystis play important roles in the occurence, outbreak and decline of Microcystis water blooms. In this study, a novel actinobacterium, designated strain JXJ CY 38 T, was isolated from the culture mass of Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB-905 (MAF), collected from Lake Dianchi, south-west, China. The strain was found to be a Gram-stain positive, short rod, catalase positive and oxidase negative. The isolate was found to be able to grow at 5.0–38.0 °C (optimum, 28.0 °C), pH 4.0–11.0 (optimum, 7.0–8.0) and 0–3.0% (w/v, optimum, 0%) NaCl. Based on 16S rRNA gene sequences, strain JXJ CY 38 T shows high similarities to Nocardioides furvisabuli JCM 13813 T (99.0%) and Nocardioides alpinus JCM 18960 T (98.7%), and less than 98.2% similarities to other members of the genus. The major cellular fatty acids (>?10.0%) were identified as iso-C16:0 (23.6%), C18:1ω9c (18.2%) and C17:1ω8c (16.4%), while the predominant menaquinone was found to be MK-8 (H4). The diagnostic diamino acids in the cell wall peptidoglycan were identified as aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine and alanine, with mannose, ribose and arabinose as whole cell sugars. The polar lipids were found to be diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, a phospholipid, phosphatidylcholine and an unidentified lipid. The DNA G?+?C content was determined to be 71.3%. The digital DNA-DNA hybridization and average nucleotide identity values between strain JXJ CY 38 T and the type strains N. furvisabuli JCM 13813 T and N. alpinus JCM 18960 T were 49.4% and 37.7%, and 92.0% and 83.4%, respectively. On the basis of the above taxonomic data and differences in physiological characteristics from the closely related type strains, strain JXJ CY 38 T was determined to represent a novel species of genus Nocardioides, for which the name Nocardioides lacusdianchii sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is JXJ CY 38 T (=?KCTC 49381 T?=?CGMCC 4.7665 T). Strain JXJ CY 38 T apparently exhibits complex effects on the interactions between MAF and other attached bacteria, including the promotion or inhibition of the growth of MAF and bacteria, and the synthesis and release of microcystins by MAF.

Two novel actinobacterial strains, MS1-9T and NGC1-4, were isolated from roots of Musa (ABB) cv. ‘Kluai Namwa’, collected from Chachoengsao province, and Musa (ABB) cv. ‘Kluai Chang’, from Suphan Buri province, Thailand, respectively. Comparative analysis of 16S rRNA gene (98.0 to 98.9% similarity), gyrase subunit B (gyrB) gene and whole-genome sequences emphasised that the strains MS1-9T and NGC1-4 showed closely related with Micromonospora peucetia DSM 43363T, M. krabiensis JCM 12869T and M. avicenniae DSM 45758T, respectively. Strains MS1-9T and NGC1-4 contained meso-diaminopimelic acid in cell-wall peptidoglycan. Whole-cell sugars were glucose, xylose, mannose, and ribose. The acyl type of peptidoglycan was glycolyl. MK-10(H6), MK-9(H6), and MK-10(H8) were presented as the major menaquinones. Diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, and phosphatidylinositol were detected as predominant phospholipid profiles. The major cellular fatty acids consisted of iso-C15:0, anteiso-C15:0, anteiso-C17:0, iso-C17:0 and C17:0. The DNA G + C content of strains MS1-9T and NGC1-4 were 72.2 and 72.3 mol%, respectively. Draft genome sequences indicated by ANI values and digital DNA-DNA hybridisation analysis asserted that the strains MS1-9T and NGC1-4 should be represented as a novel species within the genus Micromonospora for which the name Micromonospora musae sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is MS1-9T (=JCM 32149T = TISTR 2659T).  相似文献

Growth of strain YIM 75677T occurred at 12–55 °C, pH 6.0–9.0 and NaCl tolerance up to 2 % (w/v). Cells adhered to agar media and were agglutinated tightly together. The peptidoglycan contained meso-diaminopimelic acid, alanine and glutamic acid. The whole-cell hydrolysates mainly contained glucose, galactose, mannose and ribose. The predominant menaquinone was MK-9 (H2) and the major fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0 and iso-C15:0. Mycolic acids were not present. The DNA G+C content of strain YIM 75677T was 74.8 mol%. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequence comparisons clearly revealed that strain YIM 75677T represents a novel member of the genus Kineococcus and is closely related to Kineococcus xinjiangensis S2-20T (level of similarity, 98.6 %). Meanwhile, the result of DNA–DNA hybridization between strain YIM 75677T and K. xinjiangensis S2-20T demonstrated that this isolate represented a different genomic species in the genus Kineococcus. On the basis of phylogenetic, phenotypic and chemotaxonomic characteristics, strain YIM 75677T represents a novel species of the genus Kineococcus, for which the name Kineococcus glutineturens sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is YIM 75677T (=CCTCC AA 209075T = JCM 18126T).  相似文献
